Great and easy buying experience with my 2021 Ford Bronco. Kevin, my sales guy and Brian, the manager really went above and beyond. They were honest, knowledgeable, responsive and simply communicated when other dealers would not. They committed to a fair price before I ordered and honored that price upon delivery. Will be ordering a 2022 Maverick Hybrid from them next. Highly recommend.

My service advisor Eddie is top notch. He will always go the extra mile to help you. I couldnt ask for a better service advisor. My 2021 F150 has been brought in at least 3 times for random electrical modules faulting. Each time it happens I pull over to the side of the road and take a picture of it and then I send it to Eddie. Since it is an intermittent problem, it doesnt happen when Brewster Ford has it, but they see the code stored in the computer. They tell me that Ford wont allow the part to be replaced unless the Ford dealer sees it and it is a fault at the time. Meanwhile their parking lot is a mess. It is very small and the are cars parked everywhere on top of each other. Someone scratched my wheel when at the dealership. The wheel is not fixable and they wont replace it. It is a $1500 wheel.
Super happy with this dealership. I bought my 2016 Escape from another dealer and was very unhappy with the service they provided. Ive brought my car to Brewster ford a few times over the years, and Ive been very pleased. Most recent visit was for a timing belt replacement. Though not cheap, the price was fair and they had it completed quickly. Not sure Ill be buying a Ford for my next car, but if I do, Id come here.
The team Brian, Debbie & Shea at Brewster Ford made my buying experience very pleasurable. I ordered my first 2022 Ford F-150 Super Crew Cab with the help of the entire team. Wasnt supposed to be here until March but to my surprise I just took delivery 2 weeks ago. Exactly 💯% everything I wanted in my truck plus the team behind the seens have my back. Brian was great to work with through the entire process Debbie & Super Star Shea sealed the deal with going over all the details of familiarizing me with my new truck. After driving off the lot with my new rig I felt very well taken care of, they even sent me home with a full tank of fuel. FYI Super Star Shea leaves little notes throughout the truck, I found a congrats note with a $2.00 bill attached in the fuel filler door, I found another note over my visor.Thank you againIll be back for sure
We had a horrible experience at Brewster Ford. We purchased a Ford explorer in January of 2022. From the start it has had transmission problems it gets stuck between the 3rd and 4th gear, the transmission consistently revs and shifts very poorly. We have been jerked around by Brewster Ford paying for this car since January with no other options of receiving a new replacement. They dont respond to text they dont respond to calls. We would never recommend this car dealership to anyone. The customer service could not be any poorer. If I could give them zero stars I would.
After an extensive search for a newer vehicle, Brian Nugent found me a 2019 Grand Cherokee.. as far as used cars go, it could’ve passed for new. On top of the great trade in offer I received, I feel Brian and the rest of the Brewster Ford crew went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer..that is why all the cars I buy and service will be at Brewster Ford. This family owned business was a pleasure to deal with. After the loss of our dear mom, Linda Mae, I wanted to buy my dream car. Ive waited for years. After a week and a half of searching and dealing with other dealers, I met Kevin at Brewster Ford. Class act for such a young man. Kevin not only made me happy with the deal, they did a couple things that I wont forget. First he had the car ready with a red carpet to send me on my way. Two days later I went to fill up, I opened the gas tank and out popped a little thank you not with good wishes and also how much he liked the car along with a two doller bill for good luck.
I had found a vehicle I wanted to test drive and I ended up buying another vehicle with the help from Kevin. He had helped me thru the whole process. Went there for a recall service. It took longer than expected and in the end it wasnt entirely completed. I had to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket for something simple the could have completed there easily, and at zero parts cost. Emails and phone calls to the dealer regarding the situation were ignored. I would not come back to this dealer and would prefer to use a local independent shop. So another lost future customer......
I had to wait 2 months to hear back from them after putting a down-payment on the car. When I came back they hadnt detailed the car and it took them another two months to do that. The car still looks fairly dinged up and I probably wouldnt have bought it unless the sales manager told me someone else was going to buy the car later that day despite the down-payment on it. They wouldnt negotiate at all on the price despite numerous issues. I still have to fix the bumper, and glove box myself, and Ive discovered an issue with the lights which the manager brushed off the day I bought it. Not to mention, 3 hours after leaving I get an email saying I need to come in for maintenance soon or they wont take care of the transmission if anything should go wrong. I wont be buying from them again, and would recommend avoiding this place if possible.
I needed a van ASAP, only one dealer within a 250 mile radius had close to what I wanted, with time against me I didnt have time to make a special order, I tried to make a deal with the dealer that had the van on their lot but I guess they didnt want to make a sale so I went to Brester Ford, met Mike Meuse aka Mustang Mike and not only did Mike give me a better price but had that exact van delivered to his shop the next day!! Everything went so smooth- no BS and no pushy salesmen. I highly recommend trying Brewster Ford first!!
Incredible customer service. Friendly office, quick process. We purchased the new Ford Ranger, had a hard top put on the back, signed all of the papers, and were fully completed in less than three hours. Steve C. was a fabulous sales person, and Brian the manager was awesome. Would Definitely recommend this dealership again and again.
After many many failed and horrible experiences at other local Ford dealerships I found brewster Ford. Since my first visit they took great care of me and my company vans and trucks. Customer service is perfect. Quality repairs and prompt response with service. I since have all my company vehicles being serviced here and I just purchased a brand new work van from them as well. Very easy simple transaction. I couldn’t be happier with this company and who they have working here. I would highly recommend over all other local fords.

