Our broker never showed up and never communicated with us. We all took off of work to be here and he never communicated until an hour after he was supposed to be here. Tuval Mor was completely rude about it and I would suggest no one ever work with him in the future. A complete scam.
Agent was unresponsive and stopped caring about our business once we payed them. Refused to answer phone calls for weeks and was passive aggressive in emails. They charge a ridiculous amount for this treatment. Take your business elsewhere.
Spoke to a women who was incredibly rude. Called in trying to put my apartment up for rent. She told me she was in a meeting a hung up on me. Decided to take my business elsewhere.
Josh provided good guidance in helping me to find an apartment, doing his best to accommodate my expectations and responding frequently to let me know the current state of things.
I worked with Nathaniel Whelton who was absolutely a blast. Not only was he punctual and communicative, but he was trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. Im happy he was able to find me my perfect apartment!

Made me drive an hour to see a listing, only to be told they suddenly couldn’t reach the management company. Jeff Silberman is a dishonest agent at best.

2022-05-31Bond New York Real Estate and it’s agents violate the American’s with disabilities act, the fair housing act, and a litany of other protective regulations. They are unprofessional and discriminatory. Go ahead and give them your money but know that you are working with an organs that discriminated against people with disabilities, goes out of their way to humiliate them, and judging by these other reviews, will likely find a reason to treat others with the same lack of care and disregard.

2014-07-18Chip Marks was absolutely amazing to work with from a buyers point of view. We didnt have an agent and happened to run into him at an open house we went to. After talking, my fiancee and I decided to use him as our agent. He was nothing, but cordial, helpful and extremely responsive. Chip was an absolutely HUGE asset throughout the our entire process from submitting an offer through our close. I would highly recommend Chip as a broker and will be sure to refer him to our friends.

2014-03-29Bobby Florian began helping me just a few weeks ago and showed me an amazing apartment - it had everything I wanted and he went to the management company and went ahead and asked a few questions for me which was great. I found him to be personable, trustworthy, patient and kind - a very hard find in a broker in this city. His emails and calls were quick to get back to me which I appreciated. I have already recomended him to friends and I hope to work with him again. He was spectacular.

2014-06-17I worked with Steve Druth, Tina Druth, Olu Blanchette, and Mark Danich. First the good: Steve demonstrated impressive knowledge of the different facets of the real estate scene. It was certainly a good education dealing with him. I will admit that my wife and I were going about this process the wrong way by sending me on my own to see apartments, but Steve helped me out to the best of his abilities. Olu hustled like crazy to make sure everything was in place and that I had pictures and could see the different apartments. I was truly impressed. I didnt deal as closely with Tina and Mark, but I could tell they were being very staunch advocates for my family and me. Everybody did a superb job of helping me through this exceedingly stressful process. Really a top notch team. The bad: I was drawn to your firm because of an online ad for an apartment listed by Lisa Reneau. When I arrived in the office to meet with her, I was told that she was on vacation. Now I didnt have any particular attachment to her, but you would have had no way of knowing that, and if she was the person I wanted to work with I would have been disappointed. So right away I was starting off on a bad foot. Also, I felt that they were a little too willing to give me answers that I wanted to hear, so long as I got a lease signed. Finally, they seem a little too complacent about saying, well, this is New York whenever we encountered a setback, as though being in New York justifies the treatment I received. Now Im not blaming Steve or the others for the sluggish responses we got from our property manger, but its not good enough in my mind for them to tell me thats just the way things work here when were talking about business transactions in nontrivial dollar amounts. Like I said already, Steve, Tina, and Mark have all been fantastic advocates, so instead of telling me This is New York they should be telling the property manger This is New York, so you need to hammer the kinks out of your operation or were going to send our clients to better managed units. Overall: Getting my apartment was a challenge, mainly due to factors outside of the firms control. I know it would have been impossible without these guys however, so despite everything thats gone wrong, I would still give a high (not the highest) recommendation.

2014-09-03From day one, my broker James Malone - sounds funny even saying my broker because over the course of only a short amount of time he became my friend. James has been there - above and beyond - in every aspect of not only the showing and the final sale. But every bump in the road - James was there to hold my hand. And I know some of the stuff he did was not in his job description. My Italian Grandma would call him: a piece of bread. Hes so good. I mean, the cherry on top is he got me an unheard of amount for my apartment. More than I could of dreamed. But every other tiny aspect - he was there for me. He always got right back to me. Answered every question. Even the stupid ones. Hes honest and hes good and hes been there for me like a best friend. He held my hand to the finishing line - and me myself and a lot of different circumstances - put a bunch of obstacles in his way. But James did it. He sold my apartment. And on top of it - he was a gentleman the whole stretch.
