Bought a bong here. The owner was so nice, he took $5 and gave me a free lighter! Also was very knowledgeable when I had questions. Highly recommend. Nice to go to a warm and welcoming smoke shop :).
Been a customer here for years now Amit and his staff have always treated me very good and always hooked me with great vaporizer and CBD products. The new girl don’t know her name have a been a great addition to store staff she is very polite and generous every time I go here, but Never liked that security type of guy sitting in the front and giving stares to people. He always make me feel so uncomfortable when I walk into the store never greets neither stands up from his place whenever any customer walks in.
Came in as a person knowing nothing about smoking, and attempting to buy a gift for an avid smoker. By the time I left Amit had feeling like a seasoned veteran. Words do not describe the level of care he gives to his customers to ensure that every one of them leaves happy with their purchase. I will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone that I run into!!

Amit was there for me when I had no one else. My mod had broken and through my efforts of taking it apart could not be fixed. I went to a vape shop closer to my house and they were selling 5 year old mods for over $100 bucks. I miss seeing sia here hope she come back soon. She use to take care of me all the time whenever I went there now this guys have very bad attitude issue and dont even understand what they saying keep mumbling in their own language. This place is great! I bought my first vape here and the staff was super helpful and very nice. The guidance that the sales associate provided was far more valuable than any info I could find on the web. He personalized the experience and found me the vape that I needed to help me quit smoking, which is awesome! I even went back and they showed me how to clean it, something I could not figure out on the web despite a million searches. Overall this is an awesome smoke shop and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a vape :)
I love coming to this smoke shop! The staff is friendly! They never cheat you on prices and they stay open late for you if you call them and ask them to wait!

The owner is extremely rude and sells fake puff bar. I entered the code and even showed hiM as it authenfied as fake but he argued with me that “Why would you put the scratch off code. That doesnt work” MR I dont understand....
I really really enjoy the workers at this location. They are very knowledgable and are good salesmen. Great pieces all around the store. I obviously, highly recommend this place. Mohammed is great and his co-workers are cool. Very neat and clean store too and good clientele coming in and out.

This place and the experience was great and the reason was because of a sales clerk named Sia .previously I had to get my money back from an unrelated hookah pipe store.so it was a pleasure having to deal with a professional,competent,polite and respectful sales clerk..

Bought a 160 dollar vape pen here, brought it home and it didnt work at all, wouldnt turn on. Came back the next day with the item and receipt, was told they do not honor returns and I would have to go through the manufacturers warranty. So I started this process to find out the pen they sold me was a fake. I printed out this correspondence with the manufacturer and brought it in, and they told me The email was fake. Avoid at all costs, you have no idea what your going to get.
I purchased the Volcano Vape and many more over the course of 6 years and they all still work. This is the best smoke shop in Brooklyn.

Visiting the city and my buddy takes me here.Right off the bat the pieces they have are awesome looking.The selection was beyond what Im use to on the boonies, so thats a plus. Lots of new pieces and equipment while having the regular items.The service was excellent. Guy who assisted me mustve been like thier quality control/guinea pig guy, had knowledge of the pieces i was interested. Showed me new/different things but not in the sleazy upselling kind of way, more like legit just wanted the customer to have a good time with their purchases.Ended up with a Vape and a Pure bong.

Great Smoke Shop right across from the Barclays Center. Was buying a nicotine vapor for a neighbor who smokes in the apartment beneath us. Since I didnt know much myself, Muhammed was more than helpful setting me up with a vaporizer and oil that matched the cigarettes my neighbors smokes. Also did a complete demo so I could later demo it myself. Highly recommend. Prices were more than fair.

I was in the Resturant today myself and my daughter we walked in no greet from the staff no napkin no salt no pepper basically I had to get up and go to the bar and get my own necessity ketchup sad the friendliness was poor we where sitting inside no air condition on a hot day like today my daughter as eczema and we had to hurry up eat and leave am sorry I will not return am a health inspector and am completely turned off 5-19-17 no one didnt even come over to ask if we are OK and need anything they were too busy talking among themselves .....people approach need worked on .

Aside from just having a massive cigar lounge, they have the rare breed ofone of the largest quantities of high quality Vape Supplies; actually priced BEYOND AFFORDABLY. The greatest thing about this place besides the above is the fact that the staff is truly awesome. They have brightened the worsed of days all inadvertantlygoing by the shop. Very good store.It is almost in front of the barclys center. (Famous Brooklyn stadium) basketball I think.One of the good things about the store is that it stays open late at night. And they have almost everything you smoke:cigarillos, pipes, lighters, Zippo lighters, hookahs, tobacco to make your own cigarettes, silk for cigarettes ...But they dont have cigarettes if I remember correctly. And they used to have cigars but nowadays the cigar room has turned into rubberized pleasure products (good connoisseurs will understand 😁😉🔞♋).🔥🔞🍀🚬💥🔥

2022-06-15Was at Steiner studios and ran out of carts. After scooting around for a bit I came upon this Vape Shop. Place was set up very nice. The kid who worked there was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to assist the other customers and myself with our needs. The prices were also very reasonable and I will stop by again when I have to go to Steiner Studios.

2022-07-31This place seems shaddy. They have the 600 dollar studenglass double g bong for 200. They sell the firefly2 for the same as the firefly2 pluss, the glass looks questionable and the guy in the shop aggressively tries to sell you something. I dont know where all the good reviews are coming from. It looks as life there inventory is clones from Dhgate. Dont waste your money.

2021-10-03This place is the bomb dot com. It’s rare if they don’t have a piece I need and they will always order it for me if needed. Great customer service. I’ve texted them through google and they always reply promptly to check on inventory for me. The frontman is sooooo helpful I’ve been going for years and even if I don’t come back for a while he always remembers me. I needed a piece for my vape and they went out of their way sending it from one of their locations to another in a few hours. 10/10 definitely one of the best smoke shops in NYC
