Sam was amazing! She had great enthusiasm and pulled amazing choices for my mom’s MOB dress. My Mom loves her dress and is raving about her experience. The appointment would not go any better.
I got my wedding dress here and I could not have been more happy with my experience! I also got my bridesmaid dresses, and my mom got her mother of the bride dress here too and everyone single one of us had a great experience here. Eileen, Sara, Sam and the whole team made everything so fun and easy. I would definitely recommend coming here for your wedding!
Eileen was absolutely wonderful as well as the rest of the staff that helped us during my wedding dress search! Eileen made my experience of finding my dress all I could ever imagine - I never once felt pressured, she constantly made sure I was comfortable and asked my opinion constantly! Bridal Suites of Bayshore was the 1st of 3 stores I visited in search for my dream dress and honestly the other did not even compare to the attention I received there - I seriously can’t rave more about this place, my mom even found her mother of the bride dress here!!

Went to Bridal Suites of Bay Shore this past Saturday to look for a wedding dress with my daughter for her wedding. Everyone was so kind. We worked with Eileen and she was sooo helpful. She really took her time with my daughter and made her feel so special. Eileen really listened to my daughters vision and brought her so many beautiful dresses in budget to try on. My daughter found her dream dress that day. They are wonderful and have a great selection of different dresses. Eileen was amazing.
I am so grateful I made an appointment here. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warmth. The entire staff is friendly. My bridal specialist, Sarah, is wonderful. She’s knowledgeable, patient, attentive and genuine. As I told her many times, I really appreciated her energy. My bridesmaids also enjoyed the experience. Sarah listened to my wants and needs and definitely delivered! She picked out the perfect dress AND veil! Of course, I said yes to the dress!In regards to the boutique, it is lovely and spacious. There is a wide selection of dresses. Their website has a collection so you can arrive with an idea of what you’ll like. Thank you Sarah, Beth and the rest of the staff!
Today, for the first time, I tried on wedding dresses! I am so grateful my first time was at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore. I had the most amazing experience with the entire staff. Eileen was my bridal specialist and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful through the whole experience. She took the time to make sure I had experienced each style of dress. Everything she chose was stunning. Of course, I kept going back to the first dress I tried on and I said YES to the dress! Eileen chose the perfect veil to compliment my dress. I couldnt ask for a better experience. If you are trying to decide where to go, look no further!
Bridal Suite of Bay Shore was the first and only place I went shopping for a wedding dress. Ive been engaged for more than a year, but still felt weird and anxious about taking on the mantle of bride. Eileen could tell, and made sure the very first dress I tried on was STUNNING, and perfect for my figure and my vision. My friend and my mom both teared up immediately. I tried on a bunch of other very likely candidates too, but ended up going home with the very first dress.I cant say enough good things about this shop. The small staff was extremely friendly and personable. They took Covid precautions seriously, kept the place pretty empty, and provided a peaceful, clean, and comfortable space for me to try on a bunch of dresses from their wide (and size inclusive) selection. I was unsure of what to expect going in, and I really appreciated Eileens steady and knowledgeable presence.Im going back in two weeks to find a dress for my mom and future MIL, and hoping Eileen can work her magic again!
Love this bridal shop. They have a great selection of gowns. Shop is clean and decorated so cute. But most important is the service. Sara is so helpful and patient. She really listens to your concerns and helps you pick a dress perfect for you. Love the small town feel and attention that makes you feel special !
I had the most amazing experience at bridal suite of bayshore! Sarah was so helpful and made me feel like the most special bride. She was always checking in on how I was feeling and made the whole appointment feel so personal. I found the dress of my dreams! The types of styles and designs of dresses are endless and are created for every kind of bride! I highly recommend any future bride to make an appointment here. It was truly an unforgettable day! I was also able to bring 2 guests and everything was Covid-19 safe so that was also a plus!

First I would like to start of by saying that before I even went to the store I called about another dress to see if they could send me a loaner and they were incredibly helpful. The original dress I wanted was not in stock anywhere and when I called they were immediately on it. I scheduled an appointment to get fitted so that they could order a loaner.Well as I was trying on a few dresses to really get my measurements I absolutely fell in love with a completely different dress.Second, the staff there were incredible! So helpful and really got the gist of what I was looking for. They went above and beyond for me. I really felt like a princess.I am beyond happy with my purchase and beyond greatly to the staff!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
So I first went to bridal suite of bayshore to get a bridesmaid dress for my bestfriends wedding. The woman who helped me, Sarah G was amazing, She literally went into the back or basement or whatever to get a dress she thought I would like and I did! Fast forward to me getting engaged I wanted to go there and meet with Sara because I felt she was so helpful.. and I AM SO GLAD I DID! I had a lot of trouble finding a dress but Sara was extremely patient and kind to me the entire process, she was also a lot of fun to work with! She told me from the start she would find me my dress and I think I met with her 4x and tried on countless dresses but she did find me MY DRESS and I am SO happy! She really was amazing and so patient with me when I was super overwhelmed I appreciated it soo much! I really couldn’t recommend bridal suite in bayshore and especially Sarah enough!
