Weve been going to Bridgham Barr Orthodontics for awhile now as both of my daughters have had braces and were treated by Dr. Bridgham. We have had a really great experience with the entire office -- the friendly front desk, the experienced dental assistants, and, of course, Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr. We initially consulted with several other orthodontists before we met with Dr. Bridgham. He is the best and my daughters both have beautiful smiles thanks to his practice. I have referred many friends to Bridgham Barr and all have been very happy with the results. They are very caring and professional. I highly recommend Bridgham Barr Orthodontics.
Dr Bridgman and Dr Barr are amazing. If you’re looking for efficiency and great results they’re the team you need. They sat my daughter down and explained step by step what to expect during her treatment. There were no surprises just fantastic results! The entire office, from the front desk to the technicians in the back were very professional and just as efficient!! I can’t take my eyes off of my daughters smile. Very happy client. We have been visiting Bridgham Barr Orthondontics for several months already and the place is wonderful. Dr. Bridgham, Dr, Barr and ALL the staff are very professional, kind, and accommodating! I feel like they roll out the red carpet for every appointment! They have an excellent way with kids, teens and adults, too! My two daughters are finished with braces and they have beautiful teeth! My son is in the middle of his treatment and his teeth will be just as gorgeous! We are so glad that we go to Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr.
Bridgham Barr Orthodontics is outstanding! Two of my children have received orthodontic care from both Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr and I am extremely pleased with their results. The quality of the dentistry is top-notch, both doctors are knowledgeable and caring, and the entire staff is terrific! The staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure my children feel comfortable and welcome. Both of my children say their experience with braces was an enjoyable one and I agree. Came highly recommended by a few friends whose kids went to Bridgham and Barr for their braces. Couldnt have been more thrilled with my experience. As an adult I was on the fence if I needed to get braces/Invisalign, but my dentist recommended it to potentially alleviate periodontal work later on. The results have been amazing - with my dentist being particularly pleased :) - and I will definitely be sending my daughter to them when she is of age (assuming she needs braces too)!
Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr are wonderful...I am coming to the end of my treatment and my teeth look fantastic! Every detail of treatment is explained thoroughly and you actually look forward to appointments! The entire staff is friendly and accomodating from the front desk to the office manager to the dental assistants. The waiting area is comfortable although you will never have a long wait...appointments are perfectly timed. Office is impeccably clean. I highly recommend this practice for not only kids but adults too! Location very convenient to highway.
Dr. B and his team have been treating my family and I for years. Their patient care seems to only get better with age. I recently returned for a re-evaluation/maintenance visit and its simply always a pleasure interacting with both the doctors and the entire office staff. Staff is truly amazing! Im on my third child getting braces and Ive been extremely happy with the ease of appointments, follow-up, and care. Amy, the office manager, was extremely helpful in explaining the payment options. I learned more about my dental insurance from her than anyone else!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Bridgham! My braces were on for less than 15 months. I understood all of my treatment and loved the entire team. My teeth are still straight 4 years later and like the treatment completed mug says happiness is a beautiful smile. My family and I recommend him to anyone we know who has orthodontic needs!
I cannot begin to express how wonderful Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr have been to my girls. My daughter started seeing Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr 19 months ago, and just got her braces off! Everyone there is AWESOME! They are so friendly, efficient, and professional. Every step of the way was explained to us. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes before we were taken! We saw one of the doctors each time. It was a painless experience! :) I highly recommend their practice to everyone!!!

