In service for a Ford motor company recall issue # 15N05. This involves a power break electric pump failure issue that causes the power breaks to fail at initial start up. The recall or what ford calls an extended warranty is posted all over the internet. Know one in this service department knows anything about it. Have been here for 1 1/2 hours. Finaly got the store manager to reluctantly take 8 min. Of his time to watch an online video explaining the issue and what ford motor company is doing to correct it. After he called ford technical service and checked the mileage on my truck he confirmed that I am eligible for the recall. Service technician that was assigned my repair again had to look it up and print out the service procedures and parts needed to repair since he never heard of this before. After making an appointment with the service manager two weeks ago, I get here to find that know one knows about this, they dont have the parts and the service manager is on vacation. Its astonishing that an independent service tech. Knows all about this issue, including what causes it and how to repair it, but know one at bright bay knows about it. The service tech just informed me that the parts they ordered are the wrong ones. So here I sit and wait.Update to earlier post. Its now been 4 hours for a job I was told would take about 2. Still waiting.New update. It is now 1:58 and I just got home from 8:30 a.m.. They replaced the parts and immediately came to me and said now the brake peddle is hard and breaks not working at all. Said I must have driven it to them like that and now that the warranty repair has been done and it didnt fix the issue I dont want to pay for further repairs they feel are needed. They wanted to charge me to replace the entire powerbrake booster. I went to the dealer manager Jim Jaeger and explained what was going on. He said there records show that Ive never come to them for service before and now I expect them to fix the problem for free. I produced 4 service print outs on there letter head totaling in excess of 1,500. As the conversation continued the service rep came in and said everything is ok, it just needed to build up pressure. Manager Jim says well there you go, everything is ok. I guess you can say that and overlook all that went on today. I do not like being accused of lying about the condition of the vehicle when I dropped it off in order to weasel a free repair out of them. If I hadnt had past experiences like this with them I probably would have just paid them god knows what to replace the booster.
Great experience. Very competitive & transparent. I would recommend Domenick (salesman) to anyone. He was pleasant & easy to deal with. No surprises at signing. Dennis (finance) explained everything. No upsell pressure. The #’s were exactly as had been negotiated.This is my second Bright Bay Lincoln. I’ll be back.Jan 2022. Update for Service Dept. Pickup & Return was great. Service took a little longer than anticipated. Communication was good but could have been better. Dont try to schedule service through the website. Its a black hole. Apparently they are aware that it doesnt function properly. I was told youre better off calling for an appointment. If the online scheduler doesnt work correctly either fix it or take it down.Still a fan of both sales & service at Bright Bay. Hopefully my comments will lead to improvements.
Gentleman who first came to help me and check my car in was exceptional! When work wasnt done on time, I was given a loaner car which was nice. Only 1 problem. I brought the car in for a recall door lock. First time they said they had to order part. I never received a call saying the part had arrived, instead, I called weeks later to inquire. Brought car in to change it and was told at check out, cost was $100 as it wasnt a recall which would have been good to know ahead of time if that were the case.
I decided on a Lincoln because friends of mine bought a Nautilus which they love very much being a passenger in the backseat I noticed it was a lot of leg room and very comfortable.I started my search in Huntington and Smithtown no one there Seem interested in selling a car so I left . One day I saw an ad for bright bay Lincoln on sunrise highway so I decided to go there and try one last time . As I walked in there I was greeted by Bob Bush . He said with a nice hello welcome to Bright bay Lincoln He was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed like I was part of his family. He Let me test drive a couple cars . And Every one I drove he took the time to explain all the cars and all it’s options that came with the cars . That day I did purchase a New Nautilus .I am so happy I when there . Thanks to Bob and his team Doing a great job in getting me into the car I like very much . Peter S
Salesperson Dom was good and seemed honest enough. Unfortunately my credit was ran too early on in the deal. I was not asked or told about this. I also was not given the results as they claimed it wasnt a hard inquiry. Beware of hard inquiries before the deal is close to the end.
We decided to make our purchase at Bright Bay Lincoln even though there is a Lincoln dealer located much closer to our home. We found the salesman, Dominic, to be professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He answered all our questions, there were no surprises and the deal closed as negotiated. The showroom was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. We are incredibly happy we decided to make our purchase at Bright Bay.
Called on our new to us Lincoln MKC on a Thursday night, scheduled a test drive for Friday morning, picked it up Saturday afternoon! Bob Bush was great to work with; he was efficient, fast, and accommodating. They let me go on a little longer than usual test drive to make sure my wife liked it too!What I really appreciated was the sensitivity to COVID pandemic; instead of sitting at a dealership for hours(!), and trying to rush the detail shop we agreed on picking it up the next day. This way, when it came time for delivery, we were in and out in less than an hour!We are very happy with our new Lincoln, and the service we got!!!
Excellent service. The Service managers are professional and treat me with respect and Service my vechile with excellent outcomes. Over the years my Lincoln 2015 MKS had major problems and by perseverance and patience they and the service personnel solved the problems.
I had the best experience twice in a row at Bright Bay. Domenick Babbo, Sales Consultant and Dennis Gonzalez, Finance Manager took great care of me and made everything so easy. They are professional and caring and made the process go quickly twice in a row. They always made sure to stay in the price range I had asked for and always got right back to me when I had a question. Superb customer service all around! I highly recommend them. Also I would like to mention the service department has always been great as well. Janice the Service Advisor always took great care of me and is kind and super helpful. Their service technicians have always taken great care of my car and are very friendly. I will continue getting my cars at Bright Bay Lincoln because of the superior customer service they provide!