I ordered my Bronco Sport from Brewster Ford at a reasonably good price though it took a few months to come in. Happy with salesman Kevin and the financing too. When it came in, Kevin had the knowledge on how to use all of the new technology, a big learning curve for me. And I really like this vehicle!
To be clear this is review is for the service department and NOT the sales department. I have zero complaints about my purchasing experience.Now for the service department, I found them to be pretty inept and uncommunicative and dangerous.I brought my new Ranger in to have them install a bed lighting package sold by Ford. Now I know that install estimates on instruction sheets are optimistic at best and at times pretty ridiculous, but this is a Ford part and the instructions estimate 45 minutes install time and have a $100 dealer install option if ordered from Ford corporate.Brewster service took 2 1/2 days, charged close to $500 AND managed to drill through both sides of the bed denting the rear bed panels. Now I had bed lighting (at a higher cost than I expected), but I also have body damage on my brand new truck.To their credit, they owned up to the mistake and offered to do the body work. The told me an estimate of 2-3 days to get my truck back when I dropped off. I informed them I had a big road trip the following week so absolutely needed to get it back on time and to let me know if there might be any delays. The total time they had my vehicle was 8 days and at no time did they proactively call me. I had to call them multiple times. Each time they promised to get back to me with updates and each time they never called again.Finally I got my truck back and few days later went on my road trip. At the first stop after 10 hours on the road, I park and when unloading I hear a clunk in the bed. Turns out, after doing the body work, they did not install any of the hardware holding my tonneau cover on correctly, and all but one bracket had fallen off during the drive. The two main brackets closest to the cab were on incorrectly and one had completely been stripped. I managed to get everything re-installed (except the stripped part) in the parking lot though due to the stripped main bracket, I was unable to get the cover centered which prevented it from completely locking down for the entire 2 week and 4k mile trip (I have since fixed it myself in the driveway).The bed lighting package is great, but I regret bringing this work to this service department. I presume they are fine for changing oil, but I wouldnt trust them to do much of anything else. I certainly wont trust them to do any future work on my truck and as a result I am switching to a different Ford dealer going forward.
They have been great! They kept in touch while I was waiting for my car. Shea, best salesperson ever is quick to answer questions and calls, just to see how I am liking my car. The service department coul nit be nicer. This is my first ford and so far, the best dealership that I have worked with.

I drove all the way from New Jersey with my wife to pick up our vehicle and Brian and Shea made the pick up easy, simple, and fast! I came late from work and they they valued my time and prepared as much as they could ahead of time. This dealer even provides a lifetime powertrain warranty on new purchases. I can’t explain how satisfied I am with their help and support through the process. If I buy another Ford in the future, I won’t hesitate to go back to Brewster!
Mustang Mike was my sales guy and he did a great job making me feel at ease in purchasing my first new car in 10 years. Im extremely satisfied with my Ford Bronco which I was able to purchase without any added dealer markup. Bonus , Brewster Ford arranged modifications to my Bronco to have it lifted and have the wheels powder coated black. Both Brian and Mike provided great service and I recommend that dealership!

