I purchased many vehicles from Botnick Chevrolet, the fact that I have returned for many purchases speaks volumes. The staff there is friendly, professional and very helpful.
Your service center is very professional, helpful and makes sure if there’s more wrong then they initially thought they let you know right away and then you make the choice of having it done or not (they just don’t fix it and tell you when you go pick up your car ) They are also very prompt on getting you in when you need to.
My service was great...out the door in 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation

Pretty displeased with the dealership. I was in the process of purchasing a 24k mile truck from Botnick Chevy. Im about 3 and a half hours away from them, so I wanted to know everything about the truck inside and out before I drove up there. I was told the truck was very clean, which it did appear to be in the pictures. I asked about the underside of the truck as I was concerned about any unusual rust or corrosion since its a northeast truck. The salesman told me the truck is just as clean underneath as it is everything else on the truck and the gentleman who owned it took extreme care of it. So everything seemed great until now. I got a call from the finance guy since I needed a sales invoice for the truck to get my check from the bank. They were trying to push me into uncertifying the truck and purchasing an extended warranty. I politely refused and told them I wasnt interested at this time and that I needed to have the truck certified for me to want it. Again, they kept trying to push and push the extended warranty plan. Finally they took no for an answer. The following day (today), I email the salesman and ask him to send me pictures of the undercarriage of the truck because I was planning on making the trip to pick the truck up the next day. The pictures I received are what has left a sour taste in my mouth about this dealership. I understand the truck with have surface rust as it isnt new, but a 24k mile truck should not look like this. The brake calipers are rusted pretty badly. Looks like something that may be typically seen on a 70k mile truck. When I responded to the salesman that I didnt want the truck because it looked pretty bad underneath, he told me even new trucks sitting on a lot have rust but maybe youd be better off with a new truck. Why would I be better off with a new truck? Because I want a rust free used truck? Im more disappointed they wasted my time rather than being up front with me. Just an absolute disgrace.
The service was scheduled and the work was done quickly and they took care of the extended warranty claim and I didn’t have to pay for anything. The service personnel were very polite and friendly.
I bought a new car from Botnick Chevrolet last week and it was easily the best car buying experience Ive ever had. They were really easy to work with and made the car buying process seamless. 10/10 recommend!
The tires on my 20 Blazer RS wore out at 19000 miles. They are a 21 inch tire. The lowest price I could find to replace them was $330 per tire. ‘Ouch’. I called Chris Obrien at Botnicks. He went the xtra mile and was able to save me half the price of 4 tires. Great job Chris and the Botnicks team!
Botnick continually gives top notch service - various services were performed while I waited in a pleasant lounge. The employees were friendly and accomodating to the other customers needs. Ive recommended this dealership to friends and family - always getting positive feedback on their experience. Botnick is our go to for our vehicles.
I called due to a light coming on and they got me in with in less than 24 hours and were very accommodating on the phone. They took their time and looked everything over for me and then came out and explained what they did. They also took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.
Brian was phenomenal! He even had my car started and warmed up for me upon my arrival!
I called the Botnick Chevrolet service department when a check engine light lit up on my dashboard. They said bring it right in Tuesday evening, and they would get on it first thing Wednesday morning. Around noon on Wednesday, they called me to let me know that a camshaft regulator had shorted out, they had already replaced it, and that I could come pick up my Equinox. The best news was that this problem was completely covered under my GM vehicle warranty, and that it would cost me nothing for the repair. I couldnt be happier with the way GM stands behind their vehicles, and with the speedy and professional service I received from the Botnick Chevrolet service staff. Keep up the good work, Brian and Chris.
I have always been satisfied with my service at Botnicks. Recently went for a tire repair and had my vehicle inspected. I was in and out within an hour and all went well. The staff at Botnicks are always friendly and treat me with respect. I have dealt with them for approximately 15 years and will go back to them for my next vehicle in the future.
This place and these people are great. Very professional. I was treated wonderfully. Even more so they were able to find out the difficult problem with my truck and fix it and in a timely manner. After going to 3 different mechanics these guys got to it. I cant say enough good things about this place or give the people there enough praise. I know where my vehicle(s) will be going from now on when they need work. Thank You many many times over.
I found the personnel at Botnicks to be polite , considerate, competent and helpful. My car was repaired quickly and properly. It was a genuine pleasure doing business with such people.

When I arrived for my inspection, the service department had not received the inspection stickers yet. The service provider called around, and actually took my vehicle to another garage to make sure it was inspected. Above and beyond- and absolutely appreciated!

Great price! Easy in... easy out! UPDATE: When I first bought the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu hybrid, all was well, the salesman was very helpful and nice, but... I started having issues with the car soon after driving off the lot. I took it to their service department and thats when I learned that a few machanics there arent very good at their diagnosis and repair skills. The battery died and fob stopped working a week after I bought the car. The engine light began coming on intermittently, and the service department could not determine the cause. I drive about 6 - 10 miles a day and in 2 years the entire break system and exhaust system needed to be replaced. It got to the point where I could no longer afford to pay for the repairs. It would have cost me more than the car was worth. I ended up going to the Toyota dealership on Court Street and spoke to the salesman, Barry. He was really nice and listened to me and what I needed. They took my 2008 as a trade and I love my 2013 Toyota, Avalon. Ive had it about 6 months a its still a dream to drive.
I recently had an amazing experience purchasing a 2017 Chevy Cruze with the help of Jon from the sales team! He was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, patient with me and my questions, and treated me like a person instead of like a sale. For someone who had never bought a newish car from a dealership before and was a little intimidated of car salesman and the not so friendly/pushy stereotype they often get, I really appreciated all of his help. He showed me all of the amenities of the car while on the test drive, then again when I came to pick up the car a week later and swapped the license plates himself. Before I left he made sure I was set to go by taking the time to have all of my questions answered and thanking me once again for my business. I honestly couldnt of asked for a better car buying experience and it was because of Jon and the professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service he provided me. I would recommend anyone to go to Botnick if theyre in the market for a new car and definitely ask for Jon to help you if you want a smooth, easy, stressless time shopping for your next vehicle!
I had my truck in for service and would rate them a 20 in a 1-10 scale. Excellent GM service!! Personal..courteous..professional..down to earth in their explanations..honest and affordable!! I am considering a new truck and going to sit down with them. Cant recommend them any higher as they are top notch. You should consider them for either sales or service!!

