The food was dry and weird tasting. So subpar and lacking moisture in the ribs, potatoes everything.
Pleasant staff, but slow as molasses in this location. No one should be waiting in line over 15 min when all you have to do is plate it. Do better!
The price for the rib and chicken combo was more money in the store. This location was a disappointment. The seet candied yams was old. The cream of spinach was died up and old. My sides were the mac and cheese and stuffing. I I could turn around and exit the store I would. I wont be going back.
Sign says they open at 11am. We got there after 11:30 and the doors were still locked. They let us in about 10 minutes later. No chicken was ready at that point. But the meatloaf tasted delicious.
Used to be great now they are always out of something never failsTonight no sweet potato no corn, other night no white meat chicken another night no chicken ready at all ,30/40 minute wait.The place is aleaunder staffed.2 people working tonight the guy cooking had to help serve.Too many times the chicken is dry over cooked.Now I know why it’s empty when I go there.Why not just close the doors.For now on I’ll drive out of my way to a different one in starrett city. It’s always on the money, plenty of everything.
I do not understand how does this establishment run out of dark meat and most of their sides!! It was only 8pm!! 2 hours before closing. Only thing that was there were candied yams, cream spinach, mash potatoes, white meat and 2 pot pies. The staff member should have said expressed what was left instead of gearing me up with asking what would I like to order.
The food was horrible, chicken was dry, and the mashed have been sitting all day, the spinach was not creamy like they use tobe, the sweet potatoes yuck. If I wasnt so far o would have taken it back. And got my money-back
Boston Market is good although I noticed that they do something that most places are doing now instead of changing their prices they giving smaller and smaller portions and smaller and smaller dishes under shoulder is becoming more expensive and what used to be the medium is now the large so actually the charging quite a bit more for quite a bit less not a very happy perspective
The food is ok but when I went 2 hours before they closed they pretty much didnt have anything left. They asked what Id like to order then proceeded to telling me that they only have option A, B, C...feel thats something you start with so I can just go to another location rather than waiting for nothing 🙃
I would have given 10 stars if I could tonight... Food was on point.....i had 1/2 dark chicken,mashed potatoes and cream spinach and everything was done right I was 100% happy with my food and the service tonight. Who ever cook tonight in the back keep it up. The man that was on the meat station was very nice he was getting the next person behind me order ready while the young man at the register was bagging my orders. The young lady was out front cleaning up. Everything was just nice. REALLY ENJOYED MY FOOD TONIGHT THANK YOU
Kudos to the staff on 11/5 they had a difficult customer placing a huge order. He was very impatient and confusing. But they remain calm
I attempted to order from here via Uber eats around 8:30pm. I didnt know they close at 9pm until I realized they accepted my Uber eats order with no intentions of fulfilling the order. We waited over an hour for the food to be prepared when I realized what happened. I dont understand why this location didnt just reject the order instead of having me wait for food that never intended to make.
Food is decent. Friendly staff. The wait time is the issue. Placed an order ahead for 1 side and when I got there I still had to wait more than 7 min. Then it is still worse if you order at location. If you have time to wait around 15 min for food its okay but if you are in a rush I recommend elsewhere.
We visited there today while waiting till it was time to go to the airport. The food was perfect service was fast and friendly when it comes time to go to the airport again we will definitely be going to Boston Markets again. Thank you for making today a memorable experience
Ate at this place alot of times , this time the food has been at its worst . Everything seemed to be sitting around for a few days . The ribs and meatloaf were very dry ( it was not over cooked at all ) . The new potatoe dish they advertise in there store was not new ( at least the one I got served ) . The green beans were an off green color , they seemed grayish and tasted off . The staff was polite but the place needs better management . I always say if you want a good worker dont hire your friends , hire them based on their qualifications.

This place could use a little updating. Tables and areas on wall are cracked and they need to clean tables more frequently. Customer service a little slow while the cashier to some time on the phone.I really want to give this place at least four stars because the food was good but the tables and floor wasnt clean. Makes me wonder what did I just eat.
The workers are slow, they dont communicate well with each other effectively. The workers seem to always have an attitude and the floor is always nasty. The food is okay not the best to represent Boston Market!

Quick and easy chicken!Always fastest and always fresh. This is the best location. Its very clean and well maintained. The free huge parking lot makes it easy to pickup a order to go. Of course you can always eat in as they have plenty to tables.
The chicken pot pie 🥧 us the best I have ever had. The crust was flakey. The vegetables were perfect. And there was more than enough children.

I placed an order using doordash and after waiting for over TWO HOURS I still have not received my food. I called the restaurant to see what was going on, I called over 7 times and no one answered the phone at Boston Market. I am disgusted as this is the second time I experienced an issue with Boston Market and doordash. But whats worse, is that the communication sucks. DO BETTER!!
I usually get the 1/2 garlic and herb rotisserie chicken bit today I got the baby back ribs. The ribs were soooo gross. Never again I will stick to my Garlic ang herb. Also the chicken was a little undercooked.
There were no chickens ready when ordered...not one. They dont have honey mustard anymore for their Carver sandwiches. Instead, they have this nasty spread. Had to throw half of my sandwich out. Couldnt force myself to eat it. Ordered some sides and cost me $30 for lunch??!!?? Will not be going back. What a RIP off. Felt cheated.

