I purchased a beautiful leather couch and it was delivered to my house promptly and safely.
Russian Scam. We bought sofa and love seat from this store based on recommendation of their salesman. The furniture turned defective. We asked to replace or return and we were told there is 30% restocking fees plus shipping. This is pure scam. Avoid shopping here

We were shopping for dining furniture and just happened to go into Bravo Furniture. We had a great experience there! Excellent service provided, they helped us with some customization to the dining set. Arrangements were made for delivery the same day. The dining set arrived unassembled in its factory boxes. Curbside Delivery was extremely careful, worked efficiently, and answered all my questions. We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Bravo Furniture and its workers. Will definitely be back.
My parents gave me an apartment and entrusted me to do the most important things myself. I completely made the design and the whole thing to my liking. I dreamed about it so long, there was even a dining room in my apartment. I wanted everything to be special, so I went to the Bravo Furniture store. I was able to select the Modern Formal Dining Sets in the showroom and it looks amazing. Very high-quality and fast service, also very convenient delivery of furniture!
Want to give a review on a furniture store Dom Mebeli who are the same owners as Bravo, on ave U and Coney Island Ave. Purchased a bed from them in March of this year and during quarantine it shattered on me. I contacted the store where the sales person yelled at me , was very rude , and just simply obnoxious. Was told me that they can’t help me in any way. The most unprofessional business! Do not buy your furniture from there , should’ve known better and not to deal with these local stores and buy it straight from a large company. Overstock and wayfair gives you 5 year warranty for a one time fee of $39. Horrible experience.
A lot of authentic furniture here. I got a fabric couch that was made in Italy and it is amazing and definitely worth the money!
***UPDATE***I have a very pleasant update. The owner of the store contacted my wife today and helped us resolve the issue. While I still think this could have been avoided with better communication during the sale, we are pleased to change this review.***************Anyone buying anything here should be VERY clear on what they are getting. Just this minute we are receiving a bed that we were not told the construction. The platform is naked pressed board and we were simply not informed this would be the case. And we are being told that it is a special order item and cannot be refunded. Well, live and learn. We have been happy with these guys in the past, but this is just ridiculous.Be VERY careful. Once you sign the paperwork, you are committed and possibly screwed.Be sure of the return policy because they are!

Two delivery men showed up last weekend, wearing no masks. When we asked them to put on masks while assembling furniture inside the house, they outright refused. Very unprofessional and concerning.

I came from Holland and my family and I went together to look for furniture and a chandelier in Brooklyn shops. I dont think Ive ever met such a rude salesperson in my entire life. He forbade taking pictures in the store: You are not in the museumHave you come to buy or to watch?And you can touch?You can if you buyTo be honest ... It reminded me a lot of the time of shortage in the USSR, when the seller was the king, and the buyer, you know what.It was a very interesting and unforgettable experience of communication in Brooklyn in a Russian-language store. I would recommend it not for shopping, but for immersion in a stressful situation and spoiling the mood.All the other good reviews from the store are fake, I suspect.

2022-05-24I went into Bravo for furniture. I heard that they sell European stuff.I dealt with Eugene, he was very professional, took the time out to explain to me the space, what would be better to order for the bedroom that it shouldnt be cluttered. He was very accurate on everything. His recommendations worked perfectly.The men that they sent to assemble the furniture were nice and polite.I highly recommend going to Bravo furniture. You will also have a very good experience. If you like high quality furniture from Spain or Italy its the right place to go to.
