The staff is nice, the dentist is nice, but I have had nothing but issues the times I’ve been here. My last experience had the dentist crack my tooth all the way to the gum line, and when I came back to tell her she took a piece of my tooth out with pliers and then put in a temp filling while also telling me that I must have done something to my tooth to crack it. This was in December 2020.
Dr. Diaz is awesome. Hes going to help me get my smile back. He really cares and that is so important with a doctor of any kind. Brentwood dental care has been my dentist for 14 years. I highly recommend dr diaz.
Very nasty not nice at all l will never go back send me home with a abscess and no meds for it that dentist needs to retirement

The doctors are nice. The staff are helpful, even if there is a language barrier issue. So long as I speak slowly and concisly then the language issue isnt an issue.The only reason it loses a star is because its impossible to get an appointment. I have been waiting two months to get a painful tooth out. Now that Im established, it still is kinda bad. They ONLY have Wednesday openings for some reason for me.
I too wish I could give this place zero stars. My appointment was booked at 2:30 and they didnt call me in until after 5:00. They said they were understaffed but thats always the case whenever Ive had to go. Some of the workers were so rude, one lady just gave me the hand and left when I asked her when Im going to be called. My entire day was wasted for a cleaning that didnt even take ten minutes. I dont understand how theyre only open three days a week. Of course all these patients would be lined up and overpacked on days that theyre actually open. The waiting room is so tiny and stuffed, theres no room to sit most of the time. Ive decided its better to relocate to another dentist than to go back to this place and deal with this again.

I had a very good experience with them 4 years ago. The male doctor, unfortunately, I do not remember his name, I know he is Armenian, did a great job, when I needed an emergency help. I would like to come back. I hope they are reading all the reviews and will fix issues with schedule.
The dentist was very caring to my situation and very informative and accommodating to all my questions.
The doctors are the best and the staff are very friendly.
Wish I could give the place 0 stars every time we come here there are like 20 appointments booked at the same time always a 2 hour wait just to be seen even with an appointment. No where to sit u have to wait outside. My advice to this place is if you have that many patients maybe u should open up more then three days a week.....

I wish i can give this office NEGATIVE stars but i guess my comment will have to do.............WORST PLACE EVER.........First --you have to wait over a month as a new patient appointment.Second --there is not enough sitting place because they double booked patients all the time.Third-- you MUST wait OVER 2 HOURS for your turn, example your appointment is at 3:00pm BE PREPARED to be seem by 5:00pm +(MORE THAN 2 HOURS WAIT)Four -- Even though your insurance has approved for all procedures to be performed they make you come back to another appointment to continue treatment, hence, your appointment will be set with in 2 weeks. When procedures can clearly be perform the same day.Five -- Be prepared to fill your teeth very weak.Six -- DENTIST (Male-Spanish ) HE IS SOOOOOO LAZYEight ---You can clearly tell the staff doesnt get aloneNine--- outdated placedTEN--- I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.---SO IF YOU READY TO WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY THEN THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU, OTHERWISE TURN AWAY AND SEARCH FOR ANOTHER GENERAL DENTIST OFFICE -----
The private agency that I work for uses Brentwood Dental Care as their primary dentist. The foster children in our care have received fabulous treatment from this office. We have witnessed the quality of their work from root canals to dental crowns and more, their work is recommended. Dr. Bostanci and Dr. Hacikian are fantastic caring dentist. I give this office an A+!
This office has served the company that I work for greatly. They are respectful and kind. Claudio is great(font desk) and Doctor B is an awesome person and dentist!!! And everyone else!
This is my primary dentist office and I just have to say that I love this place , usually individuals are intimidated about going to the dentists office but this office really takes care of you , and I’ll tell you first hand that they really do care about their patients. LOVE THIS PLACE CHECK IT OUT !!!
I waited for over an hour to be seen, so frustrating had other appointments after had to cancel because we were running late.
Well opt is for 1pm dont get seen until 2 hours later you try to get someones attention about the long wait and nobody could tell you nothing you sit on a chair while you see other people come in get seen and they werent even here when I was here waiting.... but I guess the wait was worth my time the dentist was professional and with tons of humor he made me smile so I decided to give them another chance.

Went here when I was 13, this place is no good at all. The last Dentist who worked on me also cracked my tooth during surgery.
Worst place ever! Waited one hour in the waiting room & they just call your name & put you in a room for another hour to be seen. It’s ridiculous.