At the age of 62, I had braces placed on my teeth for the first time. I’ve always taken care of my teeth but I wasn’t proud of my smile. Over time, fillings had crowded my upper teeth and my lower teeth, although always crowded, were now uneven due to grinding my teeth at night.My daughter (a hygienist) researched to find the very best orthodontist.Bridgham Barr Orthodontics in Somers!A 90-minute drive, one-way for me, but so worth it! The entire office is top notch! This experience could not have been better. Truly! Everyone is concentrated on one thing and that is you! and your smile.I love smiling now because my teeth are no longer crowded. They are straight! The doctors also evened out my lower teeth and there is a huge bonus. By straightening my teeth and correcting my bite, my face appears fuller without that “drawn in” look that happens to us as we age. Bridgham Barr, I love you guys! I could not be happier!!!!
One of the best experiences I’ve had at an orthodontist office. I came in over a year ago with the thought of having to get braces, which we all know can be an expensive procedure. I originally had braces as a kid, and since then my teeth had shifted terribly due to a faulty old school wire retainer. Most places will normally rush to get the braces done and send you the bill. Dr. Bridgham decided to take the conservative route and started with clear fitted retainers, incrementally adjusting them for about a year and the results came out great. It also saved me a ton of money. The entire staff is extremely friendly and both Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr are always professional and look out for your best interest. I’ve recommended my own family to them as well. I highly suggest that, before you go anywhere else or commit to another procedure, come to this office first. I guarantee you won’t regret it.
We had an amazing experience at BB Orthodontics! My daughter has special needs and was told by several orthodontists that she was an extremely difficult case needing very invasive surgery. Not Dr. B! It was handled very gently in office. The changes were incredible! Im so thankful to have found Dr. Bridgham & Dr. Barr. The staff is great & always so friendly & helpful :)