The serviceman on duty Saturday was great. However, my experience should not have been two hours of waiting. I never received a follow-up call the night before, even though a service attendant assured me I would get one. No one answered the phone on Saturday morning, so I had to show up physically to see when my truck would be ready. I usually get a call before work over 300.00 is done, but I received a 900.00 service bill after spending the day in the waiting room. Again, the serviceman was polite and helpful, but the department was understaffed and could not promptly meet service needs. Hopefully, it was just a busy day and is not like this all the time.
Dropped the car off with a detailed explanation of the problem. Very simple to diagnose just google it. Two days later after making several calls. They can’t reproduce the problem. You had the car for an extended period of time 2200$ Your ford expert mechanic figured out the problem. After an undisclosed amount of time to replace a simple blower motor. Then to learn it was also the door actuator. Again something I diagnosed before bring the. car down. I wouldn’t recommend any ford service centers in this area. They have a broken process
I have to say that Brewster Ford came through in every way. From the family feeling, the knowledgeable service, and the final paperwork, they made it all so easy. In these times of scarce cars, they got me the car of my choice and I couldnt be happier. Mustang Mike was one of the easiest sales people to deal with. Ive bought over 12 new cars in the last 20 years and I have to say the guys at Brewster Ford made this one of the best car buying experiences Ive had.
I bought an F-150 recently from Mike Meuse. From the start the experience was great. Despite having a truck on the lot that had most of the options I was after, Mike went the extra mile to locate the exact truck I was looking for. They provided a great price and maximized the incentives on the truck. They offered a great trade-in value on the Tacoma I was trading in. Overall, a phenomenal experience.
Before I share my negative experience, I do need to say that the service department was great! They were fast and easy to deal with.We needed to sell our second car so I called the sales department to see if they were interested. I had already done the Kelly blue book search to get an idea of what we could expect. I received an estimated value of $5,700-$6,300. I had spoken with another dealership awhile back that is a specificKelly blue book dealership, making sure to give her every detail about the car, good and bad, that I could to get an accurate estimate. She confirmed that if the car was as I described, they would give us an offer in the range that was quoted. She was very interested and all but begged me to bring it in. We werent quite ready to sell it, so we waited a bit. Since the Brewster Ford was significantly closer and we needed to bring it to the service department anyways, I thought wed see about just taking it there instead, now that we were ready.Our car is 9 years old, has only 41k miles and is in great condition. There are two cosmetic issues ( slightly cracked bumper and scratches above one of the doors from someone unsuccessfully trying to break in a few years back). The A/C was also due for a charging. The car has only been used to commute to and from the train station, which is about 5 minutes from our house, and is housed in our garage 80% of the time. We had gotten quotes to have these items repaired and it was less than $1,000 total. We never did it because it was cosmetic and just a commuter car. After the sales guy and his manager looked over the car, I came back to pick it up from the service department. The salesman had sent an email to call him to discuss buying it, so I did. What he said shocked me so much I laughed. He offered me $500.00. I was told they couldnt sell it off the lot in the condition that it was in and they werent even sure they could auction it. He tried to tell me the AC was broken. When I told him it just needed charged, he was speechless because he didnt expect me to know that. He back peddled and said that the manager who is actually the one in charge of making those decisions would be in on Monday and may have a different opinion. I actually felt bad for sales guy because I could tell he knew what was going on but had to do what his manager instructed. It was clear that they were trying to take advantage of a naive woman. I grew up helping in my grandfathers garage fixing cars and I also understand the high demand for used cars right now. Needless to say, we sold it elsewhere for far more than $500.
Worked with Steve Cristantiello this past weekend, after losing one of our vehicles to the hurricane Ida flood in NYC. He was extremely helpful and made sure we had an easy and rewarding experience! Its been over a year since we picked this 2017 Ford f150 up.Its our second purchase there after our 2016 Ford Escape the year before. Very happy with both vehicles and every interaction weve had since for services on both. Brad was our salesman and is an absolute gentleman and has been ever since we bought.....look forward to next time(yes there will be a next time)
It is not in my character to leave negative reviews of a business of any kind, I believe matters like this should be taken up directly with management but that has been exhausted and has failed. This review is well deserved and hopefully can help provide some positive criticism for the general manger and owner.Avoid this dealership and service center if you can.The unprofessionalism is staggering, the service department has gone down hill over the last 6-12 months and is Incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. Shady business practices, lack of communication and organization.Dave the customer service manager is not fit to manage the service department, you can hear the lack of motivation and unwillingness to create a positive customer experience in his voice each time he picks up the phone.The employees in the general office are incredibly rude and unprofessional as-well. It seems all employees walk around the dealership complaining and bad mouthing customers and customer requests as if they are being put way out of there way to do THIER JOB. (Loudly) Very negative atmosphere with very negative employees.I no longer trust management or the service advisors that seem to come and go on a monthly basis, they all need a lesson on people skills.Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.
A few weeks prior to taking my 2014 Ford Focus to Brewster Ford for an oil change, I got a call from them about a special sale and to stop in for further details. I was not anticipating buying another car but while waiting for my car to have the oil changed I asked salesman Michael Vaez what the sale was that they had called me about. The more the salesman told me the more interested I became. They offered a considerable amount off the sticker price of a 2018 Focus and a much more than I expected very generous trade in value of my 2014 Focus. As it ended up it turned into a deal that was difficult to refuse. I went in for an oil change and drove out in a brand new 2018 Ford Focus ! Brewster Ford handled all of the transfer paperwork of license, insurance etc in a matter of minutes or so it seemed. My picture was taken with my new car and I was informed it would appear on their Facebook page. If I was able to get 100 Likes on that picture I would get a check for $150 ! Within a matter of days I was able to get the Likes and as you can see in the picture here, I got the check for $150 from salesman Michael Vaez ! I donated the $150 to a favorite cause.I have been dealing with Brewster Ford since 1999 including the purchase of 5 cars now. I can honestly say that I have never had so much Fun in buying new cars that I have had at Brewster Ford. Their service department is good also. Years ago I used to do all of my own routine service but the way cars are built today it is best left to the dealer. Additionally over the years for some reason my waisteline makes it too difficult to crawl under todays cars to do my own driveway oil changes.
A very easy and satisfying purchase. We are extremely happy with our experience with Brewster Ford. Shea, our salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. While you always want a lower price...lol...we found them to be fair on both sides, with our trade and flexible on the new vehicle. Pick up was quick and painless. The truck was detailed very nicely.All in all, we recommend them very highly!
What a wonderful, easy experience! I recently purchased my new truck from Brewster Ford. My sales, consultant, Mr. Peter Skrodelis was professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and really an overall great guy! The entire staff was helpful and courteous, adding to a great atmosphere at the dealership. I brought my truck in for an oil change and an inspection. The truck started having smoke come out of the engine compartment a day later. I opened the hood to check why it was smoking and discovered that when they changed the oil they failed to insert the dipstick in all the way. Oil was being ejected out of the dipstick opening and spraying all over the engine compartment and subsequently got hot and started to smoke.UPDATED on 11/20/2021Dave the service mgr called me and apologized, and asked me if everything was ok with me and the vehicle. He told me that Brewster Ford would correct the any problems by degreasing the engine and refilling the oil if necessary. I brought the truce back in and all issues were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. Thanks Dave.
Receptionist and Secretaries that answer the phones there hang up the phone on the Customer. At times they do not pick up at all as they see your telephone number on caller ID. The service department kept my Vehicle for close to two Months and did nothing to it except damage it and try to write off with a plot to sell me a new one. Actually they were trying to convince me to write it off to sell a new one to me. My vehicle was capable of a lot more. They were rude in their conversation and did not treat my Vehicle with respect. They used excuses the whole time it was sitting in their lot. I will be taking them to Court. I feel that they also intentionally damaged my vehicle further as they made plans to write it off before I did. I also felt that they had plans to remove parts from my vehicle and out them on others of the same that showed up sitting next to my vehicle. I lost my trust in that dealership and would not patronize. Oh also I put several phone calls in to the Owner and he has no consideration to return one of them. Great customer service, even though Im located 3 hours away whenever I would be on the market for another vehicle I will definitely check them out!

