Biggest shut home ever never buy something here. I bought a truck here after getting tboned. Made sure I was looking for something solid because I had two kids one being 3 months. They sold me a truck which the framed snapped in 6 months. On top of 39 other issues. Bradley had my truck for a month only to come back with more issues. And the problem never fixed. Never buy something from them

I was visiting my dad in Buffalo recently to help him find a used vehicle as his truck had finally kicked the bucket. We went to several used car lots with no luck finding a used vehicle that was actually “functional” and not a lemon as we had a budget. After hours of searching, my dad said there was this used car lot in Lockport that he drove by everyday on his way to work. I said ok, let’s go there! When we pulled up to the car lot, we were greeted by two gentlemen, Bradley and John. We explained to them what we were looking for and what our budget was set at and they said no problem and showed us several used cars that were functional and at an affordable price. Needless to say, my dad got the car he wanted with a monthly payment he could afford and 🙏to Bradley and John for taking care of my dad!!!

If I could give 0 stars, that would be my choice. Car priced at around $30k. Did an online deal with Bradley many states away. Spoke with him at length before the transaction about the condition of the car. He assured me that if I wasnt pleased with the purchase, that hed buy it right back. Paid him, and he arranged shipping (of course I paid), told me that he was going on vacation. Got the car shipped here. Ive tried repeatedly over the course of the past month and a half to get in touch with him. He blocked my number immediately after finding out there was a problem with the car, and wont return messages, emails, or calls to his place of business. He sends pictures of his wife and kids, betting their lives on an honest deal. DONT BELIEVE IT!!! He misrepresented the car, plus there are two bad fuel injectors on the car which will have to be replaced before its driveable. Its been here for over a month, and has been driven less than two miles. I am speaking with a lawyer and filing federal interstate commerce charges against him. Hes your typical lying, cheating, stealing car salesman. A real sweet talker for sure, told me how much I remind him of his dad. I hope his dad used to beat his butt in the manner that Id like to. Included are the pics he sent while telling me how much of a trustworthy family man he is. What a joke!!! Havent spoken with him since long before the car left his lot, and its been well over a month and a half. Well see if a subpoena changes his tune.

Bought 2 ATVS, everything was great until you pay. After you pay and they deliver the customer service goes out the window. Buyer beware. I will start dealing with the main company when I need something. 1 star was kinda high but I couldnt go any lower.

Had to retract previous review. Vehicle does issues but its a 15 year old vehicle. Brad is nice and not pushy. He has done everything he could to make sure that I am satisfied with the truck. I can honestly say I would recommend him.

My experience with this dealership was absolutely a nightmare from the beginning which shouldve been my sign however I was desperate for a vehicle and reassured that it would be dependable as they thoroughly went over it before I took it home. Ive had this vehicle for a total of 3 months and it has been nothing but a money pit. Not only that but it broke down behind my unconscious daughters ambulance which is a mothers worse nightmare. My daughter had to be admitted to Cleveland hospital for several days and I had to figure out from Ohio how to have it towed and repaired while trying to help my child get better. These people seemed very genuine when I explained to them that I am a single mom who happens to have children that have recently had many doctors appts due to surgery and seizures and various other things. They repeatedly stated that this vehicle was dependable. I feel violated and mislead and extremely disappointed. I have never before written a bad review until now. I DO NOT recommend this dealership at all to anyone unless you enjoy throwing your money in the garbage. Let me end by stating that I now have a car payment for a vehicle I cannot drive and am currently searching for another.

I would say do not go for this dealer at all. As my budget was less I found a car here with less mileage and the price within my budget. At the time of buying the car these guys are so nice and they even promised to take the car back if I had to sell it back to them. Within few days of the car suddenly the engine light got on and it kept coming and going, but these people did not even bothered to look into it. At last the time came and I came to sell the car these guys backed off. They used to never receive my calls and just keep me waiting by all false reasons and delaying things. In spite of leaving a voice message they never called me back.This is my personal request to all please do not get a car from here. They fool you. Its better to buy a car with more price then get fooled by this fake dealers.

Mr. B will find lenders with nice terms, and resonable APR. This is not a fake review. you sold a 2003 BMW to Valarie Socha, my husband was Todd...we bought it October 2015, sold it Oct 2016 after only 1,200 miles driven. Horrible expensive, we were sold a used BMW which only passed inspection due to the fact he stuck brake pads on old rotors. Be smart, have your mechanic check anything he sells before you buy. There were zip ties holding one element under the car up. Dry rot tires, we should of filed lemon law but my husband was fighting liver and kidney disease so this bad buy of a secondary car was not a priority.Old school (not a compliment) used car dealer.

