My boys have been counting down the days until they can go back to Breezemont camp. They loved their counselors, the zipline, challenge course, the lake, the swimming, the food and everything about camp. It was fun to look through the pictures taken each day and find them in the different activities. We even made a book of the pictures so we can remember how much fun they had last summer and start getting excited about next summer!
My kids have gone to the camp for last 5 years .We tried town camp , but kids were too bored.We tried no camp and I was just exhausted.Breezemont is the right mix of activities, kids make friends easily and have lasting memories.We hate the last day of camp, it’s tears all around and can’t wait for next year.
My children attend Breezemont and love it more than life itself! We all love stepping on the grounds! It feels like a sleepaway camp! My children come home off the bus cheering, singing, and celebrating the day at camp! I am so glad I decided to send them there. Everyone is so loving and caring! Best camp experience ever.
Had the pleasure of working two summers for Breezemont so far and have had an amazing experience both times! Full time staff are very welcoming and make you feel like part of the Breezemont family from the first day! Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Breezemont and hope to spend more summers in the future there!
Every time I step foot on this campus I am reminded why I love it so much. Truly a great experience for everyone from kids, to staff to parents!

This will be our third summer at Breezemont. My daughter loves every minute of it and I love knowing how well cared for she is. So many activities to choose from. Great staff, great facilities!

An awesome place for campers and staff alike! The ariel playground, challenge course, and zipline have made awesome recent additions. Theres nothing better than a Summer spent at BZMT!

Being both a parent and counselor, I truly could not think of a better way to spend my summer then at Camp Breezemont.

2022-05-07I have worked at Breezemont for a few years and it is a toxic work environment. If you are hired for one position you are rarely working just that position. Many other employees are passive aggressive, including the adult staff. They are not friendly or inclusive, they may show it to the public but when it comes to the day to day operations everyone is miserable and rude. Even people you have known to be friendly can turn their back on you and not be supportive. Upper management does not take complaints or staff malpractice seriously and is brushed under the rug, nothing gets improved even when there are several complaints about the same thing. Everyone is underpaid and is expected to do 3 different jobs at once. The support of the different activities is barely existent. All the of adults working there are very immature and say one thing and expect another. There are NO breaks allowed except for lunch, which is sometimes overbooked with groups. Even on days reaching 100 degrees there are no fans or Acs or breaks and the nurses offices are full of staff passing out all the time. I would suggest not working here and finding a different camp.

2021-12-13Breezemont Day Camp is a wonderful camp to send your children or work for. They prioritize campers and staff and do everything in their power to make their camp experience amazing.I would highly recommend you joining the Breezemont Family!

2017-04-20For the past 5 summers I have been working at Breezemont Day Camp. I love coming to camp each day because it is so much fun! I love kids and I love seeing their smiles on their face ready for another exciting day at camp! The staff members are awesome! From my first year at camp to now my 5th, there has been numerous changes in SUCH a positive way. The director Gordon and his leadership truly have made BZMT a fun place for both counselors and campers! It is a family to me and a family that I love coming back every summer to see! Some new changes that were added to the camp was a challenge course, zipline, Olympics, gymnastics, gaga, nature, cooking, all the sports you can think of ! We even have archery! Best of all is cookout once a week! We even get to swim twice a day! There are much more exciting things to do at camp! So what are you waiting for call the office and sign your son or daughter up for 8 weeks full of FUN!!! ps 2017 will be even better with the new add ons - call now to enroll! I PROMISE you will not regret it!!!! =)

2019-10-30Breezemont Day Camp is the absolute best camp around! All three of my children attend and love it! The staff is caring and dedicated, the facilities are second to none, and the activities are diverse. You cant go wrong here! Happy to talk to anyone interested to give more information on my overwhelmingly positive experience!

2017-01-24This is the best day camp around! My kids absolutely love every day they get to spend at Breezemont! We cannot wait till next summer. Great counselors that genuinely care, Gordon and Jeff run a great program, and the facilities get better every summer. Heated pools coming soon! I highly recommend this camp to anyone and everyone! The Best!!!!

