Need to store my luggages for a few hours as we had a late flight and wanted to explore more of Honolulu. Didnt want to have all the luggages in the car with us all day. Very easy booking, the place was secure and clean. Convenient location. Would recommend.
Affordable.Easy to use.Convenient.Many locations in NYC.Only work through the website for now, though. Looking forward to their app.The store only puts a tag on your baggage so if you want the ease of mind then put your own lock on it.
This is a 24x7 location. We have to text and call the person on call and he then walked us through the process over the phone. The business was not easy to find, had to look for parking spots reserved for Above the Wave to locate the business. Other than that, pretty happy with the service

Great service! Convenient location, really easy to reserve and drop off/pick up. Only had a small bag to check, but it wouldve been helpful to see some info about the actual location (which happened to be on the third floor of a walk-up, so might be problematic for others with larger luggage).

When our hotel said they cancelled Bell Service due to COVID19, I found this service. It was very easy, I just paid online, then dropped our bags off here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was really easy and close to the airport.

Only drawback is there is nowhere to call if you run into issues. However, the website does have a chat function and I was able to resolve my issue there. The place we used was great! It was very easy and secure.Thank you to the owner for providing the phone number after I posted this review. I wish it was readily available on the website when I needed it. It all worked pretty good! I just wished the cost was per volume and not per luggage (I had 3 items, a big one and two smalls that were the size of the big suitcase). The idea is great and value is fair. Keep improving ;)

Great service. We didn’t even know this type of service existed. I googled luggage storage and found Bounce. The process was so easy it was hard to believe. We went online advise how many bags we had.we paid and was provided an email with a confirmation number and where to go to take the luggage. We were greeted by Zack. Zack was awesome. He explained the entire process and extra services they offered. We dropped off the luggage and away ween o enjoy our last full day in Maui. Zack messaged us to confirm pick up time later that day. Upon arrival Zack was there waiting. He brought out our bags and we went off to the airport to head home. Our bags were safe and untouched. We would use this service again. Zack was great! I’ve never used a service like this. But, we needed a place to keep our bags before our flight. The location was so close to the park, it literally took less than two minutes to drop off the bags, and we were on our way. I will absolutely check this out again when I’m traveling.
Liked the convenience of being able to easily find a location and make reservations online. Drop off and pick up of 6 bags was quick and easy. The people at the location barely acknowledged or spoke to us, but I wouldnt fault the company for that and we were in and out so quickly I didnt really care.
I can recommend this service without hesitation. We were renting an Airbnb in the area and after check out needed to leave our bags to permit us to explore the town before our evening flight home. We booked a service online the night before, dropped our bags and pick them up without a problem. The staff were professional and helpful. I would recommend and use the service again as we travel.

Great service, very easy and value for money. One small change is I recomend putting a Bounce sticker or sign in the bar/shops window so when youre trying to find it (with no internet being away from home) you know youre at the right place

Fairly easy drop off. There is no signage on the storefront at the 311 6th Ave location, so it can be a little tricky to find, but service was quick and pick up was easy. Note that must make a reservation online beforehand.

Great for travelers with layovers. Service is quick and easy with the app. The app is convenient with locations shown on the map. The exact address is shown after booking but the map is quite accurate.I found that the opening times on the app werent the same as when the shop where I could store my luggage opened. I had to wait an hour. I also prefer a more secure pick up. I understand that I was the only one who used the service at this location on that day but when I picked up, another store clerk who didnt see me was working and just handed me the suitcase without asking for ID ir reservation number
This service is a lifesaver! I needed to do some last minute shopping and running around before catching a train home from New York City and did not want to carry my baggage everywhere. Service was easy, convenient, and highly appreciated! I recommend it for all travelers.

Very easy drop off. They tag your items right then and take them back. The tags are numbered and you can take photos of them to validate. Takes all of 2 minutes including reservation. Was a fair price for 4 bags. Just make sure to take photo as that is how they identify when you are ready to pick up. I only did same-day storage, so cannot comment on longer term. Will use again.

Bags are placed behind the counter at the store. Everything was fine when I got it back, but wasnt a 100% comfortable leaving it thereUpdate: Bounce contacted me and resolved the issue. Great customer service
Horrible customer service, this location is unacceptable. The guy almost didn’t even let me leave my bags there after I already paid for my bags to be there online. He said that unless I showed him an email or text receipt (never got either) he wouldn’t allow me to leave my bags (which again, I ALREADY PAID FOR). SO, I pulled up the original booking screen with my booking number to show him. He scrolled around on my phone (looked like he had no idea what he was doing) and said that it wouldn’t work. Literally I was about to cry as we just finally got to New York and this was our first experience within the city and he only changed his mind because he realized that it could work after scrolling around on my phone the second time. He didn’t even apologize, didn’t show any customer service skills whatsoever and almost ruined my day completely. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION OR POSSIBLY ANY OTHER LOCATION. TAKE THE LATER FLIGHT AND SLEEP IN. NOT WORTH THE EXPERIENCE. Period.
Excellent service...just what we needed on our trip to NYC.Our checkout was 12 am but out flight wasnt till 9pm and didnt want to curry our suitcase everywhere....so these guys were a life saver, just around the corner from where we were....super cheap and super easy.Everything you want, I just hope to see more of these services availible in more places.Great job guys

