I ordered 2 Chicken pot pies and 2 small orders of spinach however I only received 1 chicken pot pie and 1 order of spinach with 1 piece of cornbread. I called the store pressed “1” to speak with someone as the menu told me and no one answered!! It went from ringing in my ear to a fast busy🤬🤬
My kids and I used to really like ordering from Boston Market, but the quality has seemed to decline.Positives - We still enjoyed the chicken. It was moist, and had good flavor. The cornbread was also yummy, and my kids liked the sweet potatoesNegatives - The Prime rib was a mess. Half of it was fat, the other half was super dry and stringy. The mac & cheese and mixed veggies were very mushy, and the creamed spinach had a weird barnyard flavor (idk how else to describe it).I paid $66 for 2 adults and 3 kids; which would have been fine if the food was good. But unfortunately quite a bit of it sat in my fridge until garbage night
Surprisingly not good, this location may have just been having a bad day, but they were out of many of the things we ordered. They were out of straws and lids for drinks we could not dine in even though restrictions are being lifted. Our experience was so awesome that my kids asked to never go there again.
My visit left a LOT to be desired. I arrived 3 hours prior to closing however, with both meals that I ordered, the Chicken was room temperature and the Mashed Potatoes with a small tea spoon of Gravy and the Corn was very cold. Only the dessert item was hot. This was very disappointing.Even though here was only one other car waiting in front of me, I didnt go back to the restaurant to express my concerns because, in my opinion, if they served food to me this way, the replacement is not going to be any different quality. I would have had to wait 2-3X longer for them to re-heat up any old food in an oven or they would have to Nuke it in a microwave, which effects food quality and wouldnt be acceptable. I suppose if I would have had to initially wait for better quality food, this world have been ok, but not for going back to the restaurant a second time, as Im consuming even more time and gas because Im already home. If they simply just tell me that they dont have the specific item Im looking for because of poor quality or tell me that its cold, I would have made a different choice or said ok to the cold item. If I know what to expect, I can make an informed decision. I might be a little disappointed that I cant have what I want, but at least there may be other choices available.Boston market has always been a great place to feel Welcome Home with a home cooked meal waiting for me with delicious food that has always been the Hallmark and staple of the restaurant over the years. Due to Covid, it has been a little over a year since my last visit.Providing poor service and very poor food quality is not acceptable and is also how you chase your customers away. Yes, I didnt go back to the store, but I was expecting the reasonable to good quality food that I was used to coming home to.
I dont expect much from Boston Market, and yet they continually disappoint. This specifically applies to the Delaware Ave. location.Their speaker has been broken for months and they have a sign up saying as much. The issue is that one has to wait behind whomever has ordered in front of them and then find out that they are out of an item.I waited for over 20 minutes yesterday, and was stuck between two cars with no way out for 15 minutes.Its a simple task to tape a sheet of paper to the menu stating that they are out of an item. I understand that many places are low on staff, but this is not a staffing issue, and its a waste of customers time just to be disappointed at the end.
The best chic pot pie ever. The cornbread is good. But the star of the menu is the ribs! A little pricey but was worth it! Ill go back here again and again. Very satisfied with the whole visit. I just cant say enough nice things about my experience. Thinking back, Ive never had a bad meal here. Yum
The Boston Market on Delaware Ave Buffalo NY is the worst and unprofessional fast food restaurant Ive ever been in a very long time. The Supervisor Tre was very disrespectful, rude, dishonest, combative, and unprofessional. I definitely wouldnt advice or suggest anybody to eat there. My rating is a -0 bad customer service and rude behavior.
Seeing how I was being lazy and didnt cook on Thanksgiving...Boston market was the best option for a good holiday meal with it being busy the workers did very well(you all rock). Food was great good amount of choices great alternative to holiday cooking. But I will have to stop in for those ribs I seen on the menu.
I pre ordered delivery for 2:30pm and the order didnt arrive until 3:11pm.The dill potatoes were raw and they forgot one of the sauces for the prime rib.They do season the prime rib very well and the chicken is amazing! Not sure Ill be ordering delivery again, though.
Food was pretty good, portions are smaller for the price, sweet potato casserole... was just sweet potatoes. No marshmallows like usual. Ordered two drinks, which was mandatory on ubereats menu. No straws. Eh wish the Boston market on maple would re open, never had an issue there really.
Had a slight problem with my first meal. Called and spoke with the manager and she was wonderful. Went in the next day and selected a meal (free). It was delicious. I appreciate the customer care received. Boston Market has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Keep up the good work.
Most of the Boston Markets are already closed, but this one location was still open and taking Thanksgiving takeout orders. Food was ok, but they forgot the gravy on the order and were out of bottled soda, but never offered a refund on our order. The wait was long, despite having a pickup appointment. Inside was chaos trying to do preordered meals and regular takeout. Dont even know if they even stayed open after Thanksgiving.
Went there and got 3 meals2 chicken n meatloafMy son never at his said tasted funnyI got so sick off the meatloaf was ridiculous, few bites in came right back out.When go to return it, next day. Was at work till next day.The young lady there was very nice to me but because I didnt have a receipt no money back but replace meal so okay got chicken instead and same thing happened.I use to love Boston market, but no longer will I go there. It has gotten worst over the years.
When we first drove up, I could tell the girl who was mopping the floor, was very anxious. She gave me the Omg its a large order look. But she was very helpful, and friendly when ordering. After I cashed out, my daughter wanted to buy a cookie. We had to wait about five minutes or so, before we were checked out the second time. The food was great. My family and I enjoyed it.I would go again.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Picked up our Christmas Prime rib dinner and they were missing several items. They called earlier in the day to say missing the rolls we agreed cornbread would be ok, we get there and they dont even have that! Then they are out of apple pie, and gave us ciabatta rolls. When I unwrap the meat to prepare it there was a bad gamey smell like it had been left out for a few days to rot. Also just had to add the rolls we did get monday were moldy by fridayI used to look forward to this order but NEVER again
I am an Uber driver. I went to puck up an order for Uber Eats. Not only did they not have it ready, but they were completely out of chicken and wouldnt have it ready. They made no attempt to contact the customer to let him know. Meanwhile, their lobby was super crowded with no social distancing and their staff was rude and angry with me for coming to pick the order up. Thats my job.Never taking another order for them again.