I truly cannot say enough good things about the Bridal Suite of Bay Shore! From the moment I walked through the door I felt like a bride. Sarah was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process and took the extra time to listen and get to know me as both a bride to be and a person. Together, we found the perfect dress! I just had my first appointment here. I had such a good feeling working with Beth over the phone to make the appointment. She listened to what I said and made me feel very secure. It was outstanding customer service.This morning I met Sarah, who is exceptional in every way. I had a lot of ideas about what I wanted, but hadn’t tried on that many dresses. Sarah walked me through the showroom and was attentive while helping me pick out a set to try. She was masterful in putting together the order of dresses to try on. Such a journey we went on! I felt so safe in the way she guided me. I felt beautiful the entire time. She was attentive to my likes and dislikes, able to put words to my hesitancy and resistances that I couldn’t articulate. It was an amazing experience, I cannot wait for our next appointment. Thank you so much!
I have to take a moment to give a HUGE shoutout to Sarah at Bay Shore Bridal, I had my appointment there today and while I’ve tried on dresses at David’s (huge disappointment) I really wasn’t sure what my vision was. I’m not petite by any means of the word and I’m on the pleasantly plump side 😂 and I just wasn’t feeling beautiful in anything I’ve tried on yet. Well that all changed today, I honestly had no intention on purchasing my gown I really just wanted to get an idea of what I may like and what flatters me best. Sarah was an angel, she went above and beyond and suggested a dress that well was above what I wanted to spend but I tried it anyway. When I put it on and turned around for her to do her thing in the dressing room I saw myself in the mirror and it honestly took my breath away!! I’ve never felt more beautiful than at that very moment it brought me to tears! I suggest if your looking for the perfect dress and attendant to assist you in your shopping stop in to Bay Shore Bridal and ask to see Sarah!!!
I had the most fantastic experience here. Irene helped me to find my dress. She understood exactly what I was asking for and was way more concerned about making sure I was happy with the dress I chose than making a sale. All of the staff were incredibly sweet and the shop has a great selection of both wedding dresses and gowns for your bridal party.
I had a great experience trying on dresses here. After getting discouraged at a few places, I was wary when I first walked in. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful off the bat, and my consultant, Sara, was incredible! She was very knowledgeable of the inventory, talked me through some anxieties about dress shopping, and had great clipping skills to make the samples look great on you. I actually didnt end up finding my dress here, but was so impressed with Sara and the entire experience that I wanted to leave a review.
Sarah was beyond amazing the entire appointment. I went in there not thinking I would be walking out with my dream dress picked and ordered! She knew exactly which dresses would match my style and look best on me. This was my first and last dress shop stop and she made the entire process so much fun and easy! Highly recommend!
After negative experiences a multiple bridal shops, I am so happy to have come across Bridal Suites of Bay Shore! My consultant Eileen was amazing. She chose 5 dresses for me herself, based on my price point and what she thought would look on me and the first dress I tried on was the one I purchased! I would have never tried this dress on if she did not pick it out for my and I am SO glad she did!! She is so knowledgeable in anything bridal. I would 100% recommended Bridal Suites of Bay Shore to anyone shopping for a bridal gown, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride.
We had some issues with my wedding dress alterations six days before the wedding, but Samantha and Rosa were extremely helpful and accommodating! They saved me a LOT of stress. Couldnt be happier with them!

After a somewhat negative experience at a different bridal salon, Bridal Suite of Bayshore was recommended to us. We couldn’t have been happier. Our consultant, Sarah was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure that my daughter had a wonderful experience shopping for her wedding gown. From start to finish everything was great. We were so happy that we bought the gowns for the bridesmaids and I got my mother of the bride gown there too. Recommend them highly!
I had a great experience with the Bridal Suite! Lauren was there at the beginning when I tried on dresses, and just so happened to be working every time I had an appointment. I am from out of town, and they were always very accommodating. I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful place, with wonderful women who made me feel so welcomed.And, my dress is perfect for me. I told Lauren what I was envisioning, and she pulled out the perfect dress without a hesitation. She truly knew what they had in stock!
