I have been using Brockman tree and lawn care for last 2 years now. Very professional crew. They know their stuff. Don’t have to remind them about regular mowing and other maintenance stuff and can just rely on their expertise in terms of when to mow or not based on rain and other soil condition. I have little hilly backyard still they do very nice job in mowing and other maintenance stuff. Their office always picks up the phone and call you back. Senior Mr Brockman is always there to listen to your issues and takes personal care to guide you and take care of any issues. Despite being pretty big company now- good to see that personal touch is still there. Highly recommended from my side.
Once I became too ill to maintain our lawn I did a lot of calling and research on companies to take over. Brockman responded quickly and their quote was clear. The office lesson on the phone was knowledgeable and kind and the online portal showed billing and the other side menu id services they offer. They are easy to work with and reliable. We get a phone call a few days before any application telling when they are coming, what they are doing and how long to stay off the lawn and the technician always calls again right before arriving.But, the most important thing is that our lawn has never looked better! Brockman is a reputable company that clearly has years of experience with lawn care. There was a large spot that wouldnt green no matter what we did that is lush and beautiful. The lawn is so thick and lush that mowing is quite a chore! And that brown spot that wouldn’t green is fully integrated into the rest of the lawn.Unfortunately, my illness is progressing and we can’t stay in our house. When we bought the new accessible house in the middle of the season, I called and explained my situation and they compassionately ended our contract and returned the prorated unused portion of my full season payment.If we weren’t moving to a condo with an HOA, I would hire Brockman again in an instant.
Moved to Brockman this year after the company I had been using for many years got out of that aspect of the business. The folks at Brockman are competitively priced, arrive and perform the services without any fanfare or needs from me, and do a great job. Lawn looks great. Very pleased with them in every way and plan to keep using them for the future.
So easy and delightful to deal with! Dont have to deal with a person if you dont want to, but if you do, they are pleasant and helpful. Nice to see their embrace of technology for account/customer service.
We had our lawn partially regraded last fall. Additional topsoil and new seed was put down on the entire lawn. We have Brockman do our lawn maintenance and the results are great. Our lawn has never looked better. Into this summer, we noticed some thin spots where either the seed didn’t take or was washed away. After a phone call, they came out and power raked the areas in question and put down new seed. We are very happy with Brockman’s response and corrective action.
My lawn definitely looks better than when I started with Brockman this year. I recently had power raking and over seeding completed and the the workers were very pleasant and courteous. Hoping further treatments will continue the progress made as my lawn was a disaster in the spring. Brockman did a soil analysis also and I am pleased thus far with the quality of their product. Cody came out today 7-15-21 and did another application. My lawn is vastly improved from the start of the year and I am pleased with Brockman.
I am so glad that I chose Brockman Tree and Lawn Care. Formerly, with another service, my lawn looked good every spring but degraded throughout the summer. This first year with Brockman my lawn stayed green and lush with a noticable reduction in weeds, crab grass, and, my biggest issue, red moss. I am looking forward to more reliably consistent lawn care next year.
Switched to Brockman Tree & Lawn Care this year to treat my lawn and couldnt be happier. They call a day or 2 before they come out and let you know what they will be doing when they come to treat the lawn. Very professional and respectful of the property & do not try to sell you additional services. Highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to treat your lawn!
With just one treatment, my yard looks better than it has ever looked! I have employed other lawn care companies in the past - always with disappointing results. I have tried to tackle the job myself (its a lot of work) and again I was disappointed. Brockman Tree and Lawn Care has performed a miraculous job with my yard thus far and they will be back five more times this year to continue making improvements to the quality of my lawn - all of this for a very fair and reasonable price! I am beyond satisfied.
This is my first year with Brockman, and I am quite pleased - I was not sure what to expect - and it seemed as if we were getting off on a bad start - but one phone call and an email from the owner and EVERYTHING is working out very well! I find them to be customer oriented, responsive and providing all the services as requested... and recommend them to anyone looking for excellent lawn care - prices are competitive and the employees who service my property exhibit care and respect for the customers property
We are new to Brockman, as we just broke ties with our previous provider due to lack of commitment / responsiveness (poor service and numerous excuses / apologies). We read the Brockman reviews and inquired about their program. Was given detailed info on their methods / approach and at a reasonable price! Since we were behind on our program from our previous provider the owner said they would get to our residence and catch us up on our treatments ASAP. They arrived the next day and performed the applications as per our conversation. Now that is a testament to their commitment / responsiveness to their customers! Impressed!It is now November of 2021 and we are still with Brockman Tree and Lawn! They just completed our final application for this year --- and out lawn looks great! They have helped us correct some problems we were having via a professional soil analysis and corrective soil adatives to restore our lawn to healthy thick weed free state. We are very pleased with the results! We know that they are enduring pandemic related shortages that many businesses are experiencing --- but have effectively communicated these challenges with their customers and delivered the best service possible. Truly a great lawn care company!
We are very pleased with Brockman. They always called a day or two before they came to alert us about their visit. The lawn applications, weed control, fertilizer etc was put down efficiently and in the correct amount as we now have a healthy lush lawn. We will be using their services in the future.
Core aeration - Brockman Tree and Landscape did an excellent job. The entire half acre was covered at an attractive price. I only wish I had gone for the full service which included overseeding. Ive borrowed a neighbors tow behind core aerator in the past but Brockmans service did a much better job than the the tow behind ever could. Ill will definitely call on them for future work.
Brockman provided lawn weed control and fertilization for my yard for the first time this year. Compared to last year with another company, the lawn appears much heathier, and greener. The person who serviced the yard took the time to discuss any issues and worked to improve any problem areas. He also worked around gardens and pond without overspray damage. Still have some pesty small weeds that I hope will disappear next year. I am happy to have selected them this year.
I had a problem with crab grass and creeping Charlie in my yard. They came and sprayed for both. It killed most of the crab grass and all the creeping Charlie. They came back and resprayed the remaining crab grass. That took care of the issue. I am very pleased with Brockman’s service. They listen to your concerns and treat the problem.

