After a full day of play at nearby Legoland, we found some comfort food at our family favorite. Food never disappoints, even when eating so close to store closing. Super friendly staff. I so appreciated them being so accommodating to our super hungry and tired kids. Will come back to visit again
Pretty quiet in there during a weekday night. I got my food pretty quick. The Half Chicken is always a good choice. The Sweet Potatoe with marshmellow is definately my favorite side. I didnt enjoy the Holiday Apple Cobbler. It was to crunchy.
If I can give less than one star I would . Went in here tonight to get dinner stood at the line for 10 mins no one acknowledged us , employees stood on the line talking about their personal lives and how they didn’t have a break and 2/4 actually argued in front of us. The line was dirty and gross food everywhere It was honestly just giving ghetto hood very disgusting we were not acknowledged until I asked if there was a manger on duty which was “Jamar” who had a stinky attitude and didn’t look clean so I just said goodnight and left the fact that employees looked dirty and disgusting and were just nasty all together mad me want to cringe and I didn’t even want to eat here. I definitely will not be returning to this establishment
I visited this establishment to pick up dinner. The drive through was at a standstill for 10 minutes so I called inside and a woman picked up the phone. I asked her if the person attending to drive-through could get some assistance since the line wasn’t moving the woman was very nasty and hung up the phone on me

What Happened Boston Market. It was terrible the chicken was so dry and tasteless no seasoning at all, the new dill potatoes were cold the stuffing was hard and stale.I used to love this place
Garbage this place is the worst. Flies everywhere and its no a/c in here. All the juice is warm coming out of the machine. And the food forget about it, youre better off taking your sneaker putting bbq sauce on it and eating it. Horrible horrible horrible. Thats the equivalent taste off food your going to get. Chicken is red/pink under cooked and super fatty disgusting. Goof luck
Great home style cooking, little pricey but worth it!
Went to drive through at 3 pm. Food was horrible! Ordered a meatloaf with spinach and mashed potatoes, and a half rack of ribs with same sides.. both orders the spinach was dry and crusty, and the ribs were super dry. The meatloaf was awful. Very disappointed. It used to be one of our family favorites.
Even though My bag (attached to my should) tried to saunter out of the store with a cleaning bottle......it got stuck on the edge of my bag, when I picked it up off the counter (I assume)They were super nice, we all had a good laugh.Side note---the bag has entered a Kleptomania Support group. I have hight hope for my bag.Your staff...super nice.

Drove an hour to get to store day before thanksgiving to get pies and was told they don’t open until 1 pm since they had to take care of their holiday orders ..And couldn’t get the pies . Boston market used to be a lot better .
Went through drive thru. Ordered and paid for 1/2 rack of ribs. When I finally sat down at home to eat my dinner I had purchased a few hours earlier. Was 1/2 a chicken. Which is also cheaper than ribs. Needless to say I wont ever go back there. Waiting for some sort of refund.
What a hidden gem, if you dont have the app get it now. This place always has great deals and a rewards program. This is a good place to get freshly cooked food fast. Theres rarely a line because theyre quick, the staff there know how to get you your food and keep it moving. Dont sleep on Boston Market.
We were a party of 5 walked in there were two people inside. A girl was being trained and one girl on the window. After we all got our orders straight...we sat down, I had a very good pot pie, very happy with it. Then we looked around and the order area had a line. The manager or owner went to each table asking if our meals were hot and tasty. Thank you they were, we were full and satisfied. Second time in 10 years I went a Boston Market.
Nice people. Especially the manager. Outstanding. Very polite and nice to my sweet 95 year old mother. Thanks. Give her a raise. Also the workers were wonderful and especially nice too. Great food

The food is good. I think they changed the creamed spinach recipe it tastes different its thinner and not as rich.
All the mistakes they make on the orders you would think that they are so busy. They are not. They have never gotten an order correct. I ask for extra cornbread which they always make sure they charge me for it but I dont even get the cornbread that comes with the order.They either forget something like the gravy or give us the wrong vegetables. I am done with this place.
Havent been in years, their menu is revamped and looks good. But I always seem to end up getting a side of sweet potato and eating the entire thing in the parking lot 🤣
I went in to get 2 Chicken pot pies and a large side of sweet potatoes. The young lady who was assisting me was brand new. She was pleasant and very efficient. I was able to see her name tag, it said Esmarlin. Congratulations to the person who was able to make the correct decision to hire her and Congratulations to this young lady for her decision to accept this position. I highly recommend this Boston Market to everyone because they make you feel like you are just part of the family.