Our car broke down on Route 84 in Brewster, NY. As luck would have it, the towing company brought us to Brewster Ford. We first dealt with Eddie in service. He did everything he could and then some to try and get us back on the road. Then he arranged for us to have a car for a few days while ours was repaired. In the end, we were so impressed with Brewster Ford that we decided to trade our Expedition for a new one. Brian, the sales manager was great to deal with. We had an excellent sales experience and highly recommend Brewster Ford to anyone passing through Brewster.
In a time where buying anything is a crazy mess, Mustang Mike made my experience easy and enjoyable. After finding the Explorer I was looking for online Mike got me the information I was looking for and gave me a great deal on it! No pressure and didnt have to do the whole back and forth thing to get the price I wanted. Picked up on a Saturday and he had me in and out quickly so I did not spend my weekend inside a dealership. The Business Manager was also named Mike and did a great job going through the paperwork. I dont regret driving the extra 20 mins past my local dealer to work with them. I dont really care for the sales department. I was shopping for a new ford explorer and end up buying a new Kia. ( commuter car). The service department is top notch. I was referred to Brewster Ford by my father why has leased several vehicles from them. I ended up purchasing a new Expedition from them and had a great experience. Miles better than my previous Ford dealership. The Service counter is manned by a couple of pros. Eddy and Dave took very good care of us. We had a problem that our other dealership couldnt figure out (or maybe, couldnt care less). Our car went in many times without a resolution. On our first visit Dave and Eddy had guys from the service section come out and listen to us with them. There were 4 guys listening to us. At first the problem eluded them but they asked for some extra time. Two days later they called me with great news. They had found and resolved it!!! Thank you Eddy! Thank you Dave! Thank you to the guys on the service floor. Great place! Our buisiness is yours.
The whole buying process from start to finish was very easy and completely done online until we test drove the car. Mike Meuse was unbelievable and not like any other car salesman I have dealt with, a calm and relaxed person with your point of view paramount to his process. While the purchasing experience is good, the service department gets worse and worse in the past few years.l prepaied for the premium service plan, coverying 100k miles and 6yr. which includes tire rotation. and last time visit, they charged me $100 to put the all season tire back. the all season tired was mounted in the wheel comes with the original car. they charge $100 for remove 24 and tight 24 nuts.not only they creatively charge a prepaied customer, they also show no respect to consumers time. a simple job of oil change and put all season tire back takes 4 and half hours, with appointment.not recommend the service plan neither the service department
Another exceptional experience in dealing with Brewster Ford. I have had long sales and service relationships with this dealership. Both Brian Nugent and Kevin ODair did great jobs on ordering and following-up on my F-350 that was just delivered. I highly recommend Brewster Ford!
To be honest, when I bought my car 2 years ago, the dealership and service team left such a sour taste in my mouth I was figuring ways to trade the new car in for a different one at a completely different manufacturer. I was having issues with the car and was told “these are normal”- just driving it off the lot and after only a few weeks of having it, something happened where the car wouldn’t even start- no not the battery. I was convinced they had sold me a lemon and did nothing to help me. I cannot put into words how upset I was with this dealership. 2 years later I needed my 100k mile check up and I needed a lot of work done, for whatever reason I decided I would go back to the dealership. I am so so so happy I did this, their team has totally changed over there. Nick was absolutely incredible and understood where I was coming from with my hesitation. He worked with me on pricing and didn’t mind explaining things to me 100 times. At no point did I think I was being taken advantage of, he even told me what could wait to be done in the future. I am so pleased with this dealership now and would recommend anyone to get their car fixed. I cannot thank Nick enough.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a GREAT-sales associate named Shea O’FLAHERTY and finished the deal with the general manager named Mike. This place is a class act.
After going to three other dealerships, and having 3 terrible experiences I walked into Brewster Ford not really sure of exactly what I wanted. I was greeted within seconds and assisted by Tim Luizza! Tom was extremely helpful and made my car shopping experience a truly wonderful one! I would suggest everyone to go to Brewster Ford! Andrew Hughes the sales manager I am a longtime ford customer of his and was told by a 3rd party mechanic I needed a new engine cause its about to seize. I immediately called Andrew frantic and he put my nerves at ease (still not knowing what is wrong with my car) the Service manager and service was closed. He ensured me that my ford Edge would be transferred to Chris V in service and would explain what was wrong. After Tech Harr looked at the car my engine was not seized. Andrew is the epitome of a true angel on earth and Ford is lucky to have him. I wish I could leave more stars. If you are looking for a new call definitely stop and see Andrew at Brewster Ford and say Marisa Lemieux sent you.
Brewster Ford has been contacted more than once about taking pictures for their social media page in handicap parking spots. Theyve since blocked me from making comments on the page and continue to use the handicap parking spots for people picking up their cars. Thats not what those bases are used for not even for a second and it looks like bad business to me. Buy your cars elsewhere these people have been contacted multiple times and its almost like they want to rub it in my face at this point.
I am a first responder worker and had a very hard time last year due to COVID. My current vehicle is having issues and repairs cost more than the vehicle is worth. I spoke with Andrew today and he assured me that, although my credit is not great, he would be able to put me in a new vehicle. I called in pretty defeated but got off the phone very optimistic.

I called and was offered a variety of appointment times. The service desk workers were professional, courteous, and helpful when I had extra questions and needed to walk to pick up something nearby while I waited. I was recently at a different dealership where the service guys were very aggressive, inefficient and tried to overcharge me for labor that they did not spend. But the Brewster staff did not try to take advantage of me being there at all. I paid just for what I had come in for and they did not try ro upsell me or overcharge me. What a relief to be treated with decency, respect and kindness at the Brewster Ford Service Counter.
Dave G and the crew at Brewster Ford got me a great deal on exact car I wanted and made the buying experience hassle free. My first Service Visit had a few minor bumps, so 4 instead of 5 stars. Ill see how my second service visit goes in a few months and adjust rating. If the Service doesnt do well, Ill rate Sales separately. Very friendly folks.
I highly recommend Brewster Ford when purchasing a new car. They are personal and work with you to meet you needs. Mike Meuse has such positive energy and is a pleasure to work with. They were honest and worked to get me within my budget. They worked super fast to get me the car I requested and made a quick turn around happen!!!
Wasn’t too thrilled the service dept. Needed a new blend door actuator for the passenger side AC controls. Didn’t want to pay $700 to replace a $30 part...decided to do it myself. When I asked them which one do I need they said I need the one on the “passenger side”. After doing some hunting around for the part at other Ford dealers I found it very hard to figure out which one I actually needed. There are two different specs of blend door actuators on the car and a total of four of them and all of them are located on the passenger side. So being told “ask for the one on the passenger side” doesn’t really help me out. Thanks to some googling and YouTube university I figured it out. The right thing to do would have been to give me the part number but it seemed the were reluctant to do so because I didn’t want to spend the money with them to fix it. I already paid them $150 to hook their diagnostic to tell me what’s wrong and what needed to be replaced, but the vague replacement part description wasn’t too helpful. This is the 4th Ford I’ve owned and have had AC issues with every single one. Will probably never buy another Ford again.