I have had Brockman for many years and this has been the worst experience. Not only did they start late, my first application was done on my neighbors lot. I had to call a few times to have them come out and now in late August, we have had them out twice. This has resulted in more weeds and an unkempt lawn. I get you have staffing issues but so do the others. Its even worse considering I had prepaid and there is no recourse.
This was the first time we used the services from Brockman. They were very professional. Our lawn looks great and I have recommended them to many people.
Lost about 60%of my lawn back in 2020, hooked up with Brockmans and trusted them to bring back my lawn. Having Sandy soil makes it Even harder to grow grass but Brockmans has us about ,90% of the way there. I am sure though early fall they will advise and complete giving me a beautiful lawn. I highly recommend them!
I have used Brockman Tree & Lawn for many years to service my lawn. They are very professional, organized and friendly. I am able to pay ahead for the season. I receive phone calls alerting me to their pending applications which helps me to plan. Also, any time I have called with questions or concerns regarding my lawn, they respond within a day. The best part is how good my lawn looks! I highly recommend this company.
Your men installed a patio in my backyard. The job was well done. They made a real effort to clean up the site each evening as the work progressed. They also restored the grassy areas that were disturbed by the big equipment by raking and reseeding them. (It was no ones fault that a terrific downpour washed out a good deal of the restoration work they did!)
Weve used Brockman for the past several years for our annual snow plowing contract, and they are extremely reliable and do a great job. When there are anticipated snow events, we receive communications from the company letting us know their plans and when theyll be making it through to plow, and they continue with the communications throughout. They live up to every expectation during the winter and even show up to repair any damaged sod in the spring when they remove the stakes. I recommend them highly!

I could not be more pleased by the lawn service provide to me by Brockmann Tree and Lawn Service. They are the first lawn service to eliminate my dandelion and broadleaf grass problem and my lawn has never looked better. Their communication is excellent and they keep me informed regarding exactly what they are applying to my lawn, why they are doing it and it’s intended effect. Their technicians and office staff are very pleasant, informative and attentive to all questions and concerns. I highly recommend their services.
We have had Brockmans service our property for the last few years. We have lawn applications, lawn mowing and trimming, and snow plowing done and have been very satisfied with the crew that works on our property. The men are polite and friendly and are sure to please as I tend to have high expectations and not expect less. The office staff are always courteous and friendly and responsive to my calls in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend their service. We are looking forward to another year of them working on our property.

The fertilization service at Brockman is top tier. Other companies are interested in making your yard green. At Brockman they are interested in making your yard healthy. They treat my yard based on its particular needs - not like larger companies where “one size fits all.” They are responsive to requests and are timely in their service.

