If I could give them a million stars I would. I originally bought my wedding dress from Davids bridal and they lied about alterations they told me they could do on my dress and told me two months before my wedding I walked out fuming and upset with no dress.I called Bridal suite of centereach and they were so sweet and helpful and when I went in they were amazing Jessica and the manager were so great!!and so nice The dress I picked was gorgeous and sooo much better Then my original I highly recommend them!!!!!
Bridal Suites of Centereach is the best place to go! I can not say enough about everyone there. Extremely friendly, organized and always welcoming. Prices are fair and reasonable. I would recommend over any other place on Long Island. Thank you so much for everything.
I have only been to a few bridal salons, but when I went tonight she was amazing, honest, so helpful and sweet. She made the experience so fun. Im not sure if I found THE dress there, but they have an amazing selection and she is awesome at bringing your idea to life!
I had an amazing experience here! Cassandra was amazing in helping me find my dress! And Tracey made sure that I was able to get fitted into my dress once they reopened just days before my wedding day! They truly went above and beyond for me, and I so thankful for their work and service!!
I was recently here looking for a wedding dress and I found the perfect one! The selection is great and the prices are fairly reasonable too. The ladies who work there are amazing and really do make you feel comfortable when trying on dresses. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and I really love how personable each employee is. I went in wanting one particular style and I walked out with something that I would have never thought that I would have liked, but I did! The store is much bigger than it looks, so definitely give them a try 😊 I would highly recommend!!!

Came here with my mom, MIL, and sister summer 2020 seeking my wedding dress. The older lady at the front was very nice but once I was giving another associate to “help” me, the associate made me feel like a joke, acted like my wedding wasn’t really going to happen and that I was making my whole engagement up. She only “helped” because it was her job but really didn’t want to and we could all see it on her face. Every time I tried on a dress she just kept making faces behind her mask which was super obvious. I kept asking her for different sizes and to please help me find one in my size and all she kept saying was “well that’s all we have, you’re gonna have to order one to see what it looks like” I’m sorry no, I’m not ordering a 2k+ dress JUST to see how it fits. She barely made any conversation with me. What I find funny was that fact that another bride came in and she was all happy and talkative with her. If your gonna hire people, please make sure they welcome EVERYONE and not just certain customers.
Was just here yesterday with my girlfriend to find her wedding gown and Stacy and all the girls were nothing but perfect. Within minutes of being told the style and look my girlfriend wanted, Stacy pulled out exactly what she was going for and in 2 hours my girlfriend found the most beautiful wedding dress! the staff was very attentive and helpful...Stacy also helped me pick out dresses for choices for the bridal party and to my surprise one of the dresses I wouldnt have picked for myself look absolutely stunning on. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a great selection of dresses! Reasonably priced as well 😊
I had the most wonderful experience at the Bridal Suite! Stacy assisted me with finding the perfect wedding dress. Her kind and uplifting spirit created such a warm and fun atmosphere, and made me feel very cared for. After trying on multiple dresses and having a limited budget to work with, I was beginning to get discouraged! But towards the end, Stacy found the just the right dress that matched my personality and I fell in love with it. The price was right and the dress was even in my size! We wanted our Wedding to be a special day. The problem is we are from two sides of the globe and US immigration gives up to 90 days to get married. By the time we landed in USA got caught up with all the things we needed to do when we got here. We are left 3 weeks to plan for our big day. Now you need to guess how many may show , what kind of wedding you can have and the budget you are left to work with.Being out of country for 150 days this year and having a new born money getting tight. So now wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses are important and with little time to find.Tracy and her staff have made it happen for US. Truly a miracle. My fiancee is beautiful and knows what she loves. And she is beyond amazed with the dress that has been purchased and all the beautiful dressed for the wedding party. On top of it all they have been able to be with in our budget. They had to do some amazing alterations to make this day happen. They have done them all.You got to love so much heart and warmth in all that they do. Love you guys. Cant wait for our big day!!!Dan
I never thought finding my gown by would so easy! My consultant, Lynsey, kept pulling out amazing gowns and knew exactly what I wanted! She was so patient and attentive, once I told her what I wanted she immediately knew what dresses to show me, and I found my gown during my first trip! I had been to other salons before coming here, and Im not sure why I didnt start here in the first place! I cant wait to come back for my bridesmaids!

