I have been attending this wonderful place for over a year at various times during the day. The pool attendants are very courteous, hard working and very professional. The swimming pool is properly cleaned. The managers do a great job to maintain the standards of this place. I highly recommend and have already referred my friends to them. Thumbs up!!
Great facility with lots of options in classes for an affordable cost. The added bonus for parents is the childcare room that doesnt cost an additional fee like other places may. Staff is helpful and go beyond, for instance Jahmel who was going on a break when I first visited but still took the time to show me around. Additionally the women working in childcare room. The environment is also kept clean at all times.A star is missing because I feel the time offered for swim class could be a few minutes longer and a little less like baby and me and more of training for 3-4 years old.
I booked a pool birthday party for my granddaughter, and the staff was great from beginning to end. Ms Terri made the booking and arrangements very simple and stress free. The party was a great hit with all the kids, parents, and especially the birthday girl. The staff, Diane, Nina, Jodi, and Jackie were absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with this facility that my family is going to sign up for a membership, and my granddaughter will be taking swimming lessons.

Amazing pool but horrible management. Pool can be randomly closed for repairs or something else and they dont even always notify the members. And of course they dont refund you for those days - at some point the pool was closed for over two month and we still paid the full price. They supposed to close the pool 15 min before the building closes (9.45 pm on weekdays and 5.45 pm on weekends), but when I came in at 5.30 pm on a weekend lifeguard didnt let me in saying his manager told not to let anyone it. When I addressed it to the manager he said he didnt tell him anything like that and apologized, that said I still wasnt able to get in for those couple of laps. Its not random to see lifeguards talking, knitting or on their phones. Two stars for this place just because I love the pool itself so much, really wish management in the aquatics department changed
As a member I believe communication is good and that’s something that is lacking big time. Zero notifications on anything there compared to other gym whining know and go to I alway get an email or text to inform me on any sudden changes that might take place. Which is something this gym never does. Overall the place in nice and can be a five stars gym but the communication which is key is totally lacking and that is not professional. BUT I WILL GIVE A 5 stars for the use of the gym and other areas period.

2022-04-19The facility is nice and parking is great...however, when I enrolled my child in swimming lessons, I was met with instructors that came late or not at all, and poorly led instructional lessons. My child attended for 8 weeks and all she did was walk across the pool. Literally. Walk. Across. The. Pool. I recommend mapping out lesson plans and strategies that meet the needs of your child with the Director and instructor prior to committing to lessons...or you may end up with a master pool walker.

2022-04-04The Good: Free Parking for 3 hours pay after.Has a pool, sauna, steam, maintained cleanliness. The Bad: Pool regularly shuts down and turns green or constantly rented out to local teams so that big pool now only has two lanes so good luck using it.Also be prepared to be yelled at by overbearing and unfriendly pool management Jamall that constantly threatens to cancel your membership,Shirtless trainers on the gym floor recording themselves and others or in the mirror loving themselves expeditiously.I really wanted to like this place but after 1 year Ill be canceling.

2022-06-20This place is clean and the staff is very courteous. The facilities are up to date and the pool is beautiful. The only drawback is that during peak hours the pool is only available after 8pm.

2019-04-19This sports/fitness facility is located behind Starrett City, notable as an event venue as well. Most staff was very helpful and accommodating during the annual hat show/pageant.The building is well lit with natural lighting and equipped for accessibility.

2021-12-31Love it, friendly, big pool, my son has learn to swim 🏊♀️ in this gym. He also does martial arts here! This a God sent facility for the community. A bitpricey but that keeps the bad weeds out if you know what I mean.

2021-11-11MY ONLY ISSUE IS THE BASKETBALL COURTS BEING SLIPPERY with dust, rubbish, gum, and bottles. This makes it impossible to enjoy the flow of a pick up game. The constant wiping back and fourth - fourth and back of the bottom of your sneaker rigorously to prevent a bad fall or injury. This is unsettling as a an athlete or a person who wanted to engage in the play of basketball. The courts aren’t always dusty because they wax it once a year. This wax usually lasts about 3 months give or take but that isn’t enough with there being 9 remaining months to make a year. The staff is friendly and ecstatic. The weight room is modern with the quality of machines. There is a turf provided to workout in a alternative setting. The pool is state of art with affluent temperatures and it is cleaned regularly. They have a sauna and steam room that are petite but works immensely for the size. Drawing back to the pool, it is the most maintained in the gym besides every other department. I believe this because it generates a-lot of income unlike the basketball court. Which brings me to the conclusion of why us members who use the basketball courts are ministered iniquitously.

2021-09-07Probably one of the best deals when it comes to fitness in Brooklyn. Olympic size swimming pool, with detached kiddie pool. Great state of the art fitness equipment and of course, separate men and women steam and sauna rooms. Also plenty of secured parking spaces.

2021-07-27The management of this facility has deteriorated. Group swim classes are difficult to get into, due to a limit of 4 students per class and there are only 4 sessions available over the weekend. When you do get your child into a class, quite frankly 30 minutes isnt enough time to learn anything when some time is also spent playing. Now, on to private lessons - Ive been trying to schedule private lessons for MONTHS - NO ONE RETURNS A PHONE CALL. IVE EVEN FILLED OUT PAPERWORK AND SIGNED ON THE DOTTED LINE...NO ONE HAS CALLED TO SCHEDULE A SESSION. Group excercise - not enough mid morning courses for people who are still working from home. Limited spin courses. There are no open swim sessions. I can go on. This gym is STILL offering basic services so there is no value in paying the money for membership.
