This place is just amazing! My mother in law has been there for a few months and we thought the transition was going to be so much harder for her as well as us but the 🤩 AMAZING SWEET AND WARM staff has made this so much easier. They are all just so great. Choosing Brookdale for your loved one will be a happy decision for you

I can not say enough about the personnel at Brookdale East. They took very good care of my mother. They we always polite and professional and went out of they way to make her stay as comfortable as possible.

My mom was a resident of Brookdale, eventually moving on to long term skilled nursing. At Brookdale she was treated with love & respect by her aides, and everyone from the director to the cleaning staff. In addition, I was always made to feel welcome on my almost daily visits. It was heartbreaking to have to move my mother from my home to theirs, but Matthew and all the staff helped me deal with the move as much as they helped her. It’s a great place and I had never to worry while she was living in their care.

My grandmother has been in this facility since September. It is terrible!!! We researched as a family and she resided in a brookdale in another state that was wonderful. We trusted the name, mistake on our part. The staff is scarce, her room smells terrible, she ends up with the wrong clothes , and I could go on. When is it okay to pawn off your residents because you don’t want to deal with their issue ??? NEVER!!! You get paid to take care of her through the good and the bad. If you don’t like that get another job. And when you speak to family and they tell you not to do something or to do something you need to listen!!! Also the staff never helps get her in our cars when we need the help.

My dad has been here for a month now and as I am out of state the staff has been very helpful and has answered all my questions. My dad is in the hospital right now and the first thing this AM Megan told me she is following up with the hospital to check on him. I couldnt ask for a better staff. They greet you as you walk in and I saw him on Friday and when I stopped in to check on something Monday they knew who I was and knew who I was there to see.

My Aunt is here now,the place is amazing,staff is wonderful and very helpful,the facility is so clean and kept up it looks brand new.She is in great care.
