2017-07-24I also had the worst first time encounter with them last wk. Saw an item in store for a specific price and once got to the cashier (who may have been one of the store managers or person in charge) the wise guy said the price is actually 3x more that what was actually marked. I happen to know the price of that specific item and it is NOT what the cashier was asking for. To sell an item close to near three times more than it is actually marked in store or at least twice what other stores or online sites charge is simply ripping off the customer! I find their behavior rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. I wouldve give zero stars if I could.The doctor!

2014-02-06Our company buys from Brooklyn Supply all the time, but as the junior man in our department, I have not had the pleasure of dealing with them directly until recently when I had to return a broken surveillance camera. While usually a terrible and annoying process anywhere else, however, Lorri, was able to expedite the process with Toshiba, take all the frustration of a return away, and she always got back to me fast and effeicently.

2018-11-20My god. Worse people works there. They Ignore your presence. I visit first and last time there. For 10 seconds exchange, I had to wait 25 minutes.