The staff at Brewster Ford were very friendly and accommodating. Mike was knowledgeable about the trucks I looked at and the sale process was very smooth. I went to a number of dealerships and Brewster Ford had excellent prices. They were very fair on the value of my trade in as well. Overall it was a great experience and I would come from Connecticut again to make a purchase.
Very happy with the service dept. At brewster ford. Eddy and chris brought our car right in for routine service . They notified me of some additional issues, texted me photos and promptly took care of everything and the service prices were extremely fair with no ridiculous add ons. I have 3 fords so very happy to have them so close to danbury.
This dealership has horrible customer service. I ordered a new transit due to be delivered on January 2 and today is the 9th and so far the salesman and the sales manager have no answers for me as to where or when my van will be here they dont even know where it is. With the technology today it is not possible for a vehicle to just disappear but this is what they want me to believe. They are extremely incompetent if they are not able to track a special order vehicle and I would not recommend this dealership. At this point I truly regret having dealt with them , they have been unhelpful and unwilling to try and find my van and it is very frustrating. Being a car salesman is probably the easiest job on the planet and they have some how screwed it up. Good job brewster ford I will never buy another car from you again.

This is the fourth car that I have bought from Brewster Ford. Mike was great from the first phone call to the moment that I picked up my new car. And Mike in finance was excellent at reviewing all the paperwork in a way that was easy for me to understand. They really take great care of me at Brewster Ford. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great dealership.
I purchased a CPO Ford Edge in 2017. This purchase included a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. My understanding was that as long as I had all my required maintenance performed by Brewster Ford my warranty would be in effect. For 3 years I had all my maintenance done by Brewster Ford. Including a transmission flush service that amounted to $470.00. I only put about 10000 miles a year on the car so I had my service done every 6 months, in Spring and Fall. At the same time I change my tires from the summer tires to winter tires. In Spring when I have my service I tell them not to rotate the winter tires because I’ll be putting on my summer tires, and in the fall I tell them not to rotate the winter tires that I just put on because I already put them in the right positions. In other words I keep track of my tire rotations and make sure they’re properly rotated when I change the tires. This October when I went in for service which was also going to include spark plugs for over $300.00 I was told I needed to replace the Transfer Case that is part of the AWD system and it would cost about $2700.00. I asked if it would be covered by my Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. John the associate that took care of me came back and told me that it would not be covered because Brewster Ford did not do my tire rotation in spite of the fact that I had all my maintenance done by them. I am upset with them because the service department never said anything to me about invalidating my warranty whenever I asked them not to rotate the tires.I am changing my rating to 5 Stars. The service manager Dave took care of my situation. The car was repaired at no cost except for the $100.00 deductible under the lifetime Powertrain Warranty. I was given the use of a loaner car while the repairs were performed. I will continue as a loyal customer of Brewster Ford as long as I continue to receive the excellent service of people like Dave.

His friendly face greeted us the second we walked through the door at the main desk and man were so happy to be part of the BREWSTER FORD FAMILY With Andrew broke it down and even built into price KAHU = new LoJack anti-theft system which after explaining to us, are super Excited to have real time data! I am in the automotive industry a Master Structure Technician. Andrew and I have many-mutual-friends, we know him through his counterpart Dave H Service Manager and Himself were all smiles to the point we forgot we were buying a $50,000 truck. Carfax was perfect. Overall 10/10
Chris was great in helping me get the vehicle I wanted ordered exactly the way I wanted it; I knew exactly what I wanted. Salespeople at other locations took days or weeks or never got it right. Chris got it correct on the first day.Unfortunately Chris was not working when the vehicle came in due to COVID restrictions. I hope this is resolved quickly and Brewster Ford treats him right because he earned this sale. In his absence, Brian did a great job to finalize the sale once the vehicle came in.

I suppose because I really wanted to take the time to write a proper and deserving review for Landon Johns, my sales consultant at Brewster Ford.I have been dealing with Landon for over 2 years now. He has assisted me with the leasing of 2 Ford Escapes, each time with pleasurable and affordable results. He’s an outstanding, caring & HONEST (yes I know, rare!) sales person who I’m proud to now call my friend. Each time truly listening and meeting all my car needs.I first met Landon in 2012 shortly after Super Storm Sandy totaled my Ford Explorer. He was able to put me as ease, which is no easy task for a woman in search of a new car and provide me with all the applicable discounts and rebates due to my unfortunate circumstances, resulting in the lowest possible monthly payment imaginable for the 2013 Escape. At the end of my 2 year lease agreement, I drove 2 hours from Brooklyn to Brewster just to deal with him again. And once again, he delivered a new 2015 Escape, with the same exceptional service and payments tailored to my needs. I’ve come to grips that I’m not an easy customer to deal with and I certainly had plenty of challenges for Landon, but he handled them all with ease and professionalism. I had been researching trucks as my father has been in the market for one for quite some time. I found a Silverado they had for sale that I knew my father would like. I contacted this dealership to confirm that the vehicle was still available before I made the hour long drive to Brewster. When I showed up at 4pm, I walked in and was immediately greeted by Brad who is the assistant sales manager. He was beyond helpful and immediately grabbed the keys to the truck and walked us outside. We test drove the vehicle and walked back in to make the deal. During this entire time, Brad was never pushy. He was willing to run the numbers numerous times before settling the deal. This dealership was well maintained, everyone there was very kind and it was an overall hassle free process.
I have been using Brewster Ford for over 20 years now and have purchased dozens of vehicles for my construction fleet from them. Recently, I needed a few airbag recalls and routine maintenance performed and, although they are under renovation, the service has been better than ever! I recommend Brewster Ford for your Ford vehicle purchases and maintenance. I can’t wait until the renovations are complete to see how they continue to progress with their service.
My experience with Brewster Ford went Great. I live over 80 miles away but they have the truck I want it . Neil the manager made my visit the best it could be he went out of his way to do everything right by me. The rest of the staff is great Michael my salesman was very helpful with with any questions I had. And Susan the finance officer took me through the process and helped me get the best deal I could get . Felt very comfortable At brewster ford they’re not pushy or arrogant like other dealers recommend to all .
Overall a good experience. As with any sales person, remember they are trying to sell you something and they will try to up sell you, especially when you dont know what you want. In terms of the process of test driving and buying, great service! In terms of knowledge of the vehicles, there is room for growth. I would recommend to a friend.
Brewster ford sales staff is amazing that hasn’t changed. The last few times before the summer i was at the service dept, it was an easy 5 stars, Dino, John and Darlene were amazing. New staff disappoint, did not have any knowledge on the necessary maintenance needed, and then as well charged me $100 for lug nuts that were recalled for my vehicle. My service credit account was also cancelled.
I did enjoy which is quite a statement from me, because I do not like to be sold on anything, the experience at Brewster Ford. Peter, the salesman I dealt with was very helpful in arranging a time, which was convenient for me to meet with him and take a test drive. We discussed the difference between leasing and purchasing and for me leasing was the best way to go. All the people were very sincere in there help for all the paperwork and I am very pleased and happy to have the 3rd vehicle from them. I purchased a used vehicle from Brewster Ford on March 22. I have to say the entire experience was very pleasant. I had been communicating with Kevin Panepinto via email about interest in a couple of their vehicle. I made an appointment to come in an do a test drive. Kevin was very helpful. After driving the vehicle I came for I saw another I was interested. Drove that and made an offer. Kevin was able to get me into the car I within the budget I had set for myself. Kevin did not pressure me at any point but was truly helpful. When it came time to purchase, everything was taken care of from registration, plate transfer, financing. We were in an out in no time.The folks at Brewster Ford made the entire process painless, gave me a good price on the vehicle I wanted and a good value for my trade in. My wife and I were very happy with the service we received and look forward to working with them in the future.
Mike was a no pressure sales person and patient with us. Brian worked with us on the price even though it was a Jeep Wrangler. Haven’t needed them for anything but sales, so I can’t speak to how they will work with us during the used car warranty period. Overall, a very good experience so far.

