This place is not staffed, ever! Also theyve been saying for 4 years that we would have 24 hour access with a code. And its freezing in the winter! No heat.
So far so good. Easily available and easy to get our stuff in.
Since becoming Bolt storage, there is little that they offer their customers. There is no one in the office anymore. Calls are answered out of town. Have had multiple incidents of not being able to access my unit during posted business hours. There is garbage all over where people have just dropped things they dont want. Very disappointing to say the least.
Super easy to deal with for drop off and pick up. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. My payments were charged monthly to my credit card - no muss, no fuss - and receipts were emailed promptly. Would not hesitate to store my car with them again.
Bolt Storage is amazing. We have been there for a few years and it is clean, safe, easy to access and extremely secure. I very time I have called Debbie Knew exactly who I was and I only met her once! She was so professional and friendly. It is by far the best storage facility I have ever used. Couldn’t be more pleased! The rates were also extremely reasonable! Thank you Debbie and Bolt Storage for an amazing experience!
Employees are courtesy, professional and always helpful. Have stored our vehicle their several years and its been great. Car is always in good shape and we feel safe with it being stored there through winter months.
The Bolt Management has been exceptional, providing prompt notification of any required procedural changes, updates when new doors or hours change, as well as prompt, clear advisement during uncontrollable Winter events that affect the area, building, and possibly goods in storage. Five (5) stars because that contact from Bolt continues until they reach the customer - I was contacted by all means and modalities including email, text messaging, and direct calls. Also, the Management has been responsive to my messages and concerns in an exemplary fashion. Highly recommended for safe, secure, accessible storage.
My fiancé and I just got all of our stuff out of a storage unit here and we have NEVER had bedbugs before now after we got our stuff out of our unit here and we will never go back here again to store anything with them. In the past they were good at keeping up on things and also keeping up on the pest control but not since it has been sold. So we will NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Accidently deleted my review. This is based off an interaction I had in late Nov. 2020. The interaction I had to with Peggy was unprofessional and really off-putting. She screamed that she was on the phone when my family and I went there to see about checking a storage unit out for rent as it was down the road and easily accessible. . When she answered the door she was very rude by being sarcastic asking us why we didnt make an appointment online and was talking to us without a mask. I understand that a mask isnt needed when she is alone, but when addressing other people she needs to have a mask on, regardless is they have an appointment or not. There is a proper way to handle potential customers, and sell a service. Peggy shown no social skills whatsoever and I have since took my business elsewhere. As stated by the company in the previous review she is the customer support(?) for the all of their facilities. Bolt Self Storage; if you do not have the proper manning for situations like these then hire more people and actually train them on customer service.

Great storage place, fair prices, they also offer insurance on units which I love and excellent staff especially the young lady shes always the one who helps me out. They also have U-hauls which is an added bonus, only wish it was 24 hour. Highly Recommend!
It’s affordable, there’s no moisture and it’s dry, The securities fine, haven’t had any problems, I would tell my friends if they need to store something, that they can come here
I wasted a lot of time trying to get a storage unit and never ended up with one. The customer service number you call to rent a storage unit is useless.
This place is a train wreck, I rented a unit when between apartments. I got insurance that was $17 and just a one time payment, later on when moved out I called to inform them. I was then maked as never having canceled my unit and didnt receive my security deposit back, and later on found that my insurance had been refunded to me for some reason and o had none when I found that a dresser I had restored with my grandfather had a crack in it from the humidity in the building. Also the ceilings of the storage units are nothing but chicken wire, all of my stuff was covered in dust when I took it out and it was only in there about a month.
Five stars for the staff. She did an excellent job fixing a mess. 2 stars for Uhaul for not having truck and equipment I had reserved.
I found the staff very friendly and the site is better secured then some other storage units Ive owned. Also found the price to be very fair compared to some other storage units.
The prices got jacked up and you cant even get to yourself when you want it because they are only open when most people are working. There are other places that have better rates so I moved my stuff out.
Clean and reasonably priced. Can rent online and pay and everything. Nice not to have to meet anyone to pay and sign the lease!
It is the most secure storage facility i have ever seen, although access to it is not 24 hrs, a definite drawback. rates are fair and the staff is adequately polite.
Charges u when it hasnt even been a month yet finding ur storage bin is like gowing threw a maze numbers are all out of sort

Asbestos and lead paint everywhere leaky roof. Fined twice by the state for illegally removing asbestos.
No happy the way they treat people.Make sure you get insurance on your storage unit mold and mildew existing in them.

2022-05-19Read the reviews and the “generic” (“we are sorry you had a bad experience- bla,bla,bl) answers by bolt, the complaints have NEVER been resolved , 8 months and still their door does not work!!!! Costumer service is horrible ( at one time I was told “to bad” when I could not access my legal property during regular hours because of non operating door. ( I needed memorabilia for a relatives funeral and could not get it!!!!!!!! ) Look at the deteriorating building, garbage all over ( including broken glass and nails), mice, water damage. Customer service refuses to put you through to anyone else and doesn’t log all complaints!!!!!! Just excuses, rude, and the same response no matter what. Stay away at all costs ( that’s the only thing they do is raise the rate about 20% over 8 months with worse conditions and service!!!!!!!!!)Check out the reply from bolt- they state that their maintenance team cleans multiple times per week. I have dated photographic, video AND audio recordings to customer service that prove that the glass has been in the hallway for over two weeks (and that is just when I alerted them to it, it was there before that!!!, also recordings have them contradicting themselves, trying to redirect, stating false information. Do you want to deal with people like this. I have the evidence!!!!For the record I have vacated and sent photographic and email proof they asked for of this on may, 19, 2022- just putting this out there to protect myself!!!!!!

2022-05-27Would give 0 stars if I could. Not secure storage like they claim to be. They leave the garage wide open, put locks you don’t have access to for your own stuff, yet other doors are wide open so you can just walk around and anyone off the street can get in. Pay extra for electricity but the all non secure storage someone steals your charging elements, that you’re paying extra to move. The company refuses to reimburse for the items that were stolen out of their “secured” storage. What are you paying for? Company adds extra locks for show but none of the other doors are secure. The company doesn’t care that you pay them for security and your stuff is missing. Find somewhere else to store your items. Also place smells.

2022-05-09Do not go through them. They love to keep raising there price on the units even if u have a sign contract saying that u only pay 120.00 monthly. After this company took over they will keep raising their prices. So far in a few months my family until went from $120.00 a month to $175.00 a month without notice. This is y we have moved all our at ff out of their unit.

2022-06-12Bolt Storage is very poorly maintained- their website photos are years old and purposefully misleading. Because of how poorly maintained it is, we lost very important and irreplaceable family items.Bolt refuses to replace them.Do yourself a favor, go to one of the quality, well maintained storage units in town, because this place was my biggest regret.

2022-05-26This storage facility is dirty and dusty have had trouble with rodents and even roaches. They don’t offer anything special except 24 hr access. It’s not temperature controlled and their prices are outrageous. And they keep INCREASING them. Stay clear of this storage place.

2022-01-25We started renting a unit back in October, each time we attempt to go to our unit to get items out the gate is closed and the key pad or the pin doesn’t work therefore we are unable to get our belongings. The customer service is terrible and they offer no resolution to the problem. I’ve been put on hold and then disconnected. This is the 3rd night my time has been wasted. With the money I pay it’s very disappointing.
