They took care of me for an emergency when my own dentist said it would take another day just to see what needed to be done. I had two temporary crowns done the next day. I walked in asked if they did emergency’s and they took care of me right away. I love Brockport Dental. I’m very happy with my dentist and staff who are friendly, caring and compassionate. They don’t try to sell you anything but rather take a wait and watch approach. If your looking for a dentist I highly recommend Brockport Dental.
My family and I love Brockport Dental! They are so good with my kids. This may sound like a weird one, but I really appreciate that they let me help them explain things to my son. Sometimes he doesnt understand what they are asking him, so I will explain in way he will be able to give them a better answer. Some other medical professionals get frustrated, but here they are nothing but patient and kind.
So friendly and accommodating. Professional and efficient, yet take time to explain everything.
My previous dentist of 30 years couldnt get me in for 6 weeks to take care of some cavities. I called Brockport Dental and they got me in the next day to take a look and the following Monday/Wednesday to take care of them. All the staff are super nice and Dr. Ali Sullivan did an amazing job. I have my new dentist office!
I can’t say enough good things about this place!! It has been quite a long time since my last dentist visit. I’ve had mediocre and very bad trips to different dentists in the past but this was my first great experience. It was my first time at Brockport Dental so of course I had the usual dentist trip anxiety. But I was well taken care of from the moment I checked in over the phone (and got in early!) to the moment I walked out the door. My dental hygienist Angela was phenomenal- great at her job and a good conversationalist but knows not to talk to you with fingers in your mouth! Dr. Sullivan was excellent as well, super nice and very thorough. Although my husband and I are actually moving to Greece, we will definitely be making the trip to Brockport to stick with this dentist office! Thanks Brockport Dental.
Everyone in this office is a pleasure to interact with! You can tell the staff at Brockport Dental are kind and caring people. They were all incredibly helpful and the Dr explained everything perfectly! I would recommend their office to anyone💖
This was mine and my husband’s first visit and we couldn’t be happier. The staff, hygienist and dentist were great. Very clean office and we felt extremely comfortable and safe during COVID times. It was the best cleaning I’ve ever had because of the advanced technology they use and for the first time my mouth wasn’t sore after my appointment. Happy we made the switch!
New to the area and looking for a dentist, not knowing anyone for reference. I chose Brockport Dental hoping for the best. I cannot express how pleased I am. Very friendly, clean, modern and of course the Dentist very gentle and thoroughly explained the process and gave me options. I highly recommend them!

Best dentists office I have ever been to in rochester. Super nice staff, even the doctors are friendly, I’ve met three of them and they all were very nice and extremely helpful. Laura Laureano is my dental hygienist and she is super nice, and tells me everything I need to know about caring for my teeth simplified. Comfortable nice environment for anyone to go to. I’m in and out and they are great with scheduling and rescheduling. The front desk ladies are also helpful. Recommended 100%.
This has been the best dental experience my two boys have ever had. Brockport Dental is so wonderful with kids! My youngest has a lot of anxiety about dentists and doctors and the staff here always makes him feel welcome. The hygienist we see is so sweet and explains to them every step of the way what she is going to do and why.They have TVs on the ceiling so kids and adults can focus on something else instead of what is going on in their mouth. Ive NEVER had more than a five minute wait time in the office. And they always help to schedule my whole family all in one day to make it easier on us.I would also like to make mention that after a facial injury the dentist saw my son on a day they were closed! He was thorough and explained everything I should look out for. I cannot say how happy I am with them enough.Five out if five stars for sure!
Nice people, zero attention to detail. Voice your needs often and to as many people as possible and maybe someone will listen and take note. Maybe.
First visit today with my 8yr old son. He was so nervous because we had to switch dentists. I was extremely impressed with everyone in the office i came in contact with. Very comforting atmosphere, so glad we have decided to make this our new dentist!
The staff was super helpful and friendly, got me in the next day for an emergency, Doctor Sullivan was very thoughtful and professional while gently removing a tooth. Excellent experience!!

Had my first appointment at Brockport Dental recently . What a great experience ! Everyone was very nice , the exam was thorough and they all were willing to listen to any concerns and answer any questions . Quite a difference from my last dentist’s office .
We received a post card for the Brockport Dentist the same day our current dentist was retiring. My wife and I have never felt so comfortable with any other dentistry and they are really modernized! There was no more anxiety with this dentist, extremely friendly and very informational.You will not be disappointed, as I highly recommend them to anyone needing pain free dental care.
This was the most comfortable, caring dental office I have ever been to. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They provide EXCEPTIONAL care. I am usually quite nervous when it comes to dental procedures, they helped relieve all of my anxiety. I am incredibly grateful for how at ease they kept me, all throughout my procedure. Will definitely recommend.
Very clean dental office. All the staff are very friendly . My wisdom teeth were aching when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist got me in for a appointment that same day. I felt actually cared for. I had a really good first experience at this dental office. Highly recommend.

My husband and I received a card in the mail for Brockport Dental, so we decided to give them a call, so happy we did, we both had a great expierence. Th staff was friendly and my hygienist (Laura) was great, The Dr came in right after my cleaning and did my exam, she was very friendly also, very happy with this office.

Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is incredible; it doesnt even feel like a dentists office until you go back and sit in the chair! They have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch it when they are working on you; they played That 70s Show the first time I was there and The Office when I came back to get cavities filled. This will definitely be my dentist until I move out of the area.
Almost a month ago I had a chipped tooth and was in need of a Dentist. With my insurance card in had I searched high and low and was not pleased with what I found..That all changed when I found Brockport Dental. From the first contact, an email on a Friday with a return call first thing Monday morning... and an appointment booked that week! To my smile/ tooth being restored ( so my wedding pictures will look perfect) I have been at ease with this office.. The whole team Cares about their patients.. They honestly do care, the office is amazing, the people are amazing and the appointment scheduling is easy and effortless!!I have and will continue to recommend Brockport Dental to everyone and anyone!!! I look forward to my future Dental Care I will get from this team!!!
Brockport dental is a great place to go, they have a cute area for kids. Its very well decorated/coffee/tea, very up to date office. I love it there. The dentist i saw was very nice and really took time to look at my concerns and was able to find the problem and fix it!Thank you brockport dental.

This practice truly makes you feel like you are valued and understood. After being disapponted time and time again trying to find a practice that was of quality and accepted healthplex, my answer was found with Brockport Dental!! The office is warm and friendly and the rooms are clean, organized, and equiped with televisions on the ceiling to provide a relaxing environment.

Very friendly staff, always on top of things! They try hard to get everything approved by insurance. Office is clean, and have a cute area for kids. The tvs in the rooms are great as well so you dont even focus on having someone working in your mouth. 😂
First the parking was great. I didnt have far to walk from my vehicle to the office.The office is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and courteous. The dental hygienist (Lora) was fun and patient and gentle.They have tvs everywhere so you can watch tv while they are working on your teeth.

I came in with a broken tooth, and asked for an extraction. I was so very pleased with the staff. The dentist was very pleasant, professional, and reassuring.I can be a bit of a nervous one, and she was patient, and understanding.
I had a front crown put in and it broke off at the post which was decades old. It broke off as I bit into a sandwich. I also had anothe99 crown put in and that broke off also. They put a temporary tooth in front but that was it. I called to see if they would discuss the issue but no return call ??? They want to blame it all on me by saying I probably grind my teeth, conjecture.
First visit and I was totally impressed. Very friendly, professional, and caring. I have found my new dental home!

My wife referred me to them because they take medicaid and blue choice, well they no longer accept that for new patients, even after explaining its the same house hold they denied me service. Isnt it nice to know which offices wont help people with medicaid and blue choice.

This office is new and beautiful! Everyone was so friendly and engaging, I got to watch tv while in the chair, so frickin cute. The doctor made me feel at ease while answering every question I had and being terriblely sweet the whole time! Everyone should check out this DDS!
Let me share what my five year old thought. Mom, they were really nice and it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Haha 😂 They treated him with such warm kindness that my shy lil man spoke to them. Extremely friendly and clean environment. Great experience 🙂

They need to be much more clear about charges. Not everyone has 500 dollars ready for a dentist visit, after insurance..

They mix Professional and Friendly in to one great experience.I was in there today for my 6 months check up and had the pleasure of meeting the newest Hygienist her name was (Tasha)not sure I spelled it correctly. She was very good, thorough and pain free. Great personality and very knowledgeable.She is definitely the best. I can’t wait for my next check up….Brockport Dental Rocks!!!!

F am confident they take excellent care of my dental health and they make it so easy, from getting text reminders, checking in, visit, to checking out. SHOUT OUT to my hygienist Angela! She is so gentle that getting my teeth cleaned is a pleasure! Highly recommend this dentistry and am glad my daughter and granddaughter go there, as they are in good hands.

2022-03-03Brockport Dental offers amazing service. Ive had everything from cleaning, fillings, root canals and crowns and have been very satisfied with the work done. Recently had an insurance issue that Lisa and Maggie worked hard to correct the problem. They really care about their patients! Highly recommend.

2022-03-24Very quick process! Only waited a couple of minutes to get moved to a room and the dentist and assistant got right to work. Didnt feel any pain. Dentist kept me informed on what was going on and kept checking if I was ok.

2021-03-17The absolute nicest people Ive ever experienced in a dental office! Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor were awesome and just so kind and understanding. For the first time in a long time I actually felt comfortable at a dental office. The hygienist was very gentle and considerate when cleaning my teeth as I have some sensitivity and Dr. Sullivan was very attentive when chatting with me about my concerns. Im so happy I made the decision to give Brockport Dental a try!

2021-04-03I LOVE this place. If you have anxiety surrounding dental visits this is the place you want to go. Reception is super helpful, they go above and beyond and are friendly. Sarah and Maggie are the main two youll probably be speaking with and theyre great. Every single hygienist in this place is wonderful and good with kids. Dr. Manzar is excellent and very kind. I cannot say enough good about Brockport Dental. Weve been going here for two years now, have needed a decent amount of work done and have switched our children to this dental office as well. They made my kids look forward to going to the dentist. Obviously if they can do that, theyre the best.