Let me start by saying that I stopped at Bridal Suite after going to Davids Bridal & being told that I was not allowed to try on any dresses without a bridal consultant & there were no bridal consultants available to help me. As I got back into the car with the plan of going home & continuing my search another day (I was aggravated, i admit), I remembered buying a dress for my junior prom at a little shop on Middle Country Rd. in Centereach. I couldnt remember the name of the place but did remember having a positive experience there. I was thrilled to see that Bridal Suite was exactly where I remembered it to be & hoped & prayed that they would let me try on some dresses without having an appointment with a consultant. They were wonderful from the minute I walked in the door. They were not pushy, they listened to what it was that I was looking for & went above & beyond in helping me decide on the right dress. I told them how much money I was prepared to spend & they never once tried to convince me to go over my budget. As a matter of fact, they showed me dresses that were out of my price range (according to the price tag) but told me not to worry about the tag...they would charge me what I had said I could spend. The owner is amazing! He was so helpful & it was great to have a mans opinion! I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else in the future if I need a dress for a special occasion. After exhausting my search for the perfect gown, I came to the Bridal Suite of Centereach. Wow! I should have chosen to come to this shop first instead of last. I cant say enough good things about my sales consultant Stacey, and the amazing job she did at helping me find the perfect wedding gown for me. As I am extremely picky, and have even been referred to as a bridezilla, Stacey was more than attentive, understanding of what I was looking for, and extremely patient with me. I have read many of the reviews here and can honestly say that I do not understand any of the negative reviews, as all of the staff at Bridal Suite are extremely professional, courteous and experienced, and made what was a very stressful time in my life, that much easier. I have highly recommended the Bridal Suite of Centereach, and will continue to do so!
I had a wedding dress I purchased elsewhere altered here and the experience was so amazing. I really wish I had bought my dress from them as well.
They were very nice and attentive. We had an appointment and they allowed 5 people. My future daughter in law found her gown here. Very beautiful. I cant wait for the big day
Cassandra did a great job pulling selections for my wedding dress shopping. Overall good selection for a boutique and great service. I got my prom dress there too, and they recognized my loyalty and thanked me for it.
When my daughter went for her first fitting she was 8 weeks pregnant and not even close to showing. Shell be 13 weeks at the time of the wedding and the seamstresses told us that the dress would never fit her and it would have to be remade and would look totally different. They said they would have to order extra material and lace from California and it probably wouldnt come in time and we should pick out a floor sample dress just in case. We took the dress to another seamstress, who has nothing to do with Bridal Suite, and not only does the dress look beautiful on her but it has to be taken in in spots, not made bigger. No extra material is needed. If we had listened to the people at Bridal Suite, my daughter wouldnt be wearing her dream dress.
Tracy at the bridal suite in centereach was amazing! We went to them after going to many different bridal places and we bought all of our dresses the first visit! Very accommodating, nice and they make you feel at home! I highly recommend them!
Let me start by saying Bridal Suite of Centereach was my last stop on the journey to finding my dream wedding gown. I tried on a size 14 sample which was clearly way too big. The attendants suggested I order a 12.We went back & forth on the size. I wanted a 6 or 8. They INSISTED on the 12. So I trusted them.(I am 5 feet tall & 114 pounds) When my dress arrived- I was absolutely drowning in it. There was at least 4 inches of extra fabric at my waist, bust and hips. This upset me and when I brought up the sizing of the dress along with the concern of how much my alterations will cost me- I was told “You must have lost weight”. It wasn’t until my fitting a month before my wedding that the seamstresses made mention that my dress was very big. They measured me one last time- and to their surprise my measurements had not changed at all.Someone FINALLY admitted that my dress was ordered incorrectly.When I spoke to management I was only given a run around explanation of the current cost of alterations and that I wouldn’t be charged anything additional.They just kept giving me the run around and basically saying