I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Everyone was super nice and helpful. I am the most indecisive decisive person when it comes to making decisions and I probably drove Cathy crazy when we were there, but she was super patient and knowledgeable about each mattress. Its nice to get to try each mattress and figure out what works best for you. Even after we got home and were still being indecisive about our decision, she was willing to work with us and make sure we were happy. We got a good quality king size mattress/box spring for a very reasonable price and we couldnt be happier! Much better than ordering online or from a big retailer.

Honestly the best service Ive had from a mattress/furniture store ever.The staff was extremely friendly and very resourcefuly. I never write reviews for anything, but I HAD to speak up on this! My husband and I tried one of the “copper mattresses” after we were visiting NY from Virginia. We had been out browsing the area, looking for restaurants to try and happened upon this store one afternoon. I can tell ya, I certainly didn’t come here to mattress shop all the way from VA, and thought he was nuts wanting to stop in to a mattress store. I’m thinking “We do have mattresses in VA”. However, to indulge him I rolled my eyes and followed him in. I do suffer BAD back problems and see a chiropractor weekly, and he knew I was struggling after sleeping on the hotels mattress the night before. The staff here, introduced us to a “copper mattress”. I had never heard of that before, I’m thinking “yeah, ..whatever”. We’ve tried different mattresses in the past that were “guaranteed” to help, but that has not been the case. After checking it out in the store, my husband wanted to try it, so we ordered one. I cannot tell you how much better I sleep and especially wake up now, without going through the process of rolling out of the bed in pain. For anyone who suffers back pain, you need to give this a try. I’ve felt a truly, amazing difference! They shipped it to my front door in VA, for free, so the convenience of it was GREAT! I don’t know where this product has been, but I’m glad it’s here now!!
I had an amazing experience at BoxDrop Mattress Peekskill. This mattress store is the best and has mattress outlet prices. We were not able to fit our no spring into our doorway and Joe made it very easy for us to come up with a solution that was extremely quick. He even offered to bring us the new split box spring with free shipping.
I was skeptical of a mattress in a box memory foam, but after trying a bunch of mattresses including beautyrest mattress and sapphire sleep mattresses I found out that BoxDrop Mattress Peekskill has tepmpurpedic grade memory foam mattresses and their copper infused mattress was a must have for me. I am an educated shopper and realized that for this quality of mattress I literally saved thousands of dollars. BoxDrop Mattress Peekskill shipped it FREE to my house and offered me a repeat customer discount. I will definitively be back for and adjustable base. Mattress firm tried to charge me around $6000 for this same package and I paid about 65% less and the quality is the same and the service was hands down much better. My experience in box drop mattress peekskills was a great one. I did my research on the mattress I wanted and Bobby was nice enough to show me around and explain to me the different type is mattress and best fit for me would be. The platform bed we brought wasn’t given our brand new mattress the support it needed. We thought the mattress was defective he came to our home and inspected the mattress and send us a metal platform for our king size mattress that made a worlds difference . Super pleased with our purchase and every happier with how we were treated.

After 4 years of sleeping on a mattress that was literally killing my back I stopped into BoxDrop on a whim to see what they had in stock. Their variety of mattresses from spring, pillow top to memory foam is extensive and the sales person really knew his stuff. We opted for the pillow top memory foam mattress. It was delivered in less than a week and 6 months later we couldnt be happier, in fact when I needed a new mattress from my sons bed I stopped into box drop bought a full size mattress off the floor and was out the door in less than 20 minutes. No pressure from sales person to make the sale made is a seamless no stress transaction. We will be going back to BoxDrop from now on when ever we need a mattress. Great addition to the community.

I bought a 14.5 inch Cool Phase Memory foam Mattress from BoxDrop, and I literally saved Thousands. After going to a mattress firm they wanted me to buy something not as nice as my cool phase and it was about $5000, in total I probably saved 80% on my new bed.....I am they type of person who needs to do my homework and fond out that BoxDrop gets their mattresses from the same factories who makes Tempurpedic mattresses, beautyrest, serta and all the other major brand names. So my new Cool Phase Mattress is made with the same grade foam as a Tempurpedic bed, and just because it does not have the brand name I saved literally thousands. It is by far the best mattress I have ever slept on. I highly recommend that you just check what BoxDrop Mattress Peekskill has available before buying a mattress anywhere else. There is no pressure from the owners for you to buy a mattress, and they are a family owned business.

2022-02-06Hi we stopped by Box Drop today due to all of the positive reviews we read. Had no intention of purchasing today but trust me it was the right time. In need of a new mattress and the prices were amazing! Maria was great to work with; she really helped me select the best option for me. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the need of a new mattress. Im a student at Pace and needed a mattress and box spring for moving in day and I couldnt have found a better place to come to for what I was looking for. Maria was very helpful, kind and considerate. I came from Harlem and the hospitality I received here was outstanding! If I ever need a mattress in N.Y, I will come here and ask for Maria or Cathy!
