Ive ordered from BM on E Tremont just around 25x or so. I know my family & I are getting quality rotisserie poultry & great sides w/o the bad fast food calories that go along w/ordering out.I will continue to order from here. They are clean all the time. The staff their are friendly & always look to satisfy the customer.Always recommended.
Very expensive for the quality. 2 one half chicken meals were almost 40$ including tax. Chicken is a high mark up food item.

I pre-ordered a delivery on Thanksgiving Day for 1:30 p.m. I did not receive my food until 5:00 p.m. and I have to go to the restaurant and pick up my order. When I got to the restaurant my order was not ready and the staff did not know what they were doing.
Outside dining was great. The services was excellent. Moses is an amazing staff.
Ordered a Cesar salad to take out. When I arrived, I had the hard core of the salad. I call to speak to manager, she stated employee made mistake, cause its a bag salad. Thats the end of the conversation, no effort in making any form of compensation. I was very disappointed.
Very good experience, the food was ready fast! The woman working at the counter was so efficient! She was friendly, and welcomed everyone that was waiting on line, that was a great customer relations tactic!
Food tends to be super salty (Change the cook). The red dill potatoes are always hard (Need to cook them to be softer is not rocket science) Do not think I will be ordering from this location as I have been disappointed a few times already. This is for the East Tremont location
Disrespectful Staff. Paid online orders ignored until in person customers are tended to first. Im from the neighborhood yet I will not visit this place again. All customers should be treated with respect whether weve paid already or not. 👎👎👎 UPDATE: 4/25 Thanks for reply 2 weeks later. Shows why staff can act the way they do. Havent been there since and happy with this decision.

Food isnt the same and they took items off the menu and are telling people that they were only seasonal. How is something like stuffing or dressing as some people call it that was on the menu since the store opened now seasonal.
Very clean,all side order fresh and great service,not like the one in white plain rd and story Ave ,they sloppy and rude, food is always dry.
Drove 26 minutes to the first location for them to tell me they have no food at 9 when they close at 10, drove to this location in 6 minutes arrived at 9:06 for them to tell me they’re closed. After I walked in an unlocked door thats completely lit up and says “open” I said what? You close at 10. Meanwhile three regular customers are sitting down eating in the booth next to the door. Unprofessional and frankly abhorrent. Lock the door if youre closed, and dont say youre open until 10 if youre not. Its a THURSDAY night, people expect to eat. This is NYC people eat LATE. Waste of time and energy. Changed my happy and excited mood to one of sadness and HANGRY. Don’t expect this location, or frankly any Boston Market location in the Bronx to satisfy your needs. Boston Market needs to do better and expect more from their employees who are clearly just trying to slack off work early instead of following guidelines etc.

Highly recommend! Catering order made for a job function for over 40+ ppl; food was plentiful and flavorful. Utensils and plates were provided, everything was packaged nicely. Manager called to confirm order 2hours before pickup, which was very courteous! They even assisted the items to the car- extremely excellent customer service and overall food was a 10! Will definitely do more catering events using these guys.
Fresh, tasty and not greasy and heavy like the usual fast food competitors. Pleasant service and the only location i know of that has a drive thru window. A great alternative to home cooked food for those who dont want to spend time cooking at home
The place is always busy and at times run out of chicken but the food is good and the service is great.
The drive thru cashier girl was really patient and polite. However, the food wasnt overly great. When I went to the one in the Bruckner Shopping Center around New Years, the food tasted really good. Its weird. The sides were good this time tho... its usually the meats that vary. Just stay away from the roasted Brussels sprouts...I had them once, and they didnt break down. They were still bitter and crunchy...I was hoping that theyd be broken down and charred.
Super slow, even after 7 pm. Small portions for specialty chicken dinners, like the new crispy chicken in gravy (wasnt crispy at all).
This is literally THE BEST Boston Market in the South Bronx!!! Nice and professional staff and manager. Theres a wide variety of side dishes. Behind the counter is clean, you can see everything is up kept. Has a spacious area to sit and eat, bathrooms are so clean. They also serve your food on a PLATE to give you, the customer a restaurant feel when eating and a staff member walks around periodically to make sure youre not in need of anything and Ive even seen them take your plate from you when youre done eating. Its amazing! Each store should follow this method! I LOVE this place! Kudos to the managers and staff at this location - yall rock!!
I went in on a Monday night around 8pIt wasnt too crowded, service was fast, the staff was friendly and attentive. My did just came out of the oven so it was really hot which I liked but I cant imagine it would always be the case. Interestingly there is a drive though here, I did go though it on a previous visit about a year ago, it was so slow I decided never again. How the pace at which the food is served to me is always a bit slower at Boston market which isnt a bad thing. Id rather go inside though. Overall good experience
I been coming here for years and always enjoyed my food but just the other day I went and ordered my food I was not happy. Beside the food not being the same quality as always, I Pay for my food and then am told we have no paper for a receipt. Just found it odd and was so disappointed that there will be no next time.
I placed an order for the first time from Boston Market. #0950 Food was was cold. Part of the biscuit was not whole, look like it was bitten off. I am very dissatisfied as Ive eaten from Boston Market before. Delivery was on time, 10 mins earlier than expected.I ended taking a survey, and being honest of what occur. Director of the field reached, and was able to resolve my dilemma.
Visit the one on Tremont Avenue, food is fresh, bathroom facilities are clean. The place has excellent customer service and if you buy an item during the week and save your receipt, on Saturdays, you can buy a meal up to 13.99 and get one free. They clean the tables for you and atmosphere is very family oriented and they have tables for two which creates a private and intimate setting. The manager is hands on with staff, and they work in teams. Visit it once and youll keep going back, I guarantee you. Food is prepared to your liking , if you are a vegetarian, then do their three sides special. If you need to try a food item before purchasing, ask for a sample, taste they will provide it. They have high chairs for infants upon request. Enjoy your meal .