John made my experience so easy. I called, he gave me the BEST price of 3 different dealers on his first quote. Car ready in 2 days, delivery was quick and easy. The car is absolutely amazing. I cant see myself driving anthing else. 10x better than my Mercedes. I leased a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus 2.7L V6 201A. Just a beauty.
Bright Bay service dept is by far the best I have ever dealt with. From making the appt to getting the actual service on the car. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly but most of all, honestThis was the most pleasant car buying experience my husband and I ever had. Mike Ciavolino, was super helpful and no BS. He followed up for days after the car was picked up to see if we had any questions, were happy with it etc. By far, the best car salesman weve ever dealt with. And the finance person, Dina Ryan was super efficient and personable.
Went to Bright Bay even though it was a little bit out of my way and was not disappointed. My salesperson Howard was great as was the rest of the staff i encountered during my sale.I went in at about 7 pm and they had me test driving a car in minutes. Kudos to the service Dept. I was having problems with my 2016 MKZ and the service manager got me scheduled promptly. Sooner than I expected! When I arrived, I was greeted at my car and they took me in immediately. The service manager, quickly went over what services they would perform and what to expect. While I waited the staff was helpful, courteous, and eager to please. Even the receptionist up in the sales department saw to it that I had coffee and snacks while waiting. Upon completion of my repair, they washed my car and I was on my way. Class act. Thank you to everyone.
Honestly The Entire Staff was Amazing. I felt like I had known them a long time. My Salesman and the Finance Manager both communicated with me via text which made it very convenient when I needed. Domenick at Bright Bay Lincoln was in constant demand the Saturday we bought our used 2016 Nissan Rogue SL. And it’s easy to see why- he’s experienced, direct and personable. We saw the vehicle advertised online and contacted the dealership. Domenick left us a voicemail giving us out the door pricing. We had been shopping for a few weeks and already visited 4 dealerships. It was the best price we had heard from a dealership. Intrigued, we made the trip to Long Island the next morning. My husband and I were prepared for the worst- thinking the car must be in bad shape to be offered at such a great price right from the start. But no. It was beautiful, and everything we were looking for- it checked all our boxes. So we bought it that morning. Domenick made the whole process simple, and the atmosphere of the dealership was professional, no nonsense, comfortable, upscale. We were there to buy a used Nissan, not a brand new Lincoln but there was no distinction, all customers were equal and clearly appreciated. The whole experience at Bright Bay was enjoyable, right from Domenick’s very first voice mail. We would absolutely recommend Bright Bay Lincoln whether you’re in the market for used or new. Overall service consultants were excellent and very friendly. I had my 45000 miles service this time but for some reason since after service my truck isnt driving the same as before , it take longer to pick up speed and there is some noise on idle position.. Since the buying process I have no luck with this dealer. Sales man Mr.Dominic lied to me about few things on my face then gave me commitment to fix the issues but never been fixed nor I ever get a call from him about the fix its almost going to be a year now.During my this visit I asked him and he lied again I choose to drive all the way from The Bronx to Bay shore paying tolls considering better help where as there is Lincoln dealers right here in Yonkers.. Its a real bad luck. I dont recommend this place for now
The guys at Bright Bay took great care of me when I recently bought a truck from them. They walked me through the process, took care of everything, were great to deal with and very professional. My salesman Howard was particularly excellent in answering any questions I had about the vehicle, test driving and negotiating. I would recommend.
I called to schedule service. The person who handles loaner cars wasnt in. I was told she would call me back. Never happened. I called again. I waited a month to get my car fixed. The night before, I get a message that no loaner car is available. Instead of calling me when the next one was available, they put me on the bottom of the list. STILL no call back, even though I asked to speak to service manager. They probably do not want to fix the car because its under warranty. The loaner car lady needs to be fired and the whole service department front desk area needs to be replaced. Terrible business.

