If you are smart do not let Breton construction build your new home unless you want to put thousands into in in just ten years. Our old house in the city did not have these many issues,They built our home and we have had to put so much money into it. They did not build the egress correctly and the whole wall in my sons bedroom collapsed. Had to pay thousands to get it done right. We have had to have our own guy come out to repair the second roof because it was not done correctly. We had leaks due to the fact the did not caulk around the windows up top. None of the doors in the house were put in properly. A house that is ten years old should not require thousands of dollars to repair things due to the fact they were not done right the first time. Our concrete is all cracked. The electrical plates on the wall are all loose and cannot be tightened due to the fact they bow if tightened. The only ones who seemed to know what they were doing in this house are the painter. I would recommend the McCoy boys for any painting you need done. They are great. But that was it.Now we have the third leak . I have to repaint an entire wall because the leak has caused damage.The walls in the basement. are all wet.

We rented from these scumbags about 5 years ago now. They own several unkept properties in the Genesee and Wyoming county area. Locally known as slumlords. The property was located at 20 South main Street in Batavia. My then two year old son was so severely lead poisoned from their negligence that he has permanent brain damage. When they found out we filed a law suit they evicted us for bogus bull crap. Well I have now hired a very aggressive lawyer and we will be ensuring this NEVER happens to another child. They never even felt bad about it. Not even a simple apology for the hell we faced and were about to face for the rest of our lives. I would HIGHLY suggest to stay far far away from this company.

Did not have time to come out for a quote. Looking to do a 1.5 car full garage, new bathroom, finish kitchen, new floors down stairs and a bi-level pool deck and more. The work could have started late this year and next. He not want the job!

Stay away from this moron paid him $500,000 to build a house walls caving in foundation caving in cuz they didnt put supports or even bother to nail in headers no doors were shimmied water leaking inskylights leaking concrete splitting drywall crumbling and more he came around to collect checks that was it didnt oversee any of the building his lost carpenters did we could have hired a cheaper builder and got a better product had to pay roneedi the roof replace a faulty hot water tank ..paid him a fortune he used the cheapest materials he could find shower doors and vanity fell off ...trust me stay away
