The owner posts fake good reviews beware !! I bought a phone at this store in july 2019. They set the phone up for me .They put the screen protector on the wrong way and sold me the wrong case for the phone. The phone ended up breaking 2 days after i bought it, I went back to see if they could help me since they sold me the wrong case and wrong screen protector and they said i would have to buy a new phone for $299. The owner of the store is all about the money and faking store metrics and reviews. Go down the road to another boost store these people are scam artists. And if you notice the reviews about the store they are all fake you can tell by the amount of reviews the person writting the review wrote.
Being a prepaid customer its hard to choose what carrier to go with. The representatives here at boost mobile helped me discover all prepaid carriers available to me & help me choose the one that best fits my needs. Very honest and good people always ready to help with all concerns. Thank you guys for your service.
The guy that works at this store makes you THINK he is doing you a deal and is in fact not. He wants his commission so does WHATEVER to make you buy something like claim you’re getting a free phone etc. I have no problem with boost but this store in particular is not a good one.
My first time walking into a boost mobile store as its new to Levittown. I always thought it was a bad cell phone provider till I was helped by the sales person. They do have the best deal on phones and plans and I was sold! Brought 4 lines over from Verizon and now im saving a TON of money. Getting the 4 lines for $100 deal will allow me to buy a new car with the savings I received from this location!
Great customer service, they went above and beyond to get my services switched from Verizon. Very professional atmosphere. They gave me a straight forward answer on all my questions. Honest friendly people.
Charged me double!!! After numerous calls to the store, the main Boost office, and my bank, never got my money back. And could not cancel my service. Main Boost office says that they have no control over what the store charges or the mistakes that they make. Scam!!!!Go to Verizon prepaid. When I told them what Boost put me through, they gave me a free month of service!
Excellent service, the sales rep walked me through the current deals that boost mobile was offering. I came in to shop around but ending up porting all my family lines over to them. They also repair electronics too
I came as a cricket customer looking to see what deals they have and I left as a loyal boost mobile customer. They are not prepaid they are more like post paid without all the hassle and crazy bills!!! Go to this location they will take care of you
Came here to see if I was interested in getting a new phone because I was with ATT and was paying too much. Im so glad I came to this store because they were more helpful than the ATT stores I used to visit. Highly recommend this store and its staff!

Honestly im not one to trust too many people to fix my phone but Deer Parks Boost Moblie Fixed my phone instantly!! For Cheap. The Employees here are great and willing to work with you.

2022-08-06I have never had an experience with any other phone provider like I am having with BOOST MOBILE. The guy in the store seemed too persistent on selling me the phone in the first place, I should of known right there that I was going to have issues. I had the phone 3 days and started having problems. He also told me that I had to change my phone number to buy the phone, that was weird right there. My phone still comes up on peoples caller ID some Spanish Name. I have the phone 4 months now and I have Google telling me I dont live where I say I live? I have devices on my account with same IP address. That the phone number I am giving them is not correct and I own a business that I am not telling anyone about. They say that they need my permanent address, I said that is my permanent address. I dont know. My friend says that it sounds like the guy that sold me the phone, cloned it with another device, so it is as if I have 2 phones, but only have this one registered. I dont know what to do.???? VERY UPSET

2022-07-28HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!VISITED BECAUSE MY PHONE GOT DAMAGED NEEDED A NEW PHONE I TOLD THE TECHS I NEEDED TO KEEP ALL MY PHOTOS AND CONTACTS, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN AND THEY SIMPLY TOLD ME I WAS OUT OF LUCK, NEED TO HIRE EXPERIENCED TECHSNEVER AGAIN!!! 2022-02-22Im not sure what to say. It was my first time here and I did leave without getting help. There were 2 people there when I walked in and the same two people when I got tired of waiting and left. Didnt help that there was a lady at the door accusing the owner of tampering with her phone and her moms phone and one of the people at the counter going off on the man. Not sure if this was just a bad day but it sure didnt look good.

2020-09-19The service was first rate ! They were knowledgeable, extremely helpful , VERY professional . This was not just for me, but the other customers who came in as well. Another customer insisted they accept a tip on top of what he paid. My phone replacement went seamlessly . They upgraded my plan for more data no extra charge. They made certain that my phone was set up with no issues. The whole experience was perfect . If Boost Corporate is reading this. These guys should be training people in your other locations.

2017-05-29Did my research and shopped around looking for the best deal on a phone and Boost had the best prices. I called several stores, they did not have the phones I wanted but this store had all the phones I wanted and also provided me with exceptional service that I could ever ask for. They were the real deal. I recommended all my friends and family to get their phones from this specific location.

2017-02-17Came in as a former tmobile customer and came out as a new boost customer. The sales rep in this location explained the plans in great detail and picked out the best suited plan for me. Offered me great deals and great customer service you wont find in other boost mobile stores. Will definitely come back here on monthly basis to pay my bills and for any inquires.
