Had some error lights so the Service Advisor saw me immediately reviewed the lights and quoted the costs. Needed it done but he also contacted and dealt with another car companies extended power train warranty to have them pay a substantial amount of the costs. Will always have my vehicle serviced here .
Janice was a blessing to work with, she was very accommodating and made my experience a breeze. Victor from service was very nice and helpful, he helped me with my belongings as I was unloading my loaner car. Thank you Janice, and thank you Victor for being so helpful!!
I have been Going to Bright Bay for over 20 year! We were expecting the worse as far as car availability at this time. Domineck Babbo put together a deal that we could not refuse! We have been using Domineck for at least two previous leases. He is courteous, personable and knowledgeable and got us the best deal!! A BIG Thank you to Domineck, Anne Marie and Bright Bay staff for making the leasing process effortless!!! We love our new Lincoln Nautilus!!!
Bright Bay has a very competent and congenial Service Department. I had brought my car in for a scheduled repair and the work was completed within the day, as Id been told it would, and to my satisfaction. Those members of the Service Department I came in contact with made my experience even more pleasing. Ill definitely use them again.
This was the best car buying experience I had,and I had a bunch.Everyone was friendly and professional.Even though I drove my salesman Matt crazy we finally came to a outcome that I felt good about.The Dealership manager (Jimmy), said he wanted to take me with him when he goes to buy a car, lol.I would recommend this Dealership when looking for a car.
Such a great service. I have a Lincoln MKZ. They picked up my car from work, changed the oil and dropped back in a couple of hours. My car came back from the service spotless. The car wash and pickup/drop services are complimentary. I was under the impression that dealer’s services charge too much but my last two oil change/tire rotation/state inspection were very reasonable.Thank you.
I would Like to take a moment to acknowledge Darren at Bright Bay Lincoln . He was extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond for me. I had car trouble With my 2019 Lincoln nautilus my vehicle was smoking and over heating. Darren sensed how nervous and somewhat scared I was as I was in an unfamiliar area and had to get home. He literally talked to me through what to do and stayed on the phone with me almost my entire way home. He also gave me his personal number and made sure I made it home safely. I was really Grateful for him and I must note he does not personally know me nor have we ever met in person. He treated me like he was an old friend helping me like he did. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him! The following day I had my car towed to the dealership and he Made sure my car was serviced quickly and fixed by the next day. They did not have any rentals available so he promised to get my car done quickly. I have to be honest I did not believe it but the car was done as promised the very next day. Everyone in the service department has always been kind and helpful. This is my second purchase with this dealership and what keeps me coming back is the level of service from service department. I do wish they had more loaner cars available but this seems to be an issue at all dealerships at the moment. Thank you Darren of bright bay for saving the day! The front desk ladies also are always very nice and their professionalism and service they provide is exceptional. Thank you !
Lincoln is considered a luxury vehicle and I feel that when driving my car but the service at bright bay makes me feel even more luxurious. As a previous jeep owner, the difference in how I am treated and taken care of is just mind blowing. I recently dealt with Darren in service and Tommy who did the work on my car. Both of them provided personal, top notch service. They went to the extreme to find the issue with my vehicle and kept me updated the whole time. Darrens personality and Tommys work ethic made an experience that most would consider inconvenient, truly enjoyable. I am so happy to be a Lincoln owner and get to experience such great service.
I have been a loyal custom of Bright Bay Lincoln. Over the last few years I have purchased several car from this dealership, so my review comes from experience. I was most dissatisfied with my recent visit for service of my 2017 Lincoln. The vehicle was being serviced for the 30 thousand mile status and I have no complaints for what was done but I am irritated by hard sell approach. And, I must say, I dont believe it was done so deliberately by the service advisor. It felt like it was directed by the company. The discussion among the customers in the waiting room supports my claim. We all felt that recommendations for services were being made not on a need basis but simply to enhance the bill.In brief, Im not sure I want continue doing business at this dealership.
This was my first time having my car serviced at Bright Bay. I needed my first oil change and tire rotation plus the fluids were topped off and the filters checked etc. etc. I got a convenient quick appointment and on the day of the service, they got me in and out of there in really good time. I plan to have the car serviced there all the time. After all, I bought it there.
Second time leasing a new Lincoln from Bright Bay and again it was the easiest and best experience one could hope for when getting a new car. Our salesman, Dominick Babbo was fantastic! Knowledgeable, not pushy and honest. Same with the finance guy, Dennis Gonzalez. I cant recommend this dealership enough.
Bright Bay Lincoln provided the most professional and caring services. My airbag had to be replaced and I took advantage of a coupon for servicing my car. Complete brake job, installation of new air bag, tire rotation done in ONE DAY! My car was washed so well it looked NEW and it’s a 2012. Mrs Wilson
My check engine light came on so of course I called right away. I was told that as long as it didnt feel like it was driving any different that it was ok to drive. Otherwise they would have sent a tow truck to pick it up. It felt the same and of course, my luck, it was the weekend. They gave me an appointment for Monday.I left the car on sunday night and dropped the key in the overnight box. They called me the next day and said the car was fixed and if I couldnt get there before 4:30, I could get my keys in the showroomAll went well. Everyone that I delt with was very kind. The most interesting part of the whole experience was that I checked my Lincoln app and in the messages was an alert that the car needed to be serviced because the oxygen sensor needed replacing. And that was exactly what was wrong with the car.......easy peasy.Bright Bay Luncoln was wonderful.
This is coming from someone who has been burnt by dealers before, like Atlantic Honda. Horrible place. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place. Bright Bay is a great Dealership. Very relaxed atmosphere. Never felt pressured. I felt Comfortable asking questions and stating my concerns about the sale. Thank you Bob (salesman) for all your help, love my suv. This was my first service appointment for my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. I had an early morning appointment and I was in and out in one hour. This vehicle is my third Lincoln purchased at Bright Bay and I am extremely satisfied with both their sales and service departments!
Bright Bay Lincoln showroom in Bayshore, NY is immaculately clean. We fell in love with the Nautilus as soon as we sat in it. Driving it sealed the deal for us. The salesman, Dominic, was helpful and knowledgeable and didnt pressure us. Also, the finance specialist, Dennis, was extremely polite and helpful as well. Great dealership!
Great experience from start to finish. John was really great to deal with on the sales side - he even texted me constantly on his day off. For finance, Dennis was equally strong. MY LINCOLN WAS GIVING ME A HARD TIME STARTING AND NEEDED A NEW BATTERY. I ORIGINALLY MADE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE AND THE ONLY SPOTS THEY HAD OPEN WAS A WEEK OUT. I CALLED BRIGHTBAY LINCOLN AND EXPLAINED THAT IM AN AMPUTEE AND MY VEHICLE WAS MODIFIED WITH HAND CONTROLS AND ONLY VEHICLE I COULD USE TO DO MY DAILY TASKS. BRIGHTBAY LINCOLN SERVICE DEPARTMENT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET MY VEHICLE IN THE NEXT DAY AND GOT MY CAR UP AND RUNNING. IM EXTREMELY GREAT FULL TO THEM AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