Boston Market is my go to when I don’t feel like cooking, which is quite often . The evening staff is always friendly and quick to assist you. And Ms Meeka always has her staff keeping a positive attitude. I recommend this location to all.
Solid food. Didnt love it or hate it. If you want extravagant flavors and options youre going to the wrong place. Its classic American comfort food and they do a good job in nailing that style.
Not good they ask me if I wanted gravy on my mash I said yes and I got no gravy we was in the drive Tue of the Boston market on tremont and it took for ever they was closing but still took one f ing car at a time and messed up my order
I usually love Boston Market, which is why I gave it 3 stars, however, someone in front of me was ordering for 20+ people, and instead of the person at the window suggesting for her to go inside to pick up the order upon finishing, she had the person wait at the pickup window. I waited for 25mins before I left without placing my order. There was no direction or order in having someone who is placing an extensively large order, when I was ordering for 2. At least have someone else take the orders of everyone else who was after that person. Very displeased!!!!!
We all know what Boston Market is so I dont need to sell you on that. The staff is very friendly & accommodating & the food always appears to be fresh. My only complaints are that depending on what youre ordering sometimes the portions are a bit small especially with family meals. The chicken is more like Cornish hen & what they think feeds 3-4 might feed 2 at most. Then again, we go there more for the sides, right? Also, the parking lot & drive-thru are tiny & configured horrible.My Thanksgiving holiday plans fell through last minute so without reservations or a full meal in the fridge we had to order from there. It was pretty good but when I went to pick it up, the line was up the block (understandable) but what made it hilarious was that the guy that they stationed in front to direct the line thought he was the doorman at Studio 54 copping an attitude & being rude like he was on a power trip. At one point I seen him snap at an elderly couple but a few of us on line spoke up & he curbed his attitude quick. I understand that its probably their most hectic day of the year but when youre dealing with the public you have to be better than that. But like I said earlier, their staff are usually on point.
I seldom eat at Boston market . I drive by the one on tremont ave. in The Bronx .Some about that location troubles me... (THE VIEW OF ALL THE TOMESTONES) .NOW DONT GET WRONG... I have never had a bad meal at Boston Market .The price is pretty fair for the tasty meals. Every thing is good and the staff always professional. Some one is always cleaning up the place.
Ordered take out, food was under temp. All of it was under temp had to nuke it when I got home (8min drive in a hot bag) staff was good. Meatloaf was awful, corn bread was ok and chicken was mediocre at best. Take a look for something else, not worth you time or money
Picked up take out order today, Thanksgiving Day 2019, the food and side dishes taste horrible. The turkey and stuffing was uncooked also the Rotisserie chicken undone. Seems that they rushed everything even though I waited 30 minutes for the sweet potato side and mash potato, even forgot to include the gravy. Very disappointed after spending close to $40.00 on this meal. What a waste. First and last time going to that location site. E Tremont, Bronx area.
One of the staff members, named Nickolette, was initially unfriendly, when my sister and I were going to take seats at the table she was cleaning once she was done. But she pointed to a table with some crumbs on them and told us to sit there instead (but we didnt) even though she was almost done. Then later on, she came up to us once we were done with our food, and she was being kind- offering us containers to take home and smiling at us. Once she came back with the containers, she said to us, still smiling, You know, everything comes with a price. And told us that she wants us to fill out this survey for her. She was so determined and forceful to have us fill it out! Ridiculous. And then she told me to give her a 100% regarding satisfactory, which I find to be so unnecessary, untruthful, and pathetic. Along with this employee, the food was mediocre. Some parts of my food were cold, and the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese werent tasty or savory. The chicken and corn bread were good.

