I love this place! I have been going to them for two years now . I started going here when I was interested in receiving braces. They made my entire braces experience as easy as possible. The doctor was very informative when telling me how to take care of my braces, along with giving me tips to cut down any pain from them. The staff is always friendly and welcoming which is a huge plus. They are very flexible with my work schedule and they always make sure that I am satisfied before leaving from my appointment . I highly recommend this place and even tell some of my students parents to take their kids here.
My Son Is a client here @Bracetown Astoria and it’s the experience for him. Professional, Patient Staff, affordable and the cleanliness is off the charts. COVID health requirements are definitely fulfilled. THANK YOU i appreciate the service you provide
Great office, very knowledgeable staff, and great price for my braces. The staff is always lovely and truly ready to help. I have been their patient for about 3-4 years now. Even after my braces were taken off- I receive the upmost care with any issues I have regarding my retainers.
Both my girls were seen at Bracetown. The staff is kind to both clients and parents. They are Always on time and very knowledgeable about explaining in details the process of having braces. The office is very big, extremely clean and has a very friendly, inviting atmosphere.
I have been going here for five years & they have always been on top of their game. We arrived a little early and I texted from car before going in, they text back to say come up which is great social distancing. We got greeted right away at the door with a sweet hard working staff member & she took temp scan and were asked to sanitize our hands. She ran to get us our paperwork, & bought it to our seat and I watched her continuously wiping down seats as ppl left. Filled out numerous pages of paperwork & was called soon after to go into exam room. Place was very clean and every staff we interacted with were so nice, as well as the staff I had to talk to on the phone prior and after our appointment. Also seeing staff interact with other guests as I was waiting, they were all so polite and pleasant to the children. Dr T (don’t remember full name) was nice but quick and explained my child’s situation very easily and the technician Sandra took us to another room & spent a lot of time with us & did all my child’s 3D scans and X-rays. I was very impressed with her kindness towards my child and she explained everything along the way always paying attention to see if he was okay. Great experience on 1st appointment and scheduled follow up with them to take the next step.
The office is perfect, deserving of 5 stars. Not only is the staff kind, pleasant and all around nice people, but they are professionals that take you through every step of your braces journey. They personalize the experience and it will soon feel as if you’re visiting friends instead of the orthodontist. The best orthodontist office in the NYC area hands down.
This is a great place! Not only are the staff friendly, they have partially rebuilt the office to make everyone feel safe. My doctor takes care to answers all my questions, and although I am an adult client, I can see how the office works hard to make children feel at ease.
Brace Town Orthodontists is the best place to take your kid hands down. They are a very warm loving friendly staff and the physicians there are so easy to talk to and do an amazing job explaining the best dental needs for your child. They have flexible hours and their offer payment plans and try to work with all your needs. I also enjoy chatting with the receptionists as well, very professional. I highly recommend this place, I take my 14 year old there who has been a patient for 3 years. Hes in good hands.
Bracetown Orthodontics Astoria is hands down the best place to get your braces if you want them done right the first time. Everyone is super nice and their office is super clean. I had a severe overbite that needed to be fix right away. The overbite was affecting my appearance and my confidence. The orthodontist explained with proper braces treatment the overbite can be fixed and it was. I am truly amazed of the excellent job from Bracetown Orthodontics Astoria that I will bring my son for braces when he turns 8 years old. It has been an exceptional experience having Doctor Ortiz who is gentle, kind and knowledgeable and her amazing team, of course the warm-hearted ladies at the front too to help me in regaining my smile and bringing health to my bite and jaw. No matter the outcome I am very grateful and pleased I chose Astoria’s Bracetown over several Manhattan’s best Orthodontic practices. The staff and the doctor are very careful in making sure to gently progress the movement so it don’t damage your teeth and at every opportunity go above and beyond treating you like you are right at home. Thank you Bracetown I am very grateful to you and for such a wonderful and easy experience. The entire staff here is always extremely nice, caring and most importantly patient with all kids. They always explain what is being done to your child. They take you when you have an emergency and always understand. I couldnt be happier for choosing Brace Town.
The office follows all the CDC guidelines. The staffs wore the proper PPE ,masks and face shield . Sanitize at the door and temp check for the patient and parent. The visit was fast. There’s a sanitizing pump by the elevator door. Overall we were happy with the visit and felt safe.Only problem I had was that we saw one person entering the building with no mask. Waiting for the elevator on the first floor to come and when the elevator opened up there was someone inside with no mask. We had to wait for the next elevator. The building should mandate that everyone wear a mask upon entering the building ..
Very friendly, and my kids are so comfortable with all staff. It’s hard to find a place that truly cares about their patients and their comfort level.
Bracetown always has great customer service. They’ve kept my son and I informed the whole time during the pandemic and now that they are back open have taken extra precautions to keep everyone safe. My son is happy with his experience and when he’s finished we’ll be back for my other two kids.
Bracetown in East Meadow is the best, the entire staff. The warmth and concerns for their patients deserves more than 5 stars. I am absolutely pleased with their service.