Brockman has a lot of qualities beyond cutting and trimming the lawn. Working with the off I found excellent efficiency, a helpful and friendly approach. Before they began working with us the crew came to our house looked over our property and spoke with us. The work has been excellent.
Second year with Brockman. Tried 2 other companies previously, Brockman by far the best. They got rid of crabgrass and nasty weed, lawn looks great now. They are using more organic materials too.
We have had several lawn care companies in the past and have been disappointed with them. I talked to the owner of Brockman before signing up to let him know the issues I had with the previous companies. He assured me he would help us out, and he has! Our lawn has never looked better and we have had a lot of problems with crab grass, and grubs in the past. I am also impressed with their write ups after their visit, they talk about what weeds they saw in the lawn, and how they will take care of it, or let me know about a treatment that is available to fix it. Very happy with Brockman!
Im really happy with the service from Brockmans. This is my 3rd season with them. I use them for lawn treatment....fertilizing, weed control, etc. They brought my weed ridden lawn back to life. I no longer have the lawn that the neighbors hate. Wayne is very responsive to my questions and they make recommendations about how to improve my lawns appearance. Prices are competitive and they are super easy to work with. I pay online. They send a message when they will be performing the treatments and they show up and do their job. I highly recommend them

Dan and his crew did an excellent job clearing my front gardens and trimming my bushes. I will definitely have them do the clear out again. They are doing a great job with my lawn mowing. I really like the way they do the mowing and then clean up afterwards including blowing off my deck. I have recommended them to friends.
Brockman took over from a national competitor who we had been using for weed control. Brockman came in and continued the weed control, but also added the seeding and were much less expensive!! I have been a customer now for 2 seasons and plan on continuing the relationship for years to come.
Brockmans does a great job, and they are always clear about exactly what theyre putting the lawn and what each component is for. Weve never used a lawn service like this before, and have been very pleased with the results.
We chose Brockman as they looked like they had a solid reputation and many good reviews. Especially in contrast with the other companies out there. I have to say I am pretty disappointed. Their response to emails and inquiries take several days. Sometimes after the third day I resend an email. Our backyard is about 1/2 crab grass. I contacted them two weeks ago and she stated crabgrass is very bad this year.She stated they would come out next week to retreat it, that was two weeks ago. I don’t know maybe I’m being too particular? In my opinion this is an expensive service that demands more responsiveness and better results. My husband has retreated the lawn himself. I think for the seasonal contract it was around $500. Unacceptable in my opinion. And a waste of money

First, I did not want to post my review publicly, I first submitted it to Brockman and they sent me an email asking me to post it on Google. Well okay, here goes. I have tried every way possible to contact this company to hire them again this year to do our property cleanup at our offices. I have called both the office and left messages on their cell, I have emailed, and they have never had the courtesy to respond to a previous customer. While we had no issues with their past work, I cannot understand a company just not have the courtesy to respond.
They just did a fantastic job renovation my front & side yards after I had 2 total failures with other companies. The work was done great, very easy to work with and they seemed like they really cared. It was a pleasure. I even signed up to have them service my lawn. Thank you Brockman. Great Job guys!

I had Brockman Tree & Lawn Care service my yard for about 5 years. Their service was always prompt, professional and complete always producing excellent results. Im always looking for ways to support out local businesses and Brockman also fit that bill. Highly recommend.
I have been using Brockman for 4 years for fertilization and have been so pleased with how my yard looks, their price points, communication, etc. I also just used them for yard clean up and shrub removal and was compelled to write a review. They quoted the work quickly, completed it quickly (which in 2020 is NOT common), and while there was one hiccup in the plan, their responsiveness and commitment to resolving it was phenomenal.
Never an excuse, just results. Thats how Brockman Tree and Lawn does business. If there is a problem, they will make it right. They are reliable, consistent and listen to their customers. Their prices are very reasonable and discounts can be procured if paid on their payment plan. Their fertilizer service is top-notch. There is no such thing as a perfect tree and lawn (and plowing) company, but Brockman is close. Always communicating via email, snow events and plowing schedules to contacting via phone of fertilizing days on a particular customers lawn, to friendly service. The owner himself will come out, if necessary, if there is a problem.Improvements are always needed: Their weed maintenance service is not as consistent when cleaning weeds out of flower beds. Also reimbursement from damage to property due to accidents with snow plowing is slow.All-in-all, a reliable service that always try to keep the customer satisfied.
We used a very popular lawn care before we changed to Brockman’s Lawn & Tree Care years ago. The results were so incredible that our neighbors asked us what company we used to get such a beautiful lawn. We love supporting this small family run business. They care about us and our lawn especially when we have any questions. They have come out immediately whenever we had lawn concerns. We highly recommend them.
I finally decided to stop trying to take care of our lawn after a skunk dug up a couple hundred square feet of sod. We’re in our second season with Brockman and the lawn has never looked better. The are very professional and do a great job. Highly recommended.

