I would definitely recommend Brightway Electric. This is the second time I have used Brightway and both times I was very pleased with the service. John is very friendly and helpful also.
Novice, cannot do complicated jobs. takes short cuts to make his job easier.. If you are doing anything more than an outlet stay away..
John is highly knowledgeable, responsive and be trust. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it.

The electric company failed to tell my elderly parents they needed to have an electrician inspect and reattach their meter to the house before they could reconnect the power that was damaged by a falling tree during a wind storm. I called John in the afternoon after receiving the news. Not only did he go to the house to assess the damage a few hours later but he stayed to fix it until the sun went down so they could get reconnected as soon as possible. This was not an easy task as the fallen tree branches were still in the way. My parents had been without power for almost a week, Johns kindness was such a relief. And his pricing was very reasonable. I cannot thank you enough, John, for making my parents a priority.

2022-04-08After purchasing a new washer/dryer, it was unable to be installed. I was told I didn’t have the proper outlet. I called John and within one sentence he knew exactly what needed to be done and came the same day! John is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain everything he does. His work is neat, clean and very reasonable. This is the second time I have used Brightway and am equally as satisfied with the work. I highly recommend John and will definitely be using Brightway for all my future electrical needs.

2022-07-08John was awesome. He showed up within an hour when no one else would late on a Friday afternoon. I hired a separate contractor to replace a wall mounted A/C. A few hours later everything on that side of my house went dark. John was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and professionally for a more than reasonable fee. I would certainly use him again an will recommend to anyone needing electrical work done.

2022-07-29If you’re in need of a knowledgeable, professional and honest electrician, look no further than Brightway. John was outstanding from the first time I reached out to him to shaking his hand after the work was done. He was extremely professional and communicative and took the time to go over things. He got back to me when he said he would (even on his vacation) and overdelivered in every respect…even ensuring the work areas were spotless when he finished. You didn’t even know he was there. I needed an external generator connection added to my panel, an outdoor lamp post installed and an outdoor floodlight installed. John arrived when he said he would and did all the work quickly. He’s definitely earned any future business from me as well as glowing referrals if anyone asks for a recommendation. He’s a busy electrician and for good reason. Thanks John!

2022-07-28A tree fell on to my wires running to the house and broke the mast last week, I reached out to brightway and they came by the day I called. We made an appt a few days later and the problem was solved. I recommend using this business and will be going forward.