The service was excellent. I was treated very well and with respect. The service dept. did a wonderful job checking my car for its first service. They took me right in at my appointment time. The manager was really nice. He explained everything patiently and carefully. They were very prompt and didnt keep me waiting long. They washed and cleaned the car perfectly -great!

I recently had the need to have my car serviced. As usual, I placed a phone call to Darrin at Bright Bay. Darrin told me to bring the car in the next day and he would take care of it. My daughter would be taking the car to college out of state and I wanted to make sure it was running properly and that I wanted to be sure she wouldnt have any issues with car while she was away. I explained this to Darrin and he assured me that he would make certain that everything was in order. I was greeted by Antonio when I arrived. He is a very friendly guy and always has a smile. I briefly spoke with Darrin and he explained that he would treat the car as if it were his kids car. Larry did the work on my car, He has worked on my cars in the past and I have full confidence in his abilities. I know that my car was serviced by a very qualified mechanic and I was treated exceptionally well by everyone at Bright Bay. This is why Bright Bay is the only shop for me.
Salesman John and the General Manager Mr. Jagger were very helpful and quite knowledgeable about the different Lincoln model cars. Was considering a Navigator L for the family, went to a local Lincoln dealer near my home (not Bright Bay) and completely hated their approach to selling & lack of help. I told some friends how abysmal the experience was, and I was highly recommended to Bright Bay. Bright Bay is on the opposite side of the island from me, however, I took some time to visit them.The moment I stepped foot in the showroom I was warmly greeted, and thanked for coming in. The salesman I started to work with, John Fariello, was fantastic from the start. I was interested in a couple different Navigators due to options so John pulled them up front without me asking, and allowed me the time to “play” around with the options.Further meeting and dealing with the owner Carl, sales manager Jim, and finance manager Lou I felt comfortable with making a purchase which I do not regret. I will purchase from them again, and have also recommended them to friends & family.
Avoid John and d Gonzales in Lincoln. they never notified us the status of our application. whenever we called them they wouldnt answer call or promise to call back and never did. John would say we need to speak with the guys who do finances and the finance guy said he will call back to explain why our deal was declined and never did. I spoke with Tom in Lincoln he helped with the refund eventhough John was the one who dealt with our application :(
After deciding on MKX my wife & I set out to do a day of shopping. We knew the color and options we wanted and we knew about what we should pay. Bright Bay was our first stop. Our salesperson was polite and professional, never once applying the pressure. Even after we stated that we werent buying today the salesperson remained interested and helpful. When it came to price, their first quote was less than the best deal we hoped to get. Thinking maybe I didnt research price carefully enough, we went to another dealer. Immediately the high-pressure tactics started and we didnt even get to price. We left to visit a 3rd dealer but on the way we realized that we had already found the car and dealership; Bright Bay. We turned around and went back to Bright Bay. 3hrs later we had our new truck. The salesperson even spent an hour with us showing us all the features. Very happy. Highly recommended.
Bright Bay Lincoln Service Center again was extremely accommodating on my recent visit for scheduled maintenance on my MKX. Janice Allen greeted me as I arrived and quickly handled my paperwork to get the car serviced. She knew I intended to sit and wait for the car so she expedited the maintenance and kept me informed of the progress. I was extremely satisfied with the service, especially when they handed me the keys to my freshly cleaned car!