Ive had a great experience with this shop. I originally went in the store to look at bridesmaid dresses with my sister. They were having a Trunk Show for the designer of the wedding dress I had already picked out the following week. After speaking with Eileen (who was a great help) they honored the price of the trunk show that weekend and I bought my dress. This was especially helpful because I no longer live in NY and was only there to visit family. When my dress arrived, faster than expected, they shipped it to me in NC.The staff was always helpful and friendly!!
I found the most beautiful dress and the staff was so incredibly helpful even after a mistake was made ordering my dress. Though there was a major bump in the road, they rectified the situation and made sure that I was completely happy. I have to shout out to Sam who helped me each and every fitting, she made me smile, and reassured me that everything would work out! Shes outstanding! My experience buying a mother of the bride dress at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore has been great. Tammy, was a HUGE help and she took care of my measurements. She really took care of us and made sure that I have a dress that will look fabulous for the wedding venue, as well, as found a dress color that will blend into the rest of the wedding party. They do size up but this is because it gives the seamstress extra fabric to work with when they do alterations. They will have the dress in by 9/28,which is really quick. Tammy had all the dresses I picked from their dream board for me ready to try on. They will have the dress in by 9/28, which is pretty quick. The store its self was pretty, comfortable and clean. My mother, who was with me, was very impressed. Their prices are reasonable. I got a really beautiful dress for my daughters wedding and I am so glad I went there.
Today I worked with Eileen to find my bridal gown. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and worked with me one on one. She took her time helping me and in the end was the one who picked out the perfect dress.
I had an amazing experience here from day 1. Lisa was my consultant and she was so nice, fun and hilarious. I brought my bridal party, my mom, my mother in law and my grandma and they accommodated all of us. She even let us pop champagne when I said yes! I did my alterations there as well and everything went smoothly and was perfect. Everyone was super helpful there and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you bridal suite!!!
Best place I have gone shopping for a dress so far. Sara is so helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel really comfortable unlike some of the other places I have been to that just want to sell you a dress and move on. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and genuinely cares about you finding the perfect dress. She had great taste and picked out some awesome dresses I wouldnt have even thought of. She was not a pushy salesperson. It was breath of fresh air and personalized experience . I highly recommend booking an appointment with Sara.
I grew up in Bay Shore and I always wanted to try on my wedding gown in this boutique. The staff was very patient, courteous and understanding. They were willing to work with me, since I recently moved out of the area. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and I truly had a great experience working with them. I tried on dresses at three other boutiques and they treated me with such care that I couldn’t compare the other ones to them.
My husband and I were married at Pellegrini Vineyards on September 1, 2019. The Bridal Suite of Bay Shore was totally amazing every step of the way. I work in nearby Islip, and had gotten lunch with my coworkers in Bay Shore one day. On a whim, we stopped in and asked whether we could browse. The girls at the front desk were so nice and said it wasn’t an issue. I immediately made an appointment. Lisa helped me, and I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on, which was a beautiful Mikaella dress. From the minute I tried it on, I fell in love. I couldn’t believe that the first dress I tried was my wedding dress, so I ended up going to several other boutiques to make sure. I compared everything to the original dress. When I came back, Lisa and the girls were so nice and helpful. They called me when my dress came in, and were so accommodating, as I needed to reschedule several fittings due to work. My dress was absolutely perfect and fit me perfectly. I got so many compliments on it on my wedding day and I wish I could wear it all the time! After the wedding, they even directed me to where I could send my dress to get it cleaned and preserved. I cannot recommend Bridal Suite of Bay Shore highly enough!

Went yesterday 12/9/2020. Eileen called me the day before to confirm my appointment. She was so so sweet. I had 2 other appointments before and I liked one dress in each place I looked but I kept telling my mom that I had such a good feeling about the Bridal Suite of Bay Shore. When I arrived and walked in I was blown away with the amount of dresses they had in the store, it is absolutely beautiful. Elieen showed us around and started pulling dresses for me. Before we started she offered us some water and read my mind with emptying my bladder before we started trying on dresses! LOL EIleen listened to exactly what I wanted, she was so attentive. She showed me different ideas with different vails and hairstyles and clips for my hair as well. When I put my dress on I knew - we all did. The tears just kept coming! Eileen you could see the sincere happiness in her face even with the face mask on. She was so so amazing. I’m absolutely in love with my dress. I would give Bridal Suite of Bayshore 100 stars if I could. Ladies, if you are in need of a wedding dress this is the place to go. Thank you so much again Bridal Suite of Bayshore for making my wedding dress dreams come true!!!!
