So far went for consultation, felt comfortable loved Victoria at the front desk awesome customer service she deserves a raise. Dr. Cote is cool and informative, makes sure you know whats going on.
Besides the best customer service ever! I love that they know what their doing they always give the best care and best recommendations if needed. I recommend for any one to come here if they need help maintaining their gums healthy or they want implants. Wouldnt recommend no where else.

It is rare nowadays that you experience such awesome customer service . I was made to feel like family from the instant I entered their practice. I am 57 years old and have visited different dentists over the years . Never have I had such a great experience meeting a dentist . Dr Cote was the quintessential dentist that you would want to treat you . I am writing this positive review because of the way I was treated . They have not even performed any work yet other than x rays and consultation . What a great office! The staff was nice and welcoming. The x-ray tech was very knowledgeable and calming. Dr Cote was amazing. He made me feel very relaxed and explained everything in detail and in a way it was understood. I highly recommend

Went for my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised that there is parking close by. The staff was very nice and the dentist was funny. And every thing was modern! The X-rays of my mouth were done with the least discomfort I have ever felt in a dentist office. The X-Ray machine was small and handheld so that the young lady doing them did not have to leave the room to take them. And no particular procedure was forced on me, like advocating for implants vs partials. The last dentist I went to did not seem willing to do partials and pushed hard for me to get implants. Here I was told I did not have to do one or another or anything. I actually like going to the dentist now. I highly recommend them.

Extremely professional practice, I never met a group of people so welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this periodontist office to anyone looking for a periodontist. From when you walk through the door the receptionist are very friendly and hospitable. Doctor Cote is fantastic, he explains everything that needs to be done, he answers all your questions and he make you feel at ease about whats needs to be done and whats going on with your teeth and gums. It helps that he have a fun and bubbly personality and a very excellent bed side manner. Im actually looking forward to my return visit....
Amazing! The practice is clean, run very efficiently, wait times were surprisingly short, and both the staff and Dr. Cote were so welcoming. The receptionist inspired confidence from the moment I walked in. Then a personable, very cheerful young woman took the x-rays so quickly and accurately using very high-tech equipment. Lastly, Dr. Cote himself, who actually listened carefully to my concerns and answered my questions fully. Thank you very much, I will definitely keep coming here!
I had bone grafting done. Thank goodness, it didnt hurt because of the painkillers and the fact that I didnt have to keep my mouth opened wide.Dr. Cote and the dental assistant were very caring, professional and highly competent, which I found on my other visit there as well.They asked me what type of music I wanted, which was nice.They have Pandora, a music app, so you can hear your favorite musical artist, radio station or musical genre while your mouth is being worked on. They sometimes have TV for you to watch, too. The only complaint I had was that the lights were too bright for my taste, even with my eyes closed.
Great, great staff. I felt right at home as if I was their regular customer on my initial visit. Dr. Cote explained in full detail, the process involved, the pros and cons, and if you did any research going in, you knew he wasnt selling a the Brooklyn bridge. I highly recommend them. They have their own parking lot so thats not a problem, what more can you ask for?
This was my first visit here. From the very moment I made my appointment with Victoria I knew i had made the best decision of my life. I absolutely loved Dr. Cote, I was a nervous wreck when I arrived in the office, (because of prior bad experience with a Periodontist) , but Dr. Cote made me feel extremely comfortable. If he didn’t care about me as a patient, I couldn’t tell. (LOL) Thanks Dr. CAlso, The staff that works there are so people oriented. They make you feel cared about and that allays a lot of the fear that one usually experience.
I am so disappointed of Dr. COTE. DURING MY VISIT TO THE CLINIC TODAY I ASKED HIM A QUESTION ABOUT MY INSURANCE COVERAGE. HE CAME FROM INSIDE THE GLASS PARTITION TO SHOW ME THE AMOUNTS OF MONEY MY INSURANCE COMPANY COVERED FOR MY TREAMENT. HE SAID BETWEEN HIS TEETH: I DONT EVEN BELIEVE YOU WERE A TEACHER. IMMEDIATELY I ASKED; WHAT DID YOU SAID? HE JUST TRIED TO CORRECT HIS FROIDIAN SLEEP AND SAID SOMETHING ELSE. THINK ABOUT HOW YOU REALLY FEEL BEFORE LETTING YOUR REAL FEELING BE ENUNCIATED. YOU ARE SMATR AND EDUCATED; SO MANY OTHER S ARE TOO.

This office is great. I looked on line and read reviews and I was also told by my friend at work about this place. The receptionist explains all I need to do before appt in detail. I was a bit annoyed at first because it took a while to get an appointment (since my records were transferred to this office) however I would like to share that once I finally got my appointment and visited the staff was very friendly and made my visit comfortable. If you need a Periodintist check out Dr. Cote. He is very knowledgeable, he listens, and most importantly, he is the best dentist ever. I have been seeing this dentist for few years now, and I do not have any regrets. I highly recommend Dr. Cote just in case you are looking for a dentist.

Dr. Oken is hands down the best dentist in the Tri State Area. State of the Art equipment and the best pain free experience you will ever get from a dentist. Plenty of parking and the staff is second to none. Always clean and sanitary and his prices are very competitive and affordable. 5 STARS all around.

2021-12-31What can I say no one likes going to the dentist. However this amazing office is full of amazing people. No judgments at all. Doctors dont look down at you and dont say well you shouldve done this or that. They just assess the situation and tell what to do going forward. Dr Cote is extremely good. Very funny and makes the visits there bearable. The staff is beyond helpful. Great energy and the all staff is very knowledgeable. Had my procedure and when completed Dr Cote when over everything in detail and called me the next day to see how I was faring. This is the norm there. Love the staff, love the office it has parking down the block for free so its great. Highly recommend this place I have been going here since 2006 before Dr Cote was there and I must say I have no complaints.

2022-02-12The staff is very personable and caring. They are polite and professional. Dr. Cote, his assistant and my dental hygienist (Melanie) are the best. They treat me well and take good care of my teeth. They give me helpful oral care tips and are generally concerned with any issues I may be experiencing. Kudos to everyone in the office.

2022-04-28I’ve never been excited about going to the dentist till I found this place. The staff is so welcoming, nonjudgmental, knowledgeable and really take their time to make sure you understand your own situation and options. They welcome questions and really discuss matters with you to understand one’s situation. Dr. Cote really takes the time to explain things and makes you look forward to your next visit. They also walked me through what my insurance would cover and what my fees would be in a very professional way which has not always been my experience. While I did have to come out of pocket for part of this visit, I felt it was worth the cost to get a better/honest response about my gums and overall oral hygiene. It was such a relief to finally find a dental place such as this!I will post another after my next visit as I have a few more to go for my procedures. I hope this helps anyone also suffering from oral gum issues.

2022-05-17Went for my two procedures recently (one side each time) and had a really good experience. Staff took their time to properly prep, review my case before getting started and walk me through everything that was next. Pain levels were very low each time and feel such a difference with my teeth, gums and oval oral health. Staff took the time to share info on other oral cleaning recommendations and answer my questions. Been a long time since I’ve felt this comfortable with speaking, etc. Have my follow up in a few weeks and will post again. Anyone going through this should really take a chance to check them out.