Dr. Bridgham & Dr. Barr as well their team are true professionals. They are all honest, patient, and very knowledgable. I decided to get braces at the age of 22 and it took 1 year to correct some mild crowding and I am extremely happy with my smile now. All along the way they educated me so that I knew what we were doing and I never felt lost or unsure of the treatment I was receiving. If you are thinking you want to straighten your teeth dont hesitate and go to Bridgham Barr Orthodontics!A little story about how good of a guy Dr. Bridgham is.1 year before I started my treatment I had dreams of going to dental school so after graduating college I took a year off from school to work in the dental field. I sent my resume to over 40 dentists in the area including specialists and general dentists. Of those 40 Dr. Bridgham was 1 of 2 dentists to give me a call and he spent around 10 minutes on the phone with me giving me advice. Prior to this I had never met Dr. Bridgham so I was amazed that he would take the time to mentor me, a complete stranger, but I now believe that this is just the type of person he truly is. I am now in my second year of dental school going into my third year and whenever I go in for a checkup Dr. Bridgham takes the time to teach me about orthodontics and it is obvious he is passionate about it . Once I graduate from dental school I will definitely be sending my patients over to be cared for by Dr. Bridgham.
Bridgham & Barr Orthodontics is truly one of a kind. I have been a patient of Dr. Bridgham’s for many years; first as a teenager and now as an adult. Like so many people, I did not wear my retainer as instructed (sorry Dr. B) and as a result I recently finished another round of braces. Dr. Bridgham is absolutely amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The timeline provided was spot on as far as the length of time I was going to be wearing the braces. His staff is also fantastic. They are all very kind and professional. This is truly an exceptional office and I would highly recommend anyone, adult or child to see Dr. Bridgham or Dr. Barr for their braces. The last time I saw Dr. Bridgham was 16 years ago. I was a patient for 2-3 years prior to my last patient visit. Dr. Bridgham and his staff were professional and he has attention to detail which continues to be carried through to today. He was kid friendly and spoke to my mom in detail the work he was going to do and he addressed all my moms concerns as well as worries when it came to the braces and retainer process. I had to return 16 years later because my lingual bar broke off and was concerned for my lower teeth shifting. Dr. Bridgham greeted me as if no time has passed. He was able to make me a new retainer to wear at night (lingual bars are outdated) after taking a mold despite the length of time between visits. I was able to send him pictures of my teeth prior to my visit so he could assess my teeth to determine a plan. I choose to go back to Dr. Bridgham vs going to another Orthodontist because of the quality care I received in the past. I would recommend Dr. Bridgham and his team to anyone who is looking to get braces for their child or even as an adult.
It has been a pleasure watching the smiles of my four children with a variety of orthodontic challenges transformed into the beautiful smiles of today! Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr are not only experts in their craft, but they have surrounded themselves with truly talented and caring staff. I got my Invisalign in August 2019 and I’ll be almost done in April 2020, with the assistance of OrthoPulse. (Would’ve taken 12-14 months without.) Such an amazing transformation! The staff is awesome, nice, but most importantly: helpful. It’s always a fast easy process and I barely have to wait, even when arriving up to an hour early. The lobby is always very neat and clean, even stocked with games to help you to kill time. I recommend Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr constantly, I love it here! I’m honestly sad to be almost done with my treatment. Definitely stop in for a consultation, if you’re considering orthodontics! Not once did I have any doubts about this incredible team! If you’re skeptical, have a chat with Amy Zeno (the office manager) and she’ll be more than willing to help.