Editing my review again. Doing a nice job. The lawn is nice and short and isnt over grown again in a day or 2. Its trimmed nicely every week. I wish the lawn was mowed this short in years past! Keep up the nice work and consistency and I will keep updating my rating.Already regretting renewing our contract for lawn services. Our grass is 15 inches high in spots. Im happy to send the pictures. Yes we did have the drive paved so there were 2 days we asked them not to come but the grass did not get that high in 2 days. It looks ridiculous. Still have not repaired the damage from the plow either. Both the neighbors got done. Not us. They ran out of supplies by the time they got to us. We have been told they will be back for 2 weeks. We originally left Brockman because of inconsistent service but tried again because they did a nice job at the neighbors last year. So far a total disappointment.When they do come to mow, if it actually looks decent, and we dont have to call Brockman to get it done right, I am happy to post a better review. However, I am not hopeful because in the past that usually takes multiple phone calls and the grass is so high I am sure it will be left in piles to be tracked into the house.As promised I am changing my rating. They did a GREAT job on the lawn. Now I just hope it will continue like this. Otherwise i will lower the rating. I am only giving them 3 stars because they have still not fixed the plow damage and its May 16th.
We are new cutomers this year and have had one application. Our lawn continues to go downhill, however. Also having a difficult time with online communications. Willing to continue to give them the benefit of the doubt (we signed a contract after all) but so far am disappointed.
I have a problem back yard. Brockman came in and killed the existing lawn and then reseeded it. The new lawn came in quickly but the following summer it got a rust desease and started to fail. By the next spring it was in bad shape. After complaining they came out and treated the lawn and reseeded. The lawn responded well and came in with the exception of a few of the problem areas. I twice seeded the areas myself and by the fall it appered that those areas are now good. It remains to be seen this coming spring how well it comes back. They did back up their warranty coverage.
Lawn looked great throughout the summer into the Fall. They are responsive and gave me the greenest lawn possible for a decent price. I highly recommend them.

We had dying fir trees. Wayne Brockman was the only one who knew how we might save them. We took his advice and saved two. Our friend and neighbors yard has never looked better with Brockman TLC. The Brockmans are all honest and diligent. I can see their trucks in and around our neighborhood and it always looks better when theyre finished. I would recommend Brockman Tree and Landscape to my family and friends.
Brockman Tree & Lawn Care came to our familys rescue late in the season when our previous plowing contractor announced his retirement just before the snow in Upstate New York was ready to fly! As a working family with both parents needing to be out the door and on the road early in the morning, we were fortunate to be able to rely on the Brockman crew! With such strong plowing support, we recently placed an order for summer gardening supplies as well. The bark for our garden is on its way and we couldnt be happier to have found our all-season provider!

I’ve been a customer of Brockman for lawn fertilization and aeration for several years and am very happy. Initially I complained about the machines being driven too fast and leaving divots which I had to fix, but they listened to me and have been doing a great job. They are timely, courteous, and professional; and I would definitely recommend them.
Worst company I have ever dealt with and unfortunately, paid for the season. Ive called three times and messaged on there site twice, have heard NOTHING! The tech that was last out to our household stated he could not get to our back yard (gutter and a shrub, yet gutter attachment is removeable and the shrub is easy to get passed). Simply asked for someone to come out to finish the back and no response. I then asked if they cant do the back, for a refund for the back yard they can not get to. Once again, no response. At this point, Im frustrated and just want a whole refund of my money. My grass looks awful and has tons of crab grass. Can not recommend this company at all and very unprofessional!! Beware and go with another company!!

