Loved my experience here! No wait on a Saturday night. Fun fast friendly service. Very clean. Great environment. Amazing date night option. Played a few rounds of bowling. Didnt even know where the time went and played pool as well. Drinks were pretty good as well, not too strong. And the appetizers were pretty good also.
Fun times with good friends. If you like bowling in a casual environment you will have fun. We went on a Friday night and the DJ was playing great music. One small issue I had was that there were no ball racks for house bells. We had to ask groups next to us for balls they werent using. Otherwise a solid experience. Staff was great. We will return.
Had a blast enjoying the bowling, direct food/alcohol orders and delivery to the lanes. The bowling area was very clean and bowler areas were sprayed and cleaned after an adjoining lane was used. The music and screens were entertaining and not distracting. A great opportunity for a date night or a family outing!
Tonight I hosted a fundraising event here and all I can say is.. WOW!!!! My co-chair did all the emailing and Alexandria was very responsive with all our important and silly questions.During the event, we had multiple people checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were also able to adjust our contract throughout the event based on our last minute attendees. AND they actually had ADORABLE party decor that they added along with a sign that said Welcome LIRID.. Im sure the sign they can adjust based on who the fundraiser was for.
Spacious location. Went here February 2021 and they were very safe about social distancing and masks. We felt pretty safe even though there was a large group of 15 or more near by.Staff was really good at making sure they were as far away as possible (more than 15ft away). They have plastic dividers between the lanes for extra precaution. It was a was a great time without much worry!
Awesome place for bowling, whether its family or night out with friends. Price is a little steep for me but they currently have a season pass thats awesome. The disappointing part is the arcade, which is a great thing to break up the time. But a lot of games were broken and stole credits but didnt let you play. Hopefully they get it fixed and they work again
This place was some what hard to find as it was in the back of a couple stores & when we arrived NONE of the street lights were on which made it hard for you to see the huge sign on the building from the road. This place was nice & cool to bowl at. Please dont let me review sway you from this location as it is an okay place to bowl but needs new management.I had no complications with bowling but my friends & I ordered some food & 2 of their orders got messed up by giving them something they didnt ask for/ordered. We notified the kind gentleman who brought us the food in which he told his managers about. About 30 minutes went by & still no corrected order. The sever comes back & tells us that hes sorry they didnt get their order yet because hes managers arent trying to listen to him as he was explaining the order was incorrect. My friends didnt want their food anymore so they asked for a refund. 1 friend received their refund but my other friend was given a hard time by the manager Christine (or at least that what she said her name was) who then went & asked the server what was wrong with our order & he told her that there were 3 wrong orders. She proceeded to say so 3 orders went to waste & he said yes.A few minutes are spent arguing with Christine to get my friends refund & they finally got it. I understand if all of our orders were messed up for them to give us a hard time but it was only 2 people out of 8. They literally had an issue when it was their fault. I wont be visiting this location anymore.
Woman working there does everything she needs a raise but she does her job well and doesnt complain or look upset kept a smile on her face and made us feel welcome my family and I had a great time . I dont remember her name but she was short with blond hair and it was 9:30pm
Very disappointed in this place. Came here for my nephews birthday and was treated so horribly. We were on a wait list and waiting in the corner around one of the tables. However there weren’t enough seats and some of us had to stand by the table and the employee were so rude to us and telling us we had to either sit down or leave . It was very inconvenient seeing that there weren’t enough seats for us all and it was too cold for us to wait outside with our kids . Felt like we were being targeted because we were the only ones being told that . We ended up leaving and going to another bowling place. Never coming back here again
The atmosphere was great. There were plenty of lanes and the staff was very nice. It only took a few minutes for me and my friends to get set up with a lane. the French fries were amazing. The pretzels were a little saltier than i prefer. The arcade was a lot of fun. Plenty of games to choose from. I will definitely be back
For covid, there is not enough done. You sit right next to another family. You and they can eat or drink with no plastic in between. After the first group left next to us, there was no cleaning of the table where they drank water or cleaning of the couch. The next family came and had to clean it themselves. We stood on line without social distancing. The bowling alley charges a covid fee - nerve. The female bathroom was filthy.
Came here for a childrens birthday party and it was a lot of fun, accommodating for both child and adult. There are separate private rooms like a catering hall which have their own bowling lanes. They were clean, modern and very private. I liked it and would have any kind of party there. Didnt ask about pricing. Very nice bar well stocked.