I used the 870 7th Ave, 10019 location, when we arrived we had a reservation, when we left we dropped the luggage without previous booking. Both experiences were excellent, safe, quick, the staff was really nice. I recommend it!
It was a super affordable and convenient way to store your luggage. Booking online was easy and quick.I had some reservations when I dropped my bags off at the cobbler. There wasn’t any receipt or ticket given for acknowledgment of receipt of bags. I left my bags for 8 days. But there wasn’t anything to worry about! The service was easy to use and worked fine. The luggage itself was however stored in the shop and people could access it. I wouldhave felt more comfortable if it was stored in a room where there were no customers
It was not as seamless as I would have liked but the young man was polite and my bags were stored for a couple of hours while we skated so I am satisfied.Edit: The young man seemed like it was his first time storing bags. He asked me several times if I had already paid. I showed him a screenshot of my confirmation code which didnt show I had paid for my 2 shopping bags, and asked if he could look me up using that code. He told me he could not. I had an uber waiting for me and I was rushing to but could not find the email from bounce at that time. He reluctantly put the bags on the floor where he entered/exited his counter space. Also I asked if there was a ticket for my bags and he looked around but said he did not have one. I asked if he would be the one behind the counter when I returned in 2 hours and he said yes that he would be closing at 10pm. When I returned to get my bags he told me to just go ahead and grab my bags which I did. I also bought some VERY expensive water (It was nearly equal to the price for storing my 2 shopping bags!) from him, but that is besides the point I guess.

It was really quick and easy to leave our bag here and pick up (we chose it because it’s open 24/7) - we left it for 7 days whilst travelling elsewhere in the USA.
Affordable and simple service that allowed me to drop my bag off for a few hours without worrying. The only negative on this experience is that the shop owner indicated that they didnt offer the service on Sundays, but when I showed him my receipt, he gladly took the bags and upheld the deal.

Nice that you can pre book online.However we did have a bit of a challenge finding our storage location (Hudson Pub) since there was scaffolding around it. We expected Bounce to be advertised on the window but it did not appear to be so.Otherwise - it was great!
I couldnt find the place because it didnt exist, then when I tried opening the app it stopped working. I tried calling the place but it told me to look online for support chat, while I was on the streets of new york! This was ridiculous and I will be pursuing a refund.

Super easy to use. Booked on phone, went to the drop-off spot and came back later that night for the luggage with no problems.
We paid ahead of time to store 5 bags. When we lugged all of our things to the address provided at 11am, the store was closed, even though the website said it opened at 10:30am. We tried calling the numbers provided, and did not get a response. In fact, one number we called ended up with a message saying the number had been disconnected. Fortunately, we found another storage location nearby. They also called us back in a few hours and said theyll be refunding us, so thats the only reason Im giving it any stars at all. If they hadnt told us theyll refund us (still pending, havent received it yet), I would have left a far more scathing review and 1 star.

This is an awesome ideal and workout perfectly for me and my 3 girls... Much better than trying to take 4 bags all over NYC for 9 hours. Instead we had a full day at the beach and my girls were happy.
SOLID SPOT. Luggage was stored and booking was easy and reasonably priced. / Its at a cleaners so there is other traffic. It was not clean. Nor was the luggage locked away or anything.. but the staff was nice and friendly and I felt like it was safe enough for it to not be picked through or stolen. Everything worked out! Dropped my gym bag off before meeting friends for drinks and the booking process was super easy. I was even slightly late to pick it up but it wasnt a problem, the woman in the store was really understanding.

We used the Bounce to store our luggage for a full day. The service was comfortable, safe, easy and cheap. We booked the one near Hudson Yards. Even though the restaurants Bounce web page said it opened at 11am, we arrived there at 11:30am and we couldnt store our luggage because they opened at 12pm. Apart from that, we highly recommend the service.

I tried to use other apps but I was never able to confirm my reservation due to technical difficulties on their side. Then I found Bounce and everything worked easily and I made my reservation in a matter of minutes, went and dropped off my luggage and was on my way!
Everything ok. The only uncomfortable thing was that we had to book the place for our luggage online and in the store there was no wifi... So we had to go to next coffeshop to book the storage.

Great experienceI stored my luggage at shoegasm. It’s about five minutes walk from the New York penn station.It’s cheap and easy.But I have one suggestion is that maybe put a sticker on the door of the store so it won’t be that weird to walk in to a shoe store with a big luggage
We used Bounce for the first time during our trip to New York - had to be out of our apartment by 11 but our flight wasn’t until 7pm so didn’t want to waste our last few hours lugging our suitcases around. The service was excellent, booked online and dropped our bags at a local deli for a few hours. Bags were sealed with a tag at the deli and the staff there couldn’t have been nicer. Would definitely recommend, really good value and a great service!

