This place is friendly, efficient and a great resource. The dr that saw me was stellar comparative to even my internist. I cant say enough great things about this place. Thank you for coming to the neighborhood. Will definitely be using your services.
Shocked by how great my experience was here. without an appointment in less than 10 minutes. The place is very clean, check in process was on an iPad and everyone we interacted with was very friendly and professional.
Visit was quick! Dr. Barbie and Mercedes were excellent. Definitely calmed me down when I had my neck pain/spasm. Will always come back to Brooklyn Urgent Care
Booked an appointment online and after two subways and a bus found it to be closed. Their website says “Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 9AM - 9PM” in one section and lists different office hours in another section. Opening hours on google maps are different again. No answer on their phone when we tried to ring but the automated message said they were “open today from 10am” at 10:30am. Call before you go and if they don’t answer, find somewhere else.
Expert staff. Just met me and told me all of my problems. I knew i was diabetic, but their staff diagnosed me perfectly. And they really cared. Excellent, warm, friendly people. No waiting either.
What a waste of time this turned out to be. You have this older woman doctor who did absolutely NOTHING for me and my pain. She had shaky hands and SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTES. This is how you conduct business? This is how a doctor handles patients? She barely did an exam on me; I couldnt get over how bad she smelled!You really need to reevaluate your employees. And get an actual MD on staff, not just some nonsense let me look at you and tell you that I cant help you bull**** physician.
Went in for a quick question about seeing a physician and was greeted by the sweetest Roky! I want to give a special shout out to her because her customer service and genuine heart turned a concerning manner into a more hopeful one. Thank you so much, Roky! Youre awesome!!!
I went in ash questions. They were answer very nice and politely. Didnt have any problems and I would recommend urgent care Flatbush to anyone. I were out in less than an hour.
Just came from this place & there is nothing urgent about this place nor do the care ! The man tells me I have to leave because the X-ray lady left already and he can’t touch me, Have in mind that My Middle Finger Is Broken & I have my 2 year old in the stroller smh then He Ask me Did I Drive There I said No !! His reply was well if you drove u coulda went elsewhere! Never would I go to this place wen My problems is URGENT because they do not CARE
This is truly a Great facility ! I was suffering from what I thought was the flue , but Dr. Ashraf assured me it was allergies and prescribed me some allergy medicine . He was right I felt better in 24hrs once I started the allergy medicine.Thank you ! Brooklyn urgent care.
Waited over 2 hours for a strep test, during what began as a less than 45 minute wait. After leaving, my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. Calling the office required that I know a specific extension. Phone wouldnt ring, no answering service. So I spent another night in pain and am now covered in a rash.
So far the best Urgent care Ive seen. Very professional, very clean. The most Ive waited is 5 minutes.
They were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They took their time to help you understand and help you through the process, and also the outcome to your situation. They were AWESOME!!
Worst place ever!!!! First thing I hear when I walk in is staff arguing with managers that they havent been paid in months. Doctors cant speak proper English. Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Thanks but no thanks.

The woman doctor was like 80 years old, asked me the same question 5 times, hands shaking while handling equipment, and didnt even help me with my sickness, just assigned me advil. Never go here

The staff at this place was very caring.Also,the waiting time was minimal to none to see the doctor.The doctor treated me with some abdominal pain and answered all my questions regarding my health concerns.
This is not urgent care, emergency room is quicker even though they have more patients. Only one patient ahead of me and waited an hour to see doc.

2016-07-06Best service in Brooklyn. Very fast and great customer service at the front desk. My husband went in today for a physical since his primary care doctor was on vacation and I would have to say I wish the doctor at this place was my primary care doctor. He was very professional and the place is very clean! They even have a filtered water fountain as well a play area for the kids! Major thumbs up to this place!

2016-06-24Great first time experience at this facility. Friendly staff, clean environment, and excellent service. My appointment was at 11:05 AM; I was seen at 11:15 AM after filling out first time visitors paperwork. The service was quick and effective. I will definitely recommend Brooklyn Urgent Care!

2018-02-02I can honestly say, this is one of the best urgent care establishments I’ve ever been too. I was IN and OUT. The staff is amazing and made sure I was 100% before I left. Even if they heard one cough they wasn’t going to let me leave until there was NO COUGH/WHEEZING (asthma). The Dr was very funny and informative. Don’t be fooled by her walker, she don’t play around & wants nothing but the best. I definitely would recommend.

2016-09-26The facility is nice and the ancillary staff was kind. My qualm was with the female physician who provided my care. After being asked a litany of irrelevant review questions by another staff member (~15-20 min), the physician came into the room and spent maybe 2 minutes with me. She also presumed I was not a nice person because I had little to say, rather than remaining a professional and practicing empathy to a patient who might be having a hard day/week/life. The speed and convenience of the facility was great, but my particular provider was distasteful to say the least.

2016-10-19Excellent, very competent, friendly medical service. I was from out of town and by phone received good help getting to the clinic in the evening. The doctor was skilled and knew a lot about tick removal issues and diseases, which was my need. I was seen very promptly and the staff helped me connect with a cab to get to a pharmacy and then back to where I was staying. Then the next day I received a follow up call to see if I had any of the slow to appear and dangerous fevers and rashes. Paperwork was efficient and they had no trouble accepting Medicare and my follow up insurance. I give them 5 stars.

2016-06-18Fast, efficient, personalized service. Very caring staff. Patients arent rushed, and get the amount of time and attention they need. Extremely clean facility. When family doctor cant fit you into his schedule, this is a wonderful alternative to hospital ER, and same copay!

2017-04-07After being denied to be seen by my primary doctor I accidentally ended up in this place.From a moment I walked in I was surprised by how clean the place was and how polite everyone was.I was treated with professionalism and care.Took me less than 30min in and out. Excellent service!Wish I had same experience with my primary doctor!

2017-04-01I went the time for myself suffering from asthma related symptoms. I was seen almost immediately then help efficiently and quickly. The dr the assistant and the front desk receptionist were all wonderful. I went a week later for my 11yr old daughter for cold symptoms and same thing the front desk,the assistant and the Dr were all pleasant, efficient, quick and to my surprise she had influenza and because it was diagnosed so quickly she was able to receive tamiflu a wonderful medicine that allowed my daughter to start getting better the next day I was amazed. I would recommend Brooklyn Urgent Care to everyone. They really are great.

2016-06-12Fast, and thorough. I made an appointment online at 4:4am for 10:45am. I got to the office at 10:30, and I saw the doctor at 10:46! I was thrilled. I also loved that the dr discussed my treatment options with me. He gave me information and options on how I could proceed. Loved that.