WARNING! Do not hire these people. I hired them up front in March to do a soil test, treat the yard accordingly, reseed, and do a series of fertilizer treatments throughout the spring and summer. To be clear, the yard does not have grass. It is barren dirt and some weeds. They came by and did a few fertilizer treatments on the dirt, which was completely pointless, and THEY NEVER SEEDED! I called weekly asking when I was being scheduled to have the yard seeded and they would always say next week. Meanwhile, they continued the pointless fertilizer treatments. They are also supposed to call ahead of time to let you know when they will be servicing your house and they never did. I would find out they had fertilized when my dogs would bring in the little sign from out back saying not to let dogs or children on the grass for at least 24 hours. By mid June I finally gave up and fired them. I had been waiting for months. I had another company deliver a truck load of top soil in my driveway the day I called them, I picked up seed on the way home from work, and I had the job done. I wanted a professional to help fix my mess of a yard but Brockman is far from professional. I was still charged around $500 for the fertilizer treatments which were of no use to the yard. Taking my money and not doing anything useful is bad enough, but they delayed me so much that now I wont be able to enjoy grass in my yard this summer. I have never experienced such awful customer service.
This company is irreparably incompetent. They dont even allow you to purchase their service on their website. Theres no way to enter a credit card information. I contacted these people directly through their telephone number two years in a row beginning in March. I was hoping to get some service for the summer. Ive been ignored for 2 years by this company I highly recommend finding someone else if you need lawn service in the Fairport Victor area. Unless you find extremely high prices and the potential that they wont show up appealing.
Brockman plows our driveway all winter and also the driveway at my rental property. They are always timely, almost always done before I leave for work. They are also careful of the landscaping. They have been the most consistent and reliable snowplow contracters weve ever had! Definitely would recommend!
If You live on the East-Side I would recommend using a different company for fertilization.This is my 2nd year with this company, and they are not responsive at all, and have always been late with applications.I contacted Brockman 3-4 weeks ago, the secretary stated my lawn would be done that week or next... never happend.3-4 weeks later, 6 calls to company, and my lawn still hasnt had first application while my lawn is covered with dandelions.I called again today, and now the secretary stated another week to 2 weeks......
We used Brockman for 2 years. They do a decent job with lawn care, but are unreliable for snow plowing. For the 2016 and 2017 snow storms (15+in both times), Brockman only came to my house once and only after I had called to follow up. Theres nothing more frustrating than paying for a plow service who never comes. Maybe Im on the edge of their territory, but if that was the case Id rather they told me before I paid for their services (I live in Pittsford). We canceled our services with them and are going another direction for lawncare and plowing this year.
My lawn is a challenge, years of bad soil and lots of direct sun light all day. I found the Brockman team to be responsive to my needs and they gave me good advice about how to improve my lawn. They save me time and trouble by not having to take care of the lawn myself or storing smelly bags of lawn care treatment.
We are a new customer with Brockman’s this year and recently had our 1st application. Things went very smoothly and the technician did a very good job and answer our questions. So far very satisfied.

I had Brockman Tree & Lawn Care aerate and fertilize our lawn. It is the first time using them and our lawn has never looked better. I am considering using them for more services like trimming hedges and shrubs and mowing the lawn as it is getting to be difficult for me as I age.Don Charles
Brockman has been treating our law and our sons lawn with their organic lawn treatment schedule for three years and it has had fantastic results. The weeds are disappeared, the lawn thick, and the worms are alive and well making our birds very, very happy. We are also very happy with their winter snow plowing - we have a difficult driveway and it is done with finesse. Great services!

We, at Grace Baptist Church, have had the services of Brockman Tree & Lawn Care for removing snow from our parking lot for the last several years. They have been dependable and thorough in their services. They responded courteously and quickly when we notified them of desired changes in their routine. At the end of winter, they faithfully reseeded a few areas of our lawn that were damaged, as they had promised to do.
I hired Brockman to handle the spring clean up at my mothers house this year because I just couldnt get there. The crew showed up this morning and my mom could not say enough good things about the 3 workers. They were polite and did a fantastic job. I never worked with Brockman before but heard good things from a friend and see their advertising so decided to give them a try and I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much.
Update: youve mowed over my garden idk how many times and I watch you move the barriers I put up before you mow over it. Next time is going to be fun. I highly suggest not showing up.There hasnt been enough rain this year to warrant mowing once per week and Im not sure the home owner is aware that theyve completely destroyed the lawn here. Would definitely not recommend, but again, not my house nor my lawn. The next session is probably going to be interesting.Update: your reply is lies. The lawn is now mostly dirt and was wayyyyyyy better before you showed up. I am the landlord bro.
After Brockman has been here I have been noticing tire marks in my lawn from Brockmans machine tires that are digging up the turf and damaging the good turf in many areas of my lawn. I dont know why this is happening but all I can think of is speed and or speed and turns or take off, etc. These areas of now missing turf grass pretty much will take time to recover and grow back grass unless I reseed which can only really be done spring or fall. Being new to Brockman this year 2020 they did do a great job on the very first weed application for patches of ground ivy where the ground ivy seemed to be greater this year for some reason. I too wish they would get the nooks where I have weeds where I do have lawn turf/grass. There is nothing like a nice looking lawn coming around but still weeds at nooks and edges. Maybe take it a bit slower, be more observant and cover all areas of lawn quoted. I am overall satisfied and will most likely be re-hiring for 2021.
I recently moved my lawn was in dire need of attention. I chose Brockman as I wanted a locally owned business over a national one. The lawn has never looked as good as it does now.
There prices are great but my service wasnt the best this year. They didnt stay on schedule because the worker told me they took on hundreds of new customers and had less employees... When I would call the customer service was great and they usually came next day
Brockman tree was the only company locally that even got back to my initial quote request within a day or two. Only reason Im not using them is because we are doing something much different with our lawn needs. Thank you for being quick to work with potential customers!

