Called AAA for assistant at poughkeepsie train station. Floyd was wonderful. So quick & professional! Some weirdos had entered the garage space and Floyd didnt leave until my boyfriend arrived to make sure I was safe. I couldnt recommend enough. Thank you, Floyd!

Brandls Towing is a fantastic company. I had to call for a jump twice in the last week because my battery kept dying. Both times, Jay, came out and jumped my car. Today, it was pouring when he was here, but he checked all the lights and switches inside the car, and ran a check on my battery to see if he could find the problem. He is such a nice guy, and the towing company was very quick and prompt with their arrival. Id recommend Brandls to anyone.
Brandls towing is great, even though I didnt end up using them. They helped me over the phone and were more than willing to send me the help I needed. If my truck is ever broken closer to them, they will be my first call

Great Saved my .....Just got out of the hospital with top care and my car got jealous and wanted the same top care so it broke down in midtown Manhattan. Car was stuck middle of nowhere at 1:30am...was very urgent... trying to explain where the car is at by saying whats near. Illinois state park his reply was no clue. Then asked franny reese state park his reply no clue. I asked if he can google the place his reply was not at the computer he had no will to help me, not a bit. Why is this place 24/7. I wish i can give this place 0 star

2022-08-06Let me tell you these guys are top notch. First time working with them too. They did a difficult job that two other companies I contacted were too scared to even try. Not only that, Brandls driver (Ed I think was his name) knocked it out of the park in one try without issues. No excuses, no BS, just skilled employees doing a damn good job. I seriously cant recommend this company enough.

2022-02-01Great Company to deal with. Our wrecker service was over 700 miles from a commercial customer broke down in a store parking lot with a large bucket truck. Brandls got out quick with a heavy duty tow truck and towed vehicle back to their lot for us to pickup the next day.

Ive had only a couple experiences with them but both were bad and then now my cousin used them and they backed the tow truck right into his car and the business defended the driver when they were called and suspected him of being drunk maybe we shouldve called the police rather than the manager. Such a shame . There is a few things in a business that shouldnt be tolerated and thats disorderly customer service and drinking and drugging on the job especially when your on the road. Id literally wait a few extra minutes for the next tow company before using these guys.

2018-02-02Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Called to get a tow recently when my gas pedal was sticking. They advised me on what could be wrong and let me know this could be unsafe to drive. The truck arrived quickly and within the time frame given. When the driver arrived he made sure to load the car safely. He also assured me that he would let the mechanic know that the throttle was stuck, so they could deal with it safely. Great guys and excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone.
