I went in with a serious dilemma and the staff here treated me like family. I had got the two new phones I needed and was on my way quickly and couldnt be happier with the service and the help that I needed. I wish all cell phone stores could do what these guys did for me that day. Thanks again!!!!

Boost company is worst company. Avoid them if you wont to make your life complicated. If you bought new phone you are not allowed to swap card on other phone if it is not from boost store. It is monopoly!!!

2021-09-24Dishonest salesperson who took an hour within my phone, took my credit card and charged me $40 when she knew I said I wanted the cheapest plan Bc I’ll be leaving the country soon! Bad faith! I’ll denounce this business as fraudulent! And she didn’t even set up my phone properly or give me a pin! When I tried to call, she won’t answer me!

2021-02-14I used to be with Boost for about four years when I had a CDMA phone and came in here every month to pay my bill. While I am currently not a customer, I visited this store to enquire about a service for a technical issue with my phone.The young lady working there, Mina Suriya was so courteous, professional, polite and extraordinarily helpful. It is rare in New York to find friendly and kind employees in places like these. I would highly recommend this company if only for the high standard of customer service as evinced in this particular branch and by this hard-working individual.Thank you so much.

2018-08-19I see people are very happy with this location. Well, honestly I was unhappy with service, I needed new phone and I did buy but I was buying phones on other locations too and I know how long that takes and I do understand everything. This time I was just looking forward to finish and go, end up spending more than i wanted because i didnt understand how much monthly I should pay even tho i asked 3 times. So my experience is not great. Sorry.

2020-10-09Buyer be ware all #Boostmobile locations cheat customers. This woman sold me a sim card which locked me into the expanded network without giving me expanded network as a primary service therefore eliminating anyPlan options . Knowing I was mad at the last location I worked with brought no ethics into the transaction adittionately the screen protector is a knockoff for another phone. Shes rude as hell too.

2017-12-11Mohima was excellent to work with. She got us exactly what we needed quickly and professionally. Going to the cell phone store (particularly Boost stores) is typically a painful experience. We will definitely be going back to this location in the future. Thanks for the help!

2020-07-01First time i go here and i needed a phone to give for my sons birthday, and a guy named jamie or james helped me out finding me the best deal and promotions that boost are offering customers, he explained me really well and i could understand without any issues, i recommend this store 200%, amazing representative