I purchased a wedding dress sold from another bridal shop in NJ, I live here and would be easier to have all alterations done here on LI. They declined my request for alterations with their store. It is unclear to me why a bridal shop would not want business and money by doing alterations.
The staff here is simply wonderful, I first met with Eileen who helped me find the perfect dress for my special day, everyone is sweet, kind and helpful, Nancy the seamstress is a doll youll want to take her home with you, patient and wonderful. Finally the other day when I went to pick up my gown the streets were closed due to construction and I had to park so far, they actually helped me and carried my gown to my car for me. Ladies this is the place to get your dress, my brides maids looked great, and all day I was told how awesome my dress was, and It fit like a glove!Thank you for everything! Best Bridal Shop Ever!

I said yes to the dress today!! They were the first place I went to and totally respected that I wanted to try another store to see out all my options. My heart ended up following the dress I eyed here! Eileen was extremely helpful and gave me her honest opinions. She was very engaged in the moment which I loved! They squeezed me in the following day(today) so I can come in and have the full experience of saying yes! Everyone was extremely friendly there and really made you feel beautiful. I met with Antonella at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore back in December; she was wonderful and professional and did not make me feel rushed at all while helping me with dresses. She offered great suggestions and was so pleasant to work with. She had a smile on her face the whole time and made my search for a wedding dress easy and stress-free. I just went back last week to buy my veil and Antonella helped me to find the perfect one. She made me feel very special; I left Bridal Suite of Bay Shore feeling happy, excited and confident in my dress and veil selection. I absolutely recommend working with her :)
I went today to find my wedding dress of course as any bride would be anxious and my mind in a million places... but Sarah made it so easy. She treats you like family, and has the perfect balance of options for you in order for you to find your dream wedding dress. I have been to a handful of places looking for my special dress and I must say that his had been the best bridal shopping experience I have had so far. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and overall just lovely. Sarah was absolutely amazing and listened to everything I want and didnt want ... I havent said yes yet but I think she may have picked out my dress!! They have such a variety of bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride/groom, sweet sixteen dresses, the list goes on. I will be making my appointment there for my bridesmaids very soon. Five stars doesnt give this place justice. This honestly was a great experience. Have will and have already recommmended Bridal Suite of Bay Shore.
I cannot say enough about Bridal Suite and my experience in trying on (and ultimately saying yes!) with Sarah! I wish I could have her at my wedding! She truly goes above and beyond to hear you and make you feel comfortable- and beautiful! I had shopped around a bit and there is really no comparison

Everyone is so kind and welcoming and all of the staff I worked with made sure to listen to all my ideas and visions to help me find the perfect dress. All of the girls were so kind and helpful and so easily accommodating to my schedule when it came to making appointments!
AMAZING! I am not just raving because i happened to find my Beautiful Wedding dress, I would give them a 5 Star even if i didnt. Customer Service is a huge part of any business. Eileen was just a beautiful soul, she was super kind, and did not make me feel pressured at all. She made me feel as though this was her home, please come in and make yourself right at home. In other words, very comfortable! Not only Eileen, but the other ladies there would stop and talk to me gave me any additional information I needed. I would highly recommend bridal suite of bayshore, not only for there beautiful gowns but for some wonderful hospitality.
