I moved with this company after reading their reviews online and they lived up to my expectations. The movers were fast, courteous and professional. The estimate was reasonable. Their crew obviously had lots of experience and carefully handled our furniture.
The guys at Braha Moving Systems was great, they arrived on time, and called us to let us know they were en route. They moved us in less time than the estimate, and were worth every penny. Very accommodating. This was our first time using movers, and Ill never go back! It was so easy, and really great. I was skeptical about the suggested amount of guys they said we would only need two guys and the truck, but they pretty much flew.
This was my first time using professional movers and I was very impressed. Braha Moving Systems crew was very available to answer my questions prior to the move and the guys who helped the day of were amazing. They showed up ready to work and finished much quicker than we had expected. It was affordable and provided great service. We will be using them again and would refer friends and family.
They came within a few days. I also used their packing service. I found the team very polite and helpful. They worked quickly and efficiently. Moving house is stressful and they certainly helped to ensure things went smoothly. I found their rates very competitive and would not hesitate to recommend them.
I was apprehensive about using a moving company, but so glad we did! We had 3 men and a truck and they did an awesome job with all our belongings. They showed up on time, carefully wrapped our belongings and packed and unloaded within the 3 hours minimum. I would totally use the same crew again for our move back into our house.

Everything went by the book as the workers were timely and professional. The staff at the office were really helpful as they did all they could to make my experience less stressful. Throughout the whole ordeal I stayed in touch and received regular updates about the move. In the end my belongings were transported without any damage and on time. Regarding their overall service I have no complaints. I would recommend them highly to anyone that is considering a move.
Avoid if at all possible. I thought I was getting a good deal by using Braha for my cross-country move - save yourself money and stress by hiring a professional, established company. I booked a move with pick up on July 25, and was given a delivery window of 3-12 days. Then Braha informed me that they calculate that in business days and dont start the clock until the first day you tell them you can accept delivery - a little unreasonable, but OK. My items didnt come until August 23. The truck spent over a week broken down in Arizona, waiting for a part. Braha never sent me an update proactively on the delays - I had to reach out to them every single time to ask where my stuff was. They never made any effort to get a backup truck. They never apologized. When my items finally arrived, they had somehow managed to break a solid wood desk nearly in half, as well as smashing a mirror and warping a metal table beyond repair, probably because it sat in a hot truck for weeks. Now theyre trying to get out of providing me a full refund for the delays and for my broken items, and want me to sign a form promising to remove any negative reviews in order to receive any refund money at all. That helps to explain the lack of negative online reviews for this extremely poor-performing company, I guess.
They showed up on time, were careful with our items, and were very fair and transparent about the whole process. Also, Jerry is very kind and funny, which was a bonus! He was very responsive to email and phone calls, and answered all of our questions. This company was not even a bit more expensive than other movers weve used, but they were the fastest and we trusted them completely.
Everyone we dealt with was professional, answered all of our queries, and they were available for our move with a short notice. The movers were on-time, efficient, professional and packed and moved our belongings with care.
They were on time, went above and beyond to make our moving experience as stress-free as possible, and were really helpful and pleasant. They made certain that appliances as well as furniture were placed where we desired them to be and would go to great lengths to make it work, even if it was somewhat unpleasant.

They contacted in the morning with a 2-5pm arrival window, despite my request that they accommodate my work schedule. I received a call at 5:30 p.m. notifying me that the movers would not be arriving since their last move had been delayed. To accommodate, my boyfriend had to take the day off work. They provided the equivalent of $15 off when requested to make things right.
Andrey thé owner of Braha moving was extremely professional and responsive to all my calls and needs. The movers were pleasant , fast and professional. The pleasure to be with for two stressful days of packing and actual moving. All my items came in a perfect condition and labeled properly. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
Throughout, the company was excellent! I called them to get a quote, and they took an inventory of things that had to be moved and provided an estimate via email. This is the real test of how careful they are. Mr Paul were very friendly and attentive to moving in without damage to the sidewalk, porch and interior.
My daughter found job in New York and we needed to move her staff to New York. After a bad experience with another mover, we are very careful when we choose mover. My daughter found Braha and she checked this is mover not broker. I called Braha several times and chatted with Andy (very professional man) and asked all the questions and concerns. Andy explained to me everything and even wanted me to check the certiifed reviews. We decided to use Braha. On the moving day, we got noticed 1st and let us know the approximate time so we can prepare. Two men were very professional and moved and made sure everything was ok. 3 days later, my daughter got noticed when Braha will deliver the staff so my daughter can reserve elevator. 3 Gentlemen moved my daughter staff quickly. My daughter was very happy when she saw all her staff there in New York and not even lost anything or broken anything. She did give 3 men good tips. I definitely will use Braha service next time,
These guys from this company absolutely crushed it. Thomas and his team, Melvin and Tony, made moving all my things seem effortless and easy. They were extremely respectful and cognizant of my needs around my belongings, taking care to listen to special instructions about delicate items, and asking to make sure I didnt have requirements before moving anything precious.
We had a challenging move, lots of real wood furniture, big items, and even a treadmill. We moved into a house with steep stairs. The guys that came were not only professional, kind, and hardworking, but they were also fast and mindful of the hours. They are careful, insured, and reliable.
They worked very quickly, wrapped all my furniture in blankets and shrink wrap, and got the entire move done in just about three hours. For reference, I moved to a one-bedroom apartment from a large studio and both places were up one flight of stairs, no elevators. I recommend them to everyone.

