I do not normally write reviews but for Mary Karen (MK) beyond happy to do so!! Over the course of two years and during the pandemic she helped relocate my family from London to Bronxville, first in a rental, then worked with us to find our forever house where we now couldnt be happier!!! She got to know my family and what we love then helped us find the right home. She provided excellent support and advise every step of the way. And when we found the right house, in a very competitive market, she provided just the right advise to ensure we landed it. And, she is an absolute pleasure to work with!!

MK did a terrific job staging and recommending renovations before bringing my house to market. She patiently worked through all the details with me, and had a great personal touch making each room of the house shine to its fullest. I’d been trying to sell for years with no real action, but MK got me my asking price the first week it was on. She’s absolutely stellar!

MK is professional, detail oriented and one of the hardest working realtors you will ever meet. She goes above and beyond to research your needs as a buyer and a seller and leverage her deep knowledge of Westchester real estate. She welcomed us to the community and made sure that our family (kids and pets) had a smooth transition. MK was an incredible guide and support from start to finish. MK knew exactly what we needed and were looking for and was able to get us there ASAP. MK was very informative and honest, both with her thoughts and materials to provide property comparisons. My husband and I gush about MK every time someone asks us who we worked with or how was our home buying experience. She was able to shed light on the community, and aspects our family could enjoy. She stayed heavily involved through the inspection and all the way until close! Purchasing a home is likely one of the most stressful experiences one can encounter, but that was minimized knowing that MK kept us on track and moving along to closing.