I love Astoria Brace Town Orthodontic! The assistants are very friendly and helpful. Clean office, appointments are always on point no waiting after your appointment time. Everytime my son comes to his appointment everything is done in a timely fashion, hes done in 20 mins to an half of hour. Nothing bad to say about this office, I highly recommend them anytime.

I love this office. Very friendly office and my son love coming with me to play on the PlayStation. The prices are affordable and they will work with you on a payment plan. Dr. Ray is my orthodontist and their office hour works around my hours. They are open on the weekends and have later afternoon and evening hours that works perfect for me. My son needs braces also and I will be bringing him here too.

This is a great orthodontist office, the staff is AMAZING and so are the doctors. They are always helpful and willing to work around whether it’s for making payments or scheduling. I took my son to Bracetown about a month and a half ago. And they were so helpful and knowledgeable of what things needed to take place before proceeding in getting braces. Which we needed to see a specialist because he was complaining about his jaw locking and a slide underbite. After we clear all that and we had the ok to proceed. Bracetown got us fast to schedule and we are now on half of our procedure. Staff is very nice and helpful and the most important thing specially at this time was the cleanness that they maintain in the place and all the percussions to keep everyone safe!!! This place is horrible! One of the receptionist is very rude. Wait time is ridiculous. There must have been a change in management because, coming here years ago you were seen immediately and out. New staff more staff longer wait times and rude staff!

2021-09-09My child has been a patient for 4 years. We have been delighted by the care and support we receive here. Staff is friendly, it’s super clean and organized, my child’s teeth have been progressing well. Braces have been off for a while, and we have a retainer and just do follow up visits now — all included as part of a flat fee for the entire end-to-end process.They have an open layout - more like a hair salon than what I expected from an orthodontist. My initial reaction was “that’s weird” but it’s actually great, especially if you have a younger child, because seeing all the other kids and their parents sitting there calmly getting their different work done alleviates some of the fear of the unknown.

She talks down to people and is very unprofessional! But I would still recommend going here because the doctor do a very good job on my daughter’s teeth.

2021-06-29I havent finished my treatment yet but so far the ortho technicians and the doctor have been good, friendly and very competent since I started. And also, the office/account manager is so cute and funny.Im giving 4stars because I had an unpleasant episode during the covid were I wanted to stop my treatment due to the fact that I was one of the unfortunate people that had to stay home and I lost 2 monthly payment, immediately, I spoke with the doctor and account manager about this, because I was so afraid to do not be able to continue the treatment and they were super comprehensive letting me pay how much I can during this difficult time, so I decided to keep my braces.The next month (day of my visit) I paid half of my past due value and when I were already on the chair with the braces technician, one of the front desk staff went through and made me stand up and going to the front desk to ask me to pay, basically, (if I havent paid they would not be able to treat me) she didnt knew that I was already paid right when I arrived in the office in that day, I explained.Well she did her job. But, I felt so ashamed and I wanted to cry and leave. I dont know, but I feel like this lady is always rude to me.Sometimes we dont like our job or we are not in good mood, or we dont like that x person, but we still need to be professional and the most important, be careful about the way we treat people specially when we work directly with them.Im a review reader, I dont go anywhere without making sure about the place, and some places have wonderful doctors but they only have 3/4 stars or less, only because of the reception staff and in consequence they will lost a lot of possible new patients and this is not fair.Be nice, this isnt a cheap thing.Anyways, this is the only reason for 4*. Doctor is knowledgeable and has good manners. I will update after finishing up the treatment.
