I love this place because there are a lot of events that take place in this space.
Unique neighborhood performance space...Unusual opportunities to hear Latin music curated by Bobby Sanabria and Elena Martinez. Cheap. Varied.
A wonderful community institution celebrating its history & music.

2019-12-06Awesome experience. Been there several times with my children.Small place with so much to offer. Check their website out. They always have such great events. They even have FREE classes for children.Yes free. Adult classes are offered for a low price.

2015-12-31The Bronx Music Heritage Center offers amazing programming throughout the year, keeping Bronx Music history alive and well. Contrary to popular belief, its not just Latin and hip hop but they celebrate and teach about all cultures!From on and off site events to music tours in The Bronx, the staff does an amazing job and retelling and chronicling our music and stories.Its a very special place where every different ethnic heritage is celebrated.Make sure you get in their mailing list to keep up with their events!Oh and theyll be breaking ground at a new home in Melrose which will feature 15,000 square feet and a big performance space, outdoor programming and lots more!