It wa a great pleasure to deal with the sales people at Bright BAY Lincoln They worked with me all day and I found the car that I wanted, traded my old car in and due to their great effort, I drove home my MKS home on the same day.. They pushed through my loan, changed my insurance to my new car. setup my Sirius 3 month trial, had my car registered. and they put on my plates on the new car and away I drove my car home all in one day. Friendly sales staff, including Howard, who took care of me. Also no real high pressure tactics, but a reasonable approach to negotiation. Howard has also proved attentive in follow-up questions. I love the Nautilus so far, but time must pass before a definitive judgement on that. A plus is a really excellent coffee machine in the waiting area.

Came to dealership bc of the reviews, I had high expectations that this was going to be a good experience. Unfortunately it did not go well. Domenick Babbo is who helped me, very arrogant, typical car sales man. Was not listening to what we wanted, When we tried to test drive the car I was denied because my kid was with me. I left the dealership, I am now the owner of a 2020 Navigator. Thank you Huntington Lincoln for making it an easy experience.

I purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKS from Bright Bay. Nick Divone and the staff who assisted were a great help throughout the entire process. They addressed questions and concerns honestly and made for a smooth dealership experience. At no point did I feel overwhelmed or pressured, we were all on the same page with the purchasing price and warranty options. Years down the road when I may be in the market for a new car, Bright Bay Lincoln will be at the top of the list!
Bright Bay service is second to NONE.. Janice is the tops. They always deliver what they promise. Car is often ready before expected. Loaner car always available, clean and new. I have purchased 8 cars from Bright Bay. Quite honestly if it wasnt for the service I may shop elsewhere.. But I love the service dept. and look forward to purchasing car #9 this fall. Even bring my sons used Ford there for repairs. THEY ARE THE TOPS!!!

Ive bought 2 cars from Bright Bay and will be buying my next one there as well. The sales people are helpful and not overbearing, and Ive gotten exactly the deal I was looking for each time. I bought a used car from their inventory that I still have and love, and my wife currently has a lease. Buying a car shouldnt feel like a fight and at Bright Bay they make you feel like a valued customer and not an opponent. I have and will continue to recommend Bright Bay to friends and family as well
I purchased my car here, and overall had a good experience and thought I was purchasing from a trusted dealer with all they talked about being a family run dealership. I got the price I wanted for the car after quite some negotiating with our salesman, who was not even willing to discuss with the manager until I asked him to go speak with him. Needless to say, we got the car for the price I wanted-a pretty good deal.Now, several months later, I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I found out that the loan was done completely wrong with the wrong NAME as the primary holder. Same with the TITLE! Wrong name on loan and title and no call back after TWO calls is what made me mad! Im guessing they made this mistake because we were the last sale of the day and they wanted to get home-they even made a joke about that. Also, our salesman said he would call after about a week to check on us and the car. Absolutely no call and no contact since the purchase! Just a typical sleazy car dealership-alls they care about is the $$-not your opinion or needs AFTER purchasing a car! Do not buy from them!