2022-01-17These guys are great.. keep in mind that im always weary of dealerships. Their service department was no hassle. Bearing in mind the difficulties of our current situation w pandemic related labor shortage I have to say they kept me informed on the progress of my vehicles repair status which I really appreciated. Because of their service department I will buy my next Lincoln from this dealership only- and I live on the north side of the island so its definitely not the closest dealership to me. Great job to the team at Bright Bay!

2022-04-22I always say …”Know before you go…” Do your homework on line to check out details and offers that are out there. The reason I did not give a “5” star rating is because I was not offered the 0% financing for 36 months that was available. I found out about it by accident while doing a little research. Was it an oversight or was it deliberate? Other than that it was a typical experience at my local car dealer. Everyone was pleasant and the sale was quick and painless. My salesman was great, the finance department was great, the service department is one of the best and I love the man who greets me when I bring my car in for service. He’s the best!!!

2022-03-25This was my first time dealing with Bright Bay and I found the price reasonable and salesman Bill Dowling knowledgeable. I was insistent that there not be any surprise fees upon closing the deal and there werent any. The salesmen did a great job of walking me through the cars various menus and settings. I would recommend this dealership.

Working with Domenick Babbo was unbelievable. His complete knowledge as well as his enthusiasm was reassuring. Domenick made certain that my experience was at the highest level possible. He filled me with a complete knowledge and took the time to get to know me to assure I was getting everything I wanted and needed. The Financing woman was beyond pleasant and found ways to save me more on my payment while giving me the extras I wanted.
