The Brandon Broderick law firm was extremely helpful in acting on my friend and Is behalf in a dog bite case we went through. We were both bitten by a neighbors dog when we were outside my house. It was bound to happen one day, I just knew it. Their dog is always outside and is known for trying to bite people. Well, one day that happened. It got loose and went after both of us. It bit me pretty bad on the leg and when my friend tried to stop it, it bit his hand. Although my neighbor was apologetic, it didnt help. The dog is big, just look at the photo. Date of acc:06/2019A beautiful Saturday morning was ruined when a truck slammed into my driver side as I waited on a red light to turn green. The car I was driving was dragged, wheel spun out of control, breaking my wrist, tearing my left shoulder labrum which needed surgery. Two anchors drilled and sawn into the muscle in order for my arm to function properly once it healed, upper neck spinal problems as well. After the impact, I was in complete shock, couldnt think straight, my life had come to a halt. Too many questions to be answered, and in that moment there wasnt an immediate resolution. I was overwhelmed with stress, pain, rushed to the E.R. etc. My first time involved in a traumatic, no fault accident, lucky to be alive, walked away despite severe injuries. A big question was?, who do I call to represent me, who can I trust??.. this is a very serious matter, soo many questions, I was a mess. Someone referred me to this personal injury firm. After making an appointment and speaking with them, a little, just a little weight was lifted off my shoulders but I was still a nervous wreck. 2022-03-24I am happy that I have contacted Brandon Broderick Firm. They were there when I first called the office in Brooklyn. Immediately, they took my information and directed me to an injury lawyer on my first call. The Brandon Broderick team has been very responsive, helpful and understanding, and I have the confidence that they will continue to work hard on my case until the very end.They worked with my insurance adjuster, when my car was totaled, because I never once spoke or saw my insurance adjuster, nor did he checked on me. 2022-07-08I wish I could give them 10 stars simply because my settlement is finally complete. During the last 6 months, while in the process of settling, I was extremely happy with the interoffice communication between employees and Associates, and the timeline of callbacks when I requested them. I have never been through this before and I dont know what the usual protocol is. My case wasnt a slam dunk but I knew I had the best injury lawyers in Queens working on it. I dont know how this usually works. One thing I will comment on is the fact that when I clearly had a torn rotator cuff and needed surgery. They referred me to great specialist for my injuries and made sure I was taken care of. I felt their concern was for me to heal and get better as they were sending me to a chiropractor and insisting I go to the chiropractor for treatment which would also solidify the case. They were also very concerned about my more immediate medical needs as well. They found the best doctors and chiropractic team near me. It was really fast to get the MRI on my shoulder because they got the lien approved quickly. It is important to keep in mind that I was injured, depressed, running out of money, had no transportation, and angry at the whole situation. So having a law firm working for me was satisfying to say the least. Every associate I talked with seemed like they truly wanted to listen to what I had to say, they never talked over me, and I felt they really were only interested in helping me. My case manger with was also very friendly and helpful as well. There was NO WAY I could have reached the same settlement without any lawyer at all! I am so glad I had a lawyer and felt it was worth it. I am rating them five stars simply for the fact that I cant give them more! Its finally over and after all this time I did get MORE money than I needed. My only frustrations and negative feelings were because because of my stress due to my mental state and physical injuries from being in an accident. I know they were working as hard as they could. They made my experience with the law office seamless! I would highly recommend this law office and the associates!