Quality of service has slipped this summer. Likely a result of the pandemic. Service started 4 to 5 weeks later than normal. This is the worst my lawn has looked in 5 years.I know its been really hot and dry. However, I pay for weed control and my front yard is c loaded with weeds all along the driveway.
We are really impressed with the service that Brockman has provided this winter so far. Our driveway isnt the easiest to plow but they are very attentive and blow away the other plow service weve used in the past. They even show up when its not snowing but do a clean up of our driveway. We are very please with the service and will be looking to utilize them in the Spring for some tree work. We recommend their services.
On time, thorough service. I switched to Brockman after being disatisfied with another plow contractor. Glad I made the switch. Brockman has been great. We also used them in the summer time for tree service and we were pleased with their work overall.
I haven’t had any issues. They call the day before and have always come and take care of my lawn the next day. I am very pleased with their service.

Finding reliable snow plowing has always been a challenge. Since I have been using Brockman my worries have ended. They are terrific communicators (send emails alerting you to their plans with heavy snows) and provide consistently excellent service. Wayne Brockman and his crew are top notch.

This was the first year I decided to contract out my lawn fertilization, I have maintained it myself since owning my home but due to lack of time I chose Brockman. This is the WORST my lawn has looked in 5 years of living here. It is now the end of August and I have had 2 of 5 treatments applied for the summer program. I have had to continue to spray for weeds myself because they cannot keep up with their schedule.I received a contract with service dates (see attached). My spring treatment was applied within the alternate dates, which is late for a first application, and the second treatment was done mid July outside the service/alternate dates. It is now past the mid-late summer dates and still waiting for them to come out. Meanwhile, neighbors who use other companies have been regularly serviced and are up to date.The owner sent out an email saying the adverse conditions have made it tricky to apply in the spring but there has been no communication as to why they have not been able to make it out on schedule for the other 4 applications. For the second treatment that they applied 2 months after the first, the technician misidentified crabgrass for nutsedge and therefore trying to upsell me other services. I paid up front for my service up front, so maybe that’s why I am not a priority. I did call inquiring about the second treatment, since it had been so long and coincidentally, she told me I was scheduled that day (I don’t believe it).Do not use Brockman if you want your lawn fertilized and looking nice.
Excellent plowing service and great communication with email newsletters. Whenever, theres a storm going on, Brockman will send updates so youre always informed of where they are and whats going on. I dont have to worry about my driveway being taken care of.
It was a complicated job because we were trying to make an old, partially sunken law conform to a new and level driveway. Some areas had to be filled in. Other areas had to be scraped low (to get rid of pool soil) and then filled with topsoil. Prior to signing the contract, I visited Wayne Senior at his office to go over it one last time. I appreciated his time for this extra meeting. Brockmans did it exactly as we had asked. They took great care with the planting of seed and the raking out of the top soil at the end. Wayne Senior and one of his sons each stopped in at different times to check on the work. The price was reasonable.
Started using this fall so not sure how my lawn will look in the spring summer. Very efficient. Reasonable priced

Have used this service for several years now and have been very happy. They notify ahead when services are to be performed, evaluate condition of lawn and make recommendations for maintaining. Have performed tree services as well. Quick to respond to concerns.
Brockman Does a first rate job! They have been taking care of my lawn, shrubs, trees, etc. for the last few years and I am extremely happy with their work. They always give me a heads up before they come out and I know that when they are done I will be impressed.
Also use driveway plowing service. They keep me well informed as weather conditions warrant. They are careful and do a complete job each time. I definitely recommend them for both plowing and lawn service.
Absolutely the best! My lawn reseeded In Fall, 2016 failed. Brockman, Tree & Lawn did another reseed in Spring 2017. Gorgeous! I would recommend their service and commitment to excellence anytime.
Im sad that my lawn does not look any better than last year. My lawn is loaded with weeds and bare spots. I was hoping this lawn service company would make a difference from my last but it has not. I will not be using them again.