I went with my 15-year-old son and I really didnt like how the girls treated him, one even spoke badly to my son with a very heavy tone. The doctor was super kind and the one in front of the cell wasnt the truth, I think that in reality one is going to turn off because of the services, I shouldnt have to speak ill of the person, be it a child or an adult.
It is a good place to take the children. The doctor who treated them was super friendly and fun with the children to the point that they forget that they are working on their little teeth. My girls, happy and excited, have been waiting for their second appointment. The doctor interacts with them. and relaxes them.
Unfortunately, a clinic that cares for two people at the same time, my daughter had to undergo two anesthetics for waiting too long (3 hours), they also injured her lip and her lip was contaminated with Herpes, which according to the hospital emergency was due to lack of of hygiene in the procedure (he could not have dinner that day or breakfast the day after the pain) I have made a claim with the insurance.The most outrageous thing is that when I went to speak to the clinic, to my surprise, the doctor did not deny anything, far from being embarrassed, he confirmed that he treated two people at the same time, put the two anesthetics on and apologized for forgetting to tell me that they hurt the lip of my daughter. I dont recommend it at all.We definitely changed clinics.
DR Israel is very good, he has a good hand, he is the best, I recommend him to anyone who wants to get a filler
The doctor is #1 👍👍. But the secretary is very bad, bad service that one gives one goes to the doctors office but the secretarys job I think is to kindly serve the clients in the end one pays the insurance and the insurance pay her but she gives very bad service 👎👎

Excellent place, the doctors are very professional, the staff is waiting to keep the information up to date and I love that they have taken all the biosecurity measures in this new reality that we face. It is true that at this time we have to wait a little longer for appointments but it is understandable due to the situation that exists worldwide but the wait is worth it !!! 100% happy with my treatment I will return for my checkup every 6 months
Today I had a bad experience at the Clinic, my girl only attended, but I decided to change the clinic, the girls who attend are rude, they do not have good treatment for the client, I asked them for a certificate that I had taken the girl to the consultation to teach in the I work to justify the absence and I got 3 rude saying that they could not do it if the girl goes alone to the consultation?
I went today with my son to an appointment established in my case some tooth fillings that I did there came out and it is causing me strong pain and sensitivity. And my son to be seen and fill out the dental record at school we arrived on time and they tell me that he cannot be seen because his appointment is in October and in fact I made my appointments by phone I felt used even days before they had called me by phone reminding us our appointment the girl says that no one has called from there having me record that if they called me I felt uncomfortable I do not deny it bad the young woman who was in reception passed to everyone first than me as a humiliation the appointment was for 12:30 pm and they call me at 1:30 pm they want to take my temperature on my forehead with a laser. I ask him that if there is no other method that lasers damage brain neurons, they tell me that this is the method. I answer his hands and any part of the body gives temperature they answer so we do and they gave me the option then to go to the front of the pharmacy to buy my thermometer I replied that there are no problems I will buy it and the arrogant doctor tells me even if I You must make an appointment for another day so they look for a sub manager and she tells me that it is better that I leave the place I go to that center first they extract a tooth I suffered a lot since they did not suture it or receive drugs to treat it apart from the fact that they extracted it at 9 days of suffering after in emergency of all the hole left open even at 9 days I passed emergency type and there a doctor cooked the wound left open and made me prescriptions of medications and this time I go because I lost fillings made there I want them to understand that I am not asking or begging is not free their service and I am a human being who deserves respect and consideration and much less do I care about the presence of my 10 year old son to throw us out of the place worse than animals
I love the treatment they give me in this dental office, all the staff are very friendly from the moment you make the appointment, the girls at the front desk assist you with all the necessary information and when you arrive at your appointment they make you feel comfortable. above all with the new measures to guarantee our health and that of the staff !!! The doctors are very kind I have been a patient at Brentwood dental care for years ❤
In Bretwood dental care they do not do their job well, they put fillings that in two days they are falling, the place is not very clean and the reviewists are very rude.

Because they do not give such late appointments and when the patient does not need it for an emergency they give it for up to 3 days it is pain emergency it is not to wait so much gentlemen improve the attention

2022-04-11Went their today for my first visit. Met Dr.Diaz today and he is very personable and professional. He took plenty of time with me and explained everything in detail. The girls were also very sweet and accommodating. I will be going back at the end of the month for sure

2022-07-22Waste of time. They tried telling me about a “policy” they have it’s just a scam and another way to get money out of people. This is why I stopped going here. This dentist will rob you of $200 dollars saying your insurance doesn’t cover the treatment you need when they never sent over the approval. Don’t bother. Just report these people for fraud. Let this be your warning people. Don’t waste your time.

My dentist is Dr. Demaskos and he really is the best, he makes sure I am comfortable and is very entertaining. I am a very anxious person and his positivity and attitude make me feel very much at home. Would recommend to everyone!!

He provided great positive energy. The staff were very professional and very great to work well with. They took care of my issues right away. Im highly going to recommend this place.