It was another great experience at Bright Bay Lincoln. My new MKZ is outstanding. Im so glad I ordered the drivers package it is worth every penny. It was very refreshing to go into a dealership and not have the hassle of dealing with all the tedious negotiations. I went in knowing what I wanted, was met with Domenick Babbo and he made it very easy to test drive the vehicle and no frills negotiations for the price. Dennis in financing was also very thorough to make sure the deal was done well without any issues. It went very smoothly and compared to other dealerships it was super accommodating. Automobile was as described since this was an internet out of state sale and buyer did not view car. Car was a popular model and consequently not a great discount price. Communication was just average. If sales associate and/or general manager were off there was no one to carry the ball. Waited for a return call on a Friday that never came. Waited the weekend to get answers. The car business is a balance between sales and communication. I would recommend this dealership.
I have been buying cars from bright bay for over 15 years the sales men max and Tom are the great example of a well liked. Good morning. Since you’re asking me to share. These are my thoughts. The Lincoln navigator on more than one occasion since having it has slipped in the transmission. Doesn’t matter the location in which I am driving, highway or in local traffic in the community.I have brought it in and complained about it twice now. Personally I would like to get out of the car, is there anything that we can do.Thank youHugh Brown
My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Ford Escape. We originally went in looking at a specific car, and the salesman quickly picked up that there was a better option that we may have missed. We took the car out on a test drive and knew he had made the right suggestion. We felt so confident with the salesman and with car, we decided to stop looking at that point and we signed all the papers and took our Escape home. They will be out first stop the next time we have to buy a car!
I bought a used 2015 Lincoln MKZ at Bright Bay at a fair price from my salesperson Domenick and when I got it home I discovered there was a large deep gash in the rear tire. They replaced the tire free of charge. Overall I am happy with the experience and the response to the issue.
Had a service appointment booked for weeks with a loaner car. Was just informed on January 21st that they were overbooked and the soonest they could take the car in would be “late February, without a loaner”. Not worth the headache, stay far away.will remove post if resolved.
Thoroughly enjoyed my car buying experience for once! You hear all these horrible stories from people about being pushed around and ripped off. I couldnt have been happier with the dealership, their professionalism and the owner even came out to shake our hand and say hello.
I checked online and send them the message regarding 2019 MKC to lease and the guy told me to come to the dealership and we will give you a good price. On weekend , went there and they sales person happily took me to drive the Mkc, and explain me the all the features. On return , We sat and discuss about the lease prices, And they unable to match the prices , which LINCOLN offered online. Sadly, i came back without the car.
I purchased a used Chrysler town & country from bright bay Lincoln just a little over 4 wks ago! It was the worst mistake of my life! Ive had lots of cars before (Camry, Honda and Kia ) never in all my life have I had problems like this (mainly with the dealer) and they were all used cars! Dont get me wrong my salesmen was wonderful (they actually dont even deserve him!) Anyway the day I purchased it I drove home to realize the back windows did not work! I called and they told me when I get a chance to come back so they can fix it , but as the days went on I saw more and more things going wrong! It makes a sound EVERY time I turn left! The brakes in the back were never changed and has a deep dent in the middle of the rotors! The antifreeze overflow was empty! The doors make a horrible noise when it closes ! They didnt even bother to clean it right I had to pay money out of my pocket after paying thousands of dollars to purchase this car to then have it cleaned! On top of that the airbag light was going off constantly so they told me they would have to send it to Chrysler to fix (understandable) but that took a wk and with 4 children and only 1 car (the one that was being fixed ) they didnt even bother to give me a loaner! Then they had me run around telling me I had to lay out $200 to rent a car from hertz! Now I have to bring it back once again for them to try and fix for god knows how long without a loaner bc this time they told me I did not buy their warranty so they couldnt provide me with a loaner ! But last time it was bc I wasnt in their system ! The story is never straight with them! Ive been run around more than anything with them! Kia picks their customers up for even as little as an oil change if they need and provide anyone with a loaner ! The best part is I tried calling to find the number for the general manager /higher up and I was given back to the same gentlemen I always speak to! When I called the main number for Lincoln what a shocker this place is the only place that the GMs number is not listed ?! This whole thing left me with a bad taste in my mouth and will definitely make me think twice about referring any of my friends or family to this place! Now they have my money my old car that I traded in and I have a car that is messed up!
This should be your Lincoln dealership of choice, if youre within driving distance. I drove out from Northern NJ to look at a 2017 MKX and like the other reviewers write Dominick is tops. A professional guy who is service oriented. We were able to make the deal and he serviced me after the ink was dry on the paper. He went above and beyond, he exceeded my expectations. A very positive experience, really well worth the 2+ hours it took to get out there. So if you are closer theres no excuse. Try them, Ill be shocked if youre disappointed.
Interesting experience. No high pressure, just a fair price that we did a HANDSHAKE on. But 5 minutes later Chris calls us into his office-as if we were children- and says never mind, sorry but I made a mistake and the car will cost $3,000.00 more! No negotiation, no discussion, just sorry. Needless to say we left without a car. Clearly a handshake and started paperwork means nothing. Then they made the salesmen call us then next day to say sorry and would we still be interested in the car! PS. We did buy a car from another dealership- not Lincoln-2 days later.
My family has been getting cars from Bright Bay for years and absolutely loves working with this wonderful company. STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT BAY LINCOLN!!!Domenick, the dealer, had managed to lure me and my husband all the way from NJ (a 90-minute drive each way!) promising us to make us happy, to give us 17-18K as the trade-in value for our current Lincoln (based on the Car Fax we sent him via email), to be flexible with the asking price for the used Lincoln (which, btw, was over 2K above book value). Dont worry, he said, we will make a deal. Really?Upon arrival, and before even checking our car, Domenick stated, when I offered the 17-18K I didnt know the car had 3 accidents. Really? Didnt you have our email with the car report in front of you?...At this point my husband was already suspicious that honesty was probably not his strong suit, but we decided to give it a fair try (after all, we were 90 minutes away from home).Upon seeing the car and taking it for a short drive Domenick gave us this compelling speech about him being the number 1 at the dealership, and why?, he asked, since I am an honest guy!!! Really? I guess that offering us 16,700 for our car should be considered honesty, after promising 17-18K. I guess that asking for the same exact price advertised online is also considered honesty, after luring us to Long Island under the false premise of being flexible with the price.I also guess that offering us to pay 24K for the difference between our car and the used Lincoln we wanted to purchase + installing a new DVD system in the car, but then have the manager Tom show up and increase the price to $24,700 and no DVD is considered honesty in the eyes of Bright Bay Lincoln.My husband had more than enough of this honest manner in which these guys do business, that the one thing that he wanted was to leave, which we did. Since I really liked the car, my husband agreed to have me text Domenick and ask him if we could close at 24K, as per his initial offer. Domenick, who had texted me the day before Im sure I will make you guys happy, I spoke to the owner and he will step up on the trade... (really? by offering us less? yup, we were so happy that we couldnt stop ourselves from doing the happy dance), ended up offering us $24,500. We asked for an additional minor discount (even $50, just to get this done with), but then these guys came up with a 1K expanse on the truck that they werent aware of before (really?) and thus couldnt do $24,500 but only $24,700. Honesty at its best...At this point we started our way back home to NJ, relieved that we didnt do business with this Bright Bay Lincoln, which is anything but bright!Unless you have the same definition to the word honesty as these guys have, I would recommend that you STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT BAY LINCOLN!!!
My experience is that I have a 1997 Ford F250 and every time I have a problem that I cant find a part I go straight to you and if they dont have it they order for me and they have it and I also appreciate the service from the guys one guys name is David and the other one is Joseph and I think theyre the best cuz they know what they talking about when it comes about Ford.
Least an MKX from them in 2013 in 2016 got $50 less same car Queens Lincoln strike1 the car had consistent leaks from the factory Bright Bay gave me a loaner car one time ken service manager who I know from years servicing my corporate cars told me I was no longer to get a loner since I didnt lease the car from them lets see you get paid from the factory to fix the car strike two so now 2016 lease is up the Lincoln Nautilus replacement has no good incentives so we go to look at it MKC my wife and I test drive Bright Bay gives me a price of $559 with the options I want told them too much money Tommy the rude f&I manager comes out and says my wife and I waste their time and they wish I wouldnt come there anymore since I never bought anything from them I set him straight and tell him I leased a car there in 2013 strike 3 game over went to hassett Lincoln and they beat them by $50 a month same car same options be interesting to see who answers this the owner first name is carl lets see if we get a signature my advice to you is if you go there to purchase a car bring a jar of KY jelly so when you bend over it doesnt hurt so bad and dont forget the blindfold if its Tommy standing there