We spoke and met with a number of moving companies for estimates, and found Braha Moving Systems was both the most professional and the best value. Movers were super polite, professional, very quick, and totally unfazed by our tight fifth floor walkup. The agent who helped me set up my move was not only attentive and pleasant, but every time I emailed him a question or adjustment, I heard back within the hour.
They came to my house and quoted me and charged me the same cost, they were so fast, and they were so polite. They were very careful with my stuff and wrapped everything nicely. There are different movers, but the services that this company gave me worth every penny I had paid for. They already packed all glassware in cartons. Furniture was bubble wrapped. All items were tightly packed in a carton following the safety precautions. It was a great overall experience. I would recommend these guys.

We used a storage service for about a third of our possessions. I thought the storage option was invaluable and very few moving companies offer that. Both pick up and delivery went well. The delivery guys scratched the floor and wall, which was no problem. They have sent someone to repair both at no charge. Braha Moving Systems has heart to take the mistake positively and were very apologetic.

I recently moved from Rhode Island to Maryland. Ive completed about 3 long distance moves previously and working with Braha Moving Systems was by far the best in so many ways. They protected all my worldly goods so well that nothing was damaged, they were professional and handled disassembling and reassembling efficiently and carefully. Ive always had bad experiences moving IKEA furniture, but I felt this company performed magic and nothing was damaged, a high feat to be sure! When setting up my reservation, they asked the right questions from the start and recommended the right approach for my situation, which was a dedicated truck and not an 18-wheeler with a shuttle which 2 other companies I contacted wanted to use without understanding my constraints. So thank you for your hard work, professionalism (the movers did not even take breaks), and expertise in tailoring the move to the customer.

We moved from MD to FL. We contacted 4 companies and Braha provided the most timely responses to our requests. Not only did that, they provided the best price. On the day of our move they showed up and properly wrapped an protected our furniture. We had already packed and boxed the bulk of our stuff so the transfer to the truck took a couple of hours. The supervisor was completely involved and managed the transfer professionaly and numbered all the items. We received the delivery 4 days later as expected. Braha was incredibly professional, fast, and efficient. I had never moved out of state and I had never used a moving company before and was not sure what to expect. Frank texted me on the morning of the move to let me know they would be there soon, then called 2 days later to tell me he would deliver everything the next day, and then called me on delivery day to say he was on the way. On delivery day, I was given a checklist of my items, and every time they brought one in, I checked off the item. I am extremely impressed and grateful for Braha.There is no messing around with these guys, they are the real deal and excellent at their jobs. Everything nod completed the relocation in three hours. I received my things, and nothing has been broken. I had a variety of relics and was terrified because they belonged to my great grandmother, but then everything ended up beautifully.
The guys were amazing! Their attention to detail, their mannerisms and their professionalism were of the highest caliber. They took great care in wrapping all the items well. Every single item arrived in perfect condition. Amazing. In addition, they were a pleasure to chat with as well. Amazing experience overall. We will certainly be requesting their services again.
They were fantastic! The guys totally worked their butts off, literally running at times from the truck to the apartment. Pleasant, friendly and professional. I rescheduled my move at the last minute for a day earlier than already scheduled and they didnt even bat an eye. On the day of the move, they were actually early and called me to let me know. I highly recommend moving company, specifically Melvin and Tony. Their service was professional, and they make sure that your items and walls are cared for and never dinged during the move. They even helped us pack our last remaining items that were not yet boxed.

They did an outstanding job with my move. I moved from a 1 bedroom 4th floor walk up to a 6th floor 2 bedrooms with a freight elevator. The entire move took exactly 2.5 hours, which is exactly what they quoted me. 5 star customer service.

