Hector and his wife had amazing customer service. I didn’t feel pressured into anything, very patient and humble people along with the friendly staff that are doing their own designated jobs there. The car I purchased was in very good condition for a used car as well, no issues and really good price, any and all questions I had they were more than happy to answer them and take the time to help me. Definitely 5 stars on my end, if your interested in buying a car then I highly suggest bringing your business here!
Wonderful experience. Though I didn’t buy our 4Runner in person Hector and his wife, Escarlet were communicative throughout the entire process. I don’t suggest buying a car hector promised me warranty. I brought an rogue from them and the transmission went in one day from purchase. Went back to them and was told I didn’t have warranty and I have to now pay out a pocket , guy didn’t even try to help me out all.. honestly the worst experience I ever have
I believe I found my personal auto company at Broadway Autos! Hector and his wife were so pleasant to work with, and knowledgeable! I saw a car I wanted to add to my fleet, and telephoned Hector from South Carolina. Everything he told me about the car was true, as confirmed by the (local) mobile mechanic I hired to check out the car. Hector made sure the car was cleaned, and even arranged for brand new tires!!! The entire process was quick and easy. I made plans to purchase another vehicle from Broadway Autos at the end of the month! After having this car for a week I can attest for the value and honesty with which they sold it to me. Bought a 2012 Nissan frontier with 22,000 miles at a good price, especially considering the limited high-demand inventory of used midsize pickups in the area. They are very hands off and arent aggressively trying to sell you on their inventory, which is a breath of fresh air for me. They also dont do financing, which might bother some people but i see it more as we arent going to try and scam you with unfair APR so go to a credit union instead.The couple that run it are very friendly and open about their business operation, including how they value their vehicles (it lined up with KBB NDAD pricing). If you want to negotiate price, I recommend doing your research because they have done theirs.To sum it up: very happy. If I am in the market for another vehicle I will be sure to check them out first.

Buyer beware! I bought a car from this dealer and it had a cracked rim which they tried to hide with silver-colored mache paper.Also said that it had passed inspection when in fact they had a screw in my battery with a corroded cable. The car has had nothing but problems with the wiring and sensors. Several times I have taken it back there for these repairs and to date they still have not fixed the battery cable and I have had this car for under three weeks. Submitting a complaint with the attorney generals office for not actually inspecting the vehicle but putting inspection sticker on it.Hector had the nerve to tell me that he is not legally responsible for selling me a car with a cracked tire rim, hiding the crack, as it is not required to be inspected for safety. Hes lucky that thing did not fold when I was driving over the Verrazano Bridge and that someone was not hurt or killed. Otherwise we would be talking about his manslaughter charge.If youre looking for a car that is safe for you to drive do not buy one from him

Stymer service… If youre interested in the vehicle and they sell it they will never call you to tell you they sold a vehicle until you drive however or whatever distance to their location… No one knows when the vehicle is sold just the person who sold it

2022-02-09I came in today through KBB at Broadway Autos and they saved me $17,000 dollars off my brand new car loan for a Honda Insight I was paying $739 and went down to $523 and they did not sell me the car nor refinanced just did it for me for FREE like who does that. WOW super trustworthy a must visit whether your buying or selling your car or want to know if you got a good deal.

2021-08-31Horrible experience. I wish it was different but its the fact. The 2016 Jeep cherokee limited was a lemon. It gets into an accident and the car dealer owner lied about it. It was so much problem in that car that after two longs months I got rid of it. Raoul and Escarlet are such very nice persons but dont trust Hector the owner every single word from him is a lie. He only cares about his pocket.I would not recommend that place to my friend.I had to spit out my terrible experience to be at ease. The truth hurts but lying is worse.
