Great service, friendliness. I left there feeling relaxed...just by walking in you smell the aromatic oils and feel the peaceful ambience. Loved my birthday gift. I will definitely visit again.
I would give it 0 stars if I could! I gave my boyfriend a spa certificate for Father’s Day. He made his appointment but unfortunately my dad ended up in the emergency room and he had to reschedule. He called an hour before his appointment which I understand is not a lot of time but who can predict emergencies right! So the man on the phone was rude and told him he would lose his whole certificate if he rescheduled, which I think is absolutely ridiculous! Emergencies happen it’s not like he’s cancelled numerous times. We have gone before and probably would have gone again, but With this experience I wouldn’t even recommend to my friends! I’ve never heard of such of thing!!
I loved my session with Stephanie. I had no idea what to expect and it was an experience that I won’t forget. I connected with Stephanie and she made me feel, and focus on important parts of my life. I will be back. Thank you!
Great place. James the receptionist helped me find the right fit and treatments. Stephanie is absolutely magic - she has the gift. John the massage therapist was great as well. Its nothing but good vibes there.
Chris was excellent. She gave me advise and was able to make my long lasting headache subside within a day. I am grateful. She even reached out to me the next day to check how I was feeling.
It seems like Ricky released something in my Jaw that is making me hear better in my left ear. Ive been going to doctors on and off for years to fix the dizziness I have and now that my jaw feels better and i can hear better from my left ear this is something I can bring to the attention of my doctors that maybe my jaw has something to do with my ear imbalance
Place was super nice and pleasant, easy to find parking. Temperature in the room was comfortable. Front desk person was super nice. Therapist was very good as well. I was able to buy organic cream in the store that happened to be super nice.
Staff is very attentive and there to help make you feel calm, relaxed, and comfortable. Second time visiting and will come back for more services! If they had some sort of membership service, I would Definitely buy it!!
John was fantastic! Used hard enough pressure to get rid of all my knots but not so much that it hurt. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall great experience and will be returning.

I’m a fairly new customer of the Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary and I love it! I had a wonderful facial about a month ago and a lovely, relaxing massage yesterday with Karen. I’m sorry that I can’t recall the name of the person who gave me the facial - she was terrific! However, I can say that Karen did a great job, as well. She paid particular attention to my back because I explained that I have scoliosis and am concerned about my worsening posture. She made me so comfortable that turning over and getting up from the table caused me no pain, which is unusual for me.I’m planning to treat myself to a monthly experience at BWS, alternating facials and massages, because I’ve had two such delightful treats already!
Everything about my 90 minute deep tissue massage with Ricky was excellent. He offered excellent advice when I asked him questions, he focused on my trouble areas and took great care with my right leg thats had multiple knee surgeries. I left feeling 10x better than when I arrived and thats pretty good considering I felt great to begin with. Very happy and Ill be back again and again.
I got a one-hour deep tissue massage with Ricky that was excellent. He focused on the parts of my back, neck and head that needed work, and he used the right amount of pressure to release the tightness without causing more pain. I highly recommend this massage therapist and the BXV Wellness studio is clean and has a calming atmosphere.
Blossom was exceptional. I walked in with a great deal of pain and walked out painless. She has great hands, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend her!Desiree took care of my mom and because its her she goes every month!! Today my massage session was with John and he was great! Very methodical and gave my muscles a great workout I walked out feeling relaxed!
I’d like to start this shining review by saying, I will miss the entire team at Bronxville wellness sanctuary as I am relocating elsewhere. I’ve been coming here for the past few months and I’m more upset now because I didn’t discover it sooner. James has become another family member, and not the annoying kind you avoid at thanksgiving dinner, but the kind that would jump in a burning building to save your first born. That’s just the management team. Moving onto the bread and butter: Ricky has the strength of lion tamer and the tame delicateness of an orchid breeder, those two powerful assets combined completely melt away the weight of any burden you most certainly are carrying in these trying times. He’s packed full of very practical information as if he were reading directly out of a sports therapy almanac intra-massage and his concern for my posture was heartwarming to say the least. As you reluctantly depart this sanctuary of aromas and love, you’re given parting gifts of hydration and well wishes to soften the blow of not being able to stay there till then end of our numbered days here on Earth. Do yourself a favor. GO HERE.

I called about an hour prior to my treatment. No one answered (called twice) so I left a voicemail explaining that I had an emergency and could not make my appointment.I received three phone calls about 10 minutes after when my treatment was supposed to be, asking if I was going to make it. I explained that I left a voicemail prior to my appointment mentioning again an emergency took place. The person was apologetic on the phone, however I was still charged for my full treatment. I completely understand a cancellation policy for most situations. I just thought a company would have a bit more consideration for someone under this circumstance (I explained what the emergency was over the phone to the person).Not to mention I made the appointment less than two days prior, it wasn’t like I had a spot taken up for months. I could see maybe 50% of the treatment being charged but the full amount after calling due to an emergency? I don’t know, something I wouldn’t do in business; I found that very disappointing.