From the minute you walk into the office, you feel like youre part of the family. My oldest son used a different orthodontist. When it was time for my second son to get braces, we switched to Dr Bridgham and Dr Barr. The entire office made us feel welcome. We thought our first doctor was good, but until we saw the level of expertise and experience from the entire staff at Bridgham/Barr, we didnt realize what we missed. My third son now has braces and we wouldnt have gone anywhere else.
Just completed my Invisalign treatment. I am beyond grateful for the service that was given to me by Dr. Barr and her staff. Truth be told is this wasnt my first place I had went to for a consultation in Invisalign. It was actually the 4th and last one. Not to say other places were bad but just didnt get a comfortable feeling. Also I had high anxiety about my teeth since I was almost 40yrs old and had very crooked smile. Dr. Barr guides you in whats best for your treatment. This office is super welcoming. That means a lot. No judgement. Finally I smile with my teeth. Unbelievable how good they look now! Which I thought would never be achieved. All staff including Dr. Bridgeham are super nice and courteous as well.
The best! Cannot say enough good things.The doctors and all the staff are top notch. Always upbeat, never rush, patient, answer all questions. Everyone in this office is clearly working to make your experience great.The appointments start on time, the waiting room is very comfy with games to entertain siblings, etc- my kids enjoy going there (!) They provide incentives and gamify the experience for the one getting braces.The finance admin is amazing and takes time to break down the pricing so you know exactly what you are paying & it’s very straightforward.They use latest technology, and are super organized and highly professional.Scheduling will work to make sure appts. that work for my schedule & even have different school district calendars printed in a notebook (!)The office isn’t close to us, but we drive 25 min because its worth it. So far I had my own braces done here as an adult, 1 kid nearly done, 1 kids in progress and 1 to go. Their work is excellent.)
Both of my daughters are patients at this wonderful practice. The office is clean, efficient and very professional! On several occasions, the doctors have met us at the office, after hours, to assist my child with an immediate problem with her braces. The doctors return calls personally! Every assistant that has worked with my daughters has been personable and wonderful with children. The office manager has been very patient and accommodating to our payment schedules. I have been using Bridgham Barr Orrhodontics for about 8 years now. My daughters case was complex and difficult to say the least, but without hesitation they assessed it and started her treatment. It was a long hard road with lots of twist and turns , but today at 16 my daughters smile is beautiful and we owe it all to the fabulous team there. I also needed some accommodations due to some medical circumstances I am dealing with and they were more than accommodating. After being unsatisfied with results from another orthodontist, I went to Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr to see if they could help fix my teeth. Hands down, this is the best orthodontists office around! He is going to do the right thing for your child--Not only is the office well run, and customer oriented, the drs are top, top notch. We first met Dr. Bridgham when my daughter was in 2nd/3rd grade and her teeth were desperately out of whack! Another orthodontist would have begun treatment immediately. Dr. Bridgham patiently explained we should wait and let her body grow and do its thing So we did--he continued to consult with us, (for free) for the next 4-5 years, and we watched her mouth change and grow. Fast forward--she only needs retainers at night. She NEVER needed braces--his conservative approach was correct, and we are better off for it! Highly recommend--you will not be sorry!