Botnick has the BEST service department. I started using them to service an extended warranty that was purchased at another local dealer. After having troubles with that dealer, I moved to Botnick and have been so grateful! Chris, Jason & the rest of the staff makes you feel so welcome. They take care of whats needed without pressuring you to do un-needed repairs. They wash your car after service & aleays watch for otger potential problems. They are efficient and quick. Their service has been so very good, that when my husband was ready for a new truck, Botnick was our first stop. The sales department was equally welcoming, efficient and low pressure. We couldnt be more satisfied.

I was broke down, 3.5 hours from home. Botnick Chevrolets Perry and Jeremy did their best in updates on the progress of my vehicle. I ended up staying the night as they had to overnight the part. I could have went home. They were going to get me a rental car. I felt like I was treated like family. They are great people at Botnick Chevrolet!

We got a flat on our Chevy truck on the Highway near Binghamton NY. Botnick Chevrolet was recommended to us so we could get our spare tire off and our regular tire fixed. There is no way we could have been happier. Their service team was fast friendly and willing to help. They got our Chevy Silverado in, tire repaired changed and our truck washed and vacuumed all in about 45minutes less than 1 hour. When I am ready to but my next truck I will drive the 3 1/2 hours just to see what they have in stock.
Great folks, and great deals. They stand behind their product and customer service- of which both are stellar. My business has bought several vehicles from them, and we will continue to, as well.

Nothing but issues with this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. They’re unprofessional and don’t know what they’re talking about. When you call about an issue with your vehicle that you bought from them they blow it off, not doing their job at all. And all they really care about is your money. To each their own I guess. But I would tell anyone I know and everyone I don’t to stay away from this place.
I have worked with Botnick Chevrolet on three different occasions as has my father and have found them to be fair, honest, straight forward folks. Horrible dealership. Claimed a cigarette was ingested into my air cleaner and set my brand new (at the time ) car on fire. Had to make NYS DMV get involved to get my money back for repairs that I did not sign for and authorize. Service manager Dickson was a real POS! My 35 years in the auto repair field I have never seen such a bunch of liars in my life. Because of this dealership I or no one in my family will ever purchase or drive a new Chevrolet ever again.Thanks Botnik! Since you made us dump Chevrolet we are now on our 2nd Toyota! Our first one went over 200k on the original brakes and clutch! Just oil changes and tires! Never got that out of any new Chevy I bought! Thanks for making us switch!

I had a great experience at Botnick Chevy. I worked with the salesman Nick Desisto. I went there originally to lease a 2016 Chevy Silverado. The truck that I wanted online was already sold by time I got there. But fortunately Nick helped my get into a 2017 Chevy Silverado for the same price as the 16. All of the staff is very courteous and helpful with sales and service. I have been a customer of their service department for many years now and have never had in issue. I would highly recommend going to see Nick at Botnick when buying any car from them.
I visited or contacted 4 Chevrolet dealerships in my area before making decision to lease a vehicle from Botnick Chevrolet. The folks at Botnick Chevrolet were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the available incentives. Job well done.
Purchased a used truck from this company. The week of purchase, I started to have problems with my front end - noises from the wheels. Took it in twice and was told I had dust on the brake sensors. They lubed it up and sent me on my way. A month or so later the wheels started making a horrible grinding sound. Took the truck to my mechanic and it turns out my wheel bearings were broken and needed to be fixed. My sensors turns out....were just fine. Other stuff has come up about this truck as well since. Note: I will never buy another vehicle from here again.

Bought a new 2500hd from them few years back.. great place to deal with great service.. customers come first with them... and I can not brag enough on how good of a recon guy they have... he dose all of botnick’s detailing and they look great... I always recommend to people to bring chris stepanick the recon guy at botnick for their cars or trucks... and the service department always gets me in if something goes wrong with my chevys definitely a great place to deal with would recommend to anyone...

2022-05-24Wonderful customer service! We were traveling in the area and had what we believed to be a sensor or thermostat issue. They were fully booked but put our car on the diagnostic equipment, charged us nothing and gave us a sense of security about our future travels.

2022-05-24This place is amazing! We were on a road trip from Florida and had a strange error on the car. They squeezed us in to run diagnostics and cleared the codes and all is well now. Provided us with a copy of the report I. Case the issue pops up again. We are at peace now since we were afraid of a major problem.just want to note that we had tried 2 other dealers along our route that refused to help. Elm Chevrolet was one of those. If I lived in the area, Botnick would be my dealer. Thank you guys!

2019-09-12World class customer service as always by Mr. Chris OBrien (Service Consultant) & the crew. I took my car in recently to check for a tire leak as, my tire pressure was super low after putting air in one tire for two consecutive days. I was able to get a same day afternoon appointment. The amazing service team discovered I had a nail in the rear tire & repaired it perfectly. Its been almost 2 weeks & my car (nicknamed: The Holy Spirit) drives like a champ! Also, they washed my vehicle before cashing me out at the service desk. The customer waiting area is very clean & smells nice. Thanks for being so amazing Botnick!!!💙💙💙