We got take out of a family meal plus an extra whole chicken. Both whole chickens were UNDERCOOKED. They were totally all PINK under the skin and next to the bone. This is unacceptable. We had already taken the dinners home to eat and we live a long distance away. Therefore, we could not return the meals. Fortunately, none of us threw up. It is all we had to eat. I am never buying meat from here again. They cannot be trusted. Only the employees are great.
The only good part of our meal was the chicken. They are always out of the creamed spinach the mashed potatoes were very Bland just like the gravy what you tasted like that hunts stuff you get out the jar. The cost was way too much for what we got the cornbread wasnt even fresh it was ice cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. Gone way downhill from where it used to be
Ill never get delivery thru door dash again. Our order was stolen and it was way too hard to get the food replaced. I ended up paying twice but I should receive a refund from corporate office in a few days. But the reason for 4 starts is manager Ciera was very courteous and remade our order before we arrived offered us a complimentary side and drink while we waited for her to contact door dash to make sure the refund was going back to the store. Even more she gave us family dessert with our order and my grieving sister her apple pie slice as this order was comfort for for her after just losing her husband 2 days prior and I wanted to make her life less stressful with not having to cook. Ciera rocks. Thank you so much lady!
I love this place and whenever possible we get it for lunch at work. We travel about ten miles... the last 7-8 times we went, they are out of items. Why? It’s fast food! It’s on your menu... don’t worry about closing time, put a batch in the microwave and serve your customers! I think a call to the corporate office is in order...
While I was at this establishment today I was very please with the food, what I am very disheartened about was the fact that when I left my purse there on accident and went back to get it yes it was behind the counter. I opened it to find all the cash money in it was gone. This part didnt hit me until I was already back home 2 hours away, when the lady went to get it from the back she put gloves on to retrieve it. Hmmmmm guilty much. Well I hope you enjoy my bill money and someday karma will come bite you back.
I should have went with the Turkey dinner but I didnt. Ordered the meatloaf dinner instead. Wrong move! :( Did not like the meatloaf or Mac and cheese. Corn ok and the cornbread is good. Service was ok. While waiting, there was a staffer scrubbing the floor near the food. I had to ask the attendant making my dinner to cover my food as there may have been debris popping off the floor. When food is being served floor mopping or scrubbing should not be done rest the service area. I will not be going back.

Food is good but usually on warm to kool side. Sunday they were short 2 people but no one was hurrying to pick up the slack so most tables and booths were not cleaned off. Coffee is not on menue so for our taste....meal is not complete with out it.Im surprised we go back but the meat loaf and turkey are great. Now if they could keep the food hotter, serve coffee and entice the staff to show up....there would probably be a line at the door. I love Boston Market! Its more of a home-cooked meal than other fast food restaurants. All the one meal to feed 5/6 is going to cost roughly $40, its much better quality food than a McDonalds or Burger King. It was late when I went there and some of the food they didnt have, so the staff was very nice with substituting other entrees.
Boston Market really reigns supreme when it comes to a quick meal. The food makes McDonalds and BK look like fecal matter. Fresh rotisserie chicken, great fricken sides, and a nice slab of corn bread to top it off? Come on. Taco bell can eat a bag of trash next to this legend. In the name of Anubis, I suggest replacing every McDonalds with a Boston Market. Perhaps that would work positively towards the obesity problem in this country. BostonStrong baby

2021-09-11Went here later in the evening so there wasnt a complete menu however what we did get was good. I.got the half chicken Mac n cheese and potatoes. I also tried the creamed spinach which was ok. It was not bad overall could have used a little seasoning but thats about it.

2022-03-06Absolutely awful. My rice wasnt cooked (at all. Was impossible to chew it as it was solid). My kids said the corn was too hard to eat. The guy in the back was rushing everyone to order but we werent even in line yet so we could decide what to order. They were all wearing headphones and messing up orders and absolutely rude as could be. There was no ice and they couldnt even get us the cups for our meals. There was no line or any other excuse for the terrible service or food. This is the second time we have been here and the service is always awful. We wouldnt come back if it werent for it being one of the few places that served something a family member with certain dietary needs could eat.

2022-06-03I gave four stars because the food was good. Even our very picky 2 year old ate. However the employees were rude. I ordered two drinks with our meal and when I asked for the cups the girl huffed and dropped them on the counter. When she was giving me my change she ignored my outstretched hand and put my change on the counter. I felt we were an inconvenience to them as soon as we walked in the door.

2022-07-02Chicken was not cooked with two meals and was cold.. The meatloaf was cold, too. There was no ice and had to have correct money. We got no receipt for our four dinners. We have not been to Boston Market in two years will never be back.Buffalo new york

2017-11-16Good chicken and decent service. Ordered the Cesar salad, I know not the place to order salad, but had chicken and was okay, good that it had the dressing on the side because it was a bit plain. I like the corn bread, always good.

2022-02-27Im rating a 1 star cause I cant rate a 0 . its only 8pm they had no meat left what so ever. Said was better to come in the morning. How is it 8pm and no meat at all? Very horrible service. Employees were very rude.