Being a full time working mom with very active boys in sports and clubs, i was very worried how we would do this. The entire team at Bridgham Barr made it work and made it work for us so there was no stress. Also, one of my children has sensory issues, you can imagine how difficult i believed this process would be, it wasnt at all. I was a latecomer, visiting the orthodontist to explore straightening my teeth at age 56. I was blown away from my first visit. From the state of the art equipment, the ambience of the office, the warm and friendly staff, their training and professionalism is outstanding. Dr. Barr treated me like family and I loved going for my visits and I LOVED The RESULTS. I cant stop smiling. Highly Recommended.
If you want the best, youve found it. Bridgham Barr Orthodontics prides itself in a lifelong dedication to your smile. A smile that greets you at the door, and a smile that stays with you for a lifetime. I got my braces off when I was in 9th grade, wore my retainer, and since then have had great teeth. Because I clench my jaw, Dr. Bridgham gave me a bite plate, which I continuously grind down in my sleep and so recently made an appointment to see if I needed a new one. Upon entering, the spacious waiting room has couches, coffee, magazines, and arcade games. Its still the same office, same wonderful staff, and same attention to detail. An exceptional practice all around.

This is the greatest place on earth! Everyone is very sweet and treats every patient with so much care. I drive 40 minutes to my appointments and always look forward to them knowing I will be taken care of by the best! Dr Barr has been amazing from the start, Im so thankful she is a part of the family there now! After 2 orthodontists told me they couldnt fix a problem tooth I had with Invisalign, she took one look at it and said it would be no problem. The estimated time I would be done with my process was literally spot on. She has come to meet me in the office on her day off to help me with an issue. Invisalign was one of the best decisions I have made and getting it through Bridgham Barr Orthodontics was an even better one! I cannot thank them enough.
By far the best place to get your teeth done and some of the sweetest staff members ive ever been around, as they always have your back. They make you feel so comfortable and like family, and never leave you in the dark about anything theyre doing to your smile. And most importantly, the results are amazing! I had braces for about a year and a half and it felt like only a few months with their help. :)
I guess it happens. Having taken more than 70 turns around the sun, I was noticing a shifting taking place. Not just in my old bones but in my mouth as well. The orthodontic work of my teenage years was slowly giving up and I was becoming uncomfortable with the way I looked. Wanting an opinion about what to do to stop this activity, I took myself to the orthodontic office where three of my grandchildren had gone. I remembered they were happy coming to this office and have totally successful results with wonderful smiles.My experience with Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr - and their staff of wonderful people - could not be better. Their reputation precedes them and all the good things one might hear are well founded and true. They are - as well as every one of the staff - thoughtful, kind and competent people. They are professional yet engaging and approachable. They listen to and communicate with their patients - of all ages - and work with them to achieve the desired results.Additionally, this office is genuinely unique in it’s family of professionals. The ambience created in the office through the concern for and kindness to - eachother - goes beyond the patients. It is a pleasure to spend time there. After spending less than a year wearing braces, I now have retainers and wonderfully straight and stable teeth again. It was with a tinge of sadness that I ended my “treatments” and closed my account.
Outstanding doctor(s)! My son had an impacted molar which was laying at a 90 degree angle (with the surface toward the front of his mouth and flat against the next molar). We were shocked and horrified when we learned about it. Dr. Brigham gave us a few names of oral surgeons as we decided how to best proceed with this situation. Some oral surgeons said there might be some nerve damage if they removed that tooth and that Ryan might need an implant in the future. We obtained multiple opinions on what to do and some wouldnt touch the tooth. Dr. Brigham came up with a plan that was cutting edge to remove the wisdom tooth which reduced the chance of nerve damage and pull the tooth into the correct position. We chose Dr. Stein of White Plains, who is incredible and marveled at Dr. Bridghams plan of action. Dr. Stein actually performed the surgery of removing the wisdom tooth, removing some bone, exposing the impacted molar and placing an anchor (which would not damage the tooth) and didnt ask my husband or I to leave the room during the procedure! This was a truly unexpected comfort to our son, and to us as parents and he was not very uncomfortable at all. This came as a surprise since my daughter needed two simple baby teeth removed, and they made us leave and was traumatized by that terrible event (we have multiple gripes about that office) and my impacted wisdom tooth was excruciating. Dr. Brigham was able to gracefully and painlessly turn the tooth 90 degrees and Ryan now has a perfect Brigham Barr Smile! I also want to praise the entire practice. Dr. Barr is also brilliant, very sweet and gentle. Since my daughter needed orthodontic treatment at a young age, and was very fearful because of her past dental experiences, she is now not afraid to go at all. The entire staff members are truly caring and explain that things feel weird but not painful. The office is beautiful, clean, and even has arcade games while we wait... although the wait is never more than 3 minutes. I rarely write reviews, but this is the place to go for orthodontics... I would travel to go to here. Its worth it.
I had a great experience here! It had been several years since I had worn my retainer and my teeth had shifted enough to warrant professional orthodontic assistance. The orthodontists that assisted me explained all of my options as well as recommendations without any pressure. Amy answered all of my financial questions in a very transparent and honest manner, which is something that is super important to me. I decided to go ahead with treatment here and will be receiving my new retainers soon!