The service is the standout at this location. Friendly and fast is such a value for busy professionals at lunchtime. The chicken is always hot & fresh and the sides are the same.
I dont know what is happening to this Boston Market location. I remember going there and getting food that was hot and being able to get what choices I wanted. Now I go and service is where food is NOT HOT AT ALL, Yams at times can either be to lose or to thick and warm not hot. Mac and cheese sometimes be waterery. Corn muffin is always cold. Sometimes the place is dirty with plates left on table , tables not wipe, soda area counter is wet and nasty. Floor not swept. This location has LOST my business for good. I rather travel to Merrick Location or BK location until this one changes somethings ASAP.
I really enjoy dining at Boston Market. But since I visited this specific location, Ive been steering my self from it. Its just a depressing location to visit. The food is always dried up due to too much heating and not monitoring it, they usually dont have all side orders, employees do not show enthusiasm or friendly, the location is not always clean and presentable.... When I visit ANY other BM location is like day light compared to this dark, cloudy, dingy, shadowy place.....

Went there during the 2 -3 pm time. While in line, I wanted to order their bottomless soup. But the bin was dried out and almost empty. I asked the gentleman if their was more soup. He said yes. He ended up scraping the bottom of the tray to get my soup. I decided I would just ask for another bowl after a few min. I went back. I was told 10 min u til soup is ready. It took almost 20 min. I went for drinks. Rasberry lemonade was empty. Not good when it was there slow time to be empty.
Horrible service! I went to this location for lunch. I waited 20 minutes to be served. There was a big order ahead of me but I was not even acknowledged. I only came to order soup. When I finally ordered the soup it sat on the counter for another 5 minutes before my order was rang out. Again, horrible service!
Went in, stood on line and watched employees aimlessly scramble around making orders that seemed to belong to no one. They tried to serve a woman undercooked chicken, told her she had to wait 15 minutes for cooked chicken, and had NO turkey to substitute. Stay away, seems like a recipe for illness.

2021-11-23We ordered two half a chicken meals (breast wing with leg and thigh).When we got home and was ready to eat there was ONLY HALF..the leg & thigh was missing from the breast.We called the store several times. We could not get anyone to speak to.

2022-04-04Bad experiment today. Staff seemed temperamental, I was overcharged for my meals and they forgot my cornbread!Went in today to order lunch for me and a coworker of mine. When I got in, a female customer in front of me was complaining that the sign on the window shows one price, but theyre telling her the sign is incorrect and her items costs more. Anyway, I order my food, was charged for a meal with 2 sides, but I paid $1 extra for each of my sides (I ordered 2 meals, so I paid $4 extra. I didnt notice until I left and checked the receipt when I got back to work). That put me in a bad mood, but I started to eat before my mealtime was over. Add I started to eat, I looked in the bag and realized there wasnt any cornbread in there. I was extremely disappointed by then. I think I wont be revisiting this Boston Market for a long while.

2021-12-05I guess I got there too early. All of the food wasn’t ready, my corn bread was cold, and the credit card machine wasn’t working. The rotisserie chicken and sweet potato was as good as it always is.The dining area was clean and the service was good, no issues there.

2022-02-27Ordered dinner through Active-menus. Process was easy, delivery driver Macanley was courteous and timely. Meal was excellent. Would order again and reccomend to others.

2021-10-05Great staff, wholesome experience. The food is superb, however I would give 5☆ but Ive sometimes come when they were running out of food and had to get the scraps left under the heat lamp for too long. Otherwise, great spot.

2018-09-30Had a craving for mash and rice, Boston Market was open late on a Saturday, when I get there I see the mac and cheese just came out....whaaa.. looks like an extra side... I like spots that are quick, I walked in the door and had the food in my hand in less than 5 minutes, I try to stay away from soda so the iced tea choices where good, (didnt see açaí, but had 4 others flavors) the worker either hooked it up or was trying to get rid of the food cause it was after 9pm, but; good looksss, got a lumberjack serving of mash and rice,..and...oh yeah the chicken, was...chicken. Im home now... regretting not getting the pie, next time, def.. coming back for that pecan pie!!...

2017-03-10UPDATE: 3/9: I come here for decent food, quickly so i dont have to cook occasionally, so i came tonight to find out that an oven is broken or something because they are only cookong 5 chickens at a time!! I guess he tried to lighten to blow by giving a free cookie .... (Original Post) really wanted to give a better rating. I frequent this location, not only for myself but for others as well, such as my bf.Came home recently (this week) with some Boston Market, figuring i wasnt able to cook dinner, but this could come in as a good substitute. Very dissapointed that the chicken and ribs dinner plate i ordered, came with PLAIN ribs, NO SAUCE, NOTHING. Like they had just opened the package and tossed it onto the plate. Being the good man he is, my bf told me to eat my food and not to worry, because i was going to go right back; ended up adding bbq sauce from fridge :( For $32, two plates and soda; And she wouldnt let me use my coupon (what happened to the old staff?) Lately, they have not been on their game...