In response to Valarie Socha complaint I am the one who purchased and is now repairing the car. No it is not fake what she has posted. I know first hand what a bad sale and even worse lick n stick inspections are about. No matter how you try to justify your sale of this car will not be entertained by me. First, yes you did only replace the brake pads (mediocre at best) onto bad rotors. There is no reason why there should have been such sever gouges in the back rotors and its not the fault of the dying man who barley drove it. Second the front boots have been ripped for a long time, as a car dealer it is your job to sell a safe car. I am currently replacing not only the front outer boots but also the front brakes and rotors. I can already see the mess Im in for being that the rears were not only severly rusted but every bolt was seized. I understand the car is a 2003 bmw and age can cause some problems but the issues this car has/had you can not explain away. I have been working on my own vehicles for more years than I would like to admit, I am not a woman who has no clue about vehicles. I was raised with and by men who have always worked on cars. Acceptable problems that you have no control over are things like the sunroof, window issues, and basic maintenance. Anyone who goes here to purchase a car take a person with mechanical knowledge, it will save you the trouble of buying a car that will cost you a lot of money because of negligence on their part.

First off, always give everyone a chance and don’t believe everything you read online because there are two sides to every story. This review is a testament to the type of person ive come to know bradley to be.my dog went missing on xmas day around noon.my wife and i searched till dark leaving our guests to fend for themselves.we had no luck finding her.we put up signs and flyers. couple of days go by and i get a call from bradley, he happend on to my dog behind the hangers of the airport behind his place.he attempted to get her but she took off and he followed her down the runway where he called me from his truck wanting to know what else he could do.obviously there was nothing he could do.this was about a week into her adventure,she was out there 3 weeks to the day,for the next two weeks bradley took it upon himself to search for my dog.even his father called me to find a general area she was least seen and he also took the time to search for my dog.during this time bradley was just as concerned for my girl as my wife and i,calling regularly to give his support. i finaly got a call my dog was seen on the runway again.i went to investigate,bradley also got me permission to be on airport grounds, i found her in the hangar after three weeks, i stopped at the dealership to share the great news and bradley was as relieved as us she was safe, healthy,and going home.anyone who questions his character or beats up on him for things nobody can forsee in a USED car is just not being fair. i would and will purchase a vehicle here if he finds me a 8300c hemi,burgundy,(hint,hint). our community is lucky to have a family like this. if he will go out of his way for a stranger and their dog for two weeks how do you suppose he treats his clients,who are his livelyhood!

Great place to go if you love to be robbed, lied to, and blown off 👌👍Disgusting the things they try to get away with. Save your time, energy, money and the massive headache...dont shop here...and if you do feel the need to shop there...take the car to your mechanic to have it checked before ANY paperwork is filed...im pretty sure i gave my poor mechanic quite a few ulcers having to deal with the piece of garbage he sold me.

Bradley sell lemons had son had suv for week it started leak power steering and he said changed gas pump liar now when change back brake he also that where new liar find rear trailing arm broken not one side the other side too and by looks there where broken for long time before my son bought the suv never should pass state inspection be my son got the suv so what try say this guy liar do not buy there.Going too talk too my friend that lawyer see what we can do.Not right for this dealerships take advantage people no more messed wrong people Bradley

I went here Friday looked at cars found one i fell in love with they ran my credit told me o was financed at 48 months for a 161 then thw next day they called us and asked us to come meet them for lunch when we showed up brad and John were drunk very unprofessional then monday we give them a deposit and sign the paper work then they tell us we have to go pick the check up and bring it back to them so i drive all the way out to West Seneca to find out finance is not set up so then i leave there to go back and pick up my deposit and as i am driving brad calls and says go back u are all set i go back to find out he called back and told thw finance place he could not drop the price of the car wich was 600 dollars even though he is asking almost 2000 more than anyone eles selling that car so i then had to turn around and drive back to get my deposit for a 2nd time this place will give u the run around and lie to u i beg everyone do not go here cause they will not stand behind nothing they say i signed a binding contract with them and i have no car they are a scam artist and tell u all lies dont go there.