I just wanted to leave a review, typically I do not leave reviews but wanted to share my experience with others who might be nervous about having braces put on. When I showed up for my appointment, I was anxious but immediately I was put at ease due to the upspirited and pleasant atmosphere from the entire staff beginning with the front staff with a warm welcome, proceeding to the assistants, and the reassurances of the doctors. All and all , it was a pleasant experience from having my first appointment to getting my braces off. My worry was for nothing. Now I smile a lot more and get many compliments. BTW, I am a 30 year old male. Lastly, I choose to have clear braces so people barely noticed that I had them. I have recommended this office to others many times.

Although I rarely write reviews, Ive been meaning to write this review for over a year! Hope it helps folks in the Northern Westchester/Putnam County areas (and beyond) to decide on orthodontic treatment...My journey with orthodontic treatment started over 4 years ago when I asked my daughters orthodontist, Dr. Gardner, to look at my teeth. I was in my mid-50s at the time. Several of my lower front teeth were worn half-way down. No related pain, just unsightly. He immediately knew what was up and explained things would only get worse. My jaw and bite were misaligned. I scheduled an evaluation and he subsequently provided me with several treatment options. Before I finally decided on treatment (the potential pain to my mouth and wallet took some time to process), Dr. Gardner informed me he was retiring.He told me he had looked long and hard to sell his practice to the best and most ethical area orthodontist he could find. He sold it to Dr. Bridgham. I trusted his decision and set up an evaluation with Dr. Bridgham. Best health decision I ever made. Dr. Bridgham, using 3-D imaging (vs. Dr. Gardners older 2-D imaging panoramic x-ray), was able to eliminate the treatment option that involved removing some of my teeth! I still needed metal braces to get the job done, but it would take less time (and NO tooth extraction)! I obtained two other orthodontist evaluations and only felt comfortable with Dr. Bridgham.Around 15 months later, my teeth were as straight and aligned as they were when my first braces came off when I was 9 years old (yes, I had braces as a child)! [Note to self, and others - wear your retainers for life!!]Dr. Bridgham (and Dr. Barr) always took the time to explain what they were doing, what the result would be, and what I should expect along the way. I never waited more than a few minutes upon arrival for any type of appointment. Their staff was extremely professional (they took and retained the best from Dr. Gardners office to blend in with their existing staff), reflecting their own degree of professionalism. I was more than satisfied with the whole experience (which is saying a lot when Im paying dearly for a service!). Good orthodontics isnt cheap, but given my condition I had no choice if I wanted to live and chew into old age...So, what made me finally write this review?As I go to more and more doctors (I care for my 93 year old dad, too), I realize Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr are at the top of their profession - they are the complete package. Great communicators, ethical, knowledgeable in their field, compassionate, and respectful. They are the standard I now use to evaluate other health care professionals... and, unfortunately, some just dont measure up...
Hands down the best practice ever! Both doctors are board certified so you know that you are in great hands. Top of the line technology from X-rays to Invisalign, even tooth colored braces. Staff is amazing and all are trained to give you the best care. You truly feel at home when you come for a visit!
The last time I saw Dr. Brigham was in 2007, until this past week when I came in to have my permanent retainer mended. It wasnt until I came back 12 years later that I realized how much of a difference Dr. B provides. They are true professionals and combine the BEST bedside manner out there with fast, painless processes. Amy even remembered me after all these years, great to be back!
I came into Bridgham and Barr when I was a wee little boy. So long ago it was before there was even a Barr! My teeth were doing things that they said they have never seen before. But that didn’t scare away Bridgham or Barr, they took the challenge and turned my teeth into something straighter than the flag pole. They always put a smile on my face whenever I walked in, even when my smile wasn’t that pretty to look at. I have nothing but the best to say about Bridgham, Barr, and all of the wonderful staff that work there. They have worked wonders for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a orthodontist for themselves or their kids!
My granddaughter was experiencing a great deal of pain near one of her teeth. Unfortunately, her dentist was out of the office for personal reasons and I could not get an appointment for her to be seen right away. I became concerned when I noticed some swelling under her eye so I called the office of Drs. Bridgham & Barr. My granddaughter was seen immediately and they made sure she was at the Oral Surgeons office that same morning having an abscessed tooth extracted. I could not be more grateful to them. Drs. Bridgham & Barr bring more than skill and expertise to the table - they also bring care and compassion. Id give them more than five stars if I could.
We have been going to BBO for many many years now. Our journey began with a free consultation. I was looking for a 3rd opinion for my oldest daughter. Dr Bridghams office made us feel so welcome. No hoopla about all the games he had in the office & no constant touting on the Drs ability to treat my daughter. Just genuine knowledge, honesty and kindness.Years later, we began treatment. One rainy Friday evening, I got a call that my daughters front adult tooth was knocked out. As my husband rushed to get to her I called Dr Bridghams after hours service in a panic. Dr Barr called me back immediately, I explained the situation and told her they were the only ones I trusted at the moment for help. She contacted an oral surgeon, Dr Gary Rosenfeld, and met my husband and daughter at his office. Dr Barr, her husband and Dr. Rosenfeld all left their current situation to help my daughter. Dr Barr stood with my daughter the entire time as Dr Rosenfeld worked and her husband waited patiently in their car. Dr Barr had just joined Dr Bridgham and we had only met her once or twice before that evening. It was then that we knew we had made the right choice.My oldest just had her last visit and my youngest just began Phase 2. I couldnt be happier with their services.Dr Bridgham, Dr Barr and the staff speak directly to you & your child to explain every step. You never feel rushed and they never have you wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. A truly professional pair with an awesome staff!I highly recommend BBO !!!
Amazing experience! If you are thinking about invisalign, Dr. Barr is hands-down who you want!! She did an incredible job fixing my teeth/bite with invisalign and always takes the time to answer my many questions to make me feel assured. I cant say enough about Dr. Barr and the wonderful staff here!
Top Notch, from the doctors to each and every member of the staff. One son is done with braces and recently won a best smile award. His teeth look great. One son finished phase one and is approaching phase two. I needed a few teeth straightened and they treated me like their most valuable client. My daughter is probably a year away. They are professional, highly knowledgeable and make people feel comfortable. A few minutes from all 4 Somers schools, they are centrally located and not far from surrounding towns like Katonah, North Salem and others.