they would do nothing to help me out with my alterations cost regardless of the fact that Bridal Suite made an error. After getting nowhere with management – I asked to speak to the owner John, who I had met and dealt with while ordering my bridesmaids gowns. I left a few messages for John. Over the Course of 4 weeks I received phone calls from management & other employees relaying messages from John. Then I was told they would order me a new dress a week before my final fitting in a smaller size to make up for the cost of alterations? At this point I was not willing to put my trust in them ordering and fitting an entirely new dress 2 weeks before my wedding. It made no sense. They were not accommodating me- I needed to speak to the Owner. I went for 3 Fittings 2 weeks before my wedding for the dress to finally fit me correctly. When I would come in for those fittings and ask for the Owner John, he was never there. I was told he’s very hard to get a hold of. He was very easy to get a hold of when I was placing orders for 5 bridesmaids’ dresses and a bridal gown? The man totally avoided me for over a month. My father had to stop by 3 days before my wedding and ask for John to settle this issue. He was told that John was not there. When my father said “Well I am not leaving until I speak with John”- John suddenly appeared from the back of the building. I would say that’s an Interesting coincidence.In the end Bridal Suite delivered my gown with alterations at a discounted price. But I would be more grateful had I been given the customer service and courtesy to begin with to avoid the nightmare this place put me through.This place will order your dress too big & try to make you pay for their mistake. & the owner is a coward who is only available when his establishment is making a sale.& a side note- one of my bridesmaids who is a plus sized woman was charged a $60 fee because her gown was over a size 14. They never mentioned the charge to either of us until I noticed she had paid more than the other girls. We were given rude, insensitive attitudes from Management when discussing this issue. Absolutely Disgraceful.As a bride one of the most exciting details of planning is your Wedding Gown- your experience should be fun & stress free. Unfortunately mine was not.It would have been less stressful & time consuming to travel to RK Bridal in Manhattan for the same dress
WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!! They do not know how to measure dresses and are extremely rude. I had my 9 bridesmaids get their dresses here.. biggest mistake ever! It was nothing but a headache with them not ordering enough fabric for my girls to get cap sleeves (which was discussed when we ordered the dresses), charging my bridesmaids extra money to get more fabric, my sisters dress was ordered 4 sizes too small and then they had to audacity to charge her for the fabric needed to try and attempt to fix this dress. THEN I found out they tried to charge another bridesmaid more money than their altering cap to alter a dress they ordered wayyy too big.. unbelievable! Absolutely disgusted with this place and again would never recommend! Sooo happy I did not get my wedding dress here!
Picking out my dress went well. Was happy with the consultant. Getting my dress fitted was a nightmare and ultimately failed. Poor workmanship-no attention to altering left and right sides in the same way on a lace dress. Put the wrong size cups in my dress which caused many fitting issues till I requested a change. Seamstresses kept saying pressing would fix the problem instead of addressing the issues which made the whole process take more appointments than I had time for. Still ended up bring my dress home and having to do several hours of work to fix it. I was lucky I can sew but not every bride can.
Wow!! The service here is amazing! Especially Loralee and Victoria!! I had a great appointment to find my bride maids their gowns. They were so helpful and accommodating.
Ashley is who helped us. She is so wonderful. We didnt feel rushed like we did in all the other bridal stores we went to. She went above and beyond for us. Nice and relaxed atmosphere and everyone has a smile and a warm greeting for you when you walk in. The ladies here take the time to listen to what you want, and really do their best to find it for you. I took my soon to be daughter in law here. I wish we came here first.
Make sure you bring cash or you wont get your dress!. Thanks for making me buy a dress that was so large and long. Extra Extra $$$. They scare you into buying a dress. You will get it right before the wedding and if it doesnt fit what are you going to do? my dress was so large that it had to be reconstructed.
We had the best time shopping for my wedding gown. My attendant was so thoughtful and knew how to answer my questions. She made me feel awesome. I would recommend Tracy to help you!