I went to Wellness to get their signature massage . Desiree was so informative and professional.She made me feel so comfortable and explained to me the benefits of each stretch I did .10 out of 10 experience . So much so I recommended their service to my mother and she has a scheduled appointment for 4/29/2021.
Not worth the money. The masseuse was either barely touching me or pressing way too hard and was unhappy when I tried to ask for more or less pressure. Also, he got SO much oil in my hair. I left feeling way more stressed than when I came.
I was a little apprehensive about getting a massage (because of COVID) but my birthday was coming up and I was overdue to a massage :). So I looked up a few locations in my area and Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary had great reviews from people who went during the pandemic. So I decided to go and am so happy I did...the environment felt very inviting, relaxing and clean/sanitized and Peter (who wore a mask the whole time) was amazing...very friendly and paid attention to my problem areas!! I walked out of there feeling like a new person . I will definitely be back.
Yesterday was my first visit to BWS. I had a facial, done by Joanie, who was marvelous in every way. She was ready as soon as I arrived and worked for the entire hour. Due to the pandemic, I had not had a facial in more than a year and my skin was not in great shape. At my previous facial (elsewhere), I told the aesthetician that I was bothered by whiteheads. She told me at the end that she “wasn’t able to remove” them and suggested a product that they sold - and I was foolish enough to buy it! Needless to say, it didn’t work. I mentioned the whiteheads to Joanie and she took care of them, as well as my blackheads, etc. Despite the ten or fifteen minutes of discomfort during this extraction process, it was a delightful hour. Joanie provided a very relaxing massage of my face, neck, hands and arms. Heavenly!! I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend both BWS and Joanie - well worth the cost.
Because Blossom is more than a masseuse... She was part life coach and part energy healer. She is in tune with much more than the muscles she soothes. Being in hr presence alone was a healing and calming experience. She worked magic on my uber-tense muscles and soothed my soul in the meantime. The appointment I had was not just good, it was transformative
I have received numerous massages with different therapists and every single session has been fantastic. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the anatomy. They provide excellent advice on simple preventative stretches that I can do to avoid injury. I have also received facial services from Elizabeth. They are incredibly relaxing and my skin really felt and looked very refreshed.
I had the CBD oil massage with John. He is very professional and did an awesome job. I felt very relaxed when the session was over.

I enjoyed my energy balancing massage today with Blossom. She greeted me with a very warm and welcoming energy. Her assessments of me were very accurate and she taught me about chakra balancing. The massage was very therapeutic yet still relaxing and put me to sleep a few times. Overall, a very pleasant & relaxing experience.

Bronxville wellness sanctuary is a clean, simple, calming and beautiful place. No one ever suggests to buy any of their wonderful products, as so many places do. ( all products I have chosen to purchase have been fabulous, especially the facial moisturizer and the newest orange aquave foot scrub and coffee grind exfoliator. ) They have a great line of gentle aroma therapy choices and more. My person is Georgetta. I have liked everyone ever met over last 10 years. Georgetta is an extraordinary person and her facials are thorough and exceptionally soothing. She is a very special person, upbeat, life- giving energy and i like her in too many ways to list. I hope Georgetta stays at BWS forever. Book at least 2 weeks ahead, Georgetta is very popular. Sara is the best masseuse I had in a long time. She is caring and concerned about your well being. Her suggestions for increasing muscle tone and especially me tightness in my quads are on the spot! I highly recommend Sara for an hour session.The sanctuary is immaculate with warm and friendly atmosphere. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful.
I am 12 weeks postpartum and was in much need of a massage and Linda did a fabulous job. I am having some issues with my arm which she made sure to focus on. She then took the time to show me stretches for my trouble area after she was finished with the massage, which I greatly appreciated! The environment is beautiful and very relaxing. I highly recommend and will be going back!
Dez was very observant, knowledgeable and skilled, as are all of the massage therapists here. The space is always clean and well kept, and staff is pleasant. Very pleased to have BWS so close to home.

I had never been to the Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary based on reviews I made an appointment for a 1 hour hot stone massage with Tina. As I walked in the feeling was that of calmness and serenity. I was greeted with a smile and almost immediately Tina came for me. Tina asked me if I had any problem areas and we discussed my needs. I dont know where the hour went, but when Tina was done I felt wonderful. It is amazing what stress can do the the human body, and what a one hour massage can do to counteract it. I will be back!
I love this place! Not only is the masseuse terrific at her job, but she is warm and friendly (Des - there are others, but she is the only one that Ive dealt with). The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are friendly.
I sincerely appreciate all the CARE and CAUTION that is being taken at the Sanctuary. The staff show GREAT respect for safety concerns and are always willing to listen to me, or take additional precautions that I requested, including wearing a shield over a mask. I cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful little place! I feel they are taking very good care of me and are very conscientious, AND THE MASSAGES ARE AMAZING. This place is PROFESSIONAL, tranquil, and peaceful. I have been suffering from severe neck and back pain, but after back to back massages here..... I have noticed a big difference! I also can personally recommend their prenatal massages -- I went weekly during my pregnancy! GO!!!!!!!!