Came to bowlmor for my friends son 4th bday party. Everyone had a good time. But the wings were not up to par. I really had my ❤set on a batch of tasty crispy wings but they came out luke warm and two were under cooked! 30.00 for underwhelming wings and 2 beers🙄not worth it at all💔
Bowling experience was nice, only thing that turned me off was the food. It was abundant but waaaaay too salty. The nachos were good but not as good as other places. They served alcohol so that was good as well. If they changed the menu, itll definitely be better. But other than the food, it was a really great experience. The servers were nice and very accommodating
Went here last night for a work gathering. We were there between 7 and 930pm. Very cool modern bowling alley. We had a large party of about 20. Were assigned our own event coordinator. I didnt catch her name but she was fantastic. The alley is clean , modern, plenty of balls in all weights and sizes. They have a pretty big arcade and the kids can collect tickets and select prizes. We had a blast. I am not sure about pricing because as I stated, it was a work gathering so everything was handled by the company. If you are looking for a fun night out this place is worth a visit.
Went to a sweet 16 party there with a reserved room, it was very nice. The staff was a little slow with refills, but the bathrooms was clean and the facility was clean as well. The arcade was big and lots of fun. I would definitely recommend this place, my family really enjoyed themselves.
Horrible experience with the manager, half my food was cold , and dessert was rock hard , she didn’t want to share her name, she had dirty blonde hair and was very rude and didn’t want to exchange my dessert with something of the same cost. Like i said I had a bad customer experience.
Hosted my husbands surprise party here and it was a complete and total Hit!!! Planning staff was amazing, waitress the day of was great, the food was amazing (people still talk about it) and bowling couldnt have been more fun. Such a great atmosphere for all ages but even more so. Adults! Looking forward to coming back soon.
The sign identifying it is not brightly lit compared to the others around it. It was two tries to spot it. The parking lot is not brightly lit. The interior is nice and the staff both friendly and helpful. Odd thing though: every time you bowl, it takes the ball forever to come back to the rack. That definitely messes up your timing and rhythm. Its also a little tight squeezing past your friends sitting on the benches to get to the rack when its your turn. On two of the five lanes we used, the pins had to be reset multiple times. The food and drinks were very good and plentiful. Over all, my coworkers and I had a really fun time.
My son decided to go here for his Birthday. The waitress wasn’t FRIENDLY at all. Never smiled cold and indifferent. I didn’t think that was a lot to ask being that we had a $500.00 tab and they automatically calculated her tip! I told iher it was sons birthday can she do something special! But nothing was done! The food was good the chef was good!
Just left and had a great time however we paid extra to go to the private room and our machine was constantly having to be reset as the pins kept sticking. With the entire room empty we were not able to switch to a different lane. Our food was good but took forever to come out (the place was not packed or busy at all). My biggest issue was the drinks. We all ordered their $12 silver margaritas. The first round came and was straight mix. The second round came and was rack tequila, we sent these back and I switched to water. The third round came out and was fine, the 4th came out and was straight mix again. 4 adults- 3 drinks with alcohol, 4 messed up and 7 straight mix plus 2 waters and 1 meal each plus 3 messed up games of bowling came out to $407.00. I give 3 stars because we still had fun even with the broken machine and awful drinks. I recommend a night of bowling but stick to beers. They CANNOT make drinks and avoid lane 8 in the private bowling room.
Went with a large group of friends from work. Seemed fairly quiet throughout. Difficult to see location from the highway. Food served was typical, sliders, fries, pizza, fried chicken. Bartender had a habit of disappearing. Everytime someone went up to the bar, they had to wait for her to return from the back. Overall, conditions were clean and everyone had a good time.
Fun place to hang out. Really different atmosphere when it comes to a bowling alley. The food is good. They have a bar, pool table and also an arcade room. During the week they have certain specials and deals. Really good place to go with friends on a get together.Would give 4/5 stars but i worked with people with severe disabilities and once a lady told me that we had to leave or pay full price since they werent physically bowling themselves ( they had severe disabilities and need assistance bowling and couldnt finish entire games bowling alone so we would bowl for them a few rounds). We just asked for a refund, which was given and never took them on an outing there again.