Wouldnt recommend. Made me get a ridiculous size... that I spent over 200+ dollars on to get fixed by a seamstress. Poor customer service when I went to pick up the dress we cant take cards, cash only... cash only to pick up my dress. Didnt make any sense at all. Im not close to the store at all and had to leave to find a bank.
Buyer be aware..... This place is the most corrupt, dishonest , sketchy “cash only” shop. My niece whom I was with and paid for her dress was forced to upsize (for more money) into a dress size she didn’t need. They told her the dress runs small. They made her (ME) pay cash only when we picked it up. STAY AWAY
My daughter didnt have an appointment the first time we went to the shop, but we were welcomed with open arms. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. I will recommend the shop to all of my friends.
I was very happy going there! Cassy who helped me was great! Now I am not a person who wears dresses and with my wedding coming up the dresses she pulled out I LOVED!!! I am going back there for sure!

The two woman there that do the alterations for your dress are horrible. I went for three fittings, the top of my dress was falling off and I had to pin it myself. on my wedding day.
Extremely good selection with affordable and competitive pricing. Our consultant was fun, funny, and very honest, which some women may not prefer but we loved it. She kept it real.

2022-03-30Went yesterday to get my veil- they had an amazing selection with beautiful reasonably priced veils! My bridesmaid ordered their dresses through Bridal Suite of Centereach, the ordering process was flawless! They were extremely patient and kind. This is the one stop bridal stop that everyone should put at the top of their list for bridal needs! Truly lucky to be working with them for my wedding.

2021-08-29Absolutely amazing I found my dream dress after almost a year of looking all over New York. The pricing is AMAZING and Tracy is a godsend,I was so comfortable expressing my wants and concerns. 2022-04-08They do all alterations in house so it can all be done quickly. My dress was too tight and I was freaking out but they assured me it would all work out, and within 2 hours the dress fit me perfectly. And, it was waaaaay cheaper than I thought it was going to be. There was caps on alterations and the bustle so it was pretty affordable which was nice. They were so sweet to me and dealt with all my panicking.

2022-04-02This shop is amazing. The staff is so knowledgeable and understanding and helped me when I was in a jam. Plus, the selection of dresses are incredible. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a dress, whether it be prom, wedding related, evening dresses, etc. Also, supporting local shops are important, and when you get this kind of service you can’t go wrong. 2022-03-21Shopping for a plus size mother of the groom dress was not an easy task I went to so many stores I wanted something that was a current style but wouldn’t completely break the bank and I found the best gown here at Bridal Suite! 2022-03-31I just realized I never wrote a review and I’ve been meaning too. I loved this place a lot. The girls were very honest which I needed. This was my third place I went to and I was very satisfied! The first place I went to hardly paid attention to me, second place was extremely pushy. The bridal suite of centereach was perfect. I had I believe her name was Jessica as a consultant, and she was amazing. She was so sweet and not pushy at al! Very attentive to my needs (yes I am somewhat high maintenance). I found my dress and she suggested the most perfect customizations for it! Im so excited to see it all ready for my first fitting. Prices were very fair as well, and she even gave us a deal on a perfect veil. Thanks so much to the whole team for everything! I highly recommend the bridal suite of centereach!❤️

2021-10-02I never write reviews but have to after my experience yesterday/today.. i am so happy that i came here. I have been struggling finding a dress and was feeling almost discouraged that i was being too picky. I had Cassandra as a consultant and i showed her some photos of what i was looking for. I tried on a few - liked one a lot - then ended up loving one (was actually supposed to be returned to change the color and just happened to be my size) - i said yes! AfterI got home lastnight i went to delete my photos of the other dress and was having second thoughts now.. i called Cassandra back and explained how i felt and she said to come back ans we’ll try the other one on again. I went back this morning. I tried on both dresses, never felt rushed, went back and forth in the dresses several times - everyone was so encouraging that came over.. i ended up sticking with my original choice with some minor alterations. I am so thankful and happy that i was able to go back and just really be sure of my decision. I am so grateful for Cassandra for helping me work it out this morning. Amazing service. I couldn’t be happier. I look forward to this whole process of having my dream dress!!

2021-04-28I worked with Tracy to find the most beautiful gown and I worked with Loralee to find my bridesmaids their gowns! Tracy was so respectful and nice and did not push me into buying anything. She really knows her way around all of the gowns and could tell me anything if I asked. Loralee was so sweet and helped me find morilee bridesmaids gowns. All of my bridesmaids loved her and we will definitely be coming back if anyone ever needs anything!