Amazing customer service from these young ladies in the front. My husband and I went in for a chicken... we finished the whole chicken just us two!! Amazing delicious juicy chicken. Never had any rotisserie chicken like theirs anywhere in stores. Thank you!!
I ordered the meatloaf and it was dry. Also, the wait in drive through is ridiculous. I also didnt get my entire order and I found out when I got all the way home. It looks like they need more staff to accommodate the amount of customers they get.
Very disappointed, i love this place but today was not a good experienced for me, the lady who help me today charged me extra for the drink that supposed to comes with the combo.. i ordered the 2meat combo and when i saw the receipt two drinks on the receipt one comes with the combo 20oz and she charge me $2.99 for another drink 30 oz which i didnt asked, its not my fault if they run out of regular cups, she should tell me that before giving me the big cup that she will charge me for that cup ive rather not take the cup than charge 2.99 that supposed to be free.so disappointed !
The service sucks..takes forever to get your food because the employees are to busy playing games with each other instead of making your food...on top of all of that the chickens dry and the food is very bland

Went on a weekend, pd extra to get the Brussels sprouts they advertised as one of our sides with our rib family meal. Hard as a rock, mot eatable!!! Also ribs under cooked, had to put in foil and cook more. Need to be more consistent with their food.
Foods good, location is pretty clean. But the service is abysmal. Employees stare at customers wondering why weve entered the premises. Eventually one will stop talking to his/her cohorts and come take your order in a painfully slow manner. Not sure what thr manager is doing as I always see her around and still feel like the employees dont care to work. Again, come for the food but dont expect much on service.
My order was short when I called to discuss my problem I repeatedly got a busy signal so I was not able to speak to anyone about my problem. I was charged for three pieces of apple pie and the note clearly stated two slices I didn’t receive either no pie but I was charge for three pieces Apple pie.
Today my parents and I went to our local boston market after a doctors appointment for a late lunch it wasnt busy at all but everything was clean and the food was great I half chicken with Mac&cheese and corn with corn bread on the side, my mom had the quarter chicken white meat and sides I cant remember and my dad had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, and creamed spinach all so good cant wait to go there again

Ordered on DoorDash. The place ran out of food but still allowed the order to go through and the poor dasher drove an hour to get there. We waited an hour when they could’ve just called and not waste anyone’s time.
Contractors beware they do not pay their billsI was reached out in this review by Boston Market about 2 months ago to take care of the issue. Guess what I emailed as they asked me to and no response. Again they do not pay their bills.
I had placed a catering order though this Boston Market and they went over and above. I highly recommend them for your catering needs.
I believe their name was Jolenys & Anna, they were extremely nice & sweet. They made sure I had everything I ordered. Chicken moist,flavorful, stuffed potatoes exceptional fried next day. Creamed spinach varies corn bread very good, mashed potatoes good. Mac and cheese good, chocolate cake excellent. Do not order meatloaf even dog would not it.
I love Boston Market, the best fast food you can get. Service friendly and excellent, first time the half chicken was a little overcooked. I consider that an anomaly and Im sure they would have given me another portion if I chose. Ill be back.
The employees need to listen to what the customer is saying! I ordered a half rack of ribs, I said it twice, Loud. Why would the employee ask me if Im asking for prime rib?? (RACK)! Keyword (RACK) If they do not understand at a minimum say, Miss or Sir pardon me can you please repeat that. (Use excuse me as well !!) Manners matter!! A 19-20 year old should respect a 77 year old with simple words and all customers in general. **Excuse me, Pardon me, Sir, Miss, Good Afternoon, Good Evening. This isnt part of basic training/customer service anymore or re-enforced !
Went last night and it was horrible. Smell of sewer as we walked thru the door. I chose to not order anything for myself and if it wasnt for the time (after 9pm) I would have walked out completely. I should have done that - my husband orders meat loaf all the time but this time it was different There were 5-10 little chunks not 3 slices like usual. Then the guy who waited on my husband and I was snippy when I asked what happened to the meat loaf??? Plus he put bbq sauce on one of our dishes. - didnt ask if it was wanted. Bottom line last night was not a good night.
Food is fresh and delicious. Prices are very fair. Staff is polite, friendly and helpful. They saved my Thanksgiving dinner this year when our well pump went at the last minute. I highly recommend this eatery to anyone who likes good, home-cooked food.
Went to Boston market two days ago at 730 pm when making my order they had no gravy no corn and no corn bread so decided to give it a second chance went today 5/8 /21 at 730 pm the price was different then the price she charge me I told the cashier she sad the price was different from the menu the food was so bad end up throwing it away like they took it out the refrigerator it was cold the gravy like they mix it with water corn bread cold never again I will be going to a Boston market again they located on 211 in Middletown ny
I love Boston Market. At this specific one however the chicken is never done enough. Today I asked for well done chicken to make sure I has rotisserie style skin and that the meat was cooked.... I received slimy skin and uncooked chicken. Didnt even bother to go back and complain.
The food is great. I can go here many times a week. Everyone is pleasant. Coupons and specials allow you to try new dishes at a reasonable cost Watch your register receipt for the Saturday buy one get one. Awesome!
The workers claimed they never got my online order for pick up. I showed them the email, and they looked at it briefly and ended up fulfilling my order incorrectly. I picked up my order around 9pm today. Though closing time is 10pm, they looked more concerned with wanting to leave.Instead of corn, they gave me sweet potato. Instead of a 2 liter diet coke, a 2 liter coke. Worst of all, instead of a half white which I paid for, they stated they had no more white meat and gave me dark. This was probably the worst Boston Market experience I ever had.
Love Boston market. My wife and I are regulars. It’s worth the wait if there’s a line. This location a little dated but the food is great as always and employees are friendly. No complaints