A great place to go bowling. It is behind another shopping center right off of Route 110 in the Melville / Huntington area. It is a little difficult to see but worth looking for. There are two private rooms to hold a party. They rooms have their own bowling lanes and a bar. An arcade is there too. Great Family atmosphere. The Best part is that the food is great. All fresh, nothing frozen. We will definitely be going back.
Excellent bowling alley, very clean and will kept, good bar service, comfortable seating for lanes, and great arcade to supplement the bowling! Also had private rooms/lanes which seem like theyd be perfect for parties. I live in Brooklyn but will travel here next time I want to bowl!
At first blush, it looks like a beautiful place but upon closer examination it is clearly not maintained properly. I nearly fell across the foul line several times because the approach was sticky and no amount of rubbing made it better. It also appeared as though the lane hadnt been properly oiled so the ball didnt react as expected. We gave up on bowling after just one game because it wasnt worth the high price tag per game for such a poorly maintained lane, and we decided to play pool instead. Unfortunately, the one pool table on the premises was one of the worst Ive ever played on. One of the corner pockets literally lifted up from the table when we took a ball out and another pocket had a wrinkle directly in front of it that may have interfered with play. The table was filthy, and clearly hadnt been brushed for a very long time because it was covered in debris and dirt. Also, its located out in the open in the middle of the establishment and people who were waiting for lanes kept getting in the way. There wasnt a piece of chalk in the place for the cues, and it was desperately needed. There were only two pool cues on hand so we had to keep sharing them back and forth. Despite all those issues, we werent given any deal on the $15 hourly pool charge. The only reason Im even giving the place two stars is because I liked the screens across the alleys and the arcade looked cool. I wouldnt go back to either play pool or bowl, but I might try the arcade if I have nothing else to do on a weekend
Terrible terrible terrible. Went there for the monster burger on a Saturday it was busy that is understandable what is not understandable is waiting for almost 3 1/2 hours for a burger that is suppose to take 45 mins. There was some type of confusion where the kitchen staff was unsure if we still wanted it or not. After asking several waiters/waitresses what is goin on with our burger they finally go to the back to figure it out. Thankfully our bill was compensated for us waiting so long but still a heads up before waiting so long would have been nice.
Went here Saturday night and was incredibly disappointed. Upon arriving around 9:30pm at the front desk, we were ignored by all 3 employees for about 5 minutes. They did not even acknowledge our presence, but werent too busy to do so. One was on the phone, but hung up within seconds our arrival, the second was cleaning shoes but looking out in our direction (we were literally standing in front of both) and the third came out from the back, spoke to the two girls and went away. Finally we were told there werent any openings until 11. We decided to go to the arcade for a bit and then hit the bar. The arcade was the only decent part of the night. The bathrooms were filthy and had no paper towels. We waited at the bar for about 15 minutes of being ignored completely, and decided to head back to the front around 10:15 because the place had cleared out a ton and there were at least 6 lanes open at this point. Again, we were not greeted, but my husband just asked the girl who was standing there if we could get a lane now since it was emptying out. She looked him up and down and hastily told us they had at least a 10 person wait list. We looked around, and there was literally one guy sitting on a chair with his coat on waiting for something. Everyone else was bowling, and there were 7 people sitting at the bar, 6 of them were part of couples and the 7th was sitting with one of the couples. It was clear that, for whatever reason, they did not want our business. Very disappointing.
If your looking to drink this is the place. I went during the day to bowl while I was on vacation and had a tournament coming up. After 1 game i was done. My $200 shoes were sticking to the floor. People were eating and drinking on the lanes. The lights were turned down and there was no oil on the lanes. Absolute worse place to go if your a serious bowler.
When they gave us our lane there was food and garbage all over the tables we had to ask 3 TIMES for them to clean it. The food is good nachos and wings. Oh and the girl in the front register IMONI needs to improve on her customer service skills or just quit. She told us that we came in just before closing which was 11 o clock and they didnt close till 2am. She also said we all just wanna go home ok and? We came 3 hours before closing? Rude just rude. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny in food drinks and games.