I love their flavorful and home style cooking. The perfect comfort food. The menu is varied. I really love the Rotisserie Chicken, the Boston Carver Sandwich, and the succulent taste and flavor of the garlic infused Creamed Spinach. They have apple pie and other sweets. Meal plans include, kids and family sizes. Overall clean, courteous staff. Would highly recommend.
Drive through very slow all the time. Better service inside and much faster. Had the Rotisserie turkey w gravy it was delicious. Mash and sweet potatoes also very good.
My review is below. I received an email from the owner to email him, and I did on 12/26/18. Still have not received a response. SMH!I ordered the family package yesterday for Christmas, $35. I usually order from Boston Market all the time but yesterdays food was completely tasteless. From the chicken, mac n cheese, stuffing and mashed potatoes...everything was flavorless, I kid you not. I usually dont give bad reviews but I was totally dissatisfied with my purchase. Its going to be a very long while before I go back to BM. SMH
I think is pretty clean and there is always available tables around noon. I like the chicken is always fresh and tender. Spinach. Overall is healthy for a person who’s been eating too much fat lately

Wouldve given 5 stars being a regular customer, today the cashier Shellie service was very cold and unwelcoming. As I was inquiring about a coupon she walked away talking with her back to me to go fix the blinds. Upon her return I again. Inquired about the coupon and she was short, and no eye contact. She appeared annoyed. And I barely got my question out and when I did she was not willing to help with my inquiring and told.to ask the manager. Shellie should be reminded the warm friendly customer service can be a determining factor in a customers return.Way to Shellie🖕

Boston Market used to be really good. As the years have gone by its product flavor has drastically changed. I thought it would vary from store to store but it doesnt.

I am a big fan of Boston Market and have been for years. Thanksgiving, 2014, we ordered our meal from Boston Market and we were pleased with it.I recently ordered the new item on the menu, Baked Cod. It was not good. When I spoke to the manager, Pasaine, he listened attentively, apologized and offered me a meal replacement with dessert.I give Boston Market five stars because in all the years I have been a customer stopping in Boston Market Restaurants in several states, this was my first complaint and hopefully, my last!
I know Boston Market well, and my experience at this location was not up to standard. The server didnt put sauce on my ribs until the cashier said to, and the manager kept trying to sell me more food. However, the food itself was in line with other Boston Market locations.
The food was delicious the prime rib was just out of this world and I think that I just been going back there like every Friday and Saturday I like the last 4 months Maybe because its just convenient and its delicious.
Just came from there the door lock!! Says open online they tell me only drive thru I live around the corner an I’m park so I couldn’t get any food 😡
Boston Market has made consistent, delicious food for a very long time and it comes at a very reasonable price. This establishment is run like a well oiled machine, is clean, and boasts a friendly, professional staff.
Only 4 parking spaces avaible and its a busy street!! The vent ceiling was dripping brown water into the food and the ppl food dishes that were placed on the self!! They all looked miserable ....the employees and manager must have seen that vent dripping into the food!! Im calling the board of health!! Disgusting!!
I went their for Thanksgiving dinner buy food from the store to take home. The mgr was incompetent and so was the staff. I placed my order DC or the family meal and wasnt finished they ignore me and moved to the next customer...I was floored. After spending $95 got home my sides were missing cornbread 1/2 chicken...I wont go there AGAIN

The food is good serving the best Rotisserie chicken and other sides too. But they served small portions especially their Rotisserie Chicken. But all is good besides that!👏👍
Boston Market is a good place to get a good lunch or dinner. The takeout meals are very good as well. I enjoy the various selections and generous portions.
The roasted chicken is really good and the portion of food you are served is also very sensible and fulfilling. I recommend going to this restaurant if you are hungry for a feast.

I do feel there are too many exceptions with the use of coupon I always spend a nice amount of money, but whether or not I have a coupon it always seems to be the same smount. You have a promotion goine for a while now.A family meal and if you choose to order another chicken for 1.99. It doesnt say that on the sign that you cant use a coupon. For that meal of you are ordering an extra chicken. It doesnt need a coupon. It just states that with a family meal you can get that chicken for 1.99. I am ordering a family meal for four for my husband and myself. I always purchase exyra sides do Im alrrady ordering large meal so O can get more sides and I still order additional sidesI definitely thi k I should ne able to use a coupon for 4.00 off of 25.00 purchase when I paid an additional 1.99 hot a large family meal and I purchased more sides!