My personal experience with this place was a nightmare. I had many problems and if I tried to write them all I would be writing a novel! So Ill just talk about the two biggest problems I experienced. The first and biggest was the ordering mistake. I think it is important to mention I was very honest and tried to be as direct as possible with my bridal party and possible issues that could arise. I told the sales associate that I had 8 bridesmaids all with very different schedules and times of availability for fittings. I stressed to the associate this was the reason I needed the dresses to be delivered ASAP (my wedding was in September.) The dress I picked called for 14 weeks and the associate told me the dress would come in sometimes in July. Now where the problem occurred is apparently (according to the associate I spoke to on the phone the first time) they have a policy where its at the associate discretion whether they place the order in a group or individually. Apparently despite me stressing how important it was to get the dresses ASAP, the associate sent the dresses out for the group meaning no matter how early some of my bridesmaids went to get fitted the dress wouldnt be ordered until all the bridesmaids dresses were ordered. Since nobody informed me of this, one of my bridesmaid ordered her dress rather late thinking it would only effect her dress, it didnt. I also think it is important to mention each bridesmaid paid separately, it was not a group payment. This caused the dress ETA to be moved to the first week of September (my wedding date was 9/22.) It took me two calls to get the dresses rush ordered the first time they told me and my matron of honor there was nothing they could do. Finally the second call got the dresses in August. Meanwhile when they told me it would come in the first week of September they told me they would do everything in there power to get the alterations done on time even if it means keeping the seamstress late. As mentioned the dresses did end up coming in August and two of my bridesmaids still had to go to other places to get altered because they were unable to accommodate. One of which they ordered the wrong size for and then tried to tell me that she didnt gain weight but her measurements changed. They also tried to tell her she needed to then let out the dress they ordered and it would have to be a different material because they didnt have enough time and a charge of $150 when alterations were suppposed to have a $95 cap. My bridesmaid called me up crying after they told her this so I called and explained to the OWNER that I was upset and then proceeded to try and tell her why. She kept trying to cut me off saying what I was saying didnt pertain to the problem at hand. When I explained that the original problem that I explained above was what ultimately caused this problem she tried to blame my bridesmaid. From that point on things got crazy. She accused me of lying about the problems I encountered despite me offering to send her proof of my claims. She called my bridesmaid and left a nasty voicemail (which she sent me and I as well as she, has kept for records) saying how she couldnt work like this & she might have to send her dress somewhere else to be altered less than a week before my wedding! I ended up having to call her back and calm her down but not before she told me something I think it is very important for every bride to know it is not my job to make you (the bride who picked out these dresses at her store and she would not of got that business without me) happy it is my job to make (proceeded to read off the names of each of my bridesmaids) happy! When I called her out on the fact that she wasnt making the bridesmaids happy which is the very reason I was calling she became even more mad. Before I called back to calm things down she threatened if I left a bad review she would have me sued for defamation. Try it lady I told the truth about my PERSONAL experience and I kept all the proof and have many lawyer friends.
What an amazing experience! I needed a dress for a wedding and boom they delivered! The experience was so positive from booking the appointment to dress selections that I am not going to go anywhere else again. Not to mention they made me feel so beautiful!

My experience was WONDERFUL. Reading all of the reviews before me feel like I went to a totally different place! I am the bride and I went looking for bridesmaid dresses. Our consultant was Enza and she was just a pleasure. She listened to what I liked and what I didnt and made great suggestions based on that. She was NEVER pushy or tried to push us to buy anything. Taking pictures was not only allow but even encouraged! I couldnt decide between two dresses and told her we would come back with my mom and she had no problem with that at all. They have amazing dresses here bride and bridesmaid. If I didnt have my dress already I would have loved to look here. I would HIGHLY recommend this store. I have been in many bridal places before where the women and consultants were extremely pushy and rude - that is NOT the case here. Ive never felt so welcomed.
Buyer beware! Sadly, my experience here was horrible. They lie about the prices and the dresses are made of terrible material.1)The first time I went here, I was impressed with their dress selection. I went there with my friend who was getting married to try on the bridesmaid’s dress. They didn’t have that dress style in my size and wouldn’t let me try on a different dress in my size. The sales woman took my measurements one time and seemed to be in a rush. She told me to order one size larger because of my bust and they would take it in for me. So, I ordered the dress a size larger. Then we were rushed out of there because they were “busy”.2)The day the dress came in, long behold it was too small. Then when the seamstress came to measure me, she made a derogatory sigh and said “Ohh, sweetie, how much weight did you gain??” I hadn’t gained any weight and I have medical records to prove it since I have been in and out of the hospital during this time period. I said, “well maybe the woman took my measurements wrong?”. The sales woman was so snippy and said “No, we do this all the time. We don’t make mistakes”. Clearly, the only mistake made was us purchasing a dress here.3)The $95 cap on alterations fee IS A LIE. They told me it was going to be $150 for the alterations! The manager told me she was also giving me a deal because it “should be more expensive than this”. When I asked to see my contract, which stated it would cost no more than $95 for any alterations they suddenly couldn’t find my contract. I asked to see a blank one or any contract and they said they didn’t have any to show me. Finally, the manager came over and showed me a contract. Then when I pointed out where it read “no more than $95 on any and all alterations” she told me that rule didn’t apply to me. They also told me that I would have a black panel on both sides of the dress since there wasn’t enough fabric inside the dress to make it larger. Making the dress stand out from the other bridesmaids.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Yes, they have a nice selection of style dresses, but the dresses are of such poor quality and cheap material. The employees are so unprofessional and derogatory.Luckily, I took the dress to a local seamstress who said this place doesn’t know what they are doing. There was plenty of fabric inside the dress to make it a little bit larger and fit. It fit perfectly, no thanks to Bridal Suite of Bayshore.
