Today was your last chance. Currently not taking orders at 6pm on football Sunday?And couldnt tell me why.... Just dont answer the phone. Hit and Miss pizza everytime... You can order 2 of the same pizzas and they will be completely different.
Very good food. I love their subs and the portions are large. When you ask for a toasted roll you get a nice toasted roll like the good old days. The pizza is on point. The crust is perfect and is not that thin crust. Finally a decent pizzeria in the neighborhood with generous portions at decent prices.
Ordered some charred hot wings and fries and when I got the wings, instead of hot sauce, they put spicy BBQ on them, and I do not like the taste of BBQ. Long story short, Bozzys refunded my wings and then brought me a double of order of what I actually ordered. Cant beat great customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but doing the next right thing is so important. WIll definitely be ordering again.
This place has awesome pizza. It might be a new place but Im sure this isnt their first pizza rodeo. Very nice people and excellent za!!!

This pizza is AMAZING!! We ordered from Bozzys to try real Buffalo pizza while we were in town and it did not disappoint. The pizzas were delicious and you definitely get a bang for you buck with the size of these pizzas. The barbecue chicken pizza with banana peppers was our family favorite!

This place has been a saving Grace in our neighborhood!! We FINALLY have some great food around here!! We are slowly making our way through the menu but so far their pizza is amazing, their subs are fantastic and definitely not lacking in the meat distant and their tacos? OMG they are flavorful and the size of a small boat!! Completely changed our take out game, we order as much as we possibly can!!

Best Pizza in Cheektowaga. We ordered the large pizza and 30 wing special. I needed to pick it up at 7:15 on my way home from work. My concern was that the pizza and wings were going to sit on top of the oven for a while before I arrived. When I arrived at 7:10 the pizza had a few minutes left in the oven and the wings were just about done. The pizza and wings were amazing, I would recommend Bozzys to anyone who would like to try a new place for pizza and wings. You will be seeing me again soon.

This was my first time trying Bozzy’s and I just have to say you guys are amazing. I ordered the 3 cheese steak pizza and it blew Just Pizzas out of the water. This is my new favorite place! Good job! Also the employee that cashed me out was super polite! Definitely will be returning
I ordered the 3 cheese steak pizza.. I got half with hot peppers.. It was one of the best pizzas Ive ever had...It took longer than it was supposed to to be ready..But in the end it was worth the wait... Great job, Ill be back
Disappointing all around. Dirty inside, inconsistent with their products, breaded things taste of old grease and they are unfriendly on the phone/in person. Was excited to try the pickle pizza but it literally made me sick to my stomach. I really wanted to like you guys, tried you three different times but this last was the worst.
I have been here several times in the last few months. Every time they have been very mice, hold a conversation, and polite on the phone. They build a real good pizza and the Tacos are awesome. However, I would like to take some time to offer minor constructive criticism. They have been by far the best who have been at this location. Many have failed. They seem like very nice people and my review is well intended.Need better consistency. Out 0f 5 times 3 of them have been mediocre pizza. The build was good put the crust in center and for about 4 inches out was like 3 sheets os paper. We needed to use a spatula to get the pizza on the plate.Subs awesome. My assorted one time was way overstuffed. I took meat out. Great quality meats but Im concerned staff is not following procedure if there is one. This will hurt your profits.Your recipes are yours. however they are, weigh the meats, portion it out somehow. nothing should be done Bob, John, or Sallys way. Everything should be done the Bozzy;s way. Weather its 11am or 8pm, everything should go out that door the same way. You have competition up the street a few doors down. You want people to return and to be on their list of go to places.Lastly. Your corner is very dark. The restaurant next door turning off all the lights doesnt help. Soon it will be dark at 430pm. You want people to know you are open on the way home from work. Signs are expensive. But for now, get a spotlight, a blinking open sign. Something that HOLLERS that you are open and in business!To anyone reading this. Please try the food it has been great and I like these people. Best of luck!

I have written a review about this place and have been objective and given the benefit of the doubt. Today after a long day working around the house and been very busy we looked forward to Pizza and Wings. Pizza was gooey and underdone and wings which were ordered medium were mild and undercooked. Not sure what is going on here but I am done. My wife called to complain they tried to make it right we had no time to go back and forth. 3 times to many out of 7 visits. We will put in oven and have the rest cooked through tomorrow.Time to go back to our tried and true places. Labella, Chicken & Pizza Works, and Santoras to name a few. It pains me to write this as I had high hopes for this place that has benefited from a nice social media campaign. We are just very POd right now.