Great experience! I wanted to go to a baseball game but planned to take the caltrain right after for a weekend trip. Because I couldnt bring my suitcase with me into the park, I selected a convenient Bounce location through the app and was able to drop off my suitcase for the whole day. I will definitely use again!

I had never heard of this company but wanted to hang out a little in NYC before my flight from JFK. I didn’t have long enough to leave my stuff at an airport then explore. I found bounce and there were so many convenient options to choose from. Amazing idea to work with local businesses to provide this service. Booking was easy and so was leaving/picking up my bag. I was able to choose one close to the train in Chelsea Market where I wanted to have lunch. Highly recommend.

We booked a storage service at Manhattan, very positive experience, everything went smoothly.
While this is a great idea, it isn’t implemented very well. The website on a PC and the app on my phone are like two different things. They don’t talk to each other, so if I book storage on my PC and later try to pull up the upcoming reservation on my phone, it’s not there. Cancelling a reservation isn’t just a matter of clicking a button, I had to send an email to cancel and get a refund.These issues aside, if you’re in NYC, it’s a convenient way to store your luggage. It worked for us. There are locations all over Manhattan. If you’re in another city, you might not be as lucky to find a place nearby. It doesn’t look like they have many locations in other major cities.

Very convenient and the bodega that serves as the drop-off location was clean and nice. Only complaint is that a friend and I made separate reservations (she needed a different pickup time), but they only tagged one of the suitcases, which made it look like we were together. I told them we needed two separate tags, but they insisted it would be fine. That meant when I went to pick up my luggage, they brought hers instead. They were irritated when I told them they got the wrong one from the storage facility, but ultimately got it resolved and it was fine.

Worked well. Very reasonable price I thought. Booking was not as simple as hoped, maybe because I was using mobile wifi. I booked bags, attemted payment, then got error message. So I tried to make same transaction again, to find the payment had gone through without my knowledge. I was lucky I saw the webpage as it was still open and had refreshed on its own. It did work though, at a good price.Update: Have increased to 4 star rating (from my original 3 star) after getting a follow-up email from Bounces office. Hats off to them for really focusing on customer care, and they do seem to have a safeguard against possible double bookings. I will definitely use them again!

Left my luggage at Hudson Bar and Grill and it was simple and efficient. I chose this location because I needed to board a Megabus down the street a few hours after I checked out of my hotel. They asked that I fill out two slips (one for them and one for me) identifying my luggage. When I came back to pick it up, I turned in the slip and they handed me my luggage. No issues or complications. Drop-off/Pick Up times were flexible.

Bounce is amazing! I needed a place in Manhattan to store for the day. Bounce showed me locations near where I was going to be that were a part of the program. I had a great experience with bounce at NYC racquet sports. I booked the night before online, and was able to hand off and receive my suitcase quickly and easily, just blocks from penn station! All together, cheap, easy, and made my day much easier!

What a nice surprise for a long flight connection from JFK to LGA with a day layover in NYC. We just googled it and found Bounce luggage storage service near Washington Square. It was very convient and easy to book online. The team was very responsive and helpful. Great idea for people like us who want to enjoy a day in NYC without having to carry any luggage. We will definitely keep the contact for a next time.

2022-02-20We dropped our bags off at this location which was located inside the NY Bakery and Desserts and had a great experience. Just go up to the counter and tell the employee that you have a reservation to drop your bag and they’ll lead to the back where you show them your email confirmation - make sure to take a picture of your bag so it’s easier during pick-up. A great location that’s very convenient to the Times Square subway station.

2022-01-09We were the Bayonne UPS Store location’s second-ever Bounce customer, so it took a few minutes to get the associate acquainted with the process. However, Bounce amazingly provides a document in your reservation to assist the store in maneuvering through their system. Once we were checked-in, it was a breeze and we could go about our day exploring the city luggage-free with the peace of mind our stuff was taken care of. The price is super fair, too. Can’t recommend this location or service enough.

2021-12-27Storage at the Casa Blanca Hotel in San Juan was great. The site was easily accessible from the cruise port. I dropped my bag off and explored old San Juan before catching my 830pm flight home. The receptionist also told me that I can get my bag anytime since its a hotel and they are open 24 hours

2021-12-23This luggage storage location in San Diego is really convenient to cruises, the airport, and Santa Fe Depot... once you find it. Look for the bike rental store near the pin drop. Other than having some difficulty finding it the first time, we will use this as our go to place to hold our bags while waiting for our flight. They were friendly and easy to work with.

2021-12-26Theyll store your luggage 10:30 to 10pm ) and beyond for extra fees) most luggage storage are only upto 5pm for regular rate. The receptionist had a great personality and the office is at the first floor so its pretty accessible.