From the moment I walked in the door and received a warm welcome from the receptionist, I started to relax and escape from the daily grind. My practitioner was THE BEST. I received one of the best one-hour massages I’ve ever had. This was my third visit to the location and I wouldn’t get a massage anywhere else. I’ve had three different practitioners here, and they were all top-notch. They listened to my quirky issues and delivered a massage tailored to my needs. What more could you ask for?
I had a massage today with Desiree and my husband had a massage with Sarah. We both really enjoyed our massages. Desiree was excellent, she used reflexology, hot towels and even stretched me out. I was so relaxed I was drooling and even fell asleep lol! My husband said Sarah was also amazing! He said she was easy going and the massage was very relaxing. He liked how she stretched him out and gave him good advice on stretches that he can do on his own. We both had a great experience at Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary and highly recommend both Desiree and Sarah.
Wonderful! Peter is the absolute best. Period. He has a very wide range of skills and can provide a customized massage. His deep-tissue work is beyond compare. Liz offers superb facials, expertly tailored to your needs. The staff at the spa is unfailingly friendly and courteous. The spa itself is very comfortable and mere steps away from the Bronxville train station. I am a long-time client of the spa and will continue to be.
I had a small issue, but one of the owners, Peter was extremely understanding and helpful. He made me feel like my concerns were heard and I feel welcome to this lovely place.
Peter was the best deep tissue sport massage I have ever received. He knew exactly where to work on my back and in my neck based on my described pain and condition. He was in good communication about where he was working on the pain and why. And checking in if it was too much or not enough pressure. Most massage don’t get into the root cause or look at the body functionality as a whole. They just go top to bottom. I was specific to my pain areas and Peter was specific in maximizing the hour on those spots and not wasting time on other areas. Peter knew exactly where the underlying issues were so I could get the most relief from my pain and work out the knots. A++

My experience with Stephanie was quite not what i expected. Instead of her telling me what I need to be doing, I was able to have clearer insight from my inner self as to what new steps I need to take for my journey.
Amazing!! The facility was soothing and the staff very nice. Someone even fed my meter when I wasn’t looking. But Elizabeth delivered the best facial I’ve ever received. She knew her stuff and made me very comfortable. So comfortable I eventually fell asleep. But before that, every scent, every product, all of the elements and this esthetician’s hands were perfect. My overall experience at Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary was excellent all around. From walking into such a serene setting, to my relaxing, soothing and healing deep tissue massage. The staff was extremely knowledgeable - not only did they relieve my aching body, but I learned the cause of my neck pain I’ve been suffering with for many years. They even advised me on what to do to remedy the injury! As a result, I can begin the process of healing all thanks to Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary! Before my massage, I was physically hurting. However, I left the spa not only feeling so much better and refreshed but more peace and energy with invaluable information! I am someone who really enjoys massages, as a result I’ve gone to many spas. I can confidently say Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary is the best spa experience Ive ever had hands down! The people at BWS are spectacular. Upon my arrival, they took and hung up my coat and offered me the most amazing cup of chamomile tea that Ive had in a long time. The room was warm and very calming, and the bed was heated. I enjoy everything about my experience and would happily return.

Karen was very warm and friendly, taking time to address my questions and needs. She was very knowledgeable and demonstrated much attentive care during the session. Definitely a wonderful place. The only downside is parking is hard to fine as they dont have their own lot.

Amazing! A very relaxing and calming experience after a hectic month. After a major office move I was experiencing pain and spasm in my shoulder and arm. I had a 60 minute deep tissue sports medical massage with Nimia. She was so intuitive in knowing exactly where and how to work the areas that had been bothering me so badly. It was like a sigh of relief to have my shoulder and arm feel so amazingly good after the massage. I will be back, and to try the other massages as well. Thank you Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary!
Blossom is very knowledgeable of the human body. She provided detail causes of my sciatica pain and concentrated on my back and hips during my massage. I didn’t realize how much tension I have been carrying around. I will be visiting Blossom again!

2022-03-30I highly recommend Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary for massages. They give the best massages my husband and I have received. I recently had THE most relaxing prenatal massage with Ricky. He was very professional, explained the prenatal pillow, and utilized additional pillows for support when lying on my side. The man at the front desk is always so friendly, which is refreshing! Highly recommend!

I received the 75 min CBD massage and I walked out of there feeling like a new (relaxed) person 😊. I will definitely be back!

2022-05-20I left there feeling the same as when I walked in. I feel so cheated & robbed. I chose This massage (lymphatic massage) for a serious personal reason & he didnt focus on lymph at all!! My first time going there & I thought it was beautiful when i walked in & was excited & left so disappointed. I paid so much money for a basic rubb down.