DOMINIC IS A PROFESSIONAL IN HIS FIELD AND HE IS WELL VERSED IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE LINCOLN PRODUCT. HE MADE THE LEASING TRANSACTION GO SMOOTHLY AND EFFORTLESSLY. HE ALSO SET UP THE TRACKING APP ON MY SMART PHONE AND I THINKIT WILL ENHANCE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE MKZ.
MY REVIEW IS ABOUT THE REPAIR SHOP ONLY.PASS THEM BY.I BOUGHT MY USED CAR 9-11-15 . I TOLD MY SALESMAN THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE DRIVERS SEAT. MADE GRINDING NOISES WHEN IT WAS ADJUSTED. I BROUGHT IT AND LEFT IT AT THE SHOP FOR THE DAY AND WAS TOLD THE SEAT TRACK WAS BROKEN AND IT WOULD TAKE A MONTH TO GET THE PART. (YES A MONTH)AFTER A MONTH I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS 2 DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS FOR MY CAR AND I WOULD HAVE TO BRING THE CAR IN AND LEAVE IT WITH THEM SO THEY COULD TAKE IT APART AND GET THE PART NUMBER ORDER A NEW PART HAVE IT SHIPPED TO THEM THEN INSTALL IT. I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE MY CAR FOR 3 DAYS. THEY COULD GET ME A LOANER CAR IN 3 WEEKS. (YES 3 WEEKS)I SUGGESTED ORDERING BOTH PART NUMBERS AND WHEN THEY CAME IN PUT THE CORRECT PART IN AND RETURN THE OTHER ONLY TYING MY CAR UP 1 DAY. I WAS TOLD WE DONT WORK THAT WAYI DROP MY CAR OFF AND THE SECOND DAY I GET A CALL THAT ITS NOT MAKING THE NOISE NOW. I EXPLAINED THAT THEY TOLD ME THE TRACK WAS BROKE AND THEY WERE GOING TO REPLACE IT. THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THAT. THEY RETURNED MY CAR THE FOLLOWING DAY AND DIDNT REPAIR THE TRACK THAT THEY SAID WAS BROKEN.SO WHAT STARTED SEPT 11th ENDED NOV 30th AND THE TRACK WAS NEVER REPLACED. MY SUGGESTION TO ALL THAT READ THIS ...BUY YOUR CAR THERE BUT HAVE IT SERVICE ANYPLACE ELSE.

