We had a great experience working with Carlo and the entire team at BK kitchen and tile design. Everyone was extremely helpful and responsive and our countertops came out perfectly. From start to finish, the process was quick, easy and well priced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I used Brooklyn Kitchen, Tile and Design for my kitchen design and cabinets. I cannot be more pleased with how everything turned out. Carlo took my vision and made it a reality. Carlo was such a pleasure to work with it. He was professional, creative and friendly. I also purchased my hardware and faucets through Carlo, they are absolutely stunning! Had a great experience at Brooklyn Kitchen Tile and Design. The entire staff is friendly and really helpful.We worked closely with Carlo on our kitchen redesign and tiling needs and I must say that he was excellent - always patient and available tk answer questions, he is candid and very knowledgeable. He was honest and forthcoming with ideas and helped to guide us ti select the right combination for our kitchen (and eventually a half-bath renovation, as well.)Brooklyn Kitchen Tile and Design were dedicated and professional - assisting us from start to finish, coming out initially to do a walk-through to get an idea of the layout and then coming out again during the quartz countertop/backsplash install, to make sure it came out as designed. The kitchen came out looking great!We’re so very glad to have worked with Carlo and the staff at Brooklyn Kitchen Tile and Design. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!
This is their second store, with their main store and warehouse in Brooklyn. The selection for cabinets as well as countertops are all truly great but the tile brands and selection is great. There is everything here from aff6rable to high end tile, something for everybody. Found parking in front of the store too!

They work with every budget, they have a huge variety of quality products, and the customer service is top notch. Both Ivette and Carlo was truly fantastic people, and make you feel a part of their family. They care about meeting your wants, needs and have a sincere interest in turning your dream home into reality.
Top quality service and top quality materials. Carlo and his staff are extremely easy going, very helpful and assist at every step of the project. Some minor issues came up and Carlo was extremely responsive and resolved the issues immediately with no questions asked. I would highly recommend using them for any renovation projects and we were completely satisfied and will be returning when he renovate our kitchen.
Ivette and Carlo are anachronisms from the old world of customer care and service. From the moment I walked in, through the process of selecting my countertops, and hurdling through all the Covid delays, they were top-notched in every aspect. I felt like they cared about their customers specific needs and demands. Ivette has a very good/critical eye and gave really good advice. Carlo kept on top of the order throughout. They responded within minutes of every single random inquiry. There were tireless in their efforts. The shop has a LOT of choices and quality items. My countertops were installed with incredible precision and that waterfall edge is literally seamless. I dont do a lot of reviews, but they were exceptional.
The experience and customer service provided was impeccable. Brooklyn Tile and Design has a vast array of cabinet and tile styles and designs to choose from. Carlo was very thorough in the process and came up with a beautiful kitchen design that exceeded mine and my wife’s expectations. We’re very happy with our new kitchen!

We cannot recommend Brooklyn Tile and Design highly enough! 10 stars!!! Yvette and Carlo both assisted us in designing 2 small bathrooms for our new home. We sent them inso pics before our first meeting and upon arrival they were prepared with multiple samples. Our designs took a couple of meetings to finalize, but each time, they were both so patient in working through our ideas to get it to what we envisioned. With their help, we designed 2 stunning bathrooms that we are so happy with. Their prices were reasonable and we were very happy to spend our money supporting a local small business. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again on future home projects.
Carlo and his team were phenomenal! From the design aspect to the delivery of the product, everything was smooth from start to finish. The suggestions he made were great and always gave us the pros and cons of each product/color we were choosing so we could make an educated decision. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and communication are qualities that are so hard to find, but such a breath of fresh air. Our floor, kitchen, and fireplace look absolutely stunning!! Highly recommend!
Brooklyn Kitchen, Tile and Design is a great, one stop shop. I found not only cabinets, but the tile floor and beautiful counter top all in their show room. The best and surprising part was that their prices were less than Home Depot and Lowes ! I did all the comparison shopping and the countertop that I ended up getting at BK,T&D was half the price for what I saw in Home Depot. They also have a much larger selection, so I got exactly what I wanted and didnt have to settle because of the cost.
Carlo was great to work with, our kitchen cabinets came out so nice. All communication was prompt and products are competitively priced. I would recommend him for your kitchen remodeling needs.
Ivette was very helpful. She worked with me to choose tiles for a gut reno of a 1bd apt, kitchen&bath keeping budget and style in mind. The tiles arrived quickly wih no issues and are currently being installed. Look forward to working with them again.
Very personable experience with Carlo. Made me feel good about spending my money. The first time I’ve ever experienced someone down selling me on a product to save me money against what I intended to buy. If you like the generic assembly line like service go to Home Depot. If you want to spend your money with a company that is actually concerned with the end result. Go to Brooklyn Tile and Design. I will never buy from anyone else when it comes to bathroom and kitchen remodeling. They also carry products you will not find in everyone else’s house.