Eileen and the Bridal Suite of Bayshore are amazing! The search for my wedding dress was a difficult one. I was on my 6th bridal appointment somewhere else and it was terrible. I left there in tears feeling defeated and as if my dream dress did not exist. My maid of honor called the Bridal Suite of Bayshore, and asked if we could come look at wedding dresses that second. They said yes. We walked in and met bridal consultant Eileen. Eileen listened to everything I wanted in my wedding dress, including my price point, and truly went above and beyond to make that vision come true. If it wasnt for Eileen and the Bridal Suite of Bay Shore I would probably be getting married in a potato sack. What are you waiting for? Go find your dream dress at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore.
Awful awful awful! I had to fight like crazy every time we went in for fittings. The seamstress was HORRIBLE. No matter what she was instructed to do, she didn’t. The dress was sliced up and the appliqué cut in half! They lied about getting new lace shipped in over night—nothing of the kind happened. For anyone who might think this is just wedding stress: the wedding was a YEAR ago today. And even now, watching video, I get aggravated all over again. What should have been a joyful chore for me and my daughter was frustration every. single. time. Make darn sure you don’t get Rosa— she’s a nightmare!!!
I ordered my bridal gown and my future mother in law ordered her dress as well.I had requested that when the dress arrive, that I receive a phone call and be permitted to come in and see it. I received no phone call, and when I followed up and was told it would be in, I was not permitted to see the dress before the fittings began. When Superstorm Sandy hit, I sent an email asking if everything was all right with the dresses, and when my fittings could be rescheduled. I received no response, we ended up having to drive to the store where they gave me an attitude about everything being perfectly fine (they were not answering their telephone, and it was working when we got there). A simple phone call to your customers letting them know that the dresses are fine would have been nice, and the attitudes could have been toned down.My future mother in laws dress needed to be taken in 2 full sizes. She had not lost weight at all. My bridal gown, the bust was huge and I am by no means small in the bust area. The waist was tight and it appears that the dress was not cut properly or my waist was not measured properly as I had not gained any weight. I wore the same bra to my second fitting as to my first, and the seamstress kept saying she needed to add straps to my strapless dress and giving me a huge attitude and she must have said 20 times, dont you want straps, you will be more comfortable. If I had wanted straps, I would have ordered a different dress. Finally, my future mother in law asked the seamstress what was wrong and the seamstress said that I needed a different bra. That issue was solved in 5 minutes by going to Blums, which she could have told me at the first fitting, and could have avoided over an hour of time being wasted telling me to add straps and that there was nothing she could do. My future mother in law had an issue at the second appointment with the dress still being too long. The seamstress accused her of wearing different shoes and undergarments. She was wearing the exact same undergarments and shoes as her first appointment as well.Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from them or having alterations done by them. We felt like we were given a whole lot of attitude. I would highly recommend Angels Bridal in Islip, I wish that we had found them before I ordered my dress from Bridal Suite of Bayshore. My future sister in law found her dress there recently, and they have been amazing and so accommodating. The quality of the dresses was wonderful, hence the good for quality. The actual alterations once finally completed were decent.
So far my experience at Bridal Suites Bay Shore has been a postitve one. I went there on a whim after leaving another shop. I was a little hesitant because I didnt have an appointment, but when I went in they were very friendly, I asked if they worked with walk-ins or did I need to make an appointment. They were able to see me right away.My consulant was Annie.. She was very nice. We showed her pictures from the other bridal shop and she was able to show me similiar dresses. She also was mindful of my budget. When I found THE DRESS, she was as happy as I was.I forgot to bring the correct bra and shoes. She was able to provide those items.I didnt feel rushed, I didnt want to take the dress off. She had me walk around. It was a wonderful experience.I will be contacting her to assist in my bridal partys dresses.