Poor customer service, for the past several weeks I have been attempting to find out when they will be at my home to complete my landscape mulch and edging. 10 days worth of missed deadlines and phone calls not returned and Im still waiting. They do good work if you can get them to show up, I have been a customer for several years but this will be my last time.
Brockman has been serving our property for nearly four years; summer and winter. The plowing has always been done as promised, three inches or more, and without damage to our property. I would not hesitate to recommend their company.

Had aeration and overseeding done. Performed on wet day, some sod pulled up. TV/internet cable cut. Some method of identifying cable should be used. Know overseeding is sparse but this was really thin. Prior year did not have any issues.
The results we are seeing on our lawn is fantastic. We are very impressed with the people that have been to our house and would recommend Brockman to anyone that wants to have a better looking lawn
We moved into a new house with landscaping we couldnt figure out because it was so overgrown it was hiding multiple toys and an actual wood pile. Brockman Tree and Lawn Care got us on the schedule fixed us up in a single day, and it looks so good, I might cry. We now need new patio furniture. . .
Terrible customer service and experience. I called and paid for my lawn to be rolled and aerorated over 2 weeks ago. I never could get a straight answer as to when they were coming. When they promised a call back, they blew me off. The woman in the office also charged me for the entire service, not half as per the work order.I called for the forth and finally time today after not getting a call back from them earlier. I then requested a refund when I was told BROCKMAN TREE + LAWNCARE DOES NOT ROLL OR AERORATE LAWNS .They subcontract it out to someone who they can not even get a hold of to set a day/time!!! After 2 weeks!!! So dishonest and unprofessional!!!0/5 Stars
Brockman is a very professional company for us for lawn, tree maintenance and plowing. Their plows are always the earliest in the neighborhood, and, last year when even the plows were not running during an early am storm, they were were. When we phone, there is always someone there to pick up, and, have a conversation.
Brockman does an excellent job. They are consistent and thorough, answer questions right away and have a very courteous crew. This is our first year using them and I am quite pleased.

Your machines move so fast I find skid marks in my lawn. You are good but to be excellent you need to slow down. I never see you do spot spraying, I usually have to do that myself so I am spending extra time and money when you should be doing it. The man that did my spring aeration did an Excellent job, the fall aeration not so much.
THEY FLOODED MY BASEMENT! Dont let these non-porfessional on your property! To replace the lawn , they required daily watering. So I purchased the required sprinkling system which they set up for $100. When mowing the lawn, they removed the sprinklers and threw them in the basement window well with the water still on. When the window well filled, the basement flooded. Thank goodness my tenant identified the problem and shut off the water before all of her belonging were distroyed! Customer Service and attention to detail are not part of their business model. Stay clear of these people!

My lawn hasn’t looked this good in years. From the first application my lawn was greener and less weed covered. They provide good service, punctually and professionally.
Brockman has always been fair and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about their craft and take their responsibilities seriously. Their website could use some overhauling though. It is tough to navigate and very confusing.

I would never think about hiring these people again. I reached out on numerous occasions seeking their help planting trees and shrubs and on numerous occasions they indicated that they would do so. They never did. Leaving me in a situation where I had numerous things to plant and had to do it during high summer which is a bad time for planting trees and shrubs.
They were my snow plowing people and did a good job and were always very timely. Will definitely have them for the 21-22 season.
We have used Brockman Tree and Lawn for the past 2 years for snow removal. They have our driveway done by 6:00am. They keep us updated via email during each snow event.
Spring cleanup crew did a lousy job this year. They completely avoided sizable areas of the back yard and pushed debris with their blowers from our yard into our neighbors yard. Really?
They did a great job on our yard. Their follow-up was awesome and they were willing to answer any landscape and lawn care questions we had.