2018-10-07Breezemont is an amazing place for kids to spend their summer. With a wide array of activities such as swimming, soccer, fishing, chess, nature, there is always something that each kid will enjoy! The camp grounds are beautiful with numerous pools, large fields for sports, and a lake for boating/fishing. I would totally recommend sending your kids here for the summer.

2019-11-06Breezemont is our Summer Home! My 3 kids have been doing camp the right way at Breezemont for the last 3 summers. My oldest son loves the nature program, the rope elements and fishing on the lake. My daughter adores the arts & crafts studios, dance studio and swimming in the many pools. My youngest son is the sports fan so soccer, baseball and basketball instruction is right up his alley. EVERY kid is kept busy and stimulated with SO many wonderful core activities and special events, but most importantly kept safe by the incredible loving staff. Breezemont have only the very best counselors and your kids will built such a strong relationship with those staff that at the end of the summer we always feel like they have become extended family members. Camp is beautiful and totally unexpected as you swing around the corner of Cox Avenue. We still get excited whenever we drive up there......you almost feel like you could be in Upstate NY deep in the woods! It is the perfect way for kids to disconnect from school-life and just enjoy being a kid without the pressures of the academic year. Our kids sleep well, eat well and are SO content when they have Breezemont in their lives. We couldnt imagine being without this experience year after year. It is truly a magical place to spend a couple of weeks, or the whole summer. WOW our kids are LUCKY! Thank you BZMT for everything.....the countdown to next summer has already begin in our household :)

2017-01-27I have had the pleasure over the past 3 years to work at Breezemont Day Camp during the summer. It is a wonderful place and always get a warm welcome even when I turn up at camp in December. They always hire the best staff and that is a credit to both the director and associate director. Every day is run brilliantly and it is a great place for children to spend their summer, to have fun, play sports, learn to swim, go kayaking and have cookout! As an international staff member I have never felt alone during my time there and we are always looked after exceptionally. I will be back there for summer 2017 working hard and having fun.

2019-10-29Words can not express how wonderful Breezemont Day Camp is! My 3 year old and 5 year old attended for 8 weeks during Summer 2019 and I didnt hesitate for a second to sign them up for another full summer in 2020. If you are debating signing your children up for the entire summer, do it! The bonds they make with their camp friends and counselors during this time together is priceless. My kids dont go more than a few days without asking me when they can go back to camp.I originally had my 3 year old son signed up for the Abreeziated day ( ending at 2:30pm) but after the first week he was begging me to stay the long day and ride the bus home. During just one short summer he gained a confidence that he had never shown before. Each day he came home with a world full of knowledge, telling me about different countries and their cultural traditions. I was very surprised how educational the camp was for him! My son, who refused to get his face wet in the bath or participate in any sports last year without holding my hand, now has a new found passion for track and field and demonstrates blowing bubbles and swimming each night at bath time.My 5 year old daughter has always been confident, so I knew she would do great at camp, but she has also grown in ways that I hadn’t expected. Her counselor helped her through tough situations with friends which really helped to prepare her for Kindergarten. My daughter has a strong personality and her Group Leader was very motherly and hands on with her and did a great job in enforcing that she was polite and respectful. I think my daughter learned more in one summer of camp than she did in 2 years of Preschool. My daughter also went into the summer not being able to swim and at the end of the summer was swimming full laps across the pool and doing the back float!The calendar of events that are scheduled each week blew my mind! Im still jealous that my children got to pet a Kangaroo! With the staff being so responsible and nurturing, I felt at ease that my children were safe and in good hands all summer.I cannot recommend Breezemont Day Camp enough!

2019-10-21My kids had so much fun, even my 3 year old. He hated his swim classes before Breezemont, but after camp he was begging to keep swimming every day! My 7 year old loved doing all the sports and really liked that the sports changed every day/week. Would recommend 100%.