This B. M. (off of Tremont and Castle Hill) is amazing. This is the best one in the Bronx, NY husband and I have one in walking distance (177th street and Parkchester) and we would rather travel to the one on Tremont than walk down the street from our home tells you something, huh...lol... 😂 😂 😂

Went through the drive-thru. Quite a wait and I went around 6:30pm. Maybe thats a peak hour for them. Also if you are not from the area, the drive thru location is on the side street not the main road
This place has been around for a good while now, and for a good reason. The food is great and the service is quick and easy.
My wife and I wasn’t a fan of the food after wanting it for so long it tasted fake the pricing wasn’t bad the cashier that took me was actually very pleasant just was disappointed in the food spent over 30bucks to just throw away the food
Great customer service from this one worker i think her name was christina she works harder than everyone else in that restaurant very polite and great food i recommend to any one thats in a need for gd food i go on my lunch break most days

When you handle food please use utensils not your hands even if you have on gloves. My server used her hand to pick up my cornbread not the tongs. Not sanitary at all.

My first place I visited was Boston Market when I moved to the Bronx and for me at that time Food was delicious but OMGThis place is going down hill Cont reading please😉Ive had seen many employees/managers come n go from Boston Market, but this time oh I had enough on 8/23/2021 around 9pm we went to Boston Market and when I walked in the Manager was sitting with another employee in the left hand side; the manager get up and right on that moment somebody call her on her cellphone, she was loud and on top of that she told whoever she was talking to ( Didnt I told shes going to get fired, she was laughing), for me it went like wow! A person should never be happy when a person gets fired regardless of what they did because what goes around comes around plus that person will face financial instabilities if it doesnt know how to manage her/his money... okay I went to placed an order and the girl who also was taking drive-thru orders took mine. My order was meal for six 2 whole chicken dark meat only and this girl kept saying 2 whole chicken and I keep repeating DARK MEAT ONLY! Please The manager step forward and asked me etc. The manager took the place of the guy who cuts the chicken to cut mine; she did a horrible job🤦🏽♀️ my pictures will talk! My 6 sides were a nightmare 2 of the tray were almost empty and this girl serving whatever they have left until the point that I said could you please pour more and request more mashed potatoes and mac cheese.....if you asks me to recommend Boston Market the answer is NO.

2021-07-14I used to love Boston Market but after tonight. Will never ever eat it again. Not only was I over charged but it was so salty I felt like I was going to have a heart attack.I was charge .50Cents extra for cream of spinachI was charged for 4 corn muffins and one of them was suppose to be with the mealAnd I only got threeThis what my food look like. Guy was more worried if I had forks and napkins. No gravy and meatloaf had like chunks of sausage or something in it. Hope it wasn’t an animalLike McDonald’s and their rat tail.

2022-05-26Boston Market occasionally sends me discount meal coupons. I enjoy their rotisserie chicken with 2 sides. The only thing is getting there. The one I go to is at the end of Tremont Ave, across from St. Raymonds cemetery. Enjoy!

2022-05-12I have been getting their Prime Rib and the website still says it but when I got there they said they have not been making it for over a month. ?? I got the Crispy Country Chicken instead and it was good.

2020-09-16(This review is for a DoorDash order)If you go to Boston Market, you gotta know what to order. The meats are usually pretty good (I’ve had the chicken and meatloaf). The Mac and Cheese is atrocious. The salad was mediocre.Boston Market is a nice change from McDonald’s or Burger King, but the quality of the food isn’t really any better than other fast food.I had my food delivered, so I haven’t been to this location personally. I will say, I ordered a lemonade with my meal and they sent water. Mistakes happen though.

2022-01-16Dont order theyre ribs unless you want to pay $45 for an actual full rack, got take out this evening from this place and what a joke, over an hour from close and the Mac and cheese I would consider to be unsellable due to how old it was. I ordered the half rack of baby back ribs and what a disappointment, not only were they cold and chewy, but there was no sauce and most importantly the people here dont seem to know how many ribs come on a rack of baby back ribs because I received 3 for $17.50 and actual rack of baby back ribs has 10-13 ribs on it, theyre selling a quarter rack and calling it a half rack, this is nothing short of daylight Robbery youre better off at Applebees if you want ribs I guess

2021-08-22Clean and properly stocked, staff was great (location on E. Tremont, bronx ny), although not all Boston market are the same. I recently went to the one on white plains Rd in the bronx. This one wasnt clean, staff were terrible.

2021-10-26I love their new salads! Only down side was drive thru person was taking cash and grabbing food without changing gloves! I had to tell him something! Wasnt a problem he quickly changed gloves and remade salads! Just watch your food being prepare best you can!!!

2021-11-25This particular Boston Market on E.Tremont really went down hill. At one time it was the only Boston Market in the Bronx and well respected. Now its the opposite. The food taste terrible, the employees hardly care, and overpriced cold temperature meals... Upper management needs to reevaluate just about everything at this location.