Lets just begin by saying....I NEVER thought finding my WEDDING DRESS would make me feel like I was buying a used car! Never in my life did I think, what is SUPPOSE TO BE one of the most exciting, happy time in my life would I feel so stressed and disappointed....I had gone to Bridal Suite with two of my friends to look at a dress that they said they had available for me to see, and try one. Well, when I got there, the dress was magically not there any more and that is where it all started....I tried telling the consultant (Eileen) the things I liked in a dress (WHITE, sweetheart neckline, light material etc..). She proceeds to give me natural color gown that she raved about which was NOTHING of what I was describing and of course she was pushing this one on me since it was a $3,000 dress. I thought maybe to tell her the things I DIDNT like, and she would get the hint....that didnt work either.I eventually found THE dress that I fell in love with (with no help from the consultant). I brought back my mother and future mother in law to see it as well a few days later. Not only did I feel like I wasnt a priority to the consultant, she kept walking away to other people and could not help me in and out of the dress (my mom had to be the one to try to figure out the corset back). Even though the service was terrible, I still LOVED the dress and new it was THE ONE!!I tried to explain that I wanted to check with another store on the price (since they are our vendor for flowers and said they can give me a discount), that is when the USED CAR BUYING experience happened....First off, they made me feel so uncomfortable with their haggling and then telling me that if other places gave more than a certain % off, it was illegal and then started to bash the company I am using for my flowers....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! This just left a very bad taste in my mouth and made the moment of me finding my dress less exciting....it was a shame...After all the haggling and nonsense from the consultant and manager of the store (Gina), I stood my ground and said I would be in touch when I had spoken to the other store...Lets just say, I NEVER called back nor will I EVER go back to that store for anything!!!I was able to find my dress in a DIFFERENT store, closer to home and the whole experience was turned around!! I am still getting the dress of my dreams, just NOT at the Bridal Suite of Bayshore!!
I would never recommend this establishment to anyone! I found my dress right away, it was perfect. After months of waiting for it to come in, it was a size 12. I am a size 6. They rushed through my initial fitting and that was the outcome. I had to return for 6 more fittings. It never looked right as it was made for someone twice my size. The women who worked there didnt act like it was a big deal while I was in tears. I would never set foot in that place again and would highly recommend any happy bride to be doesnt either, unless you dont want the perfect dress.
When we walked in everything seemed ok until the girl said that they had a busy day....We went to the back (after the lady called me the wrong name) and there was dress samples, accessories, veils etc. ALL over the floor and chairs! Fitting rooms were a mess! I was looking at dresses out of the fitting room from previous appointments. After telling the lady what I didnt want she continued to bring me dresses with BEADS beads and more beads (I kept saying I dont like beads.) she also asked me if I needed help getting in and out of the dresses......isnt this something that the sales girls just does? My mom ended up having to help me in the fitting room- as a result of this I am sure, there samples are in horrible condition because you have friends, moms and sisters etc. helping get the dresses on and off. I was so turned off I wanted to get out of there so fast! I did not feel pretty or like a bride at all- felt like I was shopping for a sweet 16 dress......Even if they were busy, this is no excuse for a way a bridal showroom should look. I got my dress elsewhere.....
I was warned about this place but when ur in a bridal party U go with the flow. They change ur size to a bigger one so they can get u for the full alteration cap. I personally had a terrible experience with this place. CHECK THE RECIEPT BEFORE SIGNING. check the size. They tell u they are ordering one size and write down the next size up. Their hem was good but the alterations looked terrible. I had to have them re do the whole top. The bride had problems up until days before her wedding. And when I was there waiting to get fitted there was a bride who they messed up the whole back seem of her dress and her wedding was in 3 days. Three people in our wedding party are getting married with in the year and none of us with consider doing here.
Literally a nightmare. Paid so much for a dress, they took my measurements. 4 months later, pick up the dress and they didnt even alter it to my measurements. Im pretty sure I paid for it to be fixed. Dress was very, very wrinkled. Like with how much I paid at least store my dress a little better. Stay away. Rude workers too.
All was good when shopping for bridesmaids dresses, was told alterations cap at $95 but then when it was time to pay my deposit the alterations price jumped to $125 and all the girl said was that their prices went up.. how do you tell people one price then jump it up when it’s time for them to start paying? Poor customer service there, will not be doing alterations with a company that can’t tell the truth about their pricing.
Sara at Bridal Suite was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. This was the 3rd location we had visited and the bride said yes to a dress Sara recommended! I highly recommend Bridal Suite and making an appt with Sara.
Recently bought my wedding dress from here. Great selection of dresses. Everyone was extremely friendly and Jo-Ann was wonderful to work with. She was very encouraging and patient when I selected many dresses to try on.
Amazing & Helpful! I called a few days ago, asked a few questions & the women on the phone was really nice, very welcoming to come in and get sized! I went in to get sized and was helped by Sara. She was awesome sauce!!! Very knowledgeable and kind. The shop is beautiful and clean. I left super happy and no question unanswered :):):)!