Bowlmor? More like Paymore. Came here expecting to pay extra for amenities and convenience and left almost wanting some money back. Where do I start. No flexibility on groupons. Had to put a third person in a separate lane due to a groupon for two. Completely messed.the rhythm up.Touch screen to order food broken. Had to go up to the same desk you get shoes to order food. Help button didnt work. Had to walk to the front desk to ask for bumpers to be taken down.Bar left completely unattended. Sat there by chance waiting for someone to arrive and waited 15 minutes before someone came to ask us if we needed anything.Food overpriced and disgusting. Ordered nachos and chicken tenders with fries. Both about $15 each. Nachos were stale and lacking in cheese. Chicken tenders were small and you get about a handful of fries for $3 extra. Soda was also flat.Arcade had two broken games with no signs on it. Not to mention a dollar service fee for.a first time card and overpriced games. Basically paying 3.00 for a single two player Mario Kart game.Staff was completely checked out. Kid that delivered our food had air pods in. We said thank you and were met with a blank face. No do you need anything else or your welcome etc. Front desk basically a step from clueless. There was one guy though with a beard and tattoos that answered our questions cleared our food rang us up and was actually decent.Overall unless your coming to this place for a huge party just go to an AMF lane. I dont know how all of this justifies 3.75 a game with 3.00 shoe rental. This place is a complete and total RIP OFF!
To expensive better off going to a different bowling $6 pp for shoes and $9 a game. 5 people bowling was $158 for 3 games each. Total 14 games. Food was $95 basic for 4 people and 1 pitcher of beer over $20. So over $300 to bowl. Thats crazy. Plus workers not friendly at all.
The food service is terrible! They open at noon and you take the kids for lunch and bowling but chicken and fries take an hour to come by that time the kids are starving and miserable. Weve tested this on diffrent days and its always the same thing. They only give service to people having birthday parties and dont care to give food to anyone else on time. Quite disappointing especially for what the charge
I really want to give Bowlmore more stars. The place is nice and clean, the bowling is fun, the arcade area is good, and to be honest, the food is shockingly good, with amazing variety. The problem I have is the cost. I took my wife and nephew to bowl 2 games and have 3 appetizers and 3 sodas. The bill was well over 100 dollars. We couldnt believe it! Maybe Im just behind in the times, but its just not an affordable option these days for less than an hour of entertainment.
Great place to visit when looking to have a night of fun with family & friends. Huge selections of lanes along with privates lanes and delicious food. Be sure to ask for Samantha when you come here, ( She is the best ) bartenders gave great customer service as well. I highly recommend this place of business.
Since the turnover from 300 to Bowlmor this place has gotten quite pricey but you pay for the atmosphere I guess. Drinks are watered down and if you ask for them to make it stronger the bartender tells you theyre not allowed to do that... lolll. Well if you hadnt made it so crappy in the first place i wouldnt ask. But i still give this place 4 stars because they have a lot of incentives and the arcade games actually work unlike other company establishments. Food is pretty good too. I would love to see them offer a loyalty program or card (ie: bowl 9 times, 10th time free). They used to have something on fridays that was if you can get a strike when the first pin is lit you get a free game next time you come.
Too expensive and the staff was unpleasant from the front desk to the bar, the staff seemed to be miserable and unhappy to be there. Also I called for help 3 times for no pins being in my lane and no one showed up to help. The arcade games were really expensive as well and the Luigis Haunted mansion game was broken had to figure that out after I already put 10 credits in the machine.
Sat at the bar for ten minutes. Wanted a few beers and something to eat. Employees all around me. No bartender and nobody asked me if I needed anything. I was the only person at the bar so pretty easy to see me. I left without being helped. Made eye contact with two employees as I walked out. Even made eye contact with a guy who was messing with the outside lights. Not one of them said a word to me. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!! Too bad I have to give them one star to post. They don’t deserve even one star.
Every time I come its packed and no lanes available or booked for some party. Finally come mid week get lanes 2 games 3 players over 50$ food over 50$ way over priced horrible bar food inconsiderate bowlers staff dont know what cooling fans are u know the ones for your hands.. the lanes chewed up our bowling balls we will need to get them resurfaced. They only do an old ladies league lanes dry as sht. If I could give negative stars I would
Music and atmosphere was very good.Lanes are small.Drink service was terrible bartenders were very rude and don’t know how to make drinks I understand it’s $2 dollars for a Long Island ice teas taste like gasoline.but make it it drinkable and you get one taco for two dollars and it taste like trash.going to find another bowling ally to go too. And shoe rentals are $6.51 which is like $2 dollars over the average for shoe rentals.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited 2 1/2 hours for an open lane. We got 1 game in and then during the second game the machine broke down three times. We did not get to finish the second game but the woman at the counter was trying to charge us for the second game. Saying one of us got to finish so we had to pay for the game. After arguing for a little while, we just said screw it, if youre really gonna be like this then just charge me then take my credit card. The lady then TOOK MY CARD and charged us for 3 games. Absolutely terrible. They lost 5 customers.
