Where to start with Brian! He made me feel like I was part of the family with check ins throughout the process to make sure I understood every step of the way when typically there is radio silence. Being a first time home buyer, I was anxious about not knowing the full process of buying a home. I have had the privilege of working alongside Brian on hundreds of real estate transactions over the last several years, which gives me a unique insight into his attributes as a real estate agent. Brians skill as a realtor is not just in his abilities as a salesperson, which are excellent, but his skill is also present in his dedication to his Clients. Brian cares about his Clients in a way that is less common in his industry than it should be. He puts their best interest ahead of his ambition to earn a real estate commission. On several occasions Brian even advised Clients to get OUT of transactions where he believed that a certain property was not in the best interest of his Client and preferred continuing to show properties then make a quick commission.I have seen Brian zealously advocate and negotiate for his clients on nearly every deal where I was an attorney in the transaction. He is hard working, attentive, intelligent and understands the local markets. I would only refer a professional in any field if I myself would use that professional for a particular service. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that I would refer Brian to any person in need of a real estate agent to help guide them through one of lifes greatest and most stressful milestones - buying or selling a home. Brian has now helped my wife and I with the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of one. His attentiveness, availability, and overall adaptability in being able to work with anyone and everyone is second to none. With that said, put the realtor stuff to the side, hes just a good man whos well-intentioned. If youre looking for a man who is very easy to talk to, and someone that is thorough with their explanations during a sometimes difficult process to fully comprehend everything that is going on... Brian is your guy. He literally sold my house on Superbowl Sunday 30 minutes before kickoff. He is in my home with a suit and tie on eating appetizers waiting to seal the deal, not caring at all about working for his client on that day. Keep in mind, hes a notorious sports guy.. Brian Sinkoff is the ONLY person I will ever allow to sell my home. We have bought with him twice, and sold with him once. I wouldnt even consider looking elsewhere. He really knows how to make your home stand out from the crowd, we were under contract with a buyer within two weeks, during the winter!

We felt like his number one priority throughout the entire home buying process. I was so impressed by his arduous work ethic and unwavering commitment to us. Brian returned every call and text quickly and made us feel like we were always. his top priority. Not common in this business. With this crazy market, Brian kept us realistic about what was out there and what we could afford. When we found our house, we knew it and Brian got our offer in first. When it was time for the inspection and to get a lawyer, we used Brians recommendations. Again, it was so refreshing to have people return your calls and answer all your questions with a sincerity that you dont find often.Brian is a five star agent. 2022-03-16Working with Brian Sinkoff as our realtor was an excellent experience. We used him for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house. During both transactions, he made the entire process easy. He was always available via call/text to answer any questions or concerns. He made great recommendations for other providers – from our mortgage broker to our handyman to our inspector. All were fabulous choices. The entire process would ordinarily have been exceedingly stressful, especially during a tough period in our lives (and during COVID!), but Brian worked with us to make sure things went smoothly. On the day of closing for our old house, some issues popped up that needed to be handled immediately. He called one of his guys in and it was taken care of right away, with no problems. We highly recommend Brian Sinkoff as a buyer and seller’s agent. He will take care of you and lead you through the (otherwise stressful) process.

He has a no-nonsense approach and a great eye for details, and did not hesitate to point out the pros and cons of each house. We were relocating from Iowa, and Brian attended the inspection for us.