Let me just say, I’m so upset and annoyed at the attitude and impolite tone of there sales woman. Few weeks ago I booked my appointment, while speaking to them I told them it was for myself and my fiancé (both woman) and that was that. Well today I called to confirm and let them know we’d be taking a few people with us.That’s when the woman tone changed, she stated that I couldn’t be bringing like 7 people etc we don’t want that many people and “oh there’s 2 brides”? Like ok I didn’t know that was a problem. She had me so disappointed . I booked my appt for 2 brides now it was a problem. I will now take all of my business somewhere else. I was planning on purchasing a lot when we had finalized it all 12 bridesmaids dresses. 2 mother of brides dresses and our 2 wedding dresses. You have lost our respect as a bridal shop.
When my sister in law got married it was THE place to get your dress. But 10-13 years later when it was my turn it wasnt as great. They wouldnt let us take photos which is stupid. You need to have the ability to look at all your choices and pick the best one for you or your bridal party. Hopefully they changed this rule since 4 years ago.
I would just like to say thank you for ruining the way I looked at my brothers wedding. With a hem that was still too long and straps not taken in correctly. So the $353.00 spent on dress and alterations is in the garbage along with the dress. Not to mention you originally sold a color dress that was discountinued 2 years ago. Do not use this store!
The staff here is absolutely amazing! They are committed to finding every brides dream dress and are so accommodating. Highly recommend!
Crooks! Shady business practices. Cash only to take your dress home without alterations (so you can’t dispute credit card transactions). And no photos allowed in the alteration area. These guys need to be shut down. AG will be investigating them soon...stay tuned.

This was our first stay at Bayshore Inn but we have already booked several weeks for winter 2017. It is obviously not a new place but it is clean & comfortable. Looks to be recently painted and carpeted. It is away from the casinos and right on the Colorado River. You can put your boat in the water or fish from the dock. There is a Lounge and new Restaurant right in the property. Weekly cleaning is included in your rent and that rent is very reasonable. Great place for seniors on a budget to winter. E. G.

2021-09-24From the moment I first walked into their showroom in 2019 to try on dresses to last appt days before the wedding when I picked up my dress, their team was truly amazing! Eileen and her team greeted me with a smile and hug every time I stopped in. They have a great selection of dresses and a wonderful team who really want to make every visit truly special and personal! Their alterations department was great to deal with as well and affordable for the work I needed done. They even provided us with a coupon towards preserving my dress after the wedding!

2022-09-065 stars is not nearly enough to rate my consultant Paige & my whole experience here. I wish I could give her 100000 stars! Let me start by saying that this place had a great selection with such affordable budget friendly prices for me. Every time I stepped into the salon I was given such warm & friendly greetings from not just Paige, but from the whole team there, they are all super friendly and make you feel like family. At my first appointment I told my consultant Paige I was an open book & wanted to try everything on from strapless poofy princess ball gowns to super form fitting with sleeves! She was so helpful & made me feel confident, beautiful & comfortable in everything I tried on. Paige was also so patient with me as I tried on probably 20+ dresses until I narrowed it down to the style I loved. She then picked exactly those types of dresses & truly listened and understood what I wanted.. she was very knowledgeable about their dress inventory! I found my dream dress because of Paige & had my “YES TO THE DRESS MOMENT!”. Paige assisted me through my multiple appointments & remained professional the entire time with such a friendly, positive, enthusiastic & energetic personality. I went back multiple times to try it on for different family members & friends because I loved my dress that much!! I could truly not be more grateful for Paige & the whole team at this store. The level of service Paige provided down to their alterations dpt. Was truly impeccable & flawless. 2022-09-13This place was awesome, I wound up choosing the first dress I tried on. Eileen was such a pleasure and made my experience finding a wedding dress very easy, relaxing, and special. She knew everything about each dress I tried on, and even had me try on different styles to make sure I knew what I wanted. The entire staff was very friendly and there were a ton of beautiful options for wedding gowns! It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. I’m not thin and I’m not tall and they never made me feel self conscious about that. I found my mother of the bride dress here and it is beautiful. 2022-06-04Sarah assisted picking out my cousins wedding dress and giving her the bridal experience she needed compared to her first. When it was my turn I was very excited to book my appointment at bridal suit bayshore. I had tried on maybe 20 dresses prior at other stores leading up to this visit and I knew in my gut walking in she would be the one to find my perfect dress, and she sure did!! She listened to everything I wanted/didnt want in a dress and managed to help me find the most PERFECT dress that I couldnt (and still cant) stop thinking about.