$2 game, yet the shoes are $12. Who charges that much for shoes? Rather go to AMF than this place again. They actually do the $2 game and $2 shoes. Sucks because my husband and I go every week and we thought this was closer AMF to us.BTW- The food was also nasty and overly priced.
Every five seconds they asked me if I paid my tab yet. It took us a half hour at the bar to order anything because nobody came over or paid attention when we tried to call them over. The bartender tried to force me to pay before the food came, then gave me an attitude when I told her Id pay when the food got there. She got in my face and accused me of calling her shady. After that we were completely ignored at the bar and it took us 30 minutes to order another drink.Once we got a lane the waiter came over once and I had to chase him down every time we wanted something. When we were done bowling and walking to the register we were again harassed about our tab and whether it was closed out yet. We wont be going back.

2022-02-13We had a small birthday party here for my daughters. The party planning was attentive and super helpful. The place is clean and organized. We had our party start before the bowling alley opened on a Saturday and I highly reccomend that. It was so nice to be there without the crowd. We stayed later and let the kids play at the arcade, which is fun, but loud and got crowded. I would definitely go back, but do the arcade first while no one is there!

2022-03-171st time at Bowlero. Was there for an adult bowling party in a private room 3/2022. Handful of people had on mask. Entire alley was nice and spacious. It was over crowded in private room because there were 3 parties. Place was still full at 11:30pm. A lot of young children running around. Ladies Bathroom needed to be attended to.Had a great time, I would go again!

2022-06-07We had a mixed experience here at a private event we hosted. The event was well received by our guests. The space was perfect for our needs. However, there were a couple of issues we had to deal with during the event. The most significant one was an issue with the bartender’s practices that required managerial intervention. The manager was supportive and able to correct the issue before we left. Additionally, we had requested an all-vegetarian menu, but they brought out nachos with beef without realizing until we brought it to their attention. Overall, the experience was mixed but the event was successful.

2022-05-30Nice bowling alley, plenty of parking, good for kids parties, nice arcade and clean. Only cons were short staffed so it took a long time to get bowling shoes and the food/soft drinks were just okay compared to other places I have been. Overall, a good bowling alley and I had a fun time.

2022-03-11If youre willing to let go of the idea that bowling is a good INexpensive thing to do, this is a good place to spend time doing something with family when you want to get out of the house. Be careful with the pricing for weekend peak hours reservations. They charge a high amount ($150) for a reservation for two hours of unlimited games; also, all reserved lanes require that you pay $25 per person for food credits; plus the shoe rental. (Not hard to use the food credit because the menu prices are pretty high.) Without reservations its still not cheap but definitely less If you only plan to play a game or two. If you can get past the price, its definitely fun for a few hours.

2022-05-03It was a great first time experience bowling. The atmosphere was fun and the area was clean. The attendants were friendly and courteous. The food was delivered in a reasonable time and it was delicious. Good job!

2021-11-25Spent $25 an hour per person for 2 1/2 hours for party of 5. This is the space we were directed to upon arrival. Some one elses mess. We understand mistakes and busy and short staff; but NO apology? So, long wait for food, cleaning supplies and tools in a pile in conspicuous retail area, no face protectors in vr attraction. Little or no sanitizing taking place in game room or playing / eating areas. The order terminal was non functional. The attendant at the points redemption counter was a real grump!!Were looking for someplace else to spend $300 bucks or so!

2019-12-04This was a really cool night. Came an evening when it was snowing and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Friendly staff and great pricing, we got unlimited games for $30 for both of us and that’s including the shoes so not bad at all. Drinks were well priced and the mega cookie was pretty tasty as well. Lots of balls to select from and there’s and arcade area as well with quite a few games to mist things up. Recommend anyone looking for a good relaxing time solo or with a group to try this out.