They called and said they would be out the next day or day after, they came early, the tech cleared my dog toys and hose from my lawn and proceeded to treat the area.
I requested a bed clean up, and I couldnt believe my eyes. I came home and all the weeds were gone. It was incredible! So happy with all that they did.

2022-03-08I wanted to take a few moments to thank Brockman Tree and Lawn Care for their exceptional service. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians have been very helpful and polite. When I have called with questions, they are quick to respond. Most impressive is when my lawn is one of the few that isnt colored in yellow with dandelions. I would highly recommend Brockman for any and all services. My lawn always looks life a golf course and the best part I didnt have to break a sweat maintaining it. Thanks again!!

2021-11-04Do not use Brockman unless you want them to destroy your lawn when performing services you did not actually schedule. Scummy practices, and no regard at all for the health of your lawn.I first contacted Brockman to have my lawn aerated in the fall of 2020, as I was doing a bit of a renovation and I wanted to aerate before I dethatched, top dressed, and over seeded. I was on the schedule for that fall. Fast forward to early September, no aeration performed yet and I had not heard from them at all. I reached out to them as I wanted to get seed down and have enough time for it to grow enough before the frost, and the response was something along the lines of well get to it when we get to it, we stop when the weather no longer allows us to perform. This was worrisome, but it was too late to contact any other company. More time passed, we were into the middle of September, and temperatures were dropping. I reached out again and received the same response back. I was starting to get really worried that I would not even be able to over seed at this point. Finally, on September 23, the aeration was performed. I was able to over seed, but the result was not as successful as if I was able to start a couple weeks earlier. In any case, I was not completely happy with the service and I had no intention of using Brockman again.Fast forward to fall of 2021, I skipped aeration and over seeded in early September. Grass was growing and the lawn was filling up nicely. On October 22, Brockman showed up and aerated my lawn...I did not schedule this. Besides October 22 being way too late to perform something like this, it ruined most of my new grass that came in. On top of that, it had rained the day before, and the ground was extremely soft and wet -- so the heavy machinery being driven on my lawn absolutely destroyed a lot of it, leaving a ton of bare patches now that I will have to fill in. I immediately reached out to them, asked why this was even performed in the first place, and was told that aeration was an auto-renewing service -- but I was never made aware of that when I scheduled it in 2020. I was also told that their boss was out of town, and that I would receive a call first thing Monday morning to make things right...never heard back.So unless that sounds like a good time to you, do not use Brockman.

2022-03-22WORST LAWN CARE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. After spending $1600 to have them fertilize and reseed my lawn in 2021 it ended up looking worse than it ever had in the 20 years I’ve lived here. I contacted the owner FOUR TIMES to share my dissatisfaction with the service I received and he refused to respond to any of my phone calls, email, or the letter I sent. I continue to be amazed by Brockman’s lack of concern for customer satisfaction, especially after spending that much money with their company. Their customer service is just as poor as their lawn service.

Tyler is awesome, he takes the time to hear any concerns I have on the yard which are not reflective on Brockmans service but things our yard was exposed to for years that Brockman is doing a totally awesome job correcting. 2022-05-23I am contracted to get weekly service. They often dont show up during the week. When I call, there is always an excuse why they didnt come. Then, when they come for a make up day, usually 3-4 days later, they then will claim that the make up day is the date they use to schedule our next service, not the day they SHOULD have been here. Simply, they will find anyway to provide as little actual service as possible. The person who answers their phone has always promised to have a mowing supervisor call me, who never has. When I call back to inquire why that person never called, I am told, I cant make him call you. Crazy how anyone can do business this way! DONT SIGN A CONTRACT!

2022-05-14The office staff are very professional and knowledgeable--that is so helpful when choosing the right services! In addition, the technician--Michael Fish--who came out to treat both our lawn (80,000 sq ft) was fantastic! He called in advance to advise of his arrival time, and spoke with us before and after application to address any questions or concerns. We are quite pleased with the results, as well as the cost of services. I highly recommend Brockman Tree & Lawn Care!

2021-10-16Have lived in the same house for 21 years and always did the lawn care myself to no avail, sandy soil and locust trees make it a problem. About two years ago my next-door neighbor started using Brockman Tree & Lawn Care and his yard really improved a lot so this year i decided to try Brockman and i am very impressed with the results, the lawn looks much better than it ever has plus Brockmans service cost less than i was paying to do it myself. i would highly recommend to try Brockman .
