Smaller than some, but with two of my favorite vendors. Each has a line, but they are reasonable & move quickly. Ill be back!*** UPDATE ***Today, there were fewer vendors, but my favorite, Wilkilow Orchards, was there.

They were very organized, their was a line where you have to stay 6ft apart following the COVID protocol. I will recommend shopping at that farmers market.
Love this little market! Its small but you can get everything! Meat, veggies, fruits, plants and flowers, bread! The bread is delicious!! Check it out!
I love this market and shop it regularly but the parameters are very strict and more people would come were there more vendors. They insist on locally sourced stuff but we have only one Baker and they are average at best. We really can do better. So much better. That said...I love Fledging Crow. Best organic grower.

This month features an array of indoor outdoor plants. Reasonably priced..not much in the way of produce though..to early in the season.
Downtown Brooklyn is a great place for either locals or tourist. You have so much going on with historical buildings, parks, restaurants, subway station and Brooklyn Bridge.
Its very small and has a limited selection. I used to live across the street from here and would only go to this farmers market if I already happened to be walking by. Its not that what they have is bad, it just doesnt warrant an extra trip.
The green market is excellent but the prices per pound were EXTREMELY high for all the produce.

Real deal market, with great selection I got fresh honey comb here and scallions, they have a fish booth, meat, bread, desserts, flowers veggies fruits, alot of alot can be found here.

Get your fresh fruits and veggies. They also have fresh meats and seafood. The homemade baked goods are delicious!
This is actually a Farmers market, where the produce comes directly from the farm ,and supposedly unfertilized. I like to buy my live house plants there also as they are reasonably priced.

2022-03-20Nice but I havent seen it precovid and right now it is too small with very few shops. We did buy a few nice muffins and other baked goods and the quality and taste was excellent but overall variety of goods available is very little. Fruit also mostly apple was available.

2022-07-04I love coming here but there arent alot of selections here. But its cool to browse and get fresh produce, eggs, breads/ baked goods, cheese or honey & jellies.

2021-10-29I always enjoy the fresh fruits and vegetables the farmers have to offer. I love it. I made a nice vegetable soup with the majority of the vegetables I bought on Saturday. The gala apples were delicious. Excellent prices compared to the stores I attend. If you are looking for fresh and decent prices this is where you should go. They are there every Saturday from 8am until about 3:30pm.

2020-08-10Was a nice surprise. Due to Covid and social distance getting produce was pretty time consuming but an almond croissant was easy and tasty

2016-09-21I looove fresh fruits and veggies. What could be better than a farmers market right smack dab in the middle of somewhere so refreshing and unexpected... something to look forward to on court days... even complete with cider, nursery, and even bakery!!

2021-10-27Farmers Market on the Plaza in front of Courthouse on Court St & Montague St.I went to redeem my five $4 coupons given to me from HES pantry. Bought two large bunches of fresh Kale greens, bag of red apples and bag of golden delicious apples, two garlic bulbs. My heart was set on gallon bottle of apple cider along with some apple pastries. HES coupons was restricted for fruits and veggies only. Market doesnt give change. So I they threw in the garlic bulbs. HES gift of $20 in coupons. Hey, dont sweat it. Only in NY. Lol.😋

2021-06-29Love the market. Most of the vendors are pleasant. The flowers are often wilted. I suggested that they keep them in a place out of the sun. I think the prices of vegetables have gone up in price?Gives me a good feeling to patronize green market grocers!Take care 🙂