We were very happy with the service of Braha Moving Systems. They are amazingly fast and efficient. In nearly 10-15 minutes, they packed up the furniture and it took 1hr and 40 minutes for the whole shift. Were not going to go in the future with another service. I just completed my move Feb. 2018. Im very impressed with the team at Braha Moving. Everything about my experience was seamless. Before my move, I collected quotes from several different moving companies. Braha was the only all-inclusive quote (i.e., they didnt try to sneak in charges for packing or labor), which I appreciated. They scheduled our move date at short notice. They showed up on time. They were extremely efficient. They packaged and protected every item (mattresses, couches, etc.). They had everything moved across country and into our new apartment within three days. These guys are truly all-stars – extremely hard workers. Moving is stressful enough, so Im grateful for my experience. Would recommend them to anyone!

Pretty solid experience. I think the movers and move experience was excellent. Very professional, timely, and worked to make sure things went well. The only knock I had on them was that when I booked the move online no one called me to confirm the move. When I called in to confirm, they acted like I was weird for wanting someone to confirm a $4k move. I was hoping theyd be proactive in communicating arrival and such. That was the only negative I had the whole experience. I would use again but just know you may have to call in a few times to get everything situated.
Moved from VA to NY, and they were best price by a nice margin. The only glitch is that at the last minute they moved the move up a day so we had to scramble to pack - but when they came, they did all the packing that we hadnt finished and did not charge extra, to make up for the early arrival. The only negative is that you have to stay on top of them as far as when theyll arrive, deliver, etc., so I had to call several times. The guys in the truck were great though, very polite and very efficient and careful.
I have been moving several times in the past with various companies, but this one exceeded my expectations. They were absolutely perfect, always in time, fast and within my budget. No surprises, and all my furniture and items arrived in my Dallas house in perfect condition. I have also used their storage, due to a time gap between my move from New York to Dallas. Recently I moved back to Florida from Brooklyn, NY. As my sister had recently moved with Braha Moving and, she recommended them to me. I took her word and wasnt the least bit disappointed. In my last move, I had a problem with hidden fees. This was not an issue with Braha Moving. Upon my estimate I was informed about all charges, and also filled in with details on the process of my move. Arriving on my requested delivery date in Florida, the crew went straight to work. Despite it being a rainy day in Brooklyn and a hot and humid day in Florida, I had no damages and I suffered no aggravation. Im not sure it could have went any better! All items that were disassembled were reassembled properly including my difficult bed and office desk. The whole time the job was being performed the crew did everything I could want and then some. Braha Moving is a fantastic company that lives up to their 5 star rating and promises! I give all my recommendations to this fine company.

I called the company to get price on moving my office from Manhattan to Brooklyn. The girl called Lavina was very nice and friendly on the phone, she answered all my questions and gave me fair price. After 2 weeks weeks I received a call from dispatcher, he confirmed the move for tomorrow. Next day I’ve got call from the driver saying that they’ll be by my place in 30 min. Buyer beware or youll be sorry. The manager quoted us an estimate that ended up being nowhere near the final cost. Im talking we owed double the lowball estimate he gave us just to get our business. So whatever they quote you, just double it -- and then go with somebody else. Because as the hours tick by on move day, you wont get a call from this manager suggesting anything is awry. Thatd be too much to ask apparently. The movers had 2 stops to make -- and completely missed the 2nd stop! Hows that for service? You want to hire a moving company to move only half your things?? Then, when I called to complain, this manager had the audacity to try and add to our costs to complete the job that his guys never finished. Never again, Braha.

I had to move from a 4th floor, 2 bedroom apartment with no elevator to a 1 story house. The workers were very professional and worked hard all day. All of my belongings arrived in the same condition as before they were before packed. We had Braha move us a few towns over.9 pieces Of furniture only. No boxes.Arrival time was 11-1 and they came at 2.They did a great job Wrapping all of our furniture in the blankets and maneuvering the furniture up to the 3rd floor, But were unable to get the Box Spring up. We wound up doing that ourselves even though they told us it would not fit.They also said we would be charged 2 hours of moving time and if it went over not to worry- there would be no extra cost, but when they were all finished they charged an extra $50 for the extra half hour... aside from that, the guys were very friendly and professional
They actually moved my entire apartment in less than 3 hours! I was moving my stuff into a garage while I did some home renovations, so I wanted all my stuff wrapped in plastic. They gladly and efficiently did this. Ive already recommended them to some friends, who also had excellent experiences.

Over the years we have relocated far too many times and genuinely would say the Braha Moving Systems were the strongest of our movers!! At the first meeting they listened carefully and the group who transferred us, was extremely polite to our possessions and a joy to have in our house.

The whole crew was amazing, not only did they understood my wants needs extremely well but also was communicative, honest and overall a great team to work with. They found the perfect moving team for me as I am a little obsessed with my things.
We were given an estimate with price and time and they did exactly what they said. We had three movers and two trucks. They arrived at exactly 9 am and were finished at exactly 3 pm. They wrapped up everything, carefully moved everything and didnt leave a trace of anything behind.

