We were extremely satisfied with the level of service we received from all the staff from Bronx Moving Company. The person who gave us an estimate was on the mark and their cost was less than other moving firms. They quickly responded with us with a cost estimate. The crew that arrived on the day of our move were welcoming and professional. They were extremely careful wrapping our furniture and putting our furniture to the truck. They were quick to work and were well-organized. I strongly recommend this company for moving. They were required to keep our furniture in storage till we could move in to our out-of-state house. Every box and item of furniture shipped to us! ✔️💯💪

They are considerate of all of your belongings, including furniture and artwork. They will work as late as necessary till the job is completed correctly. They initially moved my belongings into a storage shed and then, 6 weeks later, move to Bronx, NY home. And everything was successful. Everything was wonderful! My belongings were also taken care of Rose took the time to explain everything to me and notified me when my furniture was removed from storage and when they were on their way. All of the men performed admirably and were a tremendous asset. I had to change my move date three times, and I was never charged a fee for doing so — MOST movers DO NOT offer this service. You lose your deposit if you change dates... they did everything they could to work with the date changes because the builder couldnt close on our original dates due to weather issues and subcontractors... so Id recommend them! It was a wise decision to use Bronx Moving Company. I wasnt even there due to COVID, but I needed to leave. I needed someone to ensure the move went smoothly without my presence, and everything worked out wonderfully. We communicated via telephone and online mail. Extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, comprehensive, secure, reliable, and reassuring. Even coordination with my buildings staff and management was required. They arrived, packed everything in five hours despite my expectation that it would take much longer, and had everything in Bronx, NY by noon the next day. Many thanks to the movers and to Robert, who coordinated everything with great expertise. I would definitely use Bronx Moving Company again, and now that I know this can go so smoothly, I will definitely hire them the next time I move and then leave the state until everything is completed! 👍🏻😊❤️
The entire process with Bronx Moving Company - Flat Fee Moving LLC was professional, a good value and catered to all our needs. We were assigned a rep who reviewed our photos to provide an estimate (we ended up paying less) and then the entire move was quick and efficient. Sean was approachable throughout the process of planning the move, updating our inventory, answering our queries, and managing the details of moving day as it neared. Mike and the movers talked with us ahead of time, were pleasant and answered all of our questions, kept in touch throughout the move, and worked hard to be as efficient and thorough as possible. We utilized Bronx Moving Company for our companys relocation, which coincided with a citywide quarantine, making the job more difficult. The moving team applied to all health and safety regulations by wearing masks and gloves while working diligently to complete the project. Mike and Lisa have been patient, helpful, and understanding with my companys ever-changing needs as the effects of COVID-19 have unfolded over the last three months. I would recommend this company to anyone who values diligence, excellent customer service, and a job well done.

I believe that Josh and Donald assisted with my relocation. Nevertheless, Id say that the movers work in my new apartment was excellent and well beyond my expectations. They handled the entire process with speed and precision (NO DAMAGED ITEM). My items were well-organized and in fantastic condition. The way you describe the furniture youre moving is crucial. Be as specific as possible. Especially in regards to the bed and how difficult it is to put together. Everything went great. All items arrived in advance, and the truck showed up right on time. My house was completely packed up in record time. They did what they said they were going to do and did what they said, which is incredibly rare. Not only that, they were both very efficient in their approach to loading and unloading. After having a terrible experience with a local moving company, my friend me and I decided we would contact this company. Glad we did! They made the process easy. The quote was provided via video calls and their staff was a pleasurable and courteous to my friend.On the day of moving the crew arrived promptly and went right to work. The estimate was for five hours, and they had the truck loaded and unloaded it in 3.5. They worked together well and were courteous and respectful. This was our first major move, and they made it so much simpler for us.We felt a bit stressed, but this is the peak season for them and they also had other work to attend to which is why it was understandable.I was not uncomfortable with the condition of our house as well as the chaos, they helped me relax my anxieties about moving. I moved from a two bedroom apartment to a house. Very professional from booking through the move. The three-person crew took extreme care to ensure that nothing got damaged. They also were well trained and knew how to move difficult pieces. They also wrapped almost every piece to make sure it wouldn’t get damaged mark walls. I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers they can trust at a fair rate.
I hired Bronx Moving Company to move my furniture and boxes. Three men showed up that day and were professional at what they did. They wasted no time in getting down to business, asking what was going and what was staying. They took very few breaks for the hard work they were doing. Price isnt cheap, but you get what you pay for. Recommended.
I had a great experience with this company. They were excellent, went above and beyond for me. I cannot thank them enough for the customer service they provided while moving my belongings to their new destination before it was scheduled time! From the minute I picked up the phone to start my order till it was over was such a pleasant and easy experience. They charge exactly what any other company would charge and you get A+ service. Donald and his team were our specific movers and not only did they deserve a good tip but a good review. Im not one to write a review but I do believe that the job they did deserves recognition. 2022-02-24Love these movers ❤️. We have used them twice and they have been phenomenal every time. We have a big TV that they were able to move in both moves without damaging. They also did a great job with our beds. If you need a moving company Bronx Moving Company - Flat Fee Moving LLC is the company to use. They were great, friendly and fast. They always call the next day to check out how the move went. They have a great price and exceptional service. If we move again we will definitely be using Bronx Moving Company - Flat Fee Moving LLC. 2022-02-21My husband and I just had our fourth move with Bronx Moving Company - Flat Fee Moving LLC and they were even more incredible than before! This time we used their packing services, too, and the team they sent was quick, efficient, and professional. They packed up our apartment with an extreme amount of care, and moved us into our house in great time---double checking with us that every box was placed in the correct room, and every piece of furniture was assembled and placed exactly as we wanted it---before finishing up their job. We have recommended them and will continue recommending them to everyone we know. Thanks for helping take much of the stress out of moving!

2022-06-27Excellent service. Friendly staffs. I previously hired a moving company, but they were so dishonest. I searched Google and discovered Bronx Moving Company by chance. I had everything packed and needed to move the same day from Bronx, NY to Virginia; they picked up my belongings within two hours and delivered them early the following day. The price was also reduced. They were so accommodating and helped me move my belongings quickly and safely. I highly recommend Bronx Moving Company and am extremely grateful to them. 👏👍🏻❤️

2022-05-17They assisted me with my previous relocation and were so helpful that I requested the same team this time. Even though my apartment building had a slow elevator, they were exceedingly quick and efficient. I can tell they care since I noticed them being extra careful with boxes marked fragile and placing each item exactly where it was stated on the box. They also did an excellent job assembling my bed, bookshelves, and sofa each time. They are highly recommended! Mike , who assisted me with the estimate process, was also great and so easy to work with. Before the big move, he made sure I had everything I needed. 2022-03-08We met our drivers at 10am in Manhattan, they moved 2 apartments at 2 different locations into 1 new third location apartment, and also unloaded our boxes and reloaded it with items we were bringing to storage, we ended at 5pm. They were amazing movers, efficient, wrapped everything with care, did not damage anything, and moved as quickly as possible. Their leader Donald was a complete rockstar and did most of the heavy lifting, carrying everything and organizing the entire move, in 90 degree heat! And his teammate Darren helped so much with loading and unloading the heavy items. And their teammate Rick watched both trucks and helped as well. 10/10 recommend Bronx Moving Company and Donald, Darren and Rick! Thanks guys!