Had my new Ford Edge repaired at Brewster Ford. While i wasnt happy to have problems with a New car the service associate John went above and beyond to make my experience as seamless as possible. Heknew more about my car than the salesman and sales manager where I purchased it. It was refreshing to have a customer service person with true knowledge of therw product. Awful experience very poor customer experience with buy a preowned vehicle. For one week the bank never received the paperwork to execute the loan from the business manager I personal called the bank 5x and got the same answer they were waiting for them to send paper work never spoke to a manager from start to finish I would never recommend them to anyone and i am a manager of a business in the same town awful experience from start to finish
Bought our new F150 here. It was a pleasure doing business with everyone that we met. The sales person did a terrific job from start to finish. He kept us well informed, of the progress of our purchase, including the extras that we ordered, like undercoating, running boards and bed-liner. We have a Ford dealer three miles from home but chose Brewster Ford because of their great reputation and we are very happy that we did.
Brad was great in terms of being patient with all my questions and providing quality service. Brewster Ford provides a great customer sales experience. They may not know all the answers about the used cars they sell, but they do promise to help you take good care of it. BF provides a lifetime power train warranty which i didnt come across many Ford dealers They also let me take a great book from their customer waiting room!
Don’t waste your time at this dealership. I drove an hour and a half to look at an F250. Mike Meuse the young salesman was fantastic and did everything he could to help me he was not a problem at all. After taking the truck for a test drive and working out a deal, I went to have lunch to call my wife and go over all the details. I come back from lunch and tell them I would like to take the truck for another test drive before I purchase it. After returning from a test drive Mike meets me in the parking lot to tell me that he has never seen this happen and that somebody else called and gave a $250 deposit while I was test driving the truck to another salesman. The manager Brian and Mike both knew I drove from New Jersey and had been there all day. I feel that this is very dirty and if the dealership is going to do this kind of work that they must be hiding a lot. Don’t waste your time stay far away.
I had an awful experience at Brewster Ford this week. I brought my car in for a recall. I made the appointment several weeks before and I dropped off the car the night before they needed it. The next morning, Justin called to see if the servicemen were treating me well. I had no idea what he was talking about because nobody had called to say my car was completed. I relayed this to him and he was surprised my car was still being worked on. I asked him when I could expect my car to be finished and he said he didn’t know but that service would give me a phone call as soon as it was done I waited until 530 and heard from no one so I called Brewster Ford and found out that the service department was closed and everyone had gone home. They never called me to say that my car was not going to be ready that evening! This was a job they had told me would only take a couple of hours. I explained to the sales manager what had happened and he apologized for their mistake and said I should’ve gotten a phone call. He assured me I would receive a phone call first thing in the morning letting me know when my car would be ready. Once again no phone call. When I got a hold of them they had no idea what had happened the night before. I was told I would get a phone call back in five minutes once they figured out was going on and again no phone call. Long story short I finally was able to go in and pick up my car. To my surprise they charged me $50… This was a Ford recall and I should not have been charged anything. They had gone ahead and charged me for an oil change and tire rotation that I did not ask for nor need. I had just had one less than two weeks before! I Argued with them and said to check their records. Fortunately I did get the charge cleared but they handed me the paperwork annoyed as if it was my fault. Every time I go to Brewster Ford something like this happens. I will never go back to them again!