Crew that picked up our stuff in New Jersey was excellent. Driver who delivered our items in Tampa had an attitude, showed up two and half hours late and didn’t even call. One item was broken and many of our walls were scuffed and paint was damaged in our brand new home when they were bringing the items in. No call, no nothing in response from the company.As you can see from other reviews, they are have a severe communication issue. They showed up without the COI in the beginning, the pricing quote was almost $900 off and the delivery window was hours off of schedule.

Moving to a new residence can be very draining, emotionally, mentally and even physically, but when you have professional assistance from Braha Moving Systems, the burden is much easier. They brought our things with about seven hours to spare, and so we did not stress over the whereabouts of our things.

I booked Braha through Unpakt and moved a 1BR from NYC to Wilmington DE interstate. It couldnt be easier. Ty and Marcus are very professional, efficient and friendly. Packers were good but delivery was Very unprofessional. It took a week to deliver from NY to Chicago .Boxes marked fragile were thrown around carelessly. Walls and floors were scratched and garage door damaged. The foreman refused to fix it and demanded that I sign a handwritten note stating that there would be no complaint about the door. Nick in NYC who was handling the move wanted a video of the door to prove it was broken while his crew was still present here. One of the crew stepped in and repaired it when I refused to sign the document. In all my years of moving I have never experienced such bad behavior by a professional moving company. Do not recommend.
I was moving from NYC to NC and if something made this move doable it was this company. Ksenia was extremely helpful on the phone and very responsive to emails. Nazar was very direct and up to the point with estimation and explanations. Movers were very professional, careful with our staff (nothing was broken, literally). There were no hidden fees or something involved.Pricing was very reasonable and I strongly recommend them.AND they move your staff in 1 shot (rather than joining several people and then you have to wait for a trailer).

2022-02-13Not perfect, but adequate.I want to be as fair as possible in my review. The company gave me a great quote to lock me in. But once, I was locked in, they raised the price citing I had more items than they originally predicted. I went along with it. The delivery crew did not arrive on the original date given. They then communicated with me it would be the following week.When the deliverers did arrive, they told me they needed to go to the store to purchase more packing material. Once they returned, they packed up everything but left behind their tools. I was asked to ship them back to them so that they can have them. I didnt mind - although this was somewhat of an inconvenience. (The company ultimately deducted the price of the shipping from my total bill, but did not offer anything additional for the inconvenience or as a thank you gesture).I was given an approximate delivery date, which again was delayed by more than a week. I ended up having to pay for a hotel for a week to accommodate the delay. I informed the company I was beginning a new job in a new city so the new delivery date was an extreme inconvenience. I was told to ask my new employer to work with me. I was not going to do that because you want to make a good first impression. Fortunately, I had a relative in town who was able to change her flight so that she could be there to accept the delivery as I went to work. When the crew arrived, they informed we needed to pay them hundreds of additional dollars because the walk from the front entrance to my apartment unit was too much of a distance and that if I did not make payment immediately, they would leave with my things. Fortunately, I happened to have the money. When I asked the company to consider a discount for the delays, they initially told me they would provide a discount, but then changed their response to tell me to first pay my balance and they would then go back and see what discount they could offer. I paid the balance and was then told they would not offer any discounts due to the company not violating in policies. If you ask me, this isnt appropriate customer service.Fortunately, my items arrived in tact. Thats the biggest plus from the situation. I understand a review can make or break a company so I aimed to be as honest as possible in this review to help you make an informed decision.

2019-07-09I cannot leave a low enough rating for this company. They scheduled a 8-10 am window and at 10:15 I had heard nothing. I had to reach out and find out where they were. They did not get to my apartment until 2:15, over four hours late with no explanation. Once there the movers were not apologetic, pretty rude, and man handled all of my furniture. The movers did not finish until past midnight when they should have been finished at 6:30 (that is what they originally told me). Once I unpacked I realized almost every single piece of furniture I own has a scratch on it, a gouge out of it, or a hole in it. And dont bother with their terrible customer service after the fact-it took multiple days and multiple emails in garbled english before they gave me less than 10% of my moving cost in damages. Save yourself a headache and save your furniture and DO NOT use this company.

They rapidly packed, loaded, and unloaded everything while taking excellent care of our possessions. Id prefer them to any other moving company Ive worked with.

2021-09-02The company and their rates are very competitive for such a reputable firm. Amazing work was done by them. They packed my goods so finely and took care for each thing so finely. I am happy that i choose this company for my moving as i am a mother of 2 year old girl and a single mother so it was impossible for me but thanks to Braha Moving company.

2021-12-01I moved out last week, had my stuff in storage for almost a whole year, and now moved back to SF again. They were super easy to communicate with and very well coordinated. They were able to offer the necessary COIs and both moves went very smoothly.