2022-06-08Ended up selling my used car to Bright Bay even though I bought a Hyundai down the road at another dealership. They gave top dollar for my car, $4000 above what Hyundai was offering. Dominick was great to work with and helped me through every step. Had some personal banking issues and even the owner was willing to work with me to make sure I was able to walk out with the check I needed. Really appreciate everything they did for me, especially as someone who drove 8 hours for this trade/purchase. They even had someone drive me to the bank and help solve issues using their local contacts.Thank you! Very highly recommend working with them.

2022-04-07I recently bought a used car from Bright Bay Lincoln and it was the best service Ive ever received in the US. Dealer Domenick was really good at explaining about the car in a good manner. The dealership also provided a dealership warranty in addition to the manufacturers one so I could buy the car without worries.In the second month of ownership, the car needed a maintenance which the service charged me more than $500. The dealership thankfully reimbursed me for the maintenance fee without hesitation. I guarantee youll get the best of best service here at Bright Bay Lincoln.

2022-05-24I leased a new 2022 Nautilus and the experience was pleasant no pressure, salesperson was new and knowledgeable.I have a slight issue with the sky light where it keeps retracting back to 3/4 open, I called the service department where they set me up with an appointment immediately. They will be picking up my car and will provide a loaner. I live about 20 miles away which I was surprised they offered that service.

2022-01-28I received terrific assistance as I started looking for a new vehicle and it continued until I picked up my new 2022 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve. My partner also went to him to get his car last year and we are both very happy so far. The service department is great very responsive and detail oriented. I will be going back to them in 3 years when my lease is up. Best dealer on Long Island.