Great company with a great sales team and customer service. They are all available at the drop of a hat to answer any questions about the car or services! I commute quite far and they were very accomodating of my crazy schedule. They also worked with me to get a favorable loan that will no doubt improve my credit score down the road! During these difficult times, when most business is close, Brewster Ford was there to help. I was looking for a Ford F150 and I had searched most dealers. They all had a sign with a number to call for information. But getting someone to call you back was most of the time difficult. Brian at Brewster Ford called me back with in minutes every time I call. I brought my F-350 in for service as my 4 wheel drive wasnt engaging and for months Ive been hearing a scraping sound with a brief locking of the front wheels on hard left turns. Service advisor Nick Carrizzo was very helpful. They fixed my 4WD problem without issue. They also discovered a check engine light which was related to the cleaning of the exhaust filter, which they repaired and found it to be under warranty. But they were not able to identify the other issue. This is the second Ford dealer Ive brought it to that cannot solve this problem. I will go back to them for future service issues since they charged me fairly, turned it around quickly and got an important part done. Im hoping they can figure out the other problem if they dive deeper into it.On another note the renovation of their building is completely disorganized. Brewster Fords project manager did not develop a cohesive plan to operate efficiently and continue to deal with the public while under construction. Not sure how they missed that as it is essentially a retail operation.
Visited the Brewster Ford location 4 times to replace 1 wheel hub. Had it serviced, had to tow it back the following day. A few hours after driving I had to stop because of an obscenely loud banging coming from the rear.Tow it back to Ford on a Friday afternoon. 7+ hours later, we make it back. Source of the problem?? A tech left his flashlight in the wheel well. No apologies from Jim the service manager. Not even a “sorry for the inconvenience “. Not even faintly hinting at empathy. I’d give zero stars if I could.I feel bad for the owner. He sincerely seems like he wants to do right by his customers, but the service department is sinking his ship. Had my car serviced twice and twice we’ve had issues. SEEK SERVICE ELSEWHERE
I was in the market for a mid-size SUV and one of my choices was a Ford Explorer. I checked their inventory online and called the to inquire if it was still in stock and that I wanted to come by. I pulled up to the dealership and met the salesperson I had spoken with. He took the liberty of pulling the vehicle I called about to the front, right away offered a test drive and then gave a brief over-view of the vehicle. Landon was very laid back and never put pressure on me to commit to the vehicle. After my questions were answered (very well and thorough by the way) I expressed interest in the vehicle but wasnt ready for my final decision. The next day, I decided to return to run the numbers for the vehicle. I met Pete who was the finance manager and was very open and no nonsense. I was never asked to leave a deposit or for any money to hold the vehicle while I made my decision. I did not have to create any bill of sale or any such thing for the finance manager to work with me. This is completely opposite to every single experience Ive had purchasing vehicles. Every other dealership were worried about money up front and creating a bill of sale before they would even entertain me obtaining my actual costs of the vehicle. On the third day, I showed up and said I was ready and got my vehicle the same day (earlier than promised too). Another Ford dealer only cared on my first visit and when I had returned seemed to not want to be bothered. Kudos to Brewster Ford, they held the vehicle from my initial interest until I made my decision. Thank you Landon and Pete for giving me the time I needed as well as comfort throughout my process.

As a single woman, going through the process of buying any large ticket item has never been a pleasant experience for me. This year I purchased 2 cars, a Ford Focus ST in April and a Ford Escape in November. First, I must say that Ford has come a long way and I am really impressed with the quality of Ford vehicles.Both vehicles were purchased at Brewster Ford and I wanted to thank the entire staff for making both purchases such a great experience. First, Brad Stans is a great salesman. He took the time to make sure I found the right car for me and the pricing was more than fair. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and I honestly did not know buying a car could actually be fun. Brad also took A LOT of time out to go over the Escape with my daughter to be sure she would be comfortable driving a new car. The business end at Brewster Ford works great as well. My experience at Brewster Ford was definitely 5 stars. All my question were answered by Peter my Sales Consultant and Neil the General Manager. I had an informative test drive with Peter and when I purchased my Escape he explained all the features and paired my phone with Sync!!! I was also introduced to Darlene and Dino in the service department and they made me feel like I can count on the service department! To top it off, they have a program where they help donate food for the dogs and cats at the Putnam Humane Society!!!

I really appreciated the Brewster Ford service taking a look at my GPS on short notice. I really don’t think they would have done so if it meant delaying other jobs that had been previously scheduled. But they knew that I really needed to have the problem addressed before heading out for my first big “road trip”. They periodically kept me up to date as to the progress while I waited for about an hour. The waiting area was comfortably set up in spite of ongoing renovations.
Recently my Ford Escape lease was coming to an end. After making a few inquiries from other Ford Dealers I met with Peter Skrodelis at Brewster Ford. Peter was a delight, within 24 hours he offered me a fantastic deal on a new Escape lease. Landon ,the Manager, made the final signing one of the simplest and pleasant that I can recall. Every aspect of the experience was perfect from the first time meet to the sign and drive. I would recommend Peter and Brewster Ford to everyone.
Best car buying experience Ive ever had by far. I worked with Chris who was was very knowledgeable and able to work with my budget. More importantly he was not pushy/annoying at all, unlike other salesmen Ive unfortunately worked with at other dealerships in the past.
Everything was excellent. My only comment would be that the inside of my brand-new cars windshield has fingerprints all over the inside. I did purchase the car during Tropical Storm Fay so I didnt notice until driving it in the sun. Its possible it wasnt noticed because of the lighting and weather when it was getting qtipped.

