My husband and I had the good fortune of working with Therese (Tracy) Walsh beginning in 2021 and closed on a home in spring 2022. We appreciated Tracys extensive knowledge of the real estate market and the area. We never felt like she was pushy, and we always knew she had our best interests in mind. We were very comfortable asking her questions and truly felt like partners in the experience. She was patient and endured with us in a tough market as first time buyers! Weve known Patty for a few years as we rented a property she represented when we first moved to Bronxville. Impressed by her knowledge, friendliness and a no nonsense approach. We then through the years would bump into her in local establishments and realized also how well known she was in the community - an additional big boost. When we were thinking to list we still did our due diligence and auditioned several local agents. I can say confidently none came close to Patty (and in this case with Tracy). Their team set up, clear and determined approach and knowledge of our neighborhood and housing value was incomparable, and it came through in the showing and eventual sale of our house. Yes we sold at the peak of the market and we sold way above asking, but that was part of the formula. Patty and Tracy knew exactly what to do, how to prep the house, and led the open house and offer/bid process thereafter. If youre ever looking for an agent(s) in this area look no further. There is no one that knows it better or does it better than Patty!!

Working with Patty and Tracy was a pleasure. My wife and I conducted interviews with at least 10 real estate agents and they blew everyone else out the water. Their extensive knowledge of the market, the end to end process and seamless ability to put our minds at ease as first time home buyers made the stressful process of house hunting very easy. From the start they made us feel like we were their top priority. They were always available and actively communicated with us at every step. We saw 8 houses the first weekend and were lucky enough to find our dream home the following week.