By far best pizza in Cheektowaga having them so close is bad for my health but they are amazing friendly and the food is out of this world I would put their pie up against any of the so called buffalos best pies. The best is they are friendly and remember customers by name its like walking into CHEERS 🍻

Pizza was good with generous toppings. The wings were overdone and not good. Will definitely come back for pizza only.
The pizza was ok but the wings were a big disappointment. Medium wings were barely sauced and had no flavor. Parm wings were vegetable oil with cheese sprinkled over the top. Gross actually.
2nd time ordering today since the opened. 1st time a few weeks ago was excellent, food today was gross… over cooked pizza, under cooked/slimy chicken fingers. Super disappointing.

This is my favorite pizza in Cheektowaga’ hands down.I tried it yesterday large cheese pep and mushrooms.It was 25.37 which I thought was pricey but I have to admit it was worth every penny.I rate it 5 full stars and I’m going back on a regular basis

Told us 30 minutes. Waited outside another 20 minutes before it was ready. Chaos inside between the employees. Not very professional. Pizza was fine but its a 1 and done for us. Wasnt that great to wait as long as we did.

One of the most inconsistent places we’ve ever ordered food from and this last order was by far the worst. Furthermore the girl on the phone taking orders was absolutely miserable.

The pizza pie is good. Even better when you ask for it well done. There is no skimping on the subs. Plenty of meet and dressings.
There was a mix up with my order, they asked me to wait 15 minutes & my pizza was free & they brought it right to my car, it was worth the wait, would recommend highly for the pizza

Half the order wasnt ready. Never cooked the boneless chicken wings. Till I got there!!!! By the time the chicken was done the pizza was cold!!! No excuses for Incompetence. And they werent that busy. And put the wrong sauces on the chicken. Ordered it half one way
Good pizza, good chicken fingers, good fries (nice for putting malt vinegar on-which is rare for a pizza place). Hope they stick around on Lake. We need a good alternative to picassos.

2022-05-15Bozzy’s is the new pizza shop in town, and I think they are going to be great. I ordered a 12 inch turkey BLT sub, and it was really good. In my book your already a winner, when you use Costanzos rolls. The sub comes with plenty of meat, top off with fresh vegetables. I am very impressed with how fresh tasting this sub was. I will be back to try even more subs and some pizza.

2022-09-03Lemon pepper wings is super salty wouldnt advise ,pizza is really fine nothing wrong. Wasnt the biggest fan of their stinger really dry but like the fresh toppings. Not a big fan of steakum in it or the steal they used really lacked flavor. I like the sub quality though . Id say this is a pretty fair and decent pizzeria . Everything was cooked very well .

2022-07-27I ordered Bozzys for a work event. Everyone at the business loved it and we will be ordering again. I had multiple people asking for the contact details for ordering so Im sure they will be ordering from here on their own time as well.The pizza was quintessential Buffalo pizza. We got a sheet and the pepperoni was the perfect cup and char consistency. We also got the Bozzys specialty pizza, while it sounds strange, it definitely works. Would order it again.The wings were crispy and very flavorful. Everyone was crazy about the sweet chili wings. Ill have to get more of those next time.Delivery was on time and the food was hot.The total price was surprisingly low for the quality of food we received.

2021-07-18Tried this new pizzeria out and Im glad I did. It was very clean inside, and the employees were professional and polite. Most importantly the food was delicious! You open your pizza box and are greeted with an amazing looking pizza thats tastes as good as it looks! We will definitely be coming back to try other things on the menu.

2022-06-22I have literally never had a worse sub in my entire life… this was a steak hoagie supreme, it had less meat than any sub I’ve ever had and more onions than any sub should ever have…. It was literally an onion sub. Disgusting

2021-07-30Had pizza and wings last week, delicious! Loaded with pepperoni and cheese!!! Tried subs, fantastic! Biggest best subs ever had from a pizzeria. Photo is of the Royale. Phone is always ringing off the hook. Dont give up. Its worth it!

2022-09-17Always a great experience! The staff is friendly and helpful and the pizza is some of my most favorite in all of Buffalo! The only issue is sometimes the bottom of the pizza is a little soggy, but the flavors are delish

2022-09-11Called Bozzys on Lake they were closed apparently or I was just left on hold, so I called Union location to be told they werent taking any orders for 15 20 minutes. Seriously!? Bozzys I understand things happen out of our control but hearing music when choosing lancaster option made me think I was just on hold there was no message to say it was closed and then calling union to be told I couldnt place an order instead of then saying they were backed up it might take longer than the usual time and taking my order if I chose to continue I just feel was wrong and couldve been handled differently

2022-07-06PIZZA WAS. SOOOODELICIOUS. I had the Steak pizza and a piece of the Pepperoni mushroom and onion. Best Ive had!! Met the owner too and he was the nicest ever!!🍕 soo personable!!
