A box was sent to Colombia. $140.00 was paid for shipping and $200.00 was paid for insurance. Now, they wont let anybody to pickup the box unless they pay $1,000.00 ???For personal clothing? What is the $200.00 insurance for then?Shame on you BoxEx!!!!!

I sent a box from February 4th and it still hasnt arrived, call the Jackson hts office and they never answer the phone. I have always sent boxes through this company. Only 1 time did they release a techomarine watch and I never made a claim.Very dishonest if they open the boxes.To find out what happened to the box I sent recently, I had to call Bogota. And they told me that it is in transitI hope everything arrives well and complete.For the delay I give them 1 💥 THEY HAVE ONLY 1 EMPLOYEE AND SHE HAS TO MAKE SHIPMENTS, PUT THE SEALS TO THE BOXES, RECEIVE PAYMENTS, MAKE MONEY SHIPMENTS. RECEIVING LOAD SEEMS STRONG TO ME FOR 1 SINGLE PERSON. THEY SHOULD HAVE MORE STAFF.

It was the best 1 year and a half ago, they have greatly increased the shipping of the boxes, in a box of 110 lbs.The difference is $ 45.00, there is a better one and it has several offices throughout Jackson Heights and Corona.

They are irresponsible, for not calling them thieves. I sent a box two weeks ago, and I finally arrived today and it turns out that it arrives half open and half of the things are not in the box. Ive been shipping with you for a long time, but this will surely be the last time. I have worked very hard to save and send gifts to my family, to find out that half of the things did not arrive.
