Bonnie NOT at all friendly. My Mom at one point owned storage Units so familiar with customer service and working with those in time of struggle. Does not get back to you in a timely manner whether its email or phone call. Unfortunately I do not recommend here . A positive note storage units were fairly clean. When we first stored our stuff no late fees, now late fees..