This is 1 of the better Boston markets Ive been to! Ruth is a sweethart who has been there for years! BM needs to bring back the tortilla soup, tortellini salad, & ziti, they ALL once had!!!

On my visit, they seemed very understaffed. Not acceptable during dinner hours. Line to order took a long time with only a few people in line. Tables were left unattended and dirty and the smallest drink they offer is a 32oz. One of the worst Boston market experiences Ive had

This is my second time in the drive through! The first time I waited a very long time I was new to the area and didnt know what else to get. My second time today AGAIN Im waiting a very long time just to place the order, after I placed the order she tells me let me see how long for the chicken! She comes back after a very long time and asked we what would you like? I said didnt you go check on the chicken? She said its going to be 7 minutes and said ok and she said oh you are you to wait for it and had to Lol and sai isnt that how it works soooo I pulled up to the window (I had all this time to write) she asked me what are your sides they never put it in!!!!
The employee was new and didnt seem to understand the combo s. I had ordered a chicken salad sandwich and the roll was very hard.
The food here is always good. My family has been coming here for years and we love this place. It is a bit expensive for fast-casual but the quality of the ingredients, friendly staff, and good food are worth it.
Waited in drive through for 20 minutes no one even asked us our order then we went in and people in front of us took 10 minutes to order so then we walked out

2021-10-14Chicken was great, I mean it’s Boston market their chicken always hits. Food was good and served in fairly quick manner. Thanks to who I think was the managerDrink Machine was out of certain things or extremely watered down.Bathroom was a bit rough looking but overall place was clean for the most part.

2022-03-06The Middletown (rt. 211) Boston Market is awesome, we love that they ALL greet us with a smile and are very professional. The manager Melissa is the BEST! Very friendly, warm and helpful, she always makes sure we get exactly what we ask for, she goes above and beyond, putting the customer first, the staff there are All really nice. The food is always hot and fresh. We always go for the pot pies and if there are none, they will make them for us just to accommodate us. Great Crew of people! Highly recommend this location

2022-03-14I thought the place was condemed when I drove in. I decided to go in with my wife to get food for us and our child. Upon standing there and looking at the menu I noticed flies landing on the menu which I just couldnt believe but it was to late and already placed my order. The soda was completely flat.. the place was cold and my meatloaf looked like it was a brick cut in 3 pieces with gravy on it.... totally gross and macaroni and cheese was mush...awful. will NEVER step foot in that place again.

2022-03-26Not the greatest Boston Market I’ve been to at all. Chicken was over cooked so I had to ask for a new one, some of the veggies didn’t look too great and the carrots were hard and undercooked. Very disappointed because I love Boston Market, just did not have a great experience at this location

2022-06-24Decent food ,although they didnt have what I originally ordered so they had to substitute the gravy on the country chicken which was so so I wanted two meals but they only had enough for one so I tried the bourbon bacon chicken which was better then the breaded chicken which was good.friendly staff

2021-09-17One star is too much. I almost threw up after opening my trey of food. This food stinks 😷 I took half a bite and threw this in the trash. I hate that the photos don’t do them any justice. This is worse then what I ate for school lunch. People, don’t make the same mistake I made. Just go get you some groceries and use that air fryer. It’s not worth it. Yuck!!!