We had the best experience redoing our 3 bathrooms & main kitchen— starting from the design, throughout the whole process, they really took the pressure off of us & We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Even in the midst of Covid, they kept the project running smoothly!... definitely recommend & cant wait to use them for our summer kitchen!

Process of planning my dream kitchen was daunting but Carlo was very helpful with planning and designing the best kitchen layout possible. He was very accommodating and helpful in selection of cabinets, countertops, flooring and backsplash tiles, etc. He came to the house 2x for measurements, and worked well with my contractor in finalizing measurements and ordering of cabinets, countertop, flooring, backsplash. Ordered everything I needed from this showroom to complete my dream kitchen. Showroom has a vast selection of cabinets, tiles, flooring and countertops. Beautiful Cambria quartz countertops at a great price here! So much here to see you’ll need to visit many times before making a decision; not a problem, they are accommodating and very patient!All products and services were rendered timely and efficiently even though it was during Covid19.Visited other showrooms but felt comfortable with Carlos and his staff so much so that I decided to give this showroom my business. Finding a diamond in the ruff is not easy however we got lucky when we found Brooklyn Tile and Design.Found this store off a google search, went there and designed the entire bathroom in one day. Carlo knows his product and his business and the prices weren’t too bad either.What we love best about them is the personal touch and excellent communication you receive from them. I was looking for a vanity for my bathroom renovation. Carlo was very helpful showing different styles and helping to pick out a color that went with my wall and floor tile and had a color swatch available at the store for me to compare to my tile. I picked out the vanity on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday morning. It came out looking fabulous in the space. I had a great experience shopping there.
Carlos was cooperative and communicated effectively during this process of getting a new countertop. Additionally, people who came to do the measurements and installation were very prompt and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience! I would recommend.

Brooklyn Tile has every tile you can ever imagine! The most beautiful and gorgeous tiles!! I am re doing my kitchen and master bathroom and when I walked into Brooklyn Tile, I didn’t know what I wanted or what I was looking for. Quality products for fair prices. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice guy named Carlos. At first I did not know what I wanted, but he made sure to spend quality time assisting me. Definitely worth even going to check it out, their variety of products is superb.
We started working with brooklyn tile about 10 months ago when we decided we needed new floors in our living room and dining room. It was a no brainer that we turned to them when we renovated our kitchen. The materials they sell are top of the line. They get to know you on a personal basis and guide you through the entire process. Carlo was helpful, thorough, professional, and pleasure to work with. His design ideas were unique. His ideas and attention to detail are the reason we have the kitchen that we always dreamed of. He was available for us whenever we needed him. He walked us through the renovation process step by step. It was seamless!

Worked with Carlo on our kitchen. He was referred to us by a friend. Even though he had to come to Westchester for this job he was really involved. He showed us a few 3D renderings and went over our options and provided professional suggestions which really helped (cabinet type and style, pantry size, backsplash etc...). He even asked about our contractor who was doing the install to make sure they did it right and understood the plans and see if they had any questions or concerns. He was very thorough. We had no idea where to start, and were overwhelmed with the breadth of materials and designs. Carlo offered excellent assistance, we trusted him immediately. He answered every question promptly.
