Ever since the original owners left the family left behind has been very slow, unenergectic, not friendly the only ones that are extremely helpful and nice are a young girl and her sister who just went to a wedding. The sandwiches are made different depending who’s there, totally used to be in here EVERYDAY I may come once a month if that. I love this bakery but they gotta get there cooks together and team
I love this place! Its a childhood treasure to me. Unfortunately, I dont speak Spanish so its a lot of pointing and broken spanglish when I go into order but theyre all really nice and the prices are great. I love their flan and guava turn overs
Nice selection of bakery items at a good price. Stuff was fresh and you could tell it was made in store. They also had hot lunch available and a large selection of cold bottles of drink to buy. I would recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
It was great food. They do speak English if needed. Some of the things are translated. They work quickly too. Cool place!
The only complaint is timing. They need to improve the timing on the orders. Timing is = money, when you know how to manage the Timing on a line. You will get a better profit. Other than that, food was good!
Great bakery with great food. You can get any dessert you want. Freshly baked and I love this bakery specially my kids ask me to bring some cake or pastries sometimes from this bakery. There is enormous amount of options available. Prices are reasonable and quality is great. You can have your food here also as there is sitting arrangement.
Have been going here for years. Homeade subs and fresh delicious baked goods. They have never let me down!
I order a sandwich I told the ham ,cheese, and butter .when I get home to eat they had eggs that I didnt order I was mad Im not order here no more
I love all the puertorican baked goods, snacks from the island, subs and fritters. The price is very reasonable too. You are able to sit and eat there. However theres only street parking. The food tastes GREAT!

So many desserts. Homemade and so sweet. The sandwiches are out of this world...ORDER AHEAD OF TIME! They also offer fresh baked bread (sweet and regular), rice and bean meals, assorted drinks, grocery items, and fried foods made daily. Very affordable.
Their hot food is soooo delicious and they load ur plate/to go containers up!!! Theyre not expensive either. My daughter and I, used to just go there for their delicious pasteries that are made fresh daily and discovered that theyre making pulled pork roast, baked beef, rice and beans, etc., and we tried it and are extremely satisfied!!! In our opinion, they make the best food outta anyplace on Clinton Ave. Please go try it, ur going to be completely satisfied?!

When i made my order it took 45 minutes. Since they have the Best egg sandwich toasted with ham, cheese and mayo. I went to pick up my order and they said i never made a call. The line was very long and people said they been waiting for an hour. I walked out with nothing. Very disappointing. I was not trying to wait for another hour when it would be time for lunch. I had never went through this in years since ive been coming here

Lately Ive been trying the Puerto Rican and Dominican food . Remind me my roots from cuba and the flavor of Latin America. The staff here are very friendly and the service is grate. The food is yummy. I keep visiting here with friends.
The sweet bread from this bakery is amazing. The sandwiches from this bakery are also amazing. One of the best bakeries in town. Very few can compete with bakery. They great customer service and fair pricing.
Being far from HOME and in another state...coming to visit family and finding all goodies you only find in PR is PRICELESS. Loved the pernil sandwiches!! 100% recommend it!!

Really good food. I used to come here for my lunch break when I worked closer. The portions were always sizeable enough to get me through the second half of my day while also leaving me with some leftovers from time to time.
Service was slow... Ordered a Pastrami and Swiss Sub Bread was hard/old... Pastrami made me sick... Apparently it was old tooCheck your dates on your cold cuts😱😱😱Dont bake fresh bread and trick me with your old bread!!! Behind closed doors!!!#MakinMyOwnSammich

Love the restaurant great great food a little challenging to get a parking spot but that is how good it is that it is always busy.
This place sucks! Since they got new owners the place is goin to hell. Nothing is the same . The food,the pastries, nothing taste the same. 🔥😤 3 times Ive order by phone and got there on time (the time they told me) and they take way toooooo loooonnggg to make the sandwishes. If they tell you 20 min be there after a hour so your wont waste you time.

The first time I had a sandwich from here was in 2010 and theyre still the best. I recommend the pan Dulce with ham cheese and mayo so delicious

2021-05-16Quick and friendly service. Can’t miss the brightly colored sunshine of the building. Specialize in Spanish pastry. We got a croissant filled with cream cheese, a pastry shaped like a cylinder with caramelized sugar and a square shaped layered pastry with fruit and powdered sugar. The pastry dough was flaky and sweet. The fillings were unique and delicious. Highly recommend

2021-11-03Best egg,ham and cheese sandwiches in this area.They have been around for years and are always very friendly to their customers. The empanadas are also amazing as well. This is definitely one of my favorite breakfast spots in Rochester.I recently tried the food for lunchtime and I must say... Im not disappointed nor am I surprised because everything in this place is good.Shout out to Jose and the crew🥰🙋🏾♀️Oh did I forget to mention the DESSERTS!

2019-11-24We ordered mondongo and cuajitos it was delicious, ordered bread and a couple of things we cant find in Syracuse and it was not expensive... employees were nice and attentive... next time we go to Rochester we will be going back again...
