WATCH OUT! The landlord backdates leases and pretends that they are legal leases. As I have experienced first hand, they target people of color and give preferential treatment to Greek tenants. The managing agent has multiple aliases and resides in fictitious Fluching, NY, in order to deceive Housing Preservation Department, Department of Homes, Community Renewal, Department of Buildings, and other city, state, and federal agencies, all of which have been informed about the fraud committed by this landlord.The landlord sends disingenuous notices of repairs to be made on certain dates and times, and will never show up. Then they will tell you that its the tenants responsibility to call them if they dont show up. This is classic corruption of landlords and reflects the intentions of the landlord to FURTHER GENTRIFY the neighborhood. The landlord has an extensive and disgusting history of evicting PEOPLE OF COLOR from the premises.Furthermore, they will send their property manager to harass you if you try holding them accountable for their corrupt actions. I have it on video. They will make horrible unlawful statements, like you cant film the repairs and you cant use video in court. These are very bad people and will only take care of their own, and they will do whatever they can to deceive the courts.The apartment building itself appears clean, but on the inside the walls and floorboards are filled with dangerous molds. After hiring an outside, unbiased mold team, I learned that I had been exposed to dangerous varieties of mold that have been known to exacerbate medical conditions and cause others. Since moving into 2011 Holland Ave, I have had to visit the hospital more than any other time in my life. Since Ive been out, my lungs and breathing have improved.This landlord has done very little of its operations LEGALLY.