I brought my 2007 ford explorer in for a new water pump.It was my first time going to Brewster Ford.Another problem came up after I picked up the car.It was dealt with quickly and professionally.The service manager DarleneChallacombe was very pleasant and courteous and there mechanic Anthony also.It is nice to deal with a local business that treats you like i was.Thank you Brewster Ford .I will definitely go again for service.
Mike Meuse was an absolute gentleman. He is what the car experience be like — honest, helpful, apologetic when their were setbacks and professional through and through. I had such an amazing experience with this Ford dealership. I had to have my keys replaced so I had the car towed here. They helped me through every step of the process and even contacted me about recalls that were in place for my Ford Escape. They had my new keys for my car, the door latches replaced, along with a coolant system sensor that were changed for the recall. This all occurred in a week. They did an awesome job and I highly recommend them.
Fantastic staff that stress customer service creating a stress free environment for me throughout my car buying experience. My truck was in for a warranty repair of the front differential. The part was on back order and the service department wouldn’t give me a loaner until ford corporate got involve and approved a rental vehicle, then a loaner suddenly became available.I was in the loaner for 2 weeks. My truck drives fine now.During this time I also told them about an issue with the sync system crashing and loosing gps signal. Nothing was done about it and I’m still having the same problem
My experience at Brewster Ford was very good, and surprisingly, I drove away in a brand new Ford Escape 2016 in the same day. It took six long hours to process, but it was worth every minute. I give much of the credit to our sales consultant, Brad Stans who went above and beyond to make sure we got our car that same day. Brewster Ford is a family friendly and dog friendly car dealership too! Our two kids were treated with great respect, and we enjoyed meeting the owners beautiful dog! I would like to thank Brad Stans for all his efforts and know-how to help me buy my Transit Connect cargo van. I live in Staten Island and I never thought that I would buy a new vehicle in Brewster, NY...but I did! Brad went above and beyond to locate the TC that I wanted when other local dealers had the what you see is what we have on our lot attitude. All of the negotiations were by phone and emails. When I finally made the trip to Brewster, there were no surprises, only the beautiful silver TC waiting for me to take her home. Special modifications were made on my request and Brad made sure they were done professionally and efficiently. I applaud him and the rest of the Brewster Ford team for their fair and forthright commitment to good business.
The salesman said anything he could to push the sale, but did not deliver promises made. The preowned vehicle I purchased was not delivered in dealership quality, I spent 4 hours of my own time cleaning it. The salesman promised me a detail, and never followed up. The salesman promised me 3 free oil changes, but never submitted this to the service department. When he contacted me for satisfaction follow up days after the sale, I expressed me concerns, he promised me a detail voucher and sent me to service. The service department was excellent, but the salesman did not follow up to see if my issues were resolved. I will not be purchasing future vehicles from this dealership
I contacted Brewster Ford about a car I was interested in and got a quick response from them. We visited the dealership and Met with Debbie Valluzzo who showed the vehicle. We were treated like friends with no pressure to buy. We decided to purchase the vehicle and Debbie was more than helpful and got us every rebate and best price that was available. We then met with her manager Neil who was also very helpful and friendly and then met with Susan Veaz who handled all our paperwork, and also the Service Managers. I was in the market for an escape and there was a certified pre-owned 2016 Titanium that was within my price range. Brad was very attentive and understood my financial constraints and worked with me to get the best deal that I could afford. Brad was very patient and accomodating. He showed cars that aligned well with what we want. With every Ford that we looked at, he gave detailed descriptions of the specs and features. He was very courteous and helpful in trying to pick out a car, trying to find the best price for us.

Just recently went back to Brewster Ford after my lease with my Ford Fusion was up. I was nearly 30000 miles over my limit (yes 30000) and I was in a pickle. I first purchased a Fusion from Brewster Ford three years ago and Ive been going back for service ever since - their staff is consistently helpful and pleasant, their service is quick and painless, and theyve never tried to upsell me or lie to me. As a car enthusiast I really appreciate this, most dealerships dont provide service thats this reliable.I recently was considering buying a new Focus ST, and Brewsters sales staff immediately let me test-drive a model with all the features I was looking for without pressuring me into a purchase at all. When my cars initial trade-in appraisal was lower than I expected, Brad Stans worked with me to negotiate a more reasonable value and gave me a great offer on the new Focus that was competitive even by comparison to cheaper, used cars at other dealerships. In the end I decided that I didnt need to buy a vehicle immediately, and Brewsters staff was understanding and accommodating. When I eventually decide that the time is right for me, Ill come back here.Bonus - Every time Ive asked to test drive a vehicle at Brewster, theyve always let me take it out myself without a salesperson coming along. This is a really great touch, it lets me get accustomed to the car at my own pace without feeling pressured or babysat.
I did a tremendous amount of research on the car I wanted to buy (and ended up buying from them) before even stepping foot on the lot. Their prices were fair and competitive, and I was intrigued by the lifetime warranty that accompanies all their vehicles. I worked with Peter (salesman), Elijah (a manager) and Larry (the finance guy). All three were helpful, and low pressure. They went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone searching for a car.
Stop, dont go anywhere else! Brewster Ford is thee dealership to go when purchasing a new or used vehicle. The sales team is unbelievably accommodating, I drove Peter crazy for two weeks but he found the vehicle, color, and price point that fit and that was no easy task, believe me. His perseverance while working with me should be lauded, other dealerships in the area were becoming annoyed and rude but Peter was amazing...upfront, honest, no playing games and even entertaining, but most important he made all my parameters work.Both Neil, the general manager and Elijah the sales manager, also went way beyond anything Ive ever seen before, working along with Peter to make it all work out for me. In terms of finalizing the deal, Landon is the guy, hes phenomenal...efficient and organized and makes the financing and delivery process a breeze.They have put together quite the team at Brewster Ford, a family owned dealership that really cares about you and your business...other area dealers should take lessons! Im not one to write reviews but felt they really earned this one.

2022-05-26I had the most amazing experience with purchasing my 2016 Ford Edge. I was there on a Saturday & was able to get my car on a Monday. Everything about my experience was pleasant. From meeting my salesman Ethan Di Paola,19; who was only on the job for 6 days to Michael Veaz, business manager who took care of all the paperwork. Ethan even came to Beacon to pick me up! I never felt pressured at any moment. I am beyond ecstatic about my new car. 2022-02-28I am impressed with the professionalism and positive vibe of the team here. It was an ultra-smooth transaction. I am super happy with my new 2021 Edge ST! I wish I could have gotten more trade-in value for my 2009 Edge Sport, especially because the sales guy couldnt wait to drive it. And the finance guy is going to buy it! Its a hot car. 2022-03-29Had an extremely pleasant experience despite ultimately going with another car I found at another dealer. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Shea. Despite her having an appointment soon she attended my step-father and I right away because she didn’t want us waiting and nobody else seemed to be available. She set me up for a test-drive right away and then went over numbers with us. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a ford or any other car they may have.