Both of my kids have been patients for many years. They have received top-notch care from Drs Bridgham & Barr and their dedicated staff. The office runs like an efficient machine. Wait times are normally less than 5 minutes, but that doesnt matter as the kids are highly entertained by the ammenities in the well appointed waiting area. My kids have beautiful smiles!

Dr. Bridgham has treated all 3 of my children and myself. I was suffering with headaches every day from TMJ and I asked Dr. Bridgham if he could recommend something for me to try. Dr. Bridgham made me a bite plate and after a few nights of wearing it I started feeling relief and my headaches started to subside. I am always careful when choosing a dentist or doctor because I know first hand there were people at the top of their class and people at the bottom. Dr. Barr was most assuredly at the top of her class. My spouse and friends have made the mistake of not going to an orthodontist when they wanted to fix their bite and smile and there has always been an issue. Ive learned as I get older and I have to see more and different types of doctors that there is a lot of variability in care out there and frankly you get out what you put in. If you do your homework and are willing to pay for someones expertise things are almost always going to turn out the way you are hoping. That is what makes Dr. Barr a great orthodontist; she gets it right, actually she gets it perfect, every single time. Maybe you could go somewhere else that is less costly or running a special or where someone you know once went but for me I didnt want to put my smile in the same category as the Monday evening seafood special. If you want the best results you go to the person with the best training and who consistently gets great results. For orthodontics that person is Dr. Barr.

Both doctors are board certified orthodontists which means they actually went to school longer to become orthodontists and then spent the time to actually sit for the boards. Everyone in this practice are patient oriented and are a true team. I feel so fortunate to have found them and am so pleased to have true professionals caring for me!

Dr. Bridgham, Dr. Barr and staff were super friendly and nice. I was a little nervous the first day coming in for my initial visit because I thought it was going to be painful but it didn’t hurt at all and i’m no longer nervous coming for my follow up visits . I had my teeth straighten out and was told that they wouldn’t crowd again. Guess what they are shifting back to how they where originally (waste of money) and was given retainers to ensure they would not. I recently called to have a retainer made; if mine were to be destroyed somehow. Since they would keep an impression of my teeth on hand this would not be an issue for the future. The front desks told me that they no longer kept impressions and I would have to go back to have them done over. That’s fantastic but I moved out of state!!! Empty promises buyers beware for the long term. Btw thanks for assistance at the front desk to brushing me off regarding this issue.

2022-04-15My oldest son had his braces done by Dr Bridgham many years ago at the recommendation of our regular dentist. Then we moved north and took the next son to a different orthodontist, with questionable results. Now we have a third son needing braces and I will happily drive the 45 minutes to Dr Bridgham. The office staff is excellent & efficient & the office itself is so welcoming. I’m most impressed by the technology utilized by this practice. I’m grateful that this doc always takes the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan. Truly a top notch orthodontic practice!

2021-06-17Throughout my treatment, the office never failed to impress me. Dr. Bridgham, Dr. Barr, and the team as a whole always made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. I began my treatment with a late start and worried about wearing braces during the second half of high school. The doctors worked with me to get the braces off as soon as possible, and they were removed exactly when predicted! I couldnt have asked for a better experience or results.

2021-04-07I wish our govt could run as efficiently and effectively as this practice. Both my daughters needed help from teeth behind teeth and overbite. Both Dr. Bridgham and Dr. Barr are professional and courteous spending as much time with you as needed to insure you understand whats needed and expected. Their staff is top notched and also as friendly and helpful as they are. No wasted time in the waiting room as they run a tight ship. Financing is upfront and honest and will get you the most your insurance covers. Cant say enough good things about them!

2021-11-10I cant express how lovely this practice is. The staff, the Orthodontist, the receptionists. They are kind and accommodating and have made my Sons smile picture perfect. Heading back for my middle Sons treatment which is right around the corner. And BBO has a gem that we often dont think about, when seeking Orthodontics, which is Amy. Amy walks everyone through their estimates, navigates our insurance carriers, and gives us options so we have choices. She truly and sincerely cares about the patient and their families at BBO.
